Front desk was very friendly especially JD. He made the process painless and customer service is on point with great follow. I expected it to be a lot of paperwork and wait time, but he got me in and out. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends who need car service. All I can say about JD is he really knows how to do his work. He and his team did an amazing job to fix my Range Rover which was involved in a hit-and-run accident. He followed up with me every weekend and explained to me the progress of my car. He always replied my email right the way and I really appreciate he and his team for the excellent repair.

Someone backed into my headlight and I needed it replaced. The bumper was damaged as well. I went through my insurance and they recommended Carstar. Nice enough at the meeting to discuss it, so I said yes. They not only did a great job with a smile, when I found a tiny little spot on the newly painted bumper, they had not problem taking care of it. They could have argued as the spot was so small only I could see it, but they didnt. They told me it would take about a half hour and 20 minutes later it was fixed and good as new. That means 2 trips to the location and I had a fantastic experience with both. Excellent customer service and I high quality of work. I hope I never need to see them again, but if I dont need body work, these are folks I am taking of my cars. Thank you for the help Carstar.

This entire team is great! From my initial phone call to get the observation/ photo estimate, them dealing with farmers insurance, their ability to deliver my truck back to me one day ahead of schedule, they organized my rental car & I just can’t say enough about their efficiency and concern for my time. They handled all the insurance billing for me seamlessly. It’s always nerve-racking dealing with auto body shops however I feel I was treated me with great respect and to top it off they fixed my truck perfectly, it looks like I never was rear ended. AND they used ALL Toyota factory parts. Thanks CarStar you’ve earned my highest compliments.

We had a minor parking lot accident in our mini-van in November, 2019. Our USAA insurance listed them as a trusted provider, and they had great online reviews. They had to schedule us out a week or two, but thats understandable and the work wasnt urgently needed.They finished in exactly the promised timeline, the work was high quality (I couldnt tell it wasnt brand new), and they were very friendly.Writing this review now as someone just bumped into our car, and were planning to go back to them.

I was very impressed with the quality of my repair and their customer service. I had an issue with getting my rental car in time to get to work and they bent over backwards to help me out. I got the rental car fast and made it to work on time. They were extremely friendly and professional. I will always use them.

Car star was very unprofessional.They were very Nasty to me. They didnot want to help. They did not fix my car correctly and I had it in the shop over 2 months. They have shady mechanic and they are racist. They have no respect for woman. Avoid this place at all cost if you want keep your car.
