The guys at the tire repair are great, fixed my flats really fast and it didn’t cost much. They also had a nice selection of used tires for low prices. When I went and need to replace a couple, I found a match set, that had about 95% tread left and it coast 1/3 the price, if night new. Never used the wrecking yard, so I cannot speak to that.

I never post bad reviews but I drove 30min to this junk yard to find clips for my car, I found the car with the clips but it was in the middle row so like 6 feet off the ground, when I asked them if they could bring it down or get the clips for me they said that all theyre forklifts are broken and come back some other time.

Good prices, they allow you to pull your own parts, open to offers. Under new ownership, so the name is changing. Inventory database accuracy might be a little off due to the merging of systems.

These are my go-to guys for tires, rims, and any other spare parts that you can find. People are super friendly and very helpful too. If you need something call them to see if they have that year make model of vehicle you have and if they do bring your tools and Go find yourself a bargain.

I never will bring my business to this place they have this guy that is really rude he was yelling to a co-worker he was telling get out on my face Im not going to work to 8 oclock all he was talking is about he dont want to work late I was there for 5 minutes waiting for him. we as a customer we dont care if they need to work late we dont need to be listen to stupid s*** we go there because we need our part for our cars and then my wife call my phone my phone ring 1 time and this guy told me that I need to call the building this is f****** b******* this mother f***** need to be fire. The owner should do a secret shopping so you can see the reality what we go through when we go to this place customer service is socks on this place you happened to me many times and I never ever ever go back to this place

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CHARGE TO MUCH $$$. I went in there today after work, the guy at the front desk was not only rude, he quoted me $300 higher than any other wrecking yard near by (including the 2 located next door to them) for an used Honda Engine. Then when I called an hour later I was quoted the same $100 less over the phone... FOR THE SAME ENGINE! So over the phone was quoted $450, in person $550, everywhere else was $300-350. RIP OFF!!! I used to go here all the time back in 2000-2003, however never again.

Worst wrecking yard Ive been to. They make their prices up and their customer service sucks. They have no respect for their customers what so ever. I feel like just buying a new part then to deal with them in person.

Recently bought out by binford metals, whom I deem excellent in terms of pricing and availability, assuming you know what your looking for. Unfortunately Binford chose to retain the original AAA staff and they suck.If you enter this place you will know what im referring too.

I have never gotten parts from these folks, but I have bought tires from them a couple times and I have been extremely happy with their service. I was short on money one time but needed tires and the guy held the tires for me until I had the cash. When I have gone into the parts section to use the restroom, the people in there seemed friendly enough. It is a junk yard, so I dont expect the same type of etiquette I might get from going to Nordstrom, and the language is a little rough, but I have been nothing but happy from my experience with them... and I would, and have, recommend them to other people.

Dont have experience just thought it would be a smart idea to open Saturdays and Sundays, theyd have much more business.

For the prices they offer, you can buy a brand new part delivered to your home the next day. No thank you

Bad customer service. The guy answered phone was so rude and unprofessional.

Terrible customer service. The know-it-all behind the counter treated me like an idiot because their website hasnt been updated in months. Then proceeded to mock a customer who spoke broken English, but did nothing to deserve the treatment the sea cow behind the counter gave him, then wouldnt even let the guy into the yard to explain what he was looking for. How this place has stayed in business is beyond me. Must be a lot of desperate people looking for car parts. Biggest waste of time you could possibly spend looking for automotive parts.

If you want to know whats its like to be raised with no manners and have a a horrible sense of customer service, I highly recommend this place. Rude employees and overpriced junk.

The worst place, there is this guy there that i would fire on the spot. He talks very slow and is very unfriendly. I would have bought parts from this place and they have my parts but the customer service is soo terrible that i wonder where they find these guys..

Cons: Overpriced, had to call them just to find the status on my car part retrieval, when I gave them my number and they told me they would call. Also, they gave me misinformation the first time I called, telling me the price of the part and then it would be out of the car the next day. I then call the next day and they said I had to pay for the item first before retrieval.Pros: Great selection.

These guys have a serious problem with the pricing. Just as another reveiwer stated they pretend to sort of work out a deal and sort of give you a better price. Yeah, right. $200 for a fender which is not even my color. Take a leak. Id pay you $200 for the fender if it was from a Ferrari or Mercedes McLaren. Not from a cheap car that I can buy the whole car for $300. Every time I request a quote for a part I get scared off. Not realistic at all. As everybody stated here for that price you can buy the part brand new shipped. Their neighbor Budget arent any better. Schmucks . Occasionaly Budget gives good prices, once in a blue moon, at AAA you are out of luck.

Picked up a car sit for my car for $50. Installed myself. As a result, saved myself around $600.

Very rude guy works here. Hes also a complete moron. Prices are cheaper new or any other yard. Delt with a woman here who was nice and reasonable on price. Overall terrible junkyard though I wouldnt recommend wasting your time.

I visited AAA to replace a damaged wheel and was very satisfied with the personnel and price I paid for the wheel.

Its my favorite of the 3 junkyard in kent but they need to extend there hours to 6 instead of 5, on Saturday.

Terrible people, terrible manners and horrible customer service. All the workers in the main office act like youre inconveniencing them by being there. And theyve told me they dont have certain parts that Ill find on my own once I walk out there. Seems like a very unhealthy work environment for the employees.
