Brought my Audi A4 here after a slight accident. They were very communicative throughout the process. I did have to bring it back in due to a very small (almost unnoticeable to some) area that I noticed and pointed out. They apologized and got me back on the schedule to get it fixed. I got it back recently and it is flawlessly fixed now :) I appreciated the kind and professional attitude of the employees!

I would recommend you go somewhere else. This place is owned by the insurance companies and does not care about customer service. This use to be the shop that I recommended but quality and service has dropped off greatly. These people will take advantage of you.

I’m a single female and always worry when taking my car anywhere about being talked down to and treated poorly, this wasn’t the case here! I was treated VERY well at BelKirk - they answered my questions, were clear about what they did and didn’t know with the estimate (and that they’ll only know more once they started the work), and communicated well during the work (love their text messaging system). Tyler also communicated via email and was very responsive. When I picked up my car everyone was so friendly. Just an overall great experience. I would HIGHLY recommend BelKirk!

Over the past year so many businesss have used the Covid pandemic as an excuse for providing horrible service. I was SO GREAT to have this business step up in much better service then I ever expected.Very welcoming, professional and EXCELLENT communications . They had my CRV done 3 days before the expected finish date, which saved me three days of a rental car. EXCELLENT ALL AROUND!!!

This business was a preffered business by my insurance company, I am going to pick up my vehicle today after 13 days to replace a windshield and repair a minor dent on the body. This is a one week job at best, I also asked them to give me a quote to repair something else on the vehicle. I never received a quote for that additional repair and after seeing the repair timeline projected I decided to decline having them do the additional work.They have this fancy text updating system that alerts you of projected dates of completion, on the projected date of completion midday I called to verify my truck would be completed, the estimator indicated that he was uncertain that it would be but the next day should be good to pick up my vehicle. I simply asked to have them call me and update me end of day when I can plan to get a ride to pick up my vehicle the next day. I never received a call instead the text updated sayingUpdate: Hi Kyle. We have updated your estimated completion date from 01/26/2021 to 01/27/2021. Bel-Kirk Body Shop.Next day I responded to that text asking for a call and discussing my concerns about communication. No response, so I called to get a timeline to pick up the vehicle, the manager got on the phone and I thought it would be a good time to convey my concerns on their communication systems, it wasnt. the manager (owners daughter) stopped me mid conversation and told me to change my tone, I asked to speak to the owner and was told that the owner was her father and I again asked to speak with the owner and was rejected.I have worked in customer service and sales my whole life and I would never ever cut off a complaining customer who was being specific about what to improve I would shut up and listen to allow the customer to be heard. I will never do business with this company again and will be happy to tell anyone I know that this company sucks at communication and doesnt respect the customer.

BelKirk Body Shop did an excellent job. They were always professional, very communicative and the car was done in just four days. We were very pleased with this place.

Had them work on my 2011 Silverado after it was side swiped in a parking lot. Looked better than new and was very happy with the work. Insurance was involved so it was smooth and fast. I WILL use them again if ever needed!

I have brought my Accord in twice for repairs and the work has been superlative. The staff is professional and transparent. I was given an ETA and they met them each time. They matched the Desert Mist color of my Accord on the bumper replacement and on the 2nd repair, they reattached the bumper perfectly at a very reasonable cost. They updated me on the progress by text message every step of the way. I had no complaints. Highly recommend!

Took my civic here after another car had ran into it in a parking lot. They were able to repair the panel and did a perfect job on matching the tri coat pearl white paint. They were also very communicative via text throughout the whole process. Conveniently there is an enterprise rental place that does pickups just up the street as well. Excellent shop with top notch quality of work and great communication.

Based on the most Google reviews, I took my car to the shop for a hood paint work to be done to fix the rock chips and painting. The customer service is Ok but they didnt explain initially that the work will only be done on major spot that the customer will indicate. After the paint work was completed Ive noticed that some spots with the rock chips on the hood were left over. The customer service told me that I didnt pointed out for those spots during the estimate. I dont understand how they work out there when they have spotted additional rock chips on the hood and didnt call me to ask if Id like to take care of them while providing me the options since they are already working on a hood. At the end, Ive decided to take my car 2nd time there and paid the same original estimate again. This time Ive pointed out to all the rock chips that Ive noticed to be repaired. Again, when inspecting the completed work, Ive noticed that few imperfections on the clear coating again. I would neither use this shop for myself nor recommend for those looking for high quality, thorough work and customer communication while performing the painting work on your car...

My son damaged the first car he was driving- a Nissan Leaf. The passenger door would no longer open. The car had a smallish dent in the door and the rear door. We initially took it somewhere else and was quoted just under $3k for a repair. We decided to use insurance and went to USAA shop- Bel-Kirk. After talking, the mechanic realized we didnt want the car to be brand new just for the door to open. Same thing we told other shop. However, Bel-Kirk LISTENED to us. We were able to get the door fixed (dent is still visible) but the door opens, closes and locks for under $200. We decided to pay out of pocket and keep this off insurance. Since we picked up the vehicle a few weeks ago; we got a call from them to make sure that all was working properly. THAT is great customer service. They could have made a bundle by replacing 2 full panels, but they delivered what the customer (me) really wanted.

