Always has properly filled zones of items for sale. But then theres someone (who totally is not me, I swear 👋😜🤣) that will modify the structuring of it, or even completely select ALL ELECTRONIC items in a random row for relocation onto the floor for a fung shui affected shopping experience. Thats the best way to ensure the employees are working in an area while you fill out the secret shopper submission form. Why? The shopping apps rate your base pay by how much information is submitted. And direct payments must total 20$ or more for withdrawing. The more you know!

This is one of the good Target stores. This store is well kept and always have items in stock. Staff is very friendly and I didnt have to wait to check out. My experience here was good.

Restrooms are not cleaned throughout the day. By far one of the worst kept bathrooms I’ve ever seen. Overflowing trash cans are the least of their problems, toilets not flushed, and the stench that gets you as you walk in is gag inducing. Absolutely deplorable.

Stopped by to make a return and was helped by Alex at the customer service desk. He had such a pleasant attitude. The world could really use more humans like him!

The fact that your major competitor, Walmart has decided to lift the mask ban was one of the factors in which way to head today for stores. While that may come yet for all stores, the fact that your store is honoring that now was important to me. I have also typically had better luck in Target getting most willing assistance when needed.

I need to compliment the young man who helped us load the chairs into our car. Hes got long hair and a very relaxed personality. In a world where people do their job to the minimum and really dont care - he was a pleasure to deal with and was very helpful.

Just left Target 8pm Kennesaw TV section asking about a Samsung 55in. Was told by Stephen the CSR that this TV was $549, we asked about the QLED and Stephen said this out of your price range $1k in front of other customers that was so embarrassing. I said how do you know its out of our price range thats stereo typing. He said people dont buy $1k TVs its not in their budget. My husband and I walked away & asked for a Manager. Vondell was the Manager on duty. We walked back w/Vondell to the TV dept for Vondell to tell Stephen not too say those things...what???? He has said this before because he was so comfortable in saying it. I will never shop at Target again. Horrible customer service .

Asked for assistance finding an item from an associate named vondel. He did not hesistate to berate me in front of other guests, condescending me and making me feel unwanted. His demeanor with me and my party was enough to make me find another store. Do better.

I rarely come to this Target but my target was out of stock in the particular item I was looking for. Every target I have been to stands by their price match policy except for this one. Walmart website clearly advertised a significantly lower price and instead of honoring the price match they removed the item from their price match tool. Like I said, I’ve never experienced this issue from a Target before so I was very surprised.

I was at the target to make a return, and I was waiting at the customer service desk when I heard shouting from the back room. Then a man walked out witha name tag that said vondell, and he was followed by a disgruntled employee who proceeded to help me with my return. Maybe if managers spent less time shouting at their workers then there would be someone to help at the desk. I feel bad for the very kind person who helped me. SHam e on vondell. Was immediately attended and reassured that the product handed to me was the correct one. Was approached with a smile. Also love the way the store presents its displays and easy for shopping. Their selection for products are always modern and fresh.

Went in there earlier this afternoon and was nicely greeted by an employee wiping down all the carts, she seemed to be nicely welcoming everyone. I dont go here that often only because its a little out of my way but it always seems clean. Today I noticed how much theyre trying to keep the place sanitized because of Covid, example being the cart cleaner and another one being another employee wiping down all the handles and doors in the frozen department. Another employee while I was waiting in line complimented my shirt which was sweet. After, shopping I had to pick up an item at customer service and the employee there was very quick and friendly. I actually left there in such a good mood just because of how clean and friendly it was at the store! parking lot is almost always busy but that seems to be the case with most shops around here.

Garrett was amazing. He helped me with such a difficult return and I could not have been more pleased. He was so kind and sweet to us! Will shop here again just because of him.

I use the drive-up for the convenience to have them bring my items out, but my recent drive-ups have been anything but convenient.

Quick in and out visit. I prefer to check out with a cashier because their self check out is always backed up. The cashiers are getting paid to stand there and look pretty...Give them something to do! I did and she was great! Wish I had caught her name.

I came in with crutches and a full halo on my leg. ( Exterior fixator that stabilized my shattered tibia) I tried sitting in a motorized cart but couldnt fit my leg in the cart and get enough pressure on the seat to move it. I was quickly greeted by a gentleman in a security outfit who also tried out the equipment and sincerely apologized for not having proper equipment for my disability. No sooner I am crutching away and I hear the same gentleman calling for me. My boyfriend and I turn around to see Geoff pushing this extra large cart with plastic seating for ME! He cleaned it, helped me into it, and made sure my boyfriend was good to shop. Geoff went above and beyond. His efforts did not go unnoticed or unappreciated. Thank you Geoff for being an exceptional human being.... Such a small act of kindness yet such a huge impact.

