Dr. S. Corbett, has always being friendly and warmth since I started going there. I love the whole team at the Town park office.

I had the best experience there. Everyone was super sweet and they were very informative about my eyes and explained the results after each test. They work with Lena Crafters which is right beside their office and the experience there was the best I ever had cause I worked with a guy Tony which gave me top notch service. Tony needs to be awarded and recognized for what he does.

This was my contact lens follow-up appointment where my visit with the doctor was excellent and quick. The trouble was as I was checking out and purchasing my year supply of daily contacts and the office did not have ANY contacts for me to take home at that time. I am forced to wait 2 weeks for my paid supply before I would have any contacts. The office staff said they could possibly get some from another store but I would have to come back next week. I have never had this happen to me at my previous eye doctor. This means I will need to take time off work to go to the mall for the 3rd time IF they can get some in the store. In the meantime I will not have contacts. Very disappointed.

The tech who did the pre-exam testing did a great job of explaining all the tests and procedures. The doctor was very friendly and thoroughly explained her observations and recommendations. She answered all of my questions and put me at ease about my perceived changes in my vision. I was very pleased with the quality of the exam.

The entire staff show kindness and exhibit a caring manner to their patients. I have been seeing Dr Ambareen Mohamed for several years. She has a very good memory and always greets me as a friend. She is very thorough when explaining all my test results and has never made me feel like she was rushed for time. I also like how I can go online to search available time slots and make my own appointment. I would definitely rate 6 stars if I could.

Had an exam at the Town Center location and then Kim helped with my glasses. She was Amazing! She helped pick out the perfect pair and then fixed my current pair that kept falling off my face. I initially started coming here to the Kennesaw location because I lived about 2 miles away. I have since moved out of the area (not too far but not 2 miles away) but have continued to come here. Every one is always very friendly and professional and I love Dr. Corbett!

Mr. Antonio Jones and the exam staff are very helpful, educated, resourceful and researched all my questions. I’m always thankful with my exams, prices and the choice of frames that they have and leave with a better understanding of my vision. This was my first time being at this Lenscrafters location and to say anything short of amazing would be a lie. The customer service and hospitality were above any eye doctor I had been too before. In all my years of getting contacts and an eye exam I have never met such a sweet caring doctor as Dr. Corbett. She really cared and went over everything with me and was never condescending about me not doing the proper eye care. She gave me many options to make my life simpler. The front desk and the lens studio was always there to help and I never had to wonder where to go or what to do next. I really enjoyed Hannah who did my pre-screening. She really set the tone of the visit which made happy to come there. Great job everyone!

I love this office!! The staff is very helpful and they are COVID safe. I felt very comfortable trying on glasses. They clean them thoroughly after each use. You can get your exam right next door and they are just as friendly. This will be my go to office from now on, and this is at least a 30-minute drive from my home. However, they have a larger and much better selection of glass wear than others near me. The staff is very stylist and will give you their honest and helpful opinion.

Everybody is so friendly and helpful, and the doctor is so sweet and doesn’t act like she’s rushing you through your appointment to get to the next patient. They teach you how to put in your contacts (I’ve never used them before) and the tech sat with me the whole time, despite my struggles and failed attempts at first. They had me try on all different kinds, let me see how they felt, the doctor checked the fit of all of them, and they made sure they were setting me up with the best, most comfortable option. I definitely felt like they actually cared how I felt and weren’t trying to rush me out. They made a second appointment a couple days later so I could make sure they were comfortable and working correctly, and the doctor actually saw me again to check the fit and prescription. Ordering my new contacts was super easy and took 2 seconds and I left feeling so good and confident about my new contacts and how to use them. I left both appointments happy because everyone was so nice and caring- I’ve been to doctors who definitely didn’t have the same attitude and left feeling like I didn’t get the attention I needed and still unsure about the issues I went in for. I really appreciate all the help and time I got and I would 100% recommend this office to any friend and family member. Sorry about this total novel of a review but I really want people to know that this office and doctor are awesome!

Very prompt and extremely clean. You go in and give your name and they ask you to go wash your hands. The doctor was very knowledgeable. All of the staff made me feel safe and like I was in a clean environment.

I came in for an eye exam and also needed new glasses. Immediately after finishing the eye exam I was greeted by Antonio Jones. Talk about being impressed right off the bat. He asked if I needed assistance looking for frames and I told him I had an idea from going online to look.I took him the frames I wanted, we had a very intellectual conversation while he did the fitting.He did a great job with offering different products. I couldn’t of been any more impressed with him. Managers like him or why I have been coming here for over 20 years. And hopefully I will be coming for another 20 years.

They communicated the appointment via text with check in instructions. I was seen on time and the staff was very friendly and polite. Really liked Dr Connor. She listened and figured out what was happening. The actual eye tests have improved and I feel confident my new glasses with be wonderful.

I scheduled an appointment for my teenage daughter and it was a great experience. My only problem was the lack information on the cost of the visit prior to my arrival.

The Physician was awesome!!! The office was extremely clean and organized. The Lens Crafters attached to the facility staff was amazing. The only bad part was the receptionist at the Atlanta Eye Group would not allow me to use their restroom. When I asked, she responded with, “ we don’t have restrooms for the public.” She then gave me directions to the department store restrooms next door. I hadn’t left the building but I was NOW considered the public and not a patient. I felt has if this was extremely rude being that I had not walked away from her desk 15 minutes prior AND had not left the building.

