Good store to shop at. Service isn’t bad either....

This location is re-organizing; I understand. However, when I have to hunt down an associate in order to “go get” a couple of packs of cream cheese (and I’ve been there twice in the last 3 weeks looking for cream cheese), something is not well-planned. I saw several refrigerated areas that could have been rearranged to accommodate a few pack of cream cheese. You’ve lost my business!

I went late and right before they closed and I was using WIC vouchers which are a pain for anybody who isnt familiar with them and the check out lady was a trooper and even came the next day when I was there and apologized to us if she seemed frazzled. Very nice people there and helpful.

Just tried to cash a stimulus check at the Cherokee street location, which I have done twice. The lady cashed it, took my social security number, and then gave me back my check and said she couldn’t do anything about cashing it. Pretty sure she just stole my information, and money.

Standing in line behind 8 people. They just closed 6 self checkouts and all registers. So everyone is queued half way down an aisle for one set of self checkouts.

Chanda & the lady working at customer service is very rude!! And she thinks it’s funny! Out of 20 stores only this specific store rules are different!! Even though another manager there cleared it up 2 months ago they still refuse! I know what it is though they really don’t believe I have money & they thought I had a stolen credit card so I showed my ID for the 100th time but I refuse to spend a dollar

Went to buy cat food for my rescue cats .. noticed a fowl smell in the area near the small Sheba double packs for cats ... this was NOT a fish smell, it smelled like rotten food that had spilled [black liquid] onto the cat food packs ... let Store Manager [Chanda] know, she was condescending and says ... its cat food, it smells like fish, thats how cat food smells .. must be an open pack. Uhm, NO, it smelled rotten, and funked up that area. Horrible Experience with this manager. Will not shop here ever again.

Ok store needs brighter lights to shop. They just swapped things around and the shelves are so high now and they went up on a lot of items in the store to the point I’ll just have to price check.

A $150 hold for gas is absolutely ridiculous.

This Kroger is basically one step above Murder Kroger with the only thing missing being the murder... they regularly dont re-stalk the shelves for commonly purchased items. You can also expect a 30 minute checkout if you shop after 10 PM because they shut all but 3 self-checkout ailes down. Furthermore, management refuses to provide the names of their superiors so the issue will remain. Why does the line go all they way to the deli?!?!? Go elsewhere!

Parking lot is usually filled with litter. The store itself is fine, the associates are not disinfecting the shopping carts as other grocery retailers. I always think twice before touching the carts because no one is disinfecting the store.

Great customer service today. Mostly young ladies working stocking, cashier, customer service, and lead person. New cashier checked us out. She was very polite and worked hard to get it right. I get the the check yourself out lanes are convenient but open more lanes with attendants.

I would love to give 5 stars but I have 5 kids at home and am not coming in there to buy. I do pick up to keep from my household catching the crud. ALL things need to be available for pickup! Not just in store Fix this so older people and people with little kids can order groceries.

Good location. However docking a star for obnoxiously loud speakers, and lots of litter in the lot.

Good Kroger but they made a terrible decision to start putting displays and boxes into the already crowded isles. We used to enjoy shopping here, especially with the scan and go, bit now its a claustrophobic disaster trying to walk down an isle with display boxes every 10 feet.

This store is just completing a renovation and Im still learning the new placement of familiar items. They usually have fresh produce and are now 50-50 Organic with a wide variety of vegetables and fruit. Shelves are well stocked and checkouts are open.

Decent selection, well stocked. Staff was very helpful, asked if I needed any assistance. Good international section. Only major complaint was they were doing some construction.

Good customer service. Dont always have good stock on Sundays. Dont have Click List so i have to use a different Kroger to get that service. We still use this Kroger enough. Love the fresh meat seafood counter and staff there.

I have seen Diane in the produce department many times. I don’t know if friendliness and being courteous to the customers is part of her job, but she doesn’t try. She’s come barreling through with her produce cart and cut me off on several occasions, and doesn’t care if she’s in your way. I’m sure she’s the top produce stacker, because she doesn’t let anything stop her from her job. Other employees at the store are very friendly, and helpful.

