Great experience! I bought my car a little over a week ago and was waiting to write a review to get to know the car. I am SO happy. Got a great deal on a car that runs GREAT. They were able to show me the Carfax on the vehicle I wanted to buy and did an awesome job answering all of my questions. These guys seem to do very good business.

Great experience and found them to be incredibly trustworthy. I was second to call on a vehicle they were offering and thought I wasnt going to get it. I checked in on the final day the car was being held for the other customer and they called me back because it didnt work out with the other customer. Even though they had already had numerous offers from other people and countless enquiries they still honored their word and showed it to me next. Ive had so many bad experiences where Ill have an appointment to see a car and even as Im driving to the dealership to purchase it they sell it from under me and say theres nothing we could do. I purchased the vehicle from RTA and couldnt be happier. Honest pricing from an honest low overhead seller. If I needed a car again Id reach out to them first.

These are great, honest and hardworking people. They made my first car purchase perfect; I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a good car. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. This “dealer” is a total ripoff. They do not stand behind their vehicles at all. We bought a truck and less than 30 days later the engine seized up. I bet they get vehicles from the side of the road and resell. They made 0 efforts at our many attempts to help them help us make it right. If you buy a car from here you may as well flush your money and dreams down the toilet.

This family business did a bait and switch on my son by pretending to bring him the car he was interested in. Instead they picked him up and drove to Kent from Tacoma. When they could not agree on price on the previously unseen car. Despite promise, they did not drive him back, leaving him in the middle of nowhere in Kent. These people cannot be trusted!

Very friendly and helpful. They put me at ease when I bought a van from them.
