Professional, caring and their eye designer/stylist Leo is the best! It can be hard to choose the right glasses and still stay within your budget. I was able to have top quality care, purchase glasses and meet with a fantastic staff and doctor.

I came in with a cornea abrasion covering 80% of my cornea. I was in so much pain and very panicked. Dr Swalla treated me with utmost care in her office, and made sure I had next steps in line to give my eye the best recovery possible. I was blown away by her care and expertise.

I had a wonderful experience here. The facility is so clean and the staff is so friendly. I felt very comfortable during my appointment and I had very minimal wait times.

The doctor found a partial tear of my retina that I didn’t know I had. Extremely helpful assistant took my measurements for my glasses.

So, I go for my appointment, and Im ready to get my contacts, and they tell me its going to be over $800!!! Ok, even if I got a 6 month supply, that would have still been $400. So, I asked if there was a cheaper option, and I was told, I would have to go through the whole process all over again. All over again?!? I just saw the doctor 5 seconds ago. Sorry. I had to leave. Waste of an hour. If I knew it was going to be like this, I would have never gone here. So, disappointing. Part of me thinks they just care about money.

As soon as I came through the door to the moment I left I was treated much more than just a customer., and I was welcomed by Leo and Tayzia. At Classic Vision Care its not just about making a sale. They were extremely nice and very helpful through my whole eye exam and through the process of buying my new glasses. Dr. Swalla was welcoming and very helpful during my check up. She was explained everything, she created meaningful conversation, and she made sure I got exactly what I needed for my eyes. After the exam Lindsey was very helpful with finding me a pair of glasses that I love. Lindsey listened to what I wasnt looking for in glasses and gave me options in what I was searching for in a pair of glasses. Do not go here! Unprofessional, rude, and incompetent. They will squeeze you for every dollar and in my case, they were angry that I wanted to buy glasses online versus in store. That’s not how you conduct a business let alone a doctor’s office. Take your time and your money elsewhere.

I’m amazed I got this request for feedback today because my appointment has been rescheduled twice for the same day / different times and then apparently given to someone else because I did not “confirm” even though there is no place for confirmation on the emails....and no text messages for confirmations.I called today to confirm my appointment again before I drove down and I’m glad I did because they apparently did not have me rescheduled even though I confirmed w the scheduling area last week. Now I get a text message this evening asking for feedback on an appointment that I guess I had but didn’t?I’ve been a patient for years and have no idea where the disconnect is because I’ve never had issues until the past two years.Definitely asking for my records to transfer to another eye doctor....done!

1/23/21 @12pm visited Classic Vision Care. My annual exam was a success. I left my reading glasses frame to have progressive lens added within 14th days. Less than 24hrs emailed and called on 1/24/21 morning that I changed my mind and to cancel.The store was closed on Sunday. I paid for the progressive lens which was not made or started but 1/25/21 Classic Vision Care charged a 20% restocking fee for what? No service or merchandise was used or returned. Per the document signed in less than 24hrs. Afterwards, the same day I picked my reading glasses. I felt, I was charged because I changed my mind. This sort of service is unfair.On 02/02/21 .. I am feeling Tropical with the overall refund resolution of my 20% restocking fee from Classic Vision Care. It demonstrates a profound Customer Service provide by Classic Vision Care. I was very disappointed with Classic Vision Care. I set up an appointment and after taking a half day off to make it to the appointment, they told me they no longer offered this particular service. Before making the appointment, I had explained exactly what I needed and they reassured me that they still offered that service. It is not fun wasting other peoples time. It doesnt matter if the company who handles your appointments is in India or wherever, you cannot be accepting appointments for services you dont offer. The optometrist didnt even bother to apologize. Very rude! Owner need not reply to this review; I dont believe it would be sincere. It would have been in person.

They are bad at answering their phones and responding to voicemails. They didnt get my prescription right on the first time I went, so I had to go a second time. They have a limited selection of glasses that you have to choose from. They didnt explain the fees added on to the glasses bill.

Received an email and phone call to confirm my 11:00 appointment. I arrived early but ended up waiting until 11:15 before I was even checked in. Doctor and staff were friendly. Office was carefully following the COVID guidelines. The frames were stylish, but none were priced. Visit took 2 hours.

My boyfriend had gotten industrial strength cleaner in his eye and was having a severe reaction to it. When I called Classic Vision Care to see if they could work him in they told us to come right in. They got all of his information in the computer over the phone so no time was wasted when we got there. Upon getting there, the front desk staff was so attentive and nice and he was taken right back to a room. Dr. Swalla came in about two minutes later. She was so kind and we could tell that she was genuinely concerned for his health. She gave a very through eye exam and then discussed his prognosis and gave him a prescription to have filled at the pharmacy along with some eye drops. While checking out after he was finished, I decided to look around for some glasses since I had my prescription with me. I found the perfect pair! (I had already been looking at several different places for a pair that I liked for about a week.) They got my insurance information, fitted me for the glasses and we were off. So thankful and grateful that they cared enough to work a first time patient in so quickly! Even though we live an hour away, this will be the only place we go to have our eyes taken care of from now on!