So far great experience. Store is always business but team lead and associates work swiftly to get lines moving. Cashiers are friendly. Items are usually in stock. Store is clean. I love the drive up! Service is quick and efficient especially when you have a cranky little one and need to move quickly!

Process was very convenient. I was hesitant beforehand because I thought it would be problematic.

I came in to say and to compliment on one individual. Even though it was raining really hard, he assisted me with my bags to the car and continued to removed the rest of the shopping carts in parking lot. That’s called dedication. After driving to the store Ive come to find out a product Ive been looking for was out of stock. Even after I got off the phone with an associate saying they had then in stock. I literally jumped in my car and drove 30 minutes to get there. Only to find out they were sold out an hour ago. How can that be if you said you had then in stock. I was completely defeated.

Jeff, the manager, did a great job handling my complaint. He walked me to the service desk, brought my merchandise over for purchase, and followed up with my satisfaction after my purchase was complete.I am taking a star off because of the employee that made it get to this point. She didnt listen to my initial concerns and wouldnt honor the offer that was displayed on an item.

I love this Target! It’s newly remodeled and (almost) everything is so nice and clean. They have a good selection and very nice employees. The one negative thing I have to say is that their restrooms are always dirty every time I have been and smell like a mixture of BO and wet dogs. A little air freshener would go a long way! It’s surprising that they didn’t freshen up the restrooms with the remodel!

Went purchase some meats, notice there is 4 pack of chicken tender on sale expire today with buy it now coupon $4 of this package today. Original price the chicken tender $4.99 and went on sale for $3.99 this week. Because the coupon its over the price Manger on duty reggie told me that he is not going honor the mistake coupon that has place in the package and only willing to offer half price $2 for the chicken tender. I do not think this is fair how they make a mistake and not honor the deal. Store manage called and handle the issue professionally.

Fast and easy to do the pickup. Ordered online and in a few minutes it was filled and ready for pickup. Pickup was at the front of the store so all I had to do was run in and pick it up.

Got order right and in great bags i can use again at home and very nice people.

This target location is a decent store. It seems they were attempting to be a super target but failed. Everything in the store is pretty much a target except the grocery section it seems to be an after thought more like a convince store rather than a grocery store like others Ive been. Recommended for everything but groceries!

Used the Drive Up service on Christmas Eve and was extremely happy with the service I received.

Have to be honest Target is my wifes favorite and not mine, but of all of the targets Ive been forced to endure this one is pretty nice. The staff are always super friendly and the store is kept up very well. Plus theres a Starbucks, and coffee almost always makes things more tolerable.

Always love target. We did not buy anything this day. They did not have our printer ink, but our printer is ancient by about 15 years. So understandable. Over all the store was in great condition and sales people always a help even when we dont ask.

Is target!! Of course I love it! They are carrying now a lot of craft beers and that my husband loves it! I go there probably 2 times a week! They have everything that you can imagine and at great prices!

Very clean with staff dispersed throughout the building ready to help. The variety is a bit limited, but what they do have is nice quality and worth the money. The pharmacy located inside is also very friendly and the flu shots they offer are a good idea for anyone wanting to get ahead of the flu season rush.

Commonly out of stock on popular items. Generally a significant wait at checkout. Last time we were there no actual cashier registers were open unless you count customer service, only self-checkout. Its big and the closest Target to me but I generally drive further to a better Target.

I was happy to discover that I had a Super Target near me. Plus, my daughter loves it because theres a Starbucks inside and she lives for that. But, yeah, you cant go wrong with Target.

I love Target. I really am obsessed. So this is not a review concerning products or staff because those are all great. I have been to this location on multiple occasions and the bathrooms are ALWAYS filthy. There is really no excuse for this being the constant. So my review is reflective of the bathrooms. In general, I feel this store could use a bit of an update to help with the overall cleanliness.

Not a full Target but not bad. Grocery section is limited but not as much as other non Super Targets. Definitely a nice clothing sections for kids and women. Bathrooms need help. Most employees are friendly.

I love target and I come to this one most often. I dont always feel like the personnel are friendly but maybe thats because I look intimidating. I can normally find everything I need here or online.
