Stopped by here for a sub sandwich. There subs are always really good and reasonable in price. Publix food pricing as a hole is over priced, but the stores bathrooms are usually kept clean and the staff friendly. This day my experience was good. I recommend this store. Easy access, right next to 575 and located on Bells ferry. V

You can’t go wrong with Publix! This location is always clean, it has great customer service and I tend to always buy my pub subs from here without no issues! Great location to do groceries comfortably!

Usually a great place, but lately a lot of expiring items on the shelf. And alot of empty shelves.

Great fine dining experience with my girlfriend, but they originally charged us for every little thing including the water and the bread lol. Obviously I said something, and the waiter was kind enough to take off a side item. Very good food, just read the fine print

No issues here well stocked and the parking lot isnt a nightmare. They tend to run out of white sub rolls in the afternoons but your milage may vary.Were happy to live nearby to this location.

Great store. This is my main grocery store. It very close and I use the pharmacy. Very helpful. All the employees are very friendly and always willing to help. Some even know me by name and always give a wave.

This store provides good customer service consistent with Publix brand. Also, the bread I got there was yummy and well priced.

Just checked out, about 5:20pm on 6/12/21. I usually have a decent enough time at Publix I guess, but this time in particular I happened to interact with 4 separate employees. Cashier, bagger, someone who made my plate at the deli, and someone grabbing carts. Somehow every single one of them amazed me with small friendly interactions and very positive attitudes. An excellent experience for a simple quick grocery run.

While you can order a pub sub online, this location never has them ready when the order says they will be. It probably doesnt help that the wall clock in the deli is never set to the correct time.

This was the first Publix Ive ever been to. While its not as big as the WalMarts Im used to, its definitely really nice and they have all the essentials you would need for day to day living. If youre looking for specialty products then you might try to see if they have it. Chances are they dont but it doesnt hurt to try.

I go here for subs because my dog is needing the vet a couple doors down.The subs are great and bread is fresh.I live next the one at Sandy plains. I quit getting theirs because read is always stale and they hold back on the meats.

Its my go-to store for food shopping if you shop the buy one get one free deals you can save a lot of money otherwise their prices arent the lowest but their customer service is the best. Im very glad I live close to one.

I suppose I could make this store my new normal Publix regardless its 25 minutes away from me! I was so impressed with everyone I came into contact with. I love Publix and their team but this particular store just had something about everything that made it far exceed my normal Publix, or any Publix Ive ever shopped. I am not exaggerating. You simply do not find superb customer service like I did on this shopping trip. I hope Publix takes care of this stores team members! Youre lucky to have them! Thank you!

I stopped by for a couple deli subs this evening (Publix subs are the best!) and Ozzie did a great job and was so helpful. It was almost closing time so now doubt the end of his shift but it reminded me why shopping at Publix really is a pleasure!

I’m always buy my cakes from Publix because they are always outstanding. Unfortunately I went in 48 hrs before my sons birthday thinking they would make. his cake fresh. It wasn’t. It had to have been pulled from the fridge because it was stiff. Very disappointed.

Always get in and out quick never long lines a bit more pricey than others but always clean and always stocked.

I got off work late, arrived at Publix just before 8PM, and was starving.For the second I walked in, the gentleman at the front door was happy and upbeat.I wanted a sub, but it looked like they were shutting it down. I was greeted by a very nice woman who told me it wouldn’t be long meaning my hopes of getting a fresh sub were in sight. I didn’t catch her name as she was stocking, but she was very courteous and acknowledged me immediately.Ozzie made my sub and was one of the happiest people I’ve ever seen working at 8PM. I know I was exhausted. They didn’t have the meat prepped for what I wanted so he cut the meat, happily, and made the sub perfectly. He seriously seemed to be enjoying serving me and started conversation with me while doing it. I took point to remember his name.I was then greeted by another amazingly happy employee who was my cashier, Shaq.After a very long day, starving to death on a Friday night, this kicked off my weekend to the best start.I don’t know who is doing the hiring, but everyone I met here tonight provided the best customer service.There are 3 Publix closer to my house, but after tonight it seems like the trip here is worth the drive.

