These guys are awesome. Jameson runs a good shop. In 2020 my special order car was nearly totalled by a distracted driver. Got referred here by a relative. They made sure my car was not totalled, and got it repaired to the exact specs as set forth by FCA. Of which I am well versed in. The repair was and still is A+++ quality. You cant tell there was ever damage. And it was done right. No bondo bombing. They were very transparent from day 1 to the completion of the repair 3 months later. And I am extremely nitpicky being a car builder and show judge. They even were able to get the custom stripes duplicated as they were designed by me for that car specifically. Great work, great people, and I recommend everyone to them now. I will bring them all of my business henceforth.

Lakeside was very professional and did a great job on my repair. All the people I spoke with were positive, professional, and seemed to really care about my issue. When I asked to have them walk me through that was done, they were very thorough and seemed happy to do it. I did not have to ask them to fix anything else, which I have had to do at other collision places. I would definitely use them again (hopefully not have to), and recommend them to others.

Had a large door ding right on a crease in the rear passenger door of our Explorer. Lakeside did a great job explaining the repair process and completed the work on time. Their finish work was exceptional. Its a 2016 and they feathered in the new paint into the right front passenger door and the rear 1/4 panel matching it perfectly. No sign of the old damage. They washed and vacuumed my vehicle to boot. These guys are top notch!!

Absolutely wonderful place for body work. After my car being vandalized at work extremely early in the morning I got in touch with my insurance and they recommended Lakeside Collision. I brought it in early on a Monday morning and was told theyd have it back to me by end of week. Today is Tuesday and they called me this afternoon saying it was all fixed and ready for pick-up! The owner and son are fantastic and really care that your car is taken care of and you know what is happening while its being worked on. Doesnt hurt that they have a rental company across the street if you need wheels. Thank you for making my used car feel new again to me after only having it for 5 months!

They were completely customer oriented. They accepted the job when 3 other body shops turned it down. Our vehicle is a mobility van with embedded electrical wiring and the part required needed to be identified in the after market area. The ordered the part and installed it perfectly. They also inspected other areas of the van and took extra time to ensure that reported noise had been eliminated. The price was reasonable and the time required to do the repair was correctly estimated and completed. I cant recommend them highly enough. Theyre the best!

I have used Lakeside many times now and they always do a great job! I have had them paint body kits for a couple of cars, color match roof panels when we remove sun-roofs on race cars, cut and buff my personal restoration project car and scan/clear codes when we have swapped seats in cars.Jameson, Russell and Barrett are all great to work with! They give estimates up front and stick to them unless additional damage/broken parts are discovered. They have great energy and are excited to do their jobs! Therefore, they get them done quickly and as close to perfection as possible!

These guys are awesome! Someone side-swiped my car in a grocery store parking lot, and left it looking pretty sad. In no time at all Lakeside got my car looking 100% again. Specific shout out to Jameson who went above and beyond to help me out with a small issue going on with my car (unrelated to the aforementioned incident), after business hours. I was unfortunately rear ended and this was a preferred auto body shop with GEICO. GEICO and Lakeside Collision did all the communication, and I was able to drop my car off the next day. Mind you I was rear ended around 4PM and was dropping my vehicle off by 9AM the next day. The front desk manager, Molly, was able to coordinate the rental car with Enterprise through GEICO. She helped me through every step with not only GEICO, but Enterprise. Jameson was in charge of the repair, and kept me updated during the entire process (which was only a few short days). Overall, the experience was fantastic. Molly and Jameson even hand delivered my repaired vehicle to me at work since I was at work during their shop hours. Not being at fault for an accident is never a fun experience, and is generally a huge hassle and inconvenience. With the help of Molly and Jameson the process was smooth sailing and stress free!

Over the last decade hey have fixed my car a hand full of times after small and large amounts of damage. They have done some great work for me on a consistent basis. They worked with my insurance well, are literally across the street from the rental car company. They gave me extra paint just in case I had a rock chip later on. They guarantee their work for life which is good. Plus they have gone out of their way to help me multiple times. I will happily continue to go there for all of my repair needs.