Coldest grocery store Ive ever been in.. looks very dirty inside an the deli is VERY hit an miss at best.. if they move the aisles any closer together it will be just like walking inside an airplane.. an thats not an exaggeration..

My special needs son always loves to get the free cookie from bakery. There was nobody there today. Several times we had to go find someone. It caused him to act out. Maybe leave a box out like other stores do if nobody is manning the counter.

The restroom is just to the right of the entrance

You will find Good products here also staff is nice sometimes cashiers look like they don’t want to be here but they are willing to help most of the time, if you go to the pharmacy here they will be nice and help a lot to make you feel better in case you are sick.

Ive kept my same Krogers savings card for over 15 years on my keychain. Obviously, I like this grocery store. It never ceases to amaze me of how blessed I am to walk into this store and be in produce heaven, and have the privilege to enjoy the flower gardens while I shop. Praise the Lord!

Chris, the young man who was arranging everything on the shelves was very helpful. He stopped working to help me find everything I needed. I was in a huge hurry and the isles had been rearranged since the last time I had been there. If it had not been for his help, I would have left and gone to another store. Thanks, Chris!

Love the remodel. More fresh produce. Appreciate the store set up, easy layout. Manager is helpful and approachable. Always have some of my favorite fish. Love it when I catch a sale. They have a loaf cake that is $9.99. When you want decadent cake at a great price this is it. Tiramisu, chocolate mousse, 🍓 shortcake, 🍋 🍰. The lemon is my favorite. There are other seasonal choices. This is a great value.

This store includes its relatively new design that is enjoyable for customers. Kroger offers many benefits for its customers, such as discounts for fueling its provided gas stations (will be covered in more detail down below). Also, Kroger offers cheap and affordable products for many uses, such as for furniture, candy, food, appliances, medications, desserts, and much more. This store also offers a gas station. For those who wants to get decent quality products for a cheap price, I recommend this store.

I like that they are open 24/7 and they have good prices. My only complaint is their produce section is lacking. No cucumbers?!? No carrots (except for organic)? I have been there other times and they were sold out of beets. These are basic vegetables and should be regularly stocked.

Hey, its my favorite of the 4 local grocery stores. Good prices and I have the layout memorized. Staff is always nice and food always fresh.

Its pretty much a standard Kroger. Service is fine. It has a somewhat larger selection than the one at the other end of Wade Green, at Highway 92.

Just a typical Kroger. Nothing too special. Its well kept both inside and out. Very difficult to get in and out of. Amazing floral department. All the workers arent very nice or intelligent.

I was looking for an item in dairy, yet I found the section to be chaotic with some popular brands like Fage in disorder and Greek Gods missing prices. However deli, meats, and produce looked good. The bathroom was clean, but had to walk around carts and other obstacles to get to the bathroom.

Really good produce, meat and fish. Great value for the quality. Pretty much always have what we need. So much better than Publix!

Deli: Gracie probably shouldnt be working in the deli section. Made my purchase just to leave... she did seem content when we were leaving though. definitely wont be going here for deli anymore.Do yourself a favor and buy the cheaper prepackaged deli there.

To be honest, I only started going to this location for conveniences sake, its close to home and open 24 hours, which accommodates my weird schedule, but now theyve gained me as a steadfast customer. The other day I bought milk at 930 at night, got home to open it, and it was solid. And not a frozen type of solid. I think the cap was corrupted. So I take it back at 1030 pm, with very little hope. But they allowed me to replace it with no problem, even though customer service was closed. A+ service all around.

As a frequent shopper Im offered lots of discount coupons in the mail and online. This is close to my house and I get some good markdowns

Ive been coming in late night after Publix closes on way home from work for years. Its great having something other than running to Wal-Mart across town.

