My windshield got hit by a rock four days ago and I wanted to get the chip filled before the windshield started to crack.The first place we called had a multi week wait for an appointment. I did a search for windshield repair near me and called this company because they are only a couple of miles a way. They were willing to squeeze me in if I could get there sometime within the next hour. Thirty minutes later they were looking at my windshield. The tech said something along the lines of ... the outside layer is broken through so it may crack when I put pressure on it but I will see what I can do... He was able to patch it with no cracking and about 15 or 20 minutes later I was on my way. Since it is a patch I can see where it is if I look for it but it is way better then it was and it is over on the passenger side so the driver does not even see it. All in all I am very happy with my experience today and will probably use them again. They were friendly and worked me in with no lead time, between jobs, which was a big plus.

Ive taken 2 vehicles to Service Auto Glass. Both repairs were perfect. And both times I received quick and very friendly service. The service techs are awesome!

I took my car to Firestone after noticing it had water leaking on the passenger side floor. After 3 days and multiple follow-ups, Firestone told me that my windshield was leaking and I would have to take it to a windshield repair place. I went to pick it up from Firestone and noticed that they hadnt event shop-vacd the water out of my car after sitting in the lot for 3 days. I brought it to Service Auto Glass and they quickly ran a windshield diagnostic and confirmed that it wasnt the windshield leaking. They also took it upon themselves to clean up the standing water on the passenger seat floor. Theyve earned a lifetime customer out of me for their service in checking for a windshield leak and paying $400 to replace it when that wasnt the problem. Thank you!

Not only are the staff very polite and friendly, but they also do quality repairs. The garage where they do the actual repair work is very clean. I definitely recommend Service Auto Glass.

...well my windshield is worse off than when I came in. Tech was unable to explain what happened...he just kept repeating I filled it and it grew about 20 times until I left and he slammed the garage door closed. They reimbursed me the $60 - thanks... but I still need to replace my windshield now.

Went to Service Auto Glass with a same-day appointment. I was advised by Mark that the chip in my windshield was just a small pit that he repaired in about 5 minutes. Not only was the service great, but Mark is an excellent example of someone who cares about his customers, which seems to be lacking in many places today. I hope to never have window/windshield problems again, but if I do, I will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Friendly competent staff with a solid work ethic which is so rare today. The rearview mirror dropped off the windshield of my truck. I called Service Auto Glass to see if they could help. Within 5 minutes of my arrival at the shop the mirror was back on the windshield good as new. I would definitely return for any of my Auto Glass needs!

They have glass that is waay more glassy than the other shops around. Im tellin you, ask for the SAG glass treatment. Its the tops!

When others said no Mark said let me try.My rear-view mirror came off a while back as I was adjusting it. Unfortunately in my car the mirror is attached to the windshield via a smallish metal button that is simply no match for the rather large and heavy mirror. Ive contacted the dealer and a few other places that simply refused to even try putting the mirror back on. Mark had no problem putting it back on. Now I need to adjust to having a mirror again. :)

I took my car here for service and though I ended up not using their service, I really liked how they openly answered my questions and guided me for glass repair and replacement. I didnt use their service because they didnt have the glass I wanted, but an aftermarket version of it.

Few shops would give you their honest opinion to not use their services to fix a car that will be traded in.

Theres not enough good I could say about this shop. I was able to get my window replaced same day after finding out it was broken into at the most reasonable price in the area. Not only did my window get fixed, but they popped the cover of my rear view mirror back on for me and vacuumed the glass out of my car, without me even asking. I felt so much better when I got back into my car, it was like nothing ever happened. Everyone there is so amazing and kind and the puppy/greeter is so so sweet. I will definately be coming back when Im ready to get my windows tinted and would recommend them to anyone looking for kind people and great service.

Stopped in after 2 side windows were broken out of my GMC Terrain. They were able to get both windows ordered and installed the next morning just before it started snowing! Mark was even able to save the window drive regulator that was damaged, saving me a bunch of money. Job was done very professionally and everyone at the shop was super friendly.This was the 2nd time I have used Service Auto Glass and I will definitely go back.

Knowledgeable, experienced, fast, and super friendly. Not only was I impressed with the professional and friendly manner of the entire team the service and care toward my vehicle was outstanding. The owner of Service Auto Glass Mark walked me through every detail and even let me review the glass windshield before installing. My car had the windshield replaced by NOVUS in Kirkland a few years back and I told Mark that they broke all the clips on the install then it leaked and that had water damage. Novus then “fixed” their first bad install to my knowledge at the time.Mark’s team at Service Auto Glass pulled the old cracked Novus glass off and found deep tool scratches in the metal from Novus that had begun to rust, along with clips that had been put in upside down and broken or missing. Mark’s team primed the scratches, replaced the broken clips, glued the warped and water damaged area up or down as needed, sealed everything and fixed many issues that Novus screwed up. Mark even took pictures of the old damage and the new work done to fix it and then emailed the pictures to me for my records.Service Auto Glass has been open for 27 years and has a combined experience knowledge base of over 55 years of service work. They also care a great deal about the job they do and take great pride in their work. I will never take my car anywhere again for any glass needs as long as Service Auto Glass is open for business.These are the A++ guys!
