The store is very nice and clean. They just had a remodel done and looks great. They have very good deals going on right now. My wife and I just bought some furniture that we a very pleased with. I hope you come out and see for yourself.

Bought furniture, had to ask for help, not a single person asked if they could help first. Good deals overall. Will buy more, perhaps at a different location.

Pretty good Store and good customer service

We waited a long time for help in the furniture section due to there only being 1 person in that department. When it was finally our turn after about 30-45 min we started trying to find a sofa that was in stock. During that process the manager ignored us and took the girl helping us to go help some other people also looking at furniture. We did not purchase anything from them and probably wont waist our time here again.

Online said the product was at the store. More then 15 of them. I get there and I am being told, mind you without the employee attempting to look, that they have never see it. I walk around the store some more and what do I find on a shelf, more than 15 of the product I was looking for. The NY in me has no patience for incompetence.

I just walked around the store and it was cute and there was a lot of good stuff i wanted, but when I went to check out they couldn’t find the prices of anything on my items & it took them a good 10 minutes to price one item. Then, I got to my car & opened one of the boxes to put my phone up in my car and the box was empty LOL

I will never shop at Big Lots again. I ordered a twin bed set, all the pieces in the order, the store didnt bother to call me to tell me it was out of stock or anything. They left it to the 3rf party delivery service to let me know. So I was left scrambling to find a box spring for my childs bed. I understood the first time, but 2 additional attempts with no communication about the order, just canceling it, I am less understanding. Especially, after emailing the customer service department asking for help and calling the 800 number. Horrible horrible horrible customer service!!

I was just there . They had a display of nothing but Christmas candy. I was purchasing dark chocolate cordial cherries. There was a sign on both sides, Christmas Candy 50% off. When I went to pay, it didn’t ring up half price. The manager said that’s not Christmas candy so it’s not on sale. She would not honor the sign, even though there were about 15 boxes on the rack. I told here she needed to pull them off the Christmas display. She didn’t. Not good customer service

Avig store lots of easy to find items. It had a Haloween selection you see Thanksgiving and Christmas was slowly coming I. There is a lot of tecliners.

Nice and neat as far as discount stores go. The signage is clear and helpful, which is great if youre just trying to find what youre looking for in a hurry. The employees I came across were welcoming and ready to help. I was pleased to find name brand products in addition to off brands that are typically found in stores such as Big Lots. 5 stars for cleanliness, isles kept neat and organized, and especially staff that is easy to locate.

My favorite for deals hunting. Beware! If you go in thinking to get one item, dont look around!

Favorite place to get snacks.

We found it from the middle of nowhere. This was like a dream trip. Life saving. We needed to buy sweets as gift for our uncle & aunt whom we were visiting. When in here we also got tempted to buy a few of sweets and nuts for us too. Thank you Big Lots for saving our lives.

We love shopping at big lots. Theres always something beautiful to find here. The prices are very good compared to some of the other stores in the area. Its not the cleanest store and the bathrooms need a lot to be desired but the people here are friendly and we always find something interesting to buy.

Best big lots around. Best prices and selection on rawhide free dog bones- and Epsom salts :) Employees are always friendly and welcoming. Only big lots location I will enter.

We found the furniture we love! The associate that assisted us was friendly and very helpful. She made suggestions, gave information on delivery drivers and was patient through our indecisiveness. The store was well organized.

Nice clean store. Lots of merchandise. The parking is great. Lots of choices that you wont find elsewhere. Walmart wishes that they were this well stocked.

Big Lots has good prices, with a variety of items. I bought 3 couches, a bed, (very comfortable), and a table for a good price. We saved so much money buying there we went back and got little items for around the house. Also they still offer layaway on larger items if needed.

I was taken aback by the level of courtesy and cleanliness in this location. A pleasant and welcome surprise. Each department was amply stocked and prices are clearly marked.

Have found real bargains here! Still using my rebuilt Hoover sweeper and kitchen island. Both were excellent purchases!

I absolutely love this store. There is always a bargain treasure find waiting to happen and the prices on gluten free and organic food can not be beat. The staff are always so helpful and very kind. Big lots in Kennesaw is a delightful place to shop.

This is the worst location I’ve ever been to : i asked the cashier if she had change for a hundred and she said “i do not “ . Then another cashier offered to help me . I’m surprised it takes two people to get one thing done . I am not pleased

Prices were meh. A lot of their product seemed old and stale. Associates were nice though.

Wow, Big Lots has come a long way in quality and selection. Much better than they used to be.

Ordered bed. Great price. Friendly fast customer service. They Didnt have delivery service but suggested Bungii. Used Bungii app for first time for delivery about 7 miles away. Entire process from purchase to delivery took about 30-40 minutes! Awesome experience. I suggest leaving the tip in the app. Driver preferred cash tip I didnt have change so he got a huge tip.

At this particular Big Lots they have rearranged the shelving. It is better displayed and makes you feel that things are cleaner and that you can better find what you were looking for.

Love Big Lots! I can find many items that I enjoy at discount prices. I often find food or items that I can try that would be much more expensive at other places.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Found exactly what I wanted and the associates went out of their way to assist and find better deals for my purchase. Ill be coming back.

Staff at this location is amazing and very helpful, but I wish on a corporate level they were more straightforward about the coupons you can and cannot use.

I love it

The womens restroom at this location was filthy and one stall had a broken toilet seat. So dispenser was torn open and being used as a trash can, garbage cans and sanitary waste cans were overflowing. This was reported to store manager and hopefully has been cleared up.

There is almost nothing you cant get at Big Lots and the prices are always better than typical retail.

This store always has a cashier available and the one I go to is just as sweet as can be & she has been there forever. The only suggestion is to watch those prices. I have purchased the same 20 Quart clear bin 3 times. They are labeled 3.20 but ring up 3.50. This has been EACH time I buy them. And it has happened with food products as well. They fix it, but because I catch it. It is annoying mostly because I know other folks may not catch that & that is not cool #PriceFail #BigLots

Putting out christmas stuff already...omg. Has discount bread flavored bagles buns and bread like thomases, arnolds and natures own. 140 and 160. 3 to 5 bucks at other stores. Has a refridge section. Employees freiendly but generally kinda slow. Clearance merch ring up properly only half the time. I like store for prices but not for sppeed. I have autistic 4 yr old son. He often get impatient so i dont go as often as i would if it were quicker checkout.