Ive been coming to this shop for the last 6 years and have brought multiple cars to them and have been treated like family. Bel-kirk Body Shop and Clarks Alignment are the only shops in the state I trust with my cars for a reason: they have the tools and knowledge to treat and fix them properly. I recently hady car painted by Bel-Kirk and the multiple awards won show that they go above and beyond to make sure their work is the best, thank you guys!

I have a rare Honda Civic SI in a very unique color that requires a tri coat. They were able to color match the body perfectly no one ever is able to tell it’s been resprayed. I highly recommended them!

This place came highly rated for some bumper work on my car and the mechanic I interfaced with was very nice and prices were fair. I inspect all work done on my cars and found this to be about a C- job: cracked paint on brand new license plate bracket, broken plastic brackets, damaged trunk liner, riveted components where a screw should be used, license plate lights not hooked up, scraped paint on new bumper, holes enlarged or warped with install, and shocks not installed properly. After bringing these items up and sharing pictures, they offered to fix them but I only opted for the shocks to be repaired as I was concerned with them touching the bumper again.For people that don’t inspect the work done on their cars most of these items would not even be noticeable. For those looking for high quality, thorough work I wouldn’t recommend. I should have done the work myself.

Took my car in on Friday to get repaired but since they were busy and not open on weekends I had to wait until Monday to drop it off. Took 4 days to repair my car, but was finished sooner than expected. Competitive price, Good customer service. My front end damage was repaired almost to near perfection. Not to perfect mint factory condition as I’d hoped, but was just very slightly off. You would have to get up really close to notice the imperfections.

The knowledgeable staff can take care of any issue or fix you need and if they cant personally they have a close reference to send you to. The list of what they can do is endless. I hit a deer and smashed the front end of my BMW. This body shop came recommended from a friend and it had good reviews so I have it a try. The customer service was fantastic. They accepted my car right away, coordinated with my insurance, and arranged a rental for me. I literally did nothing but drop off my car. A week later it was done and looks perfect. I recommend their work and would use then again.

Very nice people to work with. Have had 2 cars go through their shop and both came out perfect. They have an amazing shop dog too! Belkirk uses a website called Carwise to keep you informed on what stage of work your car is on. This was great to keep a tab on my cars process of fixture. My 1 complaint would be that Carwise continuously keeps texting/emailing you after picking up your car asking for a review. Only until I gave Belkirk a review through Carwise, they stopped messaging me.

We sent a clients car to this business for repairing the damaged that was happened on the property that I manage. First, there was a significant difference between the original estimate paper and the actual bill that they issued. The initial estimate was about $2,000, and the bill was #3,400. For the sake of the client whose car was damaged we agreed to pay the final number. However, after cutting the checks, Bel-Kirk sent us another bill of $4,000 claiming that the cars wheel also was damaged and they repaired it. No communication, no permission, no approval, nothing. They did it on their own!! while the wheels damage was not something related to the liability that we had accepted. Bizarre!

Great guys here but their quality check needs some improvement as well as their estimating as they are always figuring out that they are needing more parts down the line. However, I love these guys because their customer service is insanely good. I will continue to come here for all my autobody needs.

I recently got into an accident and I asked my Statefarm insurance where was the best place to take my car for the body work. They said Bel-kirk in kirkland (near my work) was the top on their list. I didnt catch his name but the guy with the really thick beard and knee high shorts made me feel welcome, although it was a bit chilly out and not sure why the shorts. Never the less he walked me through the entire process pin pointing there areas of the damage that would need repaired, also walked me through what to expect in the coming weeks. When I got home I wrote my agent that i was impressed with the guys professionalism and confirmed the accuracy of the process he walked me through.When I picked up my car there was a big jolly guy who was quite bubbly that greated me at the door with a candy dish (i think he was raiding it) but got a good laugh about that with him. He went outside with me and walked the perimeter of the car with me explaining everything that had been completed, looked really good.I have been with Statefarm for 25 years and have rarely had to use it but i called them thanking them for suggesting Bel-Kirk, I am recommending them to all my friends!!!! Not sure if they read these reviews and I dont normally do them but THANK YOU!!!

They were not even willing to share an estimate. I went there on Monday morning for an estimate for a dent. While the lady at the reception was very professionally asking for details the guy sitting at the back interrupted in a very rude tone saying we are very busy and asked couple of times if I even have insurance. Just for the records, I have insurance with a very high coverage. It wasnt a good experience and felt it was becuase of the way I look. I left without saying another word. I will never go there and not recommend it to anyone.