I bought a brand new SUV, and wouldnt you know it, just a couple months later, a truck threw stones at the fender & door. I saw 3 scratches. Jameson took a look and was able to fix them right away! We have 3 new cars in our family I am still particular about new dings, scratches and dents. Ive been to Lakeside for 4 different repairs in the last 2 years and received the royal treatment from Jameson and the staff each time. Unfortunately, I had a ladder fall and make a small dent in my new car. I had always gone to a body shop in Juanita, so I took the car there and got a high quote ($1000+) to fix it. Then I went to a shop in the Totem Lake area and they wouldnt quote me at all...their policy is to have an appointment to get a quote there. Scheduling appointments for a quote didnt work for me at the time, so I looked on my phone for an alternative body shop and it said Lakeside Collision was just a half mile away. So I went there and immediately felt welcome. Jameson assessed the damage, worked up a full repair quote on the spot, then gave me an option of having a dent repair specialist fix it to 95% of perfection at a fraction of the price. That option sounded great to me and I got a complete fix at a fraction of the price! Lakeside won me over on that recommendation with their honesty. My second visit was on car #2 that had the garage door go down on the bumper. Again, Jameson gave me a full repair option or a quick, cheap workaround that would fix the issue without a trace of knowing it happened. I chose that route again, and Lakeside had my car in and out in less than an hour, including testing the electronics to make sure all my sensors were working fine! Issue 3 happened shortly after that when part of my trim was damaged and had to be replaced. I knew there wouldnt be a quick fix for this one so I took it to Lakeside expecting the worst. Jameson ordered the part and scheduled me to come in for an hour long repair the following week. In less than an hour after a swap of the trim and a little buffing there was no evidence of damage. Issue 4 involved 2 of my cars when my teen driver rubbed sides of the cars as he backed out of the driveway. Damage to both cars was evident and I knew this wouldnt be a quick fix like the others. Scheduling repairs to both cars was so simple as they could do one right after the other and even though Jameson said I might want to space out the repairs to space out the cost, the actual price turned out to be very reasonable and having them done back to back was the way to go. Because of his painters buffing wizardry, much of the damage was removed without lengthy repair or painting and the body work that was required was quick and painless. Lakeside did all they could to make a more major repair seem minor. In both cases the cars were finished ahead of promised time and my satisfaction was complete. You dont have to fear going to the body shop when theres a place like Lakeside right off the freeway to take care of all your car repair needs. Thanks Lakeside!

FAST! Great work done on my 14 Challenger after a hit and run, car looks as good as new and the service was excellent. I cant believe they finished all of the work in just a couple days. This is the second car that Lakeside has done such excellent body work on that I can only describe it as true craftmanship and art. My Subaru Crosstrek suffered extensive damage from a storage rack that collapsed in my garage and required the replacement of the hood and extensive body work on the two passenger doors. Previously, Lakeside had done some other excellent work on my BMW 435 that was also greatly appreciated. I cannot recommend them strongly enough - great job, on time, and what youd want! - Steve

Ive had work done by Lakeside Collision multiple times and every time I always receive top notch service. Most recently, someone else driving my car backed it into some big rocks along the side of my driveway and gouged the back bumper up pretty good, Lakeside had my car done way faster than expected, this is my go-to shop for anything car-related, be it repair or replace.

Came in with my Rover because of a parking incident to my back bumper. I asked if we could possibly touch up the scratches instead of removing the bumper and re-painting the entire 2 piece section. Jameson ran and got some touch up paint and away went my scratches...he said this was a temporary fix and gave me the bottle of paint. Ive worked with Lakeside twice now and recommended Lakeside to my brother also, who also had a great experience. I was well taken care of in my 05 Explorer years ago and just recently with my 2011 Jeep. They not only assured me they have a lifetime warranty on their work but they put up with my numerous questions as I was very stressed from having just been hit. They took a much shorter time than I had anticipated for such extensive damage which was a pleasant surprise. I also got my Jeep back cleaner than Id left it and they had even detailed the inside and washed the outside. That was a major plus and really made my day when I picked it up. They also used brand new/OEM parts per my request and per their work ethic. Jameson is one of the most underrated managers Ive worked with- someone get this guy a raise and a vacation. He was absolutely awesome and I know for a fact my family and I will keep working with Lakeside!

My insurance company suggested this shop for my repair, the process was smooth and the repair was done in a timely manner. However, the quality of the repair is subpar, there were dried up bondo drips on my running board which took me a while to remove, and the rear wheel splash guards that the shop replaced don’t fit well on the rear bumper-there’s a small space in between the guards and the rear bumper which could possibly accumulate dirt and water.

Thees guys are really great. They offered me a lifetime guarantee on the repairs and were easy to work with. I felt like they had genuine concern for my satisfaction. They worked with my insurance and helped me get them to pay for the repairs.

Took great care of us and got her car back to us soon, the only thing is that we were waiting on the replacement hub caps because she said they had ordered the wrong ones. When we called back a week later she said they sent out the wrong ones again and hat we could just go ahead and buy them on amazon.... Thats there job not ours

I got into a car accident on May 21. Geico send me to this location to repair my car. They are very friendly and professional staff. When I arrive to drop off my car. My rental was there. WOW there is a nice team work Geico, Enterprise and Lakeside/ Kirkland Collision.

Very fast delivery. They fixed the car way earlier than their estimate. Update after 2 months: no problems with the car. They did a great job.

