I had a really great, positive, royal experience. To put my mind at ease, prior to purchase I was allowed to bring my pre-owned Ford van to an independent shop (for Les Schwabs pre-trip inspection and alignment) who said my Royal Motors pre-owned van was perfectly in spec with no problems. When I didnt know how to turn on all the unique features of my specially-equipped van, the guys immediately sprang to action and made sure I knew how everything worked and made sure everything worked that should work. The up-front price was fair, matching the CarFax value estimate. Thanks to the previous owner, the van I got is a great, powerful, well-maintained working vehicle. The buying experience was fast and efficient on their end, though I took my time looking at everything from top to bottom. There was simply no pressure. No delays. No hidden fees, costs, or upsells, no funny business, no hassles, no judgment, no problems. They didnt try to hide any mechanical problems or condition by swapping out any of the fluids. They gave me a fair offer for my trade-in. They were willing to deliver the van for me. When all was said and done, I rolled it away with fingers crossed about the mpg. The wind must have been at my back because lo and behold its now getting somewhere around 18 freeway miles per gallon, surpassing the EPA estimate, which was the only real question mark when I signed the check. I have to say I was delighted by Royal and their whole team.

Was looking at a ford diesel truck for our company- asked if I could come back in 2 hours once I had financing cleared with my co-worker- they said yes, but you have to put down a $500 hold. We decided an hour later it wouldnt work for us- called and told them- they said no problem, we will refund you the deposit- multiple calls and emails and they have not. INSANE! Think carefully before you deal with these guys!! Ill remove this review if they man up enough to do as they say and refund.

We went in looking for a specific truck and although it had unfortunately just sold the salesman was incredibly kind and helpful. We told him what we were looking for and he said he will call us if they get anything similar in. Not pushy at all and they seem like a very trustworthy business. Will definitely buy from them in the future if they have the right vehicle for us!

Victor was fair and helpful in helping me purchase a new truck. Had all of the paperwork ready to go and even paid for a new tire that was needed to make my 5 hour trip home. Uncommon to find such an honest person at a used car dealership. would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

They don’t walk around bugging you like most dealerships would. They let you know they’re there to help and let you check out the cars you like. I bought a 2005 Honda Odyssey (just started a family and needed to ditch the sports car). I’m absolutely in love with the van and they made it such a pain free process to get. I will absolutely be coming back when it’s time for another one!

Bad experience. Purchased a 2009 F550 - they only supplied a 3 day temporary permit and was suppose to next day the title to us - temporary permit expired and still no title. Made several calls - always excuses. Truck battery was dead the day after the purchase. No compensation even after their salesman had left a digital video recorder in the truck and we shipped back to him at our cost! Terrible customer service.

The guy in the office I dealt with was not the nicest guy definitely a used car salesman. It was basically buy the truck or get out. There was some issues with the truck I was looking to buy, but he said its not a problem your just being picky. Obviously didnt make the deal and wont be back

Dont go here. The guy who runs the place said that the mechanic I brought it to to be inspected was probably lying and that nothing was really wrong with it the car so I should buy it. It is run by one guy in a trailer, he is very pushy and made me feel VERY uncomfortable. Avoid this place!!!
