My eyeglasses were sent back twice due to errors in the eye exam, prescription and the manufacturing. Lenscrafters or Costco are nearby options with better quality.

I went in today just to see if they were open. I was greeted by Zetta. She’s a really warm person and a total sweetheart. She guided me through the whole process and was informative about pricing and even helped me pick the perfect paired of glasses along with contacts. They have a big selection. Ease of scheduling, cleanliness and selection of frames were all excellent. However, customer service was THE WORST I have ever experienced. Zeta, I believe her name was, did not listen, was condescending and was in no way trying to resolve my concern. I will NOT be returning. My feedback to Mgmt: Consider customer service training.

I gave them a call beforehand to make sure that they carried what I needed and I was told that the store carried the item. I asked multiple times just because its a not-easy-to-find item and I wanted to make sure I wasnt going to go there for no reason. When the receptionist told me Mam, yes we do carry it! for the third time, then I made an appointment, however when I arrived at the store they told me they didnt carry the item. They also told me to choose something else instead. At the end of the day, I walked away without what I needed and lost an entire Saturday afternoon to reach the place and come back. Negative experience overall, would not recommend. With so many serious and professional eye stores around, why risk your time and money with My Eyelab?

Overall good visit. However, I am not satisfied with the length of time it is taking to fulfill my order for contact lenses. Also, not to mention I still haven’t received the trial pair that I was told would take about a week to receive. Almost been 1 full month since my visit and still not received my contacts.I called the number for an update and was told my order was at the store and now I am receiving messages stating the order is delayed. My first time going to this provider. Will likely go back to treating at Vision Works again.

Ordered glasses from eyelab on Barrett Pkwy in Kennesaw while living in roswell bc the glasses recipient lives in Kennesaw. Received one email stating my order was ready for pickup and no other email. Traveled to Kennesaw eyelab to pick up order. Associate there was curt and rude in her demeanor telling us that there was a glitch in the system, and my order was not there. I stated that a phone call would have been nice. The associate answered by asking me if I thought she should call all the customers who received a misleading email. I said of course. She responded with well, corporate should have sent you an email saying that there was an error. I just work here. No other email was received. Pretty pitiful professionally speaking and was a waste of my time. Well see if we actually ever get what was ordered by the guarantee date

The customer service provided by Lindsey was excellent. She was very patient, kind and helpful. She even remembered me when I returned 2 weeks later to pick up my glasses. Love my new frames. Will recommend to family and friends.🤓

30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time I was finally seen. They knowingly gave me the wrong prescription for the trail pair because they did not have my prescription in stock. I wasnt told until after I put the trial pair on and complained they were not clear.

Tamera was awesome at the glycoma test where they blow the air in your eye. She did it in only one try and I usually need to get that done at least 3 or 4 times anywhere else. Lindsay was super helpful on the sales floor and helped me find the deal and prescription that best matched my needs. Dr. Kennedy was quick and professional with his virtual exam and I was very impressed by the whole situation. Everything is clean and sanitary and each pair we tried on was taken off the floor to be cleaned after we tried them on. We had tons of space in the store and they were definitely following all COVID guidelines. Great experience for me and my fiance.

I have never had such a positive experience getting an exam for contacts. After putting it off for way too long and my vision getting worse and worse, I finally booked an appointment for after work. I unexpectedly finished early, called to see if I could be seen earlier, and was met with such a friendly voice telling me to come on it. I walked in to immediately to be greeted and assisted by Nolan. He was so personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Then Tony took over after my exam and explained everything I needed and wanted to know in detail. He was so professional and patient while also being incredibly enthusiastic about how happy I was to be able to see properly again in less than an hour after arriving. I didn’t realize I’d walk out with the right contact prescription in my eyes. I was so excited and Tony was genuinely happy for me. I was also so happy with the price I paid. I was seriously fearing almost twice that amount. While I was browsing frames to purchase later, I also overheard another employee helping a customer who had just walked in with questions. I didn’t get his name, but his customer service was just as wonderful as that of Tony and Nolan. I’ll definitely be back for the frames and yearly exam. Also, I can see clearly!

Super nice and clean I must say the pièce de résistance was watching her tri-fold the receipt, flawless.

I had problems with my glasses.I could see for few minutes but then eye will srarts to water and everything will go south. Then I wnt to eyelab on barret parkway and ms. Denine figured what was the problem with my prescription. Praise God now, I can read without my eyes watering. She is good at her expert skills.

Store manager Tony Peterson (Kennesaw, GA) is why I shop here over and over. This man LOVES HIS JOB and takes genuine joy in getting people into glasses. Styles are plentiful and customer service has been exceptional. I’m not related to Tony and only know him from eye lab. Its been a great experience every time.

This place is kinda bad. i gave them my insurance and they made me pay for my eye exams and where i used to go didnt. and their glasses are so expensive for them to be such low quality. the glasses i got from there didnt even last me 6 months and they said itd last a year. the people are kinda nice ig but not their products. do better !

