I had an incident at a car wash that scratched and dented my hood. L-M body shop was able to get me in the same day I called for an estimate. They were super friendly and helpful, and took care of all of the logistics with the insurance company. They even offered to arrange a rental car for me. The repairs were done a day early and they called to let me know. If I ever need to go to a body shop again, I will definitely go back here! Professional, friendly, and they did a great job!

I am very satisfied with my experience from obtaining a quote to getting everything fixed. My car was scratched in a parking lot. Quote for the repair was provided within the day and was almost the same as the one my insurance company provided, so I assume the price is reasonable. Car drop off was simple. Owner helped me coordinate the rental car company pick up. Owner took care of the supplement and repair was completed a day before the expected time. Repair looked great. My car was sanitized. I was able to leave the rental car at the auto shop lot, which makes things a whole lot easier.

Will definitely be using this business again. Polite, professional, friendly, great communication, beautiful work and relatively quick in a difficult time!!! I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future if necessary!

L-M Body shop repaired & painted my rear bumper, which is the same color of the car, after someone parked their car directly against it, scraping the paint off & putting small dents in it. My vehicle was repaired on time, slightly under budget, but Lorrie worked hard to source parts at best prices. Karl saved me thousands of dollars with his common sense approach to repairs, re-using every part that made sense. Lorrie is great, easy to work with, has your back on controlling costs. The quality of the repair was exceptional. I highly recommend them.

I brought my car in to get the front bumper replaced. Lorri, Yuri, and their team were total professionals throughout the entire process. They took care of everything from giving me a walk-in estimate to working with my insurance to get all damages repaired. They even gave me a ride to the car rental office. Also, Im paying cash for a lot of body work, and the estimate I received was much lower than my estimate at other places. Again, these folks got class. This business is very busy, so there is a wait to get work done, but I would suggest that if you can wait and have them do the work, do so. It is well worth is.

Not only are the estimates fast and accurate, the level of service here is as good as the other reviews say and THEN some! Friendly and professional service. Lori and the ten are really nice. They fixed my car (dent in the hood and scratch) and it looks brand new. And they even fixed my bumper for free. After driving to several other body shops in Totem Lake where they didn’t even want to look at my car for a quick estimate without an appointment I ended up at LM and they looked at it right away and I made an appointment to get it fixed the week after. I wa lucky to find this place. Go there for auto body work !!!

I stopped in today unannounced with a very minor scratch on my employers car that I was hoping to get an estimate for. Not only did they fix it right on the spot, they did it on the house! This was weeks after they fixed severe damage to our Subaru and had it looking like new. They have been absolutely awesome to work with. I cant recommend them enough!

These guys are the best. Its hard to find service this good, polite, reasonable and efficient anywhere. My wife hit a dead animal on the freeway and bashed up the front end on her brand new Kia Optima, mostly all plastic parts these days (AC condenser was also replaced). I had her take it here based on a few other reviews and couldnt be happier. They took care of her with a fair and quick appraisal and even did a little extra for her by pulling off a couple of things that were dragging on the ground as to not do further damage and for safety. These guys may seem old school but they are keeping up with the times and tech without losing the old school charm and polite people skills. To top it off, the detailing job they sent her home with when finished was showroom worthy right down to the door jambs and between wheel spokes. I dont even do that great of a wash. :)

Dave was super nice, honest, he does not try to cheat you and quoted me a reasonable price; much lower than another body shop I went to. He got my parts on a Monday, and I got my car back the next day. The car looks great. I highly recommend L-M!

One day when I was distracted and got out of my truck to fetch something, the truck decide to escape my garage. I returned just in time to see it rolling down the driveway, cross a meadow and greet a neighbors fence and their bewildered dog with a resounding crash. Both the fence and my truck were pretty beat up, but the truck was still driveable. I couldnt testify to the condition of the dog, but I suspect it took a while to process what had just happened since it didnt bark or bite me.Luckily, someone recommended L-M Body Shop and they saved the day for my old but trusty truck. It wasnt first in the door, but patience paid off. In the areas that had been damaged, the truck looks as good as the day I drove it off the dealers lot (16 years ago).These days its rare finding integrity, quality of workmanship and pride in a valuable service provided to folks whose vehicles have experienced extensive damage and need expert restoration. Lorri and the pros at L-M deserve all the kudos other reviewers have offered. Outstanding quality work at a reasonable cost - isnt that what we want in all our business dealings? May L-M be around for a long time.

Updated 2018 - I absolutely loved L-M when Dave was the owner. He took care of you, got it done when he said it would be done, and went above and beyond what was expected.He had to retire because of his health and his family member took over.I know the new owner is learning but unfortunately I cant continue being a customer. I wish them the best but I do miss Dave...Unfortunately things didnt turn out so well. Communication was lacking, promised date of when it would be done was a month behind, and mostly the quality was lacking (bumper didnt align and quality of job was just par).Updated 3/2014 - I unfortunately had to use their service once again. A hit-and-run driver decided to dent our front bumper. Dave and Karl came to the rescue! Not only was the job flawless, they polished my entire minivan, but they did the interior as well!It was dusty and needed the carpets cleaned. Guess what, they did it all!You definitely need to go to this shop for ANY vehicle needs.Original post - Dave(owner) was very friendly, professional, and on top of communication and status updates. Not only did they take great care of my car, restoring it to brand new condition, they did extra work on it for free.Took care of my hood dings, my check engine light which I believe was a clogged EVAP filter, shined my tires, washed and vacuumed every inch, and didnt even brag or point it out.On top of that they worked with me and my insurance company, so I could get my car the day it was finished.
