I was tempted to give 1 star, but I absolutely love the car I bought. Very clean, fun to drive, everything above the floor in great shape. However, as a few other people have commented in their reviews, there were issues I wasnt told about when purchasing the car. The 3-month warranty only covers drivetrain and transmission. The undercarriage is very rusted - brakes and suspension. Rear calipers/parking brake non-functional. I gave John the chance to work with me and uphold his reputation, since he promised me that the brakes were in adequate shape when I bought the car, but he refused. Im not mad about the car - it will just cost a little (or a lot) more than I expected. Id recommend if youre buying a car at CMS, bring a mechanic along, and read the fine print. Caveat emptor...

This company lies and uses bait and switch methods. They will claim you have a 3 month/3,000 mile warranty that will cover repairs at no cost to you. They verbally push this warranty every chance they get, but thats not the truth. The warranty only covers $500 of repairs. I bought a 2004 Jetta for $3500 and the transmission went out. Do not buy from this corrupt company

I do not recommend buying from here. He listed in the ad that the tires had 90% tread, we expected this to be somewhat of an exaggeration but upon inspection all four tires had to be replaced. He also claimed to have fixed the cigarette lighter, but we found out he didn’t and he lied about fixing it. This seems small, but we use this to charge our phones. This is a huge daily headache.I considered that all to be a wash.3 days after purchasing the car from him, the check engine light came on.We took the car to a reputable mechanic (from the BBB) for a $877.00 fix.Two sensors and the catalytic converter had to be replaced, raising suspicion that John had just turned the check engine light off (probably by disconnecting the battery or clearing the code).We would have felt comfortable purchasing a car knowing it’s faults, but being blindsided with its issues within days of purchase left John appearing very sleazy.On the bright side, I appreciated how casual he treated our visit and non-pushy he was. He threw in some hubcaps for free at the end which was also appreciated.

WORST CARS HANDS DOWN!!!I’ve been looking for a car for a few weeks now and ran into a few I liked at this location. A friend also referred this dealer saying it was a great place to buy a car. Boy were they wrong. They looked really good online and was ready to make the hour drive to Kent. Before going, I wanted to look over the history of the cars I was interested in. After running the carfax of both vehicles, they all stated “TOTAL LOSS VEHICLE” and was purchased at a salvage auction before reselling at his location. In all his ads he states that there are no accidents, and it has a clean title. A 6 month warranty to, you’re not fooling me. I’m not sure what kind of business this person is running, but you’re not taking my hard earned money. I hope other people realize what you’re doing, and you get shut down permanently! Honesty goes a long way buddy. Worst place to buy a car!Be careful as well with false reviews as well! They are foolish.

This dealership really went above and beyond to make my uncle happy, and he got a better deal then he thought possible on the car he bought. Hands down the best used car lot in Kent, great staff and a good selection of well priced vehicles. When I need a car I’ll be coming here for sure.

I bought car from CMS auto group which was Salvaged Totaled car and dealer bought that in auto auction and then it got rebuilt and sold to me. Dealer didnt mentioned that car was salvaged and then rebuilt.When I was facing issue with car i called repeatedly over 1 month and he never answered the call.I do not recommend. And even if you wants to buy here, then make sure you do your investigation of car before buying.One good way of comparing the positive(fake) vs negative review is to check the likes on them, truth will flash :)

Had tires no one else had! They do used and new so being on a budget I got quoted around 900 for a set of 4 tires new from other tire stores they gave me same brand and same set for 540 dollars and that included mounting and balancing and they also showed me what A n D tires did to my wheel they stripped the bolt head for my lug nuts and I pointed it out to John and told him that they didn’t want to fix it and said they couldn’t and so did a couple other guys. John said no worries and fixed it for free of charge! These guys you’ve got to try them out! Saved our trip and gave me a huge deal on tires.

This place sold my daughter in law a none safe car the car broke down in three days in the middle of the road my daughter in law is deaf and could have been hit by a car. We Tried getting ahold of the business and guy who sold her the car he had a fake phone with text app only and ignored text. Later son got ahold of him and he said son and daughter in law had to fix car. He lied about the warranty on the car its not good. Call it so you can see before you even buy from him. We told him he got to pay back all the money due to lemon law he has not answered back and has ignored all messages made. We will be taken him to court. Do not buy from this place.

John N lie to me about the car he sold me. He said it was a trade in to him from an older couple that wanted a larger car. This turned out to be not true. He got the cars in a lot buy from California. He did not take the car as a trade in to himself. He had listed the car on Craigslist as a private owner sale but he is a car lot. He is a fast talker salesman and I had never bought a car from a lot before. I have had the car for less than a month and it needs $1000. worth of work all ready. He knowingly miss lead me. No stars. (you have to give out one star to post) Do not go here. If he replies to this, remember he is very good at talking around the truth.Turns out John bought the car at a theft auction. The whole drivers door has fallen apart. The button for to open the door to put gas in, fell though the door. I have had the car about on month.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. DO NOT COME HERE. STAY AWAY.bought a car that John N swore was 100%, no problems, and ran fine. drove the car 2 weeks and after taking it to a shop to see what exactly is wrong i’m now looking at a $2,200 bill to fix the car i bought less than 2 months ago.also, i was over charged on my tabs/title and i had let them know. still have not received the money they owe me.now onto the condition of the car: the inside was completely trash. beer bottle caps under the seat, between the seats. nasty, sticky, crusted on stuff that is under the cup holders, center consol, and the back center piece.once the car had started smoking i took off the engine cover and the block was COVERED in oil. from top to bottom.no one at the CMS auto group took the time to check the car before they sold it.

I have my suspicions this business is run by scammers who ran a fraudulent give away (ILLEGAL). If someone is willing to have a false giveaway to make a quick buck, you most certainly should NOT be buying a car from them. I emailed them twice on this matter and was ignored. I provided some photo evidence that supports my claim. The owners of this company once went by Certified Motorsports, but when the giveaway date approached all evidence of this entity disappeared. Luckily for us they didnt delete all traces of Certified Motorsports. The old business licensing address matches the one with CMS Autogroup, the name is even derived from Certified MotorSports. I take it this John fellow who is one of the ones at the helm of this operation is nothing short of a scum bag. There is far more proof, but I provided some images that support my claim. Some of these reviews are clearly faked as well.Update: Was continuously ignored, while asking around I found my suspicions were confirmed. He gave the car from the car giveaway to his business partners wife. If that doesnt scream scam I dont know what does. As soon as my review was first posted he decided to do another giveaway for damage control offering $500 to one lucky winner. All they had to do was post a fake five star review and theyd be entered. Someone willing to drop 500 to cover allegations isnt someone who is trust worthy. The good thing is fake reviews will be removed and he wasted $500. He builds his business on trust but proved to be another scum bag car dealer. Just look at the reviews and see all the good reviews specifically mentioning John all within one day. Not even big dealers pull these numbers in a week so why does this literally who car dealer get that many in one? John is not a man to be trusted I have all the proof in the world and with a little research youll find it too.Update: I will be filing a claim with the BBB as well as starting a Yelp Page, JOHN NOORI is in the business of scamming people. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HIM!