This company was great to work with. They got me in the door the day after my insurance adjuster did the estimate on my car. Sent me text updates every other day from an automated system, as well as followed me up with calls on weekly basis. They worked with safelight (the windshield repair company) because I had a claim with them as well for a window. They got my car done in a week and a half less time than was estimated! It was kind of funny actually, the other company I was looking at doing the work, called me just to get my car in for the repairs only a day prior to when Lakeside had the whole job done! Best of all, they did an amazing job and my car looked brand new!!

Great people work finished ahead of time better then new

After a collision, the last thing you want to deal with is more unexpected expenses. Lakeside Collision went above and beyond the call of duty and provided excellent customer service to me. My car had $16,000 in damage and required numerous new parts to be ordered. The vendor took weeks to deliver these parts to Lakeside Collision, meanwhile my rental limit was nearing its end at 30 days. This meant Id no longer have a rental car covered under my Geico insurance. Lakeside Collision offered to split the cost with the vendor and Geico to cover my extension, for which I am truly grateful and wanted to express my gratitude. Thank you so very much!!!

One star because I had to in order to post my review. This place has no professionalism. Im grateful I was able to get a refund while I could before this outfit could do the small job I requested. I can only imagine how theyd handle a mess-up on a larger scale.I brought in an air vent cover last Wednesday (07/05/17) to get painted and placed back on my car. Last week was a shortened week from the 4th of July holiday and Jameson Pugmire (this is the estimators name on my invoice) said they wouldnt be able to get it done until the following week. This made sense and I said I only had time on Tuesday evening after work to pick up the painted part, giving them about a week to get it done. I asked if hed be able to put the cover back onto my bumper and he said that this would be fine because it wasnt a really hard thing to do.Today, Tuesday 07/11/17 I came in after work to pick up my painted air vent. After the person at all he front desk went out to check on the part, she came back and said it wasnt ready and that it was on deck to be painted tonight. I asked what that meant and she said that it would be ready tomorrow.The estimator who had arranged all this stayed at his desk in one of the back rooms, with a phone to his ear on hold with one of the dealerships and said this was news to him.I said Id given them a whole week and that I couldnt just pop by from work, which is located in South Lake Union, at any time-it was terribly inconvenient and would put me in crazy traffic that I otherwise avoid on my commute home.He replied he was going to go have a talk with his painter however that was going to rectify the situation...When he shortly came back he confirmed that the part wouldnt be ready until tomorrow and offered to deliver it to where I was by texting me for my location...what person has time to sit around at a location waiting for a delivery when they need to fit in errands and other obligations?I asked if he could still put it on my bumper like he had said he could to which he replied that he didnt remember agreeing to that, but went to look at my bumper to see what it may entail.After he looked at the bumper he said yeah I probably could put it on there but he didnt sound too sure and the last thing I wanted was an even bigger mistake to ensue. I initially agreed to have him meet me tomorrow night after they closed at 5pm, wherever I might be when he texted me, but the lack of concern and attitude that accompanied it angered me.I walked out of the business after this and after sitting in my car a few minutes and thinking about it, I thought that this was still going to be a time suck and the situation was poorly handled.I walked back into the business and said I wanted a refund and that Id have the part painted elsewhere to which Jameson replied good that will make things easier for me and marched out of the office area and returned with the unpainted part and the square piece from my bumper that he had removed as a paint sample to match the paint to.I didnt reply because 1) not worth my time and energy 2) I would warn and tell everyone I know eastside and seattle-side 3) physically go to the Subaru dealership around the corner to let them know my experience and not to refer anyone to this business (thats how I heard about them)4) post online reviews in multiple places to warn consumers.Anyone who would say good that makes it easier for me I would question why are you in the service industry?AND fellow women- I can guarantee this guy wouldnt have treated me the way that he did had my husband been with me. I live in a day and age when this certainly shouldnt be an issue when doing business and yet here is a perfect example.Take your business elsewhere.

I had my car repaired here in Lakeside Collision recently.At first, I thought they were at least as good as the reviews below.They are also Geico recommended collision center.I should have trusted them.The paint job is terrible, the worst that I have seen. And not only they managed to put too many bubbles on the paint, they also managed to put a long scratch on my leather seat. Off course its hard to prove they did this because they didnt even take pictures when I dropped the car off.Thanks for making my car worst than ever, this is by far my worst experience with a collision center. I will continue to use my trusty Center 3 Collision Center in Lynnwood.

The worst body shop I have ever been to. They don’t communicate with their customers and when they do, they lie. This shop is one of GEICO insurance companies preferred shops, and they don’t even communicate with the insurance company either. My job was supposed to be a 10 day repair job, yet they had the vehicle for over two months