Worst eye experience EVER! My husband and I left stunned at the unprofessionalism, and paid for a wrong RX prescription exam done by a rude virtual/telemed tech. My last exam was 11/21/2020 and their RX for my eye lens was way off. I did my research on this company way too late, so shoppers beware and be warned ⚠️I was told they took my insurance when I made my appointment and they dont take EyeMed insurance. They dont take our insurance but asked for a SS# and insurance plan...felt like a scam. Zetta could be a bad comedian but not a good eye specialist, she contradicted what she was saying numerous times, she called me Baby over and over, and was very unprofessional in her off-cuff comments. After wasting our time my husband and I looked at each other, decided to cut our losses, paid her the $45 for the eye exam, and got the hell out of this shady establishment as fast as we could. We both got to the car feeling scammed, upset, and discouraged that we have businesses in out town like this. Read all about Stanton Opticals (My Eyelab is one of their retail brands) on complaints and lawsuits. I personally would never trust my vision and well-being in their care...EVER! If I could have given zero stars that would be our true rating 👎

They said laughing is good energy, I didnt realize it until I went to the EyeLab and had Zella as my sales expert on glasses and contacts. If I could to left 0 it will be better because this is the worst store that I ever been.My prescription was terrible, I tried to wear my glasses for about two weeks because both glasses were wrong. I went to the store and the employee on charge told me that my prescription was fine. After three months I have the same problem with my glasses and I can’t get my money back ($380) because I had 30 days to fix the problem. But obviously the store didn’t take care of me and they never told me about the 30 days.I don’t recommend this place. If you can save money to build your glasses in a formal place is going to be better.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating on my first visit. Jeremiah probably spent about an hour helping me pick out 6 frames. Then, he spent about the same amount of time helping me narrow them down. He was honest with his feedback and I knew I could trust his knowledge. Definitely coming back! I’ve already recommended him to others. Can’t wait for my glasses to come back! I don’t think I’ve ever had that much fun getting my eyes checked, or picking out glasses.

For the past 3 months I have been trying to get my refund. They’ve promised over and over that it will be processed/should’ve been processed. They claim that it’s in corporate’s authority but this is ridiculous that I need to chase my refund for the past 3 months and it’s about to be a new year. Apparently I’m not the only victim, since the manager has said that many people are trying to get their refunds as well. I want my money back! I’ve been promised that I’d get a call for my refund but I’m the one that has been calling them!! Absolutely ridiculous.

Management was very nice, deals were great alot of help from staff. Cool that they did the eye exam thru Webcam in a room by myself, very futuristic.

Joey was a professional and polite eye care professional and was very nice and willing to help. Was very friendly and helpful when deciding the lenses after the free eye exam. The eye exam was painless and enjoyable. Everything is clean and state of the art. Will probably come back again if I need new frames and lenses.

Even though it super futuristic and I was skeptical about it, but man I’m so glad I came. And bow tie was great sells man!

Update: This place is better than I thought! My prescription were off when I took both my reading and distance glasses home. I took them back 2 days later after teething to give my eyes time to adjust. They troubleshooted my exam and lens I had. They quickly realized the prescription just needed some tweeking and voila! I was in the game again with the right prescription. I was worried there wouldnt be a resolution and be forced to keep the lens I was given like the other lens place I no longer go to.Jeremiah Bowtie was so helpful and accommodating. He was very patient with answering all of my questions and took my concerns seriously. He was a breath of fresh air because not only was he super friendly, he has an awesome sense of humor. I highly recommend this company to keep him around and treat him well. Finding employees with EXCELLENT customer service is a rarity these days! Thanks Jeremiah!

Very pleasant experience working with him. Make sure you allow plenty of time for your exam and for picking out frames and choosing options presented. It’s very much like buying a car. The numbers we started out with were daunting, but at the end of the day, he threw in lots of bells and whistles. I spent more than I ever have on eyewear but I got a very souped up pair of glasses and a years worth of contacts. Everyone has had a great experience, Im wondering why mine made me want to never come back.I just needed some sunglasses. My many pairs of glasses are fine and Im not loaded with cash so this isnt a necessity purchase and Im not just going to spend for the sake of spending. Eye exam is $95 which is pretty expensive compared to other places. But free with glasses. However I never looked at the glasses because the rude woman, I didnt get her name, basically was making assumptions about my life and made me super uncomfortable and irritated with her pressure tactic. Id rather just go without or go somewhere else. Place was empty when I went in, maybe dont run people off and that wont be the case.

Enjoyed my first experience at My EyeLab. Joey is very personable and helped my daughter pick out 2 pairs of great looking frames. He also took his time to explain my daughters eye prescription thoroughly.

Don’t bother going here. Been over 2 months and no glasses and no refund. Customer service is a joke they blame the branch and the branch does nothing. Should have known Better than to go to a chain like this. Get your prescription and order elsewhere online. Cheaper and definitely faster.