The bakery blew away my expectations with my cake order! I asked for construction trucks thinking I would get little cartoon plastic pictures. Instead they went above and beyond and put little toys on the cake and made them look like they were hauling material with icing!! Thank you Publix at Orchard Plaza.

Needed Ox Tails for a Texas Recipe and only Publix carries this type of Meat, including your Membership only Supermarkets. Publix didnt have it that evening since they were sold out but said they would receive a shipment the next day and would set aside the amount I needed. As promised I called the next day and they were just waiting on me to confirm my order. Thank you Publix! 😊

The cashiers are generally friendly and helpful, sometimes the staff restocking the isles will avoid eye contact if you try to ask a question. If you go at night, the produce section is normally very empty and not restocked.

Well I locked my keys in my truck and they have been beyond helpful supplying me with a charging block and even calling locksmith people as my phone was dead. so in my eyes publix of bells fairy road you guys and gals are 💯 and will have my grocery loyalty for the remainder of my days

Its Publix so service and products are on point. Only negative is that they dont carry the kind of coffee I like but thats my preference not a requirement. They always have friendly folks at the sub station and Bakery, great store.

Publix @ Orchard Squares is always awesome! We now live in Marietta but still travel to over to Orchard square just for the customer service. We love the pharmacy personal especially!

This place has food and the stuff to go with it. They have Tillamook ice cream. Wow. If youve not had THAT stuff youre missing out. Their competitors dont. Shop this place. The people are nice and helpful and even the customers are down to earth. WOW TILLAMOOK!

Always clean, fresh produce and vegetables, exceptional bakery and deli. Prices are a little high though but quality is exceptional and Staff is great.

The pharmacy only 1 person can help you. If you aren’t dealing with Katie you’re wasting your time. I haven’t been able to get anyone else there to help with anything, other than being told do you mind if I take the person behind you while you figure out why I’m an idiot!!!! Ugh!!! The store employees are always nice and helpful but stick to a drugstore pharmacy!

I have been shopping at Publix for 15 years and specifically at the Orchard Square Publix for 8 years. I spend no less than $300 a week here so I am very familiar with the store. Im not sure what happened but for about a year now the store has gone WAY down hill. Their produce section has been absolutely horrible! If the produce they are trying to sell isnt already bad, it goes bad very quickly once I get it home. Their meat section has been questionable too! Ive gotten sick twice off of their hamburger and last week had to throw a package away before it even got to the sell by date because it had turned green. I just went to cook breakfast sausage I bought 5 days go, that doesnt technically expire for another week and its moldy! I bought bread rounds from their bakery and they are moldy! Every time I shop there, I have to check the expiration dates on everything because I cant tell you how many times I have gotten items home only to find out they were expired (the best was fig newtons that were 6 MONTHS expired)! Its official, I am giving up on the Orchard Square Publix!!! Although their employees are awesome, their food quality is NOT! Very, very disappointed!!!

This is a great example of the old style publix service levels and operations. Super-clean, at least 3 associates asked if they can help me find anything, one of them did help me find something I was unable to locate. The whole store was very bright, well-stocked, organized, and well presented. I was very comfortable in here. The deli counter staff was also friendly and quick on the slicers. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and thats not something I have been able to say at Publix lately.This location is a perfect example of the Publix brand and mantra. I will be back.

I went here to purchase some sushi and used my reusable bag as I always do, I do this every single time. A Publix employee stopped me before I got to the check out area and accused me of shoplifting which was a really bold and hurtful assumption to make about a customer. Won’t be Shopping here again because of the way I was treated and judged by Publix staff.

GREAT staff/ Store Manager

Conveniently located off of Bells Ferry and I 575. They have the best Deli around. You can pre-order subs, lunch meat and chicken and vegetables. They have amazing fried chicken, not greasy at all. Their wings are also awesome as well as their vegetables and salad. The employees are always smiling and happy to assist you in any way.

From the moment I walked in I was helped, they had an employee wiping down carts. I was looking at the bread and one of the bakers came and helped me without me even asking. Nice people Always clean We love the bakery. The breakfast bread is great. My only complaint is saw grass bushes in the parking lot that you should hope to never have to get out of car or walk next to.
