My favorite Publix. Plenty of staff & great service. Store is neat & fully stocked. Restrooms are clean & upfront. Deli is on far right as you enter store has delicious cookies, pies, cakes & sandwiches. A few sale items are typically placed up as well so you dont have to search for them. Meat section is clean & well stocked too.

Love shopping at Publix. Always friendly, informative, and helpful service. 😁

I love my publix except they let beggers in the parking lot begging for money

I go in on a busy Friday night to get three items. When I get to the checkout line I notice all the 10 items or less lines are closed. There are 3 checkouts open, with long lines. No big deal. After waiting for my turn, 3-5 minutes, they put a “lane closed” on the belt right after the person in front of me. I ask “seriously? I have 3 items. Can I check out here?” And they say “the other two lines are open, you can checkout there.” I set my stuff down and walked out. I understand everyone is busy, short staffed, etc, but to force customers into long lines on a busy Friday night by not having the 10 items or less lines open, in addition to not letting me checkout with three items without standing in line again is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

I swear I thought I couldnt have a better experience, more than my other favorite Publix. This PUBLIX IS NOW one my new favorite. When I say they go above and beyond they really do. I got the best service from the bakery all the way to the cashier. I left that store feeling GREAT ABOUT MY purchase 👍🏿 the five 🌟 are well deserved.

Honestly this place has it all, product, price, service, convenience. The only reason it isnt a 5 star is because of this customer that threatened to shoot me for placing a cart in one of the designated areas outside of the building. If that stupid man had never existed, this would be a 5 star place. The last star being not the best location

The guy who worked the deli at 8:45 pm tonight made us the most incredible subs. After a long day with traffic, they were the best weve ever had. My fiance is a connoisseur of Pub subs, and he agrees. You made our night, deli guy.

My customer service experience as always was wonderful its publix!! What I didnt like was how a manager spoke to one of the employees 😡. Her name is Catherine and shes a cashier manager. There was this young man and he was trying to be helpful her response was (with a tone) this bag is horribly packed, here give me the bag. It may not be a big deal to many but as an assistant manager myself, this is not the way to treat, speak, or teach an employee anything! Please look over the way you talk to others.

Put in an online order of subs at 12.30, and it was supposed to be ready at 1.00. Had to wait another 30 minutes to get them. The lady who was making the sandwiches was ignoring the order even though the ticket was right in front of her. Instead she took care of all the walk-ins. Thanks to Tim who stepped up and made our sandwiches. Was told that one of the sandwiches is no charge but still got charged for both. Will never get sandwiches from here again.

Love shopping there just moved out here a couple of months ago and I love it its right around the corner from where I live people are really friendly and when you cant find nothing there dont take you right through to where it is

This is by far my favorite Publix. The Staff is super friendly and helpful here and the Deli always has super quick service. They have really handle things well during this challenging time. I have been impressed with their quick checkout and their offer to help you to your car.

This Publix store has a huge selection of birthday candles, including sparklers (perfect for not having to blow on a cake!) and birthday balloons, cakes and pizza cookies! Its a small store, but it has a better selection of birthday supplies than most bigger Publix.

The people working at the deli station made me smile big today! They were very friendly and we shared a few good laughs. Publix never disappoints.

Do yourself a favor and go the other ones if you want deli meat or a sub. They are super slow and only had one person doing subs. Yet they had 2 people cutting meat but they werent helping anyone. One of them jumped over to help with the online orders. Waited 25 minutes for my turn and the sub came out looking like trash. Manager Moore needs to get those people ready to work and not walking around in the back.

The meats were wrong, the cheese was wrong and they also just threw my extra cheese on top of my sub as if to say, You do it. I will NEVER ORDER ONLINE from Publix again. IN STORE ORDERING is an entirely different experience.

Little pricy but what isnt since Rona

Had a cake made for my grandmothers 77th Birthday on 6/3/21. Definitely didnt turn out like the picture of how it was supposed to. Very disappointing.

Best neighborhood grocery you can find.

The meatt department does their best to ignore you and if that does not work they are just rude. Nobody works the deli meat counter anymore, their all making sandwiches. The bakery never has bread. They say they gave it all to the deli and to go ask them for some. In the last 2 years this store has gone way down hill.

What a well-run Publix! I believe this Publix was built in the mid-90s, probably 1993 and the store looks no older than 10 years old. Very nice and friendly staff will always smile at you and are very kind upon check out. its the same distance from my house to Kroger as it is to Publix but we just really like the buy one get ones that Publix does so often and also enjoy the nicer atmosphere.

Fast service and nice workers

My go-to Publix! The bakery is always fresh no matter what - bread, cupcakes, cakes, muffins, etc. They always greet me when I come in and everyone is consistently friendly. Every once and a while Ill end up buying a product still stocked on the shelf that was already expired but no big deal as they accept it as a return and provide a store gift card credit.

Everything you need in a grocery store

I have shopped at this location for over 20 years. Its a great Publix, except for one thing: you have to make sure the deli folks take the rind off of some of the cured meats before slicing them. On several occasions we have gotten home to find that our salami and mortadella have the rind on. I know its a minor inconvenience, but it shows a lack of training of the younger staff who dont know what they are slicing. This happens mostly with online orders, so be aware.

The deli experience was tragically slow, so tragic in fact that I gave up and left the line and went somewhere else, I’ll take my business somewhere else. It doesn’t take that long to make a sub for the people in line or get some fried chicken together and weighed. If public can’t manage a deli with chicken and such then leave that to the professionals at Bojangles.So at the end of the day Publix is another let down in the supermarket world because there prices first of all aren’t even close to competitive and they can’t even handle keeping a deli up to speed. Sorry Publix. Do better. Be like Ingles or Kroger.

I wish I could separate my review for this store in to departments. The staff at this location, however, is outstanding. I believe this store has some of the friendliest, most helpful staff at any Publix Ive been to. The good parts of this store: great deli, bakery, grocery, and dairy department. The bad parts? The produce at this store is absolutely awful. Just yesterday, I purchased some basil for a recipe and ended up throwing it all out, since the middle of the package was completely rotten and moldy. I try to avoid purchasing produce at this store because I have gotten a similar nasty surprise numerous times. The seafood and meat departments are slightly below average. Items are frequently out of stock or low quality for the price, and I prefer to buy meat and seafood from other Publix locations. The location of this store is very convenient, and as stated: employees are great! I just wish they had a higher quality in the produce and meat-seafood departments.

They need to learn how to bag! Meat and bread doesnt belong in same bag. Cleaning items need bag of on. I usually shop at stores with self checkout but last night was in rush. I even separated my items told them how I wanted them and they still didnt get it right

Monday evening and not too late. Had to pick up prescriptions, so qe decided to grab dessert from the bakery. Only 2 registers open. Huge lines to check out. Even tried customer service, 2 reps there but 1 stood there and let some guy scratch lottery tickets right there even though he saw us waiting. Gave up and left our buggy with 2 items in front of the bag boy and walked out. Horrible customer service tonight at publix wade green road.

I absolutely love this Publix! The staff is definitely better than other locations, hands-down! They always go out of their way to help me get what I need and are friendly. I feel like they are my extended family. It also has more features that I enjoy, like fresh Sushi. Plenty of good options since its a larger store. Will only get better after renovations are done! Keep it up guys!
