Sara was especially kind, attentive and eager to help as I looked for placemats that were out of stock at the store. She and another representative at the service counter joined forces to call several stores to look for them on my behalf. They were amazing and went out of their way with a smile to help me. The is is why Publix is where I shop. Thank you so much!!!🎉💥🎉

Clean, atmosphere was pleasant but no one had masks

I’ve never been into a Publix in my life before today. What a nice clean grocery store. It reminds me of Whole Foods. I only saw the deli up close since I went in for or a sandwich. They did a great job. Lots of vegetable toppings, gives subway a run for their money. And then the best part, the lady making my sandwich, wrapped the halves separately! Pure genius. I wish I could remember her name. That lady needs a raise.

I bought some filet mignon and loved them, so a few weeks later I bought them again. This time they had string inside holding them together and were super fatty. I asked a butcher about this and told him my disappointment. He was extremely dismissive and could care less I just lost $35 on steaks he tied together. Not typical of Publix to treat people like this

Publix is definitely the most helpful and the most cleanly of our local grocery stores. You pay a little extra for it but if youre clever and easily make up for that with the sales.

Im here to get my second COVID-19 vaccine. Walk up to the pharmacy. Which by the way, just opened. No one in line. The girl in pharmacy, Rude! Rude! Rude! I do business here daily. No excuse for this rudeness snd acting as if Im an inconvenience for her. The only reason i didnt set her straight, Im an adult. I dont want to go to jail.

Its pricier than some grocery stores, but you get a clean location, a good variety, and friendly customer service. They always offer to take groceries out to your car and have umbrellas at the ready, if needed.

I wouldnt order ahead at the deli here. Nearly every time there is an issue and I dont get my stuff by the scheduled pick up time. The rest of the store is nice.

I love their fried chicken dinners because I like to cheat on cooking. I also tried the Mardi Gras chicken for the first time, both I and my son enjoyed the taste

Have been looking for fat free mozzarella and fat free american cheese all day and found them at Publix! Will start here next time!

Idk why I’m always getting followed around this Publix. I’ve lived down the street my whole life and come and spend my hard earned money here multiple times a week. The managers who follow me never want to actually help me find the items they just continue to stalk me and make me feel rushed into buying something. The check out girls have said some horrible things about customers who they don’t believe fit the Publix “brand”. I love Publix and this one is conveniently close but I feel like I have been stereotyped. If I could give zero I would.

This store claims to be mandatory mask, however, not one employee will tell a person to wear a mask. They allowed multiple to shop without a mask. One person even was leaving over deli counter without a mask and sneezed. Will not be back since they don’t actually care about their customers. Further proof is by a manager not wearing a mask and then being told I should shop on Instacart if I had issues with their policy. That’s where people who don’t wear a mask or have medical issues should shop. Will never step foot in a Publix again.

Hate places that have a mask policy and dont enforce it. Roughly 30% of the guests in store were following the mask policy or distancing. I base my shopping decisions based on this. I have immune compromised family members that I try to protect. I dont want to be lied to about a policy of this importance. Have the policy or dont. I wont be shopping Publix going forward because of this.

Always out of white bread for subs?????Never have enough staff in deli waited 20 minutes in line! Only to be told no white bread! 3rd time i have been here in 2 months will be my last!

Christmas eve, open to 7pm, I got there at 5:30, and the lady at theBoarshead counter and checkout lady were both kind and cheerful.

Good selection, typical Publix. Helpful friendly staff. Buy One Get One Free deals make it on par with Kroger Plus prices. But generally expect to pay more on average overall. Wheelchair access sidewalk ramps, automatic no-touch entry-exits, ATM, and I forgot to notice if they have Redboxes.

On these publix not is a pleasure shop I hate shop because the produce manager and employee make fun wen the costumer use gloves glasses masks is not funny please owner took to your employees be frendly with your costumers

Shopping at Publix was not a pleasure today. i went in to buy some fried chicken for dinner. Now you would think that common sense and good management would have fried chicken ready on a Friday night around 6 pm, dinner time. NO. I asked a lady behind the counter how long before the next batch will be ready and she said 3 minutes. So I decided to do more shopping even though i only came in for the chicken. It took me about 10 minutes and went back to pick up my 8 piece chicken and there were none. So i waited another 10 minutes and none came out. I asked another lady when was the chicken was coming out and she told me another 12 minutes or so. so instead of 3 minutes, it was actually about 32 minutes. I was upset at this point so I decided to leave and get something else for dinner. As i was walking out, i thought i would let a manager know, so i went to the customer service counter and asked for a manager. The nice lady paged for a manager. I stood there watched 3 managers standing by the door socializing, laughing and carrying on while the poor lady was looking at them. I decided not to bother and left the store.