You can usually find a lot of items you need. Not as wide a selection as Walmart but it has great deals and if you register with a Kroger Plus card (which is free) you get w wi more deals which can be better than many competing companies (Walmart, Amazon...). Not a lot of organic selections but they definitely have a few.

Should have went to Publix. No one in the meat dept. No one in Seafood. No one in self check out verifying IDs. It’s bad enough I’m doing your job as cashier and bagger, and I still can’t get out of the store with a hassle.

Clean store, stocked very well, friendly employees, good sales... the only downfall is the parking lot.. its over crowded and hard to get in and out of.. but thats not the fault of Kroger..

Its a pretty good store. Now that theyve added a lot of alternative ways to check out the staff is even less visible, but usually friendly if you find someone.

Kroger is the best establishment on the planet. If they dont have it, you probably dont need it.

Probably one of the worst I have been in. So understaffed at 6:30pm on a Tuesday that you would think it was 2am. 10min wait for a deli person to come behind the counter. Another wait for a butcher. Actually had an off duty employee go in the back and get someone out. 2 non self check lanes 3 people deep. Hope you dont have to pee. Just bad real bad.

Have never had a problem here until today. My wife and I were walking into the store and a lady was blocking the entrance. My wife said Excuse me very politely and we walked past the lady to which she replied with a scoff and Yea, you are excused. I just laughed it off, grabbed our cart, and walked into the next sliding doors. Then I realized that lady was wearing a blue shirt like all the other employees. I immediately stopped and asked my wife if that was an actual store employee. Before she could respond I hear the same rude woman reply Umm yea, I do from the customer service desk to the left. I told her we said excuse us and she just turned away to ignore me. Her name is Taylor. Middle aged African American female with dyed red hair. This kroger just lost two repeat customers due to your horrendous attitude and manners. I am also contacting the store manager now to inform them of this incident and to let them know about this google review.

Customer service isnt as bad depends on whos helping you. Theres s short chubby lady that walks around with blondish like hair not very pleasant to deal with. Some cashiers are ok some have attitude.

This krogers used to be awesome. Been going down hill lately. The pharmacy is still keeping up high standards. The kroger off of 92 is better for food shopping now.

Its Kroger. Same as the other Kroger near me it is often out of stock on things I buy most. Not good.

Items are always available and fresh. Staff is always knowlegable, friendly and helpful.

Basic kroger. Not a renovated location but no real complaints. There are the issues they share with all krogers though such as occasional check out backups and the bathrooms are sometimes not clean but the prices are great and they have a good coupon program on top of that.

Used self check out, w/d, took receipt & groceries, forgot cash. Mgr saw footage. A woman took cash & left. Mgr wouldnt compensate (been going 15 years. receive coupons from Kroger frequently. Publix takes Kroger coupons.

Awesome place to shop. They have good quality food and nice prices.

So the night before a big event I realized we didnt have any twistie ties to hold together the wrapping for a few gift baskets. I quickly called two Walmarts and Party City and a few Dollar Trees but they either werent in stock or were closed. I started getting a bit desperate and started calling Publix and a few Krogers near my house. Of all those places, the manager at this Kroger was the one who was willing to help me. She was so sweet and I wish I remembered her name but she let me have a couple of the twistie ties in the produce section and they worked like a charm. Im so, so grateful for the staff here that were willing to help me with an odd request when I really needed it. Thank you so, so much! This is one of the Krogers in my area and Ill be sure to stop by here from now on. :)

Refused to refund my money, forced me to drive to the main store and talk to a manager and get the manager (who deserves 10 stars) to pay for my additech engine additive out of her own pocket, and ended up giving me more gas than I paid for. (tried to give her the $4.17 that went above what I prepaid for).That manger deserves a higher position. A pay raise and a better staff. She went above and beyond.way beyond. I shop here on a regular basis for groceries, the only thing that makes me give 3 stars instead of five is the lack of having produce in stock and when it is in stock its not fresh. A lot of times the produce has mold growing on it and even the packaged lettuce is turning brown.