Paid 90.00 since they dont bill medical..diagnosis was conjunctivitis was SOLD over the counter eye drops on top of cost for visit. Told to call if any changes. Called a few days later eye redness had increased. Asked for prescription and was told I needed to come in AGAIN! To pay another 90.00?? Never going there again...its obvious patient care and concern comes 2nd to profits!

I went here today to get a routine eye exam in order to purchase new glasses. I’ve been doing this for over 20 years now, so I’ve been to several different places and seen several different doctors. All of them were fine, nothing memorable, but this place was exceptional and will definitely be a place and experience I’ll remember! I was having a hard day prior to going into my appointment and all of the staff were extremely compassionate, patient, and made me feel as comfortable as they could. However, Dr. Corbett went above and beyond. She came into the room after I was finishing up on a clearly difficult phone call. I burst into tears and she listened without judgement. She allowed me to take my time and didn’t make me feel rushed. And then she helped me problem solve by suggesting I get a pair of contacts to tie me over until my glasses were ready. I hadn’t worn contacts in years, so she sat with me while I practiced putting them in again and entertained me with some funny jokes to keep my mind off of my rough day. Honestly, if we weren’t in the middle of a pandemic I probably would’ve just wrapped my arms around her in gratitude, but we are, so a google review will have to do! If you want high quality service coupled kindness and compassion for your routine eye exam, then this is the place to go!

We had a very pleasant experience at the Atlanta Eye Group. We were warmly welcomed. The one Optometrist Tech answered all our questions with the in-patient forms. She administered all the pre-Optometrist eye tests that made my experience enjoyable. She was very personable. The Optometrist was professional and very helpful in explaining the results of her examination.

The eye exam was very professional, lots of technical gadgets, moved from one to the other for different tests. Annalise was meticulous about cleaning everything before and after I touched it.Dr Corbett was very patient about giving me all my options, and helped me consider all the issues.

I have seen quite a few eye doctors, & Dr. Corbett here is by far the best. She actually cares. She’s very thorough & friendly, & takes time to explain things & make sure your prescription is right. Despite all the changes that Covid precautions have implemented, I felt welcomed, safe, and refreshingly normal. Making the eye exam was a bit more labor intensive in that due to Covid all forms are filled out electronically. Despite being less technologically savvy than most, it was surprisingly straight forward and simple to accomplish. I was greeted warmly and seen on time. The staff and the physician were pleasant and professional.

I didnt know this kind of service -- though ideal -- actually existed, in a customer service venue, much less in a medically related one. I am very pleased and appreciative of my experience at Atlanta Eye Group, Town Center at Cobb; I will return.

I ended up not going due to fraudulent pricing. I finally have vision insurance and thought Id be able to go to a decent optometrist (read: not at a mall). I called and was told that while my insurance covered the eye exam for $15, AEG adds on several other things to where the total cost of exam would be $150. I can get the exam and two boxes of contacts at Visionworks for that price! So yes, they take insurance and then add a bunch of extras so that you end up paying more.

The staff was too aggressive in pricing and wanted to overcharge me so I just walked out

I recently shopped with Atlanta Eye Group town center to purchase new glasses for the first time in several years. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help! Jesse in particular was exceptionally kind and patient throughout the tedious process of trying on dozens of pairs of glasses. I always felt like the focus was on helping me find my perfect pair of glasses and I never once felt hurried. I would recommend this location to all of my friends and family, and will be returning for all my vision needs!

On time appointment with safety procedures evident from the moment I arrived. I was concerned when scheduling my annual eye exam. Temperatures taken upon arrival, hand washing and equipment sanitized. I have to return for contact fitting and appreciate the care for patient and staff safety.

My experience was great! I was able to look at all the frames on my own until I was ready to go sit with the sales person and get my lenses sorted out. I couldn’t decide between two frames and the sales person and his coworker helped me pick a pair and give me their honest and helpful input.

The service was horrible! I do not recommend going here. My appointment was at 3:30, i got there at 3:27, was told I was early. I was confused as she said my appointment was at 3:45. Thinking I was possibly at the wrong place, I pull up my confirmation email and it was at 3:30. I show the receptionist she says “Oh our systems must be off 15 minutes.” So I wait, I’m not taken back until 3:52, do the routine eye checks, then wait to be seen. I sit in the room for 30 minutes, NOTHING! I went back to the front desk and ask when I will see the doctor she says, “Oh, we thought she was in there with you.” They say maybe 10-15 MORE minutes before your seen. I wait and the Dr. comes in and is very pleasant. I had to leave because I had another appointment so I wasn’t able to pick out my glasses. I don’t recommend going here. The ladies at LensCrafters are AWESOME! This team needs some customer service training and a new system!

Everyone was nice and the tech was first class. Doc was awesome answering all my questions. Only issue is they took pictures that cost above and beyond my copay and did not tell me or ask me if I wanted them. It would have been nice to at least get the option.

I was confused at first because they had mixed up my information, I guess at some point someone accidentally added someone elses phone number on my account so they had my info wrong but that wasnt a problem, it was easily fixed.
