My experience has been exceptional! What made it so good, was the kindness of Keisha. She has been so helpful, every time I have there. Honestly, she is the reason I use this Pearle Vision. The doctors and staff at Pearle Vision are awesome! Very caring, thoughtful and they listen to what you want and work to help you get that. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get great vision services.

Horrible. I called 5x on different days and left messages everytime never got a call back. Even had my mother call 3x on her own and leave messages. Takes forever to make appts if you even get ahold of anyone. I have now had to go to the town lake or dalton location. Which is a longggg drive out of my way.

Been using them for 7 years now. Totally satisfied with the service. Especially the warranty when you need to use it. No questions asked they just replace

I love Dr. Rohatgi, he is an awesome Optometrist and Keisha is an amazing apprentice optician. They are so attentive, pays attention to details and knows how to build good rapport with their patients. I’ve been with them for years and will continue to be here as long as they are here. Keisha needs a $20 raise if not more because good customer service is hard to find. If you need a good optometrist go to Pearle Vision at the Kennesaw Town Center Mall.

I picked up my safety glasses from here today. Im not too happy.the lady could have helped me put the safety gaurds on.ive never had to wear glasses before and not sure how these things go on.. she was in hurry to get rid of me.my glasses dont even fit in the box that she jammed them in..so disappointed 😲😲😲🤷🤷🤷

Was quite a hassle purchasing glasses with them last night. There was one associate when we arrived and said that I could browse around. Found a pair I liked and had two other customers jump ahead of me since the associate needed to call my insurance. Once that was straighten out I had to work with a new associate that had to get caught up with what I was doing. The new associate didnt go over options for what I could do with my lenses and just gave me a total.(Apparently theres a blue light filter that I could have gotten done). Inquiring if I could do a different material for my lenses lead to a long time of the associate getting weird pricing and confusion. Eventually the associate asked, the original associate I was working with, and the answer was simply they couldntbe done. Frustrating that not all associates understand the lens options. Hopefully the pick up of my glasses is more streamline than purchasing them was.

I came in for an eye exam and was told I need it an appointment. I went ahead and made one and was told to be there a certain day and time. I show up for the appointment just to be told that I need it to call first?? I wasn’t told that the day I came in to make the appointment. What’s the point of making an appointment then? The receptionist was very RUDE also!!! the only reason I visited this place was because my mom and sister got their glasses here recently. Won’t be coming back.

Courtney was so nice on the phone making my appointment making me feel at ease that they would really help my son with his first pair of contacts. So I went on Thursday they were super nice and patient with him. Jess is the best also we came back on Friday to try again Jess and Courtney were there and by the time I had my exam Jess had taught him patiently again he had them in. If I could tell anyone that wants excellent & helpful service this is the place. Thanks so much,👍😁

Keisha is awesome and the reason we go back. She is not pushy but helps you find the right shape for your face and works great with teens.

My appointment was at 12:30. I waited until 1:00 to ask where the doctor was. I was told no one gets seen until at least thirty minutes after their appt. What is the point in making an appt for a certain time if I wont get seen at the time I set it for? Very rude and poor customer service. The receptionist were very rude and were not concerned one bit.
