Prompt and Friendly service. I first discovered this place like 6 years ago and have kept coming back when needed. I bought a Google Pixel Phone 6 months ago and had issues with the Battery and charging port. i knew it wasnt Apple, but I brought it in anyway to see what they could do and its good as new! I also had an iPad Air repaired. To give you an idea how quick it took for both items to be fixed, my friend and I were in the middle of a 2nd round of bowling. These people get more done for less and Ill definitely be back!

After taking one of our cell phone to Verizon and a Batteries Plus store for battery and data recovery issues with no success, we took the phone to iRepair More and they recovered data when everyone else told us it couldnt be done. I am impressed with iRepair. When I smashed my phones screen, I wanted the photos trapped in it. Dena really problem-solved this one to a solution. When a new screen wouldnt interface with the phone, she found other ways to extract the data to a micro SD card. When my home computer wouldnt read the card, she transferred the data to a jump drive for me. She kept at it until there was a solution, and that impresses me. [Side note: another local shop tried screen replacements but, when that failed, offered none of the subsequent solutions that Dena did].

Went in to have the battery replaced in my iPhone 7. I did not have an appointment, but the lady at the front desk was able to do it right then and there. She was very knowledgeable and polite, and was done in less than 15 minutes. I will definitely recommend iRepair More in Kent to anyone looking to have their iPhone battery replaced outside of warranty. They also do other repairs, such as screen replacement. Only suggestion would be for a few chairs or a bench in the lobby so people feel welcome to wait for quick repairs.

I needed a piece for my phone. Lady working/possible owner told me she had piece I needed for my older phone I went to pick it up and she gave me part for free, I thought that was very nice especially since it was a pain in butt trying to find it and I would have had to order it online.

The people at the Kent and Aurora Farms locations are so very nice!!! So helpful!!! Their prices on everything including cords, screen protectors, all their accessories, and used items!!! They all have the best price in town!!! And it’s awesome, because they put on the screen protector for you perfectly right there when you buy it! Dropped my iPhone 6. I went in and they told me it would take 30 minutes to fix. The guy did it under 20 because I had to go pick up my brother from school. Mad respect 👌🏻The price was pretty good too!!

Super fast service and best price in the area, I stopped by 3 repair shops for my iPad screen replacement, they were $100 less. Works great.

Maybe I’m biased but seriously the best people ever! They saved my pictures of my child being born, from my phone that had water damage. Everyone else I talked to told me that it would be impossible to get those pictures and they got them for me. Thanks again!! I appreciate your hard work more than you know!

I had them replace a battery in my iPhone 6 about a month ago. It was done in under 30 minutes and a lot cheaper than the Apple store (closer too). I would definitely recommend them for cell phone maintenance.

Quick, friendly, and inexpensive.

Took in my Ipod Classic 7th generation because it would charge or sync with my computer. Took it to the Kent location, the gentleman working looked it over said it needed a new battery and back cover (which I damaged trying to fix it myself) told me it would be done in an hour. It was ready to go in 1 hour as promised, not only did he replace the battery but cleaned fixed some hidden water damage. He also replaced what I screwed up. I am beyond happy with the service and price. I will be back with any further phone or ipod issues and I will highly recommend them to anyone I meet. My IPod is now working beautifully! Had my phone screen replaced and 30 days later it cracked. Had to pay for another screen. When I called in the guy was rude and said I must of done something to the phone. The second screen was a thicker better quality screen than the first. Not sure why the first screen was ever used.

Im so glad I stopped in here. Ive been needing a new screen for my phone for over a month, but just have not had the patience or money that some of these other stores require. I definitely recommend going here unless you want to pay more and wait longer. Thanks John your the man!
