I went in and had a lot of problems with my iPhone 7plus, like back camera and flashlight not working also with cracked screen and a bad battery😬 but with all those problems my guy said “I’ll do my best to fix it” and I only waited for an hour, within that hour I waited in the shop i got to know the guy and he’s pretty dope and hardworking💪🏽 After the wait he told me he fixed it and the price was responsible for all the problems I had😂 I’m glad with the results💯🤙🏽

My phone screen had shattered, the gentleman got me in right away, price was cheaper then others I had called around to as well. Super nice! Had an issue with the back staying on afterward which was due to the old battery swelling (not his fault!) He completely took care of it, ordered a new battery for me and got it taken care of while I waited (I think it took about 20 minutes tops) will be using this establishment again should I need it.

The young man, K, was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I thought my glass was cracked, and he showed me how easy it was to simply replace the protector for only $15. I hate to say that I was shocked because he was so honest. It’s wonderful to know there is still honesty today.

They diagnosed the phone before doing any repairs first. They were able to fix my water-damaged iPhoneX on the spot. Come to find out it was just the LCD that was water damaged. Nicely done. Great service. Very informative.

I had a great experience at this place! Not only were they extremely timely, but they were very kind and cared more about the customer than the money. My brother had a phone that was poorly fixed at another place, and we came in because we had heard great things about this place, and they did not disappoint. Not only did they provide great service, but I was in a bit of a time crunch and they got the phone fixed in under 30 minutes! Many screen-fixing businesses can be shady, but this business is very trustworthy and I would 100/10 recommend.

KAY is always super helpful, you want your iPhone or iPad fix right the first time here is where you go and amazingly fast. This is the only place I will ever go and would recommend other family and friends . Ive dealt with him a few times with my iPhone X and iPhone 8 plus and I even got a return customer discount, and he will always give you the right information. Great place, I highly recommend this store.He also sells NEW and old phones and cell phone accessories.

Guy is super nice. Repaired the back glass for 150 after tax and everything as opposed to a possible 599 from apple *ridiculous* and it looks flawless. 10/10, returning for any future phone repairs. It is in the back of the frooticana grocery store just an fyi. See pictures below

This gentleman could have easily charged me for a new screen and I was sure mine was broken. He could have done this and I never would have known. Come to find out it is only the screen protector! GREAT customer service, SUPER responsive, I will never go anywhere else!!!

For starters I have never left a review of any type of service so that should tell you something, and if you have a broken phone and are questioning whether or not to go here, PLEASE READ THIS! I have been walking around with a broken IPhone XR for months now because most every place I went to wanted at least $300 for a repair because I had a cracked screen with dead spots throughout the middle, I called in, was answered immediately, and was told he could see me right away. I showed up admittedly skeptical because it was in the back of a grocery store but was greeted with an open friendliness as soon as I walked in the door. Its not a fancy operation and it doesnt need to be because this guy IS A WIZARD AT REPARING PHONES! He took one look at it, instantly knew what the problem was and a half hour later he had my phone looking brand spanking new, right back in my hands. He also threw in a screen protector for free! (This was just my experience Im not saying that this is a guarantee). If you have read this far into my review THERE IS ABSOLUTLEY NO REASON YOU SHOULDNT GO SEE HIM FOR ANY OF YOUR PHONE NEEDS! Anyways if you cant tell Im extremely satisfied with the price, timeliness and quality. To that gentleman thank you again for the repair!

The product quality is not good. if you wanna change a part of your phone thats visible you can easily tell that its not the original part (NOT RECOMENDED), I would highly suggest getting a product that the quality is good, even if it means paying a bet more. ( NOT RECOMENDED!!!!!!!!!! )

I took my wifes phone to repair at Plugged In Wireless as it didnt seem to be charging after it was dropped into the kitchen sink. Within seconds, the issue was diagnosed. The shop owner is friendly, kind, honest and in my opinion an expert in phone repair.

I brought in my sons iPhone 6S Plus and my wifes iPhone 8 plus to replace both screens and they fixed it perfectly, would recommend.

I have a 6s plus which started giving me battery issues. It wouldnt last long, will suddenly drop from 50% to 10%. I went to apple but rather then changing battery they wanted me to get a new phone. I didnt wanted to spend money on new phone.Quick google search and found plugged in wireless. These guys changed my phones battery for great price. It last all day long again. They sell phones there as well but never pushed me into buying anything i dont need. I will recommend them to anyone.

Lcd on my iphone x cracked and one of my friend referred me to plugged in wireless. I went in and the guy over there was super nice and explained me how long it take, how much it will cost and top quality of lcds they use. Went ahead with them and they replaced lcd and my phone looks like new again. Everything works great. Recommended !!!
