When I purchased my Jeep last year I received great service from the time I spoke to the salesman to financing. I have had all my maintenance done through them as well. This time when we went to set up my oil change there was a small delay in getting back to us. We were surprised to get a call back AFTER business hours from Timothy Beane. He literally got the Jeep in the next morning. They came and picked up my Jeep, changed the oil, tire rotation and etc. and brought it back home to me. They brought it back cleaner than when they picked it up too! He gave us top notch above and beyond service. This is the best place in town for a new car bc of a select group of employees that go out of their way to make sure your auto investment is something you’re satisfied with. We were visiting Akron from Florida due to a death in the family. We recently purchased a 2021 Ram Promaster Conversion Van, and during an extreme Akron afternoon thunderstorm we developed a leak in the weatherstripping on our rear doors. We also noticed that we could see daylight at the top of the doors. After a frantic internet search, we found Klaben Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Kent. Seeing that they had many excellent reviews we called and were told they wouldn’t be able to get us in immediately at the Service Department, but they said their Auto Body Shop may be able to squeeze us in. The Auto Body shop said to be there in an hour and they would take a look at it. We arrived and were promptly greeted by a gentleman who introduced us to Nick Johnson. Nick got his crew to adjust the top striker on the rear door and remove trim panels that were installed by the conversion company that were interfering with the weather stripping. They also covered a couple of scratches with touch up paint and gave us the remainder of the bottle for future scratches! Then they sprayed some wax on our rear door hinges that were a bit rusted. And since the vehicle is under warranty they didn’t charge us. If only we had such an amazing dealership in Florida! Thanks Nick and crew for helping us out and getting us back on the road. We will definitely visit again when the need arises in the Akron/Kent area!

My leased 2018 Jeep Compass Latitude with Klaben was coming to an end this July. This was the worst service experience I have ever had anywhere. I took my vehicle in to get a diagnostic done on it and when they were supposedly done I had no diagnostic paperwork at all. My husband, who is a mechanic with over 50 years experience, knew more about the issue than the service writer did. I dont believe a diagnostic was even done. Instead they took the information my husband gave when the vehicle was dropped off and made a determination from his work. $3000 for a catalytic convertor? Seriously? With no diagnostic? After 2 sentences from my husband the service writer told us there was no charge for the diagnostic (the one that was never performed anyway, again no paperwork) What? The charges were dropped because someone who knew what they were talking about; you could not even question or comment to them. We never spoke with the mechanic who supposedly did the diagnostic (again no paperwork) Even Echeck you get a paper diagnostic report!! The very next day my vehicle began having serious issues. I needed a new TPS which a proper diagnostic would have picked up on (again one could not have been performed) We have since repaired the issued for $327!I would have given a lower rating but I was unable to.

10/10 would recommend. I had a wonderful experience at Klaben. If your in the market for a car this is the best place around. If you do indeed get a chance to go here my advice is that you ask for Scott Sobie. He was incredibly helpful during the entire experience. He answered all of my questions in a simple to understand way and was extremely kind throughout the entire process. 10/10
