I was involved in an accident, they did very good job with regular automated updates, got my car on time . Unfortunately within a week my son was backing out the car & hit our garage . I took the car to them fully expecting to pay but they repaired it at no charge . Not many places would be so considerate. Ben & Ted are great folks .

Caliber was prompt to estimate, intake and deliver. Minor repairs were done, quality was good.

Caliber serviced our car after it was hit by another driver, a complicated rebuild of the front end. They were extremely professional in everything they did, kept us in the loop all the time about the status of the car, and in the end you cant see a single scratch, the car looks as good as it did before and drives great. Highly recommend Caliber!

Caliber Collision in Totem Lake did a fantastic job repairing body damage on my Acura. They kept me informed daily on the progress and dealt with the insurance company on any overages so I didnt have to. They were all polite and made me feel at ease. They really care about doing a quality job and it showed. I wont hesitate to use them again and you shouldnt either. Well Done Everyone.

I used Caliber Collision after I hit a pillar in a parking garage. They were super helpful and very professional. Got the work done on time and had clear and consistent communication during the whole process. I found them from a recommendation from my insurance company and would totally use them again. You will not be disappointed with their work and customer service.

They took very good care of me and my vehicle. Work was done well and the people were great to work with.

We were told our car was ready to pick up, but the repairs were not done properly. We had to take the car back to the shop to have them re-do things that we didnt initially see because it was raining, and instead of taking the car home again we had point out things they hadnt done properly, multiple times. They didnt do the door handle at all the first time, then simply put clear coat over scratches in the paint. The last time we picked up the car, there were scratches in the paint under the clear coat on the door, as well. The wheel well and fuel door did not align properly, there were non-repaired scratches around the fuel door, and there was some visible inconsistency in the paint of the wheel well.We gave them multiple chances to fix the work, but whoever did the final inspection/quality control missed things that it took me less than 30 seconds to find. In the end we took the car to a different shop to be fixed properly.

I would like to highly complement Rick and his crew at Caliber Collision-Kirkland- for helping fix my parents Escort tailgate. I went in to see if they could straighten out a bend in the tailgate that my “Alzheimering” father created while trying to move the car. Rick came right out and gladly worked for almost an hour right there and then while my dad and I looked on. He really worked the metal and made it so the hatch closed and sealed again. My parents had to drive with a window open so as not to draw exhaust gasses back into the car.Rick thank you for your kindness and helping with your expertise (I’m a retired shop teacher and have taught automotive and recognize expertise and ability-you have lots of both…)If you have a need for auto work-please see Rick, there are non-better,Bill Rahr

My 10 yr old car looks brand new after Abra repaired, washed, and vacuumed it. The coordinator, Taylor, always had information on the status of my repairs and I even got text updates along the way. They went above in beyond by negotiating with multiple insurance companies to get my car back to factory condition. Thanks, Abra! Glad youre in the neighborhood!

Perfect paint work. They made my car look like nothing happened, and the finished ahead of schedule. I am docking 1 star for the fact that I asked that my car and windows NOT to be washed, but they were washed anyways. I even had a Clear sign in my car that said this. When I picked up my car, I was disappointed to find my dashcam removed and hanging from a wire in the car, and my good to go pass on the dash. Not the end of the world, but certainly disappointing.

Made an appointment with them a week in advance for a repair (NOT AN ESTIMATE), showed up on time as agreed and was told that they could not take in the car and that they were full. They could have called ahead of time, let us know, ridiculous in this day and age for that to happen. The lady at the front desk mentioned that this has happened quite a bit. So they know they have a problem, and yet they dont have a way to deal with it or at least notify customer...complete and utter fail.

Another company installed a new drivers side window improperly. The door and window were not operating properly. I asked them to advise me what it would take to fix it. 20 minutes later I was on my way--no charge. I will refer them to anyone needing work and take my future business to them as well. Everyone is very friendly and professional.

Friendly, professional, great learning environment

Told me they could help with painting my door. Ended up telling me the entire side of my truck needed to be painted with trim, molding and an estimate which took 45 minutes. I only had a couple small dings in the passenger door! Estimate was over $1500 for two door dings?!!