Poorly handled my USAA insurance claim. 21 days to sanitize the interior of my car and replace 2 small parts. The lady at the front desk was very nice however the person who handled my claim was rude and inconsiderate. I never felt like I was a priority. I remained polite and professional and gave my trust to this shop, however my personal experience with this shop was overall quite negative. After picking my car up from the shop, I dont think my carpets or seats were sanitized like the shop promised. Now Im continuing my claim and taking it to another shop to have the work finished the proper way. Severely displeased. I would not return here, nor recommend others to come here for business.

I happened to take my car here after getting my door bashed in because it was a convienient location and they were an approved company with my auto insurance. Everyone that I interacted with was helpful and answered my questions to my satisfaction. They did a fine job on the repair and even gave me a bit of extra paint to go home with to cover up a few other dings. Overall I was satisfied with their service and will probably go back in case I need other work done.

My husband and I had separate interactions with this business in dealing with our car. It is clear that Gary is a sexist and everyone else is just rude as can be. Worst customer service I have ever had. And, like the other reviewers, I had to come back for something that they didnt fix. Never received an apology for that either. They act like customers are a waste of their time and an annoyance. I only wish I would have read these reviews before coming here. Dont support these people.

They painted my bumper because someone backed into me, they adjust the bumper and repair like it never happened.

I was side swiped while parked down the entire side of my car - I limped the car to BelKirk where they helped me deal with my insurance company the right way since it was a hit and run, they got me into a rental with no hassle and got my car fixed quickly while looking great. The side swipe was about 3 years ago when I lived near them, I have moved more north but unfortunately got hit by someone running a stop sign, even though I was further I asked to be towed to BelKirk as I liked the way they took care of me prior and this time did not disappoint, sadly the car was totaled out this time but they kept me up to date with what was going on when insurance came out, what stage the car was at before it was declared totaled, etc. Even gave me options on if I wanted to buy the car back or let it go to a junk yard, and gave me time to come get my things out of the car before releasing it since I live further north now so it was not as easy to swing by.

I almost totaled my vehicle. The entire drivers side of my truck was destroyed. My heart was broken as I had only had it a little while. Jim at BelKirk did an estimate and it was just under totaling. He was so kind and understanding through the upset. My truck was repaired and the work is phenomenal! I am so happy to still have my truck and have it look like new. It also had suspension damage that their sister company Clarks Wheel Alignment fixed. No one else will ever touch my vehicle. The office staff is kind and humorous and they do quality work!

We were rear-ended on the freeway in our 2012 Honda Civic 4-dr - our trunk, frame, etc. were in totaled condition. So, we took our car to Bel-Kirk as they were an authorized Honda body shop. The guys at Bel-Kirk took around a month to fix and charged us over $9,000.The back passenger door on the right side didnt close all the way - you would think a Honda certified body shop would notice that. We came back the very next day to get this sorted - no apologies whatsoever, just horrible attitude and a long wait. Not only that, the trunk does not close normally, it literally slams to this day, which is not how it was BEFORE the accident.So, if youre looking for pretty awful service, high price, a month wait before getting your car back, and not having your car fixed as it were before the accident, look no further.

I had heard really great reviews from other Evo owners about the shop. I called them up to do some custom work on my track cars bumper. I had bought a used one online. They looked at the used one and rather than try to upsell the work necessary to fix it they suggested I see if I could get one that was better quality so it would cost less. I appreciated their honesty and after some thinking brought back my OEM bumper. They did a great job on it and provided pics and updates as it went along. Great shop, great people and I will be back to get more work done in the future. Ive had 2 experiences over the years with this place.Went in there for a quote on my old civic and was completely disrespected.Came back 5 years later to pick up a customers headlights for an HID retrofit service while they were doing body work, and not much changed. I was COMPLETELY disrespected and things even escalated to a yelling match with one particular prick that was doing the work. I am a very diplomatic person with an even temperament and am not prone to escalations like this.BUT the customers car came out great, and they pretty much specialize in the EVO. id take an evo nowhere else. Interestingly, it wasnt just the guy doing the work, it was the receptionist and a couple other people that worked there too. it was wierd... INCREDIBLY negative atmosphere. i would hate to work there and cant imagine what kind of pressure they are all under.They seem to be partial to the Mitsubishi EVO, and have a lot of great reviews from friends of mine. Me? Ive never been more insulted by an entire business in my entire life. ever.

Rude staff and estimates are bogus. The guy came out looked externally at the damage and was ready estimate. He didnt open the hood or look under the car even. Then i informed him about an area which i knew got damaged in the accident and he just added parts to my estimate without looking at the car again.

I went to BelKirk to have my vehicle serviced after being in a fender bender. Im incredibly happy with the outcome of the repairs, it looks like nothing ever happened. Car accidents are stressful but the people at BelKirk made the process super easy to understand.
