Garbage. Got new service. Didnt tell me that if I put old google account in new phone. It would pass the virizon virus. It did. After ID explained to the manager i was switching for the purpose of the virus.Adder one month....started copying me texts. Freezing up in texts. Different employee said since LG going out of phone business. Im s.o.l. and ya I buy their insurance

The Kent location is a prime location for good conversation with a smile. Great staff. And the manger there is alsome he deserves a raise.

They were absolutely kind!! The girl took about an hour and a half to get our information that was missing and she didnt seem to get mad because we didnt have the information. She helped us the whole way without being rude about it. Even the manager was really kind and helped us as well. would absolutely recommend going there!

The manager here is awesome. I was waiting for my ride and just needed to charge my phone. She welcomed me right in and ended up conving me to get a new iPhone for my daughter. They had a great payment plan if you qualify

The service I received from Cricket Sales Associate: Mike Nodine was nothing short of Simply Stellar!!! I have a friend hospitalized who had suffered a stroke with paralysis and severe memory loss and her cell phone could no longer hold a charge. She had no way to contact her family and needed a new phone. Mike troubleshooted the phone and made helpful suggestions for a new phone taking her condition into consideration. When it came time to activate the phone; no log ins or passwords could be remembered or retrieved . Mike worked patiently with me to find a solution to every problem that arose over the next few days resulting in restored contacts, passwords, upgraded phone, and a Very Satisfied Customer. Kudos to Mike...Keep Up the Good Work!!!!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Went in today at 6:30 to get a Samsung Galaxy S9. The last said we needed to get a leasing I.d. We told her we would be back with it, we were gone for 30 MINUTES. When we came back, they closed an HOUR EARLY. It said they close at 8pm. They closed at 7pm. WASTE OF OUR TIME.

This is my new favorite store to go to i live in renton but for the service the young lady, leslie gave me its worth the drive! Very helpful and patient all the time. wrote down steps for me on how to transfer my files via Bluetooth and even re assured i understood the steps before i walked out. Now i know how to do it on my own and i made a friend(: Great work! Hiring manager did an excellent job 👍

Covington store was a disaster came to the kent location with better hopes. Highly dissatisfied i went in on a Thursday july 26th 2018 For a phone i called previously and asked for the store hours ahead of time before i even drove over ther and i got there and seen a note on the door due to emergency store is close early wow. Such a big company and cant keep it their store open. It says 10-8 on the door . I attached a picture of the note as well. I hope bigger management can take care of this since the manager at this location really just does not care about her customers or store.

I want in to upgrade my phone. I asked the agent 3 times about the phone upgrade program. She checked it after she did the sale. Then when I want back. To get the price she said I could get for the upgrade she ague with me to my face. They said tbey woud habe the manager call me. That never happened. I will not be returning to this store.