I am so happy to have found classic vision care. I injured my eye and needed immediate care. I was treated with great care and efficiency from the first phone call when they worked me into their booked schedule, to the pleasant friendly and professional receptionists that greeted me at the door and quickly took care of paper work. Dr. Swalla was great! She calmed me immediately about my eye injury. She gave me Clear and detailed explanations that I could understand. Dr. Swalla was very personable and professional. Worst eye doctor Ive ever been to. Conned out of an extra $75 for the visit that i was never told about Not to mension very unprofessional receptionist. Also never gave me the contacts that they were supposed to have in stock before I took out mine.

This was my first visit with Dr. Swalla. She took her time to listen to the eye issues Im experiencing and completed a thorough eye evaluation to have a good understanding of my medical eye issues before providing a diagnosis. Shes pleasant to speak with and I felt comfortable during the entire appointment. Its been only 3 days since my appointment and Im already experiencing improvements. I highly recommend Dr. Swalla

Today was my first visit to Classic Vision Care, and I am very impressed. The entire staff was friendly, engaging, and honest. The office and equipment were up to date and clean. My appointment was at 1, and I was in until 2:30 completing eye measurements and picking out frames. I had no idea they closed at 2 on Saturdays until I left and saw the hours online. I was never rushed. How awesome! Hands down, the best customer service and eye care team.

Dr Swalla very thoroughly examined my dry eyes and came up with a plan as well as coupons to help with the cost. I can not recommend this practice highly enough! Dr Patel is also very thorough and both have great rapport!

It was a relief to know the time I selected was available and I could plan the rest of my day.The staff also steered me toward the most affordable, quality options available with my vision plan. The staff here is great! They had a list of first time guests printed in a picture frame which was so sweet. They were attentive and kind. They offered me water or coffee. The doctor took his time on my eyes and made great conversation. The staff seemed genuinely interested in my personal life as well as my eyes and not just about making money. I really enjoyed my first visit here.

Made 2 appointments (fiancé and myself), seen the following day right after each other. Receptionist is wonderful and professional. Staff is everything a place should be, knowledgeable, patient, and efficient, you don’t find that these days. The doctor was so kind and sweet as well. We had our exams for glasses and contacts, purchased 2 pairs each and were told it takes up to 2 weeks, but arrived in 1! I love this place! I had been seeing the same optometrist on Ohio for 20 years and when I moved to Kennesaw I thought I would struggle to find someone that I liked, but I was wrong. I was referred to Classic Vision Care after not being able to be scheduled at my regular eye care professional of 11 years. Because of COVID-19 conditions, I was hesitant to visit anyone of whom I knew nothing about.Before my appointment, one of Dr. Swalla’s staff contacted me, introduced herself and discussed safety protocol for my visit. She was professional and thorough.On the day of my appointment, I was greeted at the door and given another briefing about safety protocol. Dr. Swalla and Staff were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The environment was clean and gave me great confidence.Dr. Swalla began the examination on time. She was thorough, explaining each step of the examination and the benefit. She answered my questions thoughtfully. Dr. Patel is very friendly and personable. Shes also very thorough. I mentioned to her that I have problems with my eyes staying red. She determined that my contact prescription was too strong. She gave me a sample to figure out my actual prescription and allowed me to try them out before I ordered my contacts. Her office received the contact order earlier than expected, and someone called me to let me know they have arrived. I would recommend visiting this office. The location is also very convenient, right across from the new Whole Foods!

Good eye exam experience. Friendly, attentive staff. However, just like all of the other eye places like this, they obviously make most of their money on frames and lenses. This is an outdated brick and mortar business model. I was quoted over $950 for one pair of glasses, after insurance. I, of course, said no. I promptly went home and did my research. I bought 2 top of the line titanium frames with the exact same top-of-the line lenses for $250. Is there a bit of risk involved? A small bit. Is it worth saving ~$700 to not buy at your local vision place? You decide.

This was the best experience I had at a doctors office. The office was very clean and Hi-Tech. Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable and thorough. She spent lot more time with me, answering all my questions and helped me pick out the best lenses and frames to fit needs. I would recommend her to friends and family.

My experience there was better than I could have expected. The eye doctor I saw previously was a budget doctor and the difference between him and Dr. Patel and her staff was beyond explanation. From the moment I waled in, I felt welcome. They listened to what I was saying and came up with solutions for everything. And they worked with me and my budget to the best of their abilities. It was a little pricier than I was expecting for frames, but the appointment itself was a great price and everything was exceptional. Definitely worth it.

So happy I went here. I had gone to two previous optometrists that did not take the time to go through everything in detail and I ended up getting two different prescriptions for my glasses. I came to classic vision care and the doctor took their time and made sure my vision was corrected to the best extent possible. Yes it is a bit pricey, but they’re your eyes and they are worth it.

At first there was a rocky start to my initial attempt at an appointment. The manager called me immediately the next day to apologize and I decided to keep my rescheduled appointment. I very much appreciated the quick response and honest desire to make the situation right. When I went in for my appointment the lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The gentleman who took me in for my pre-exam was AWESOME. This was my first ever eye exam. He made me feel very comfortable. I got to listen to Gnarls Barkley while waiting for the optometrist to come in. He was also extremely helpful when it came to picking out the frames. I love my glasses. The optometrist (Bonner) was nice and efficient. I didn’t realize an exam was this easy. I received a call the next week, and my glasses had already arrived. The lady that came out with them was very helpful in explaining when to wear them, how to clean them, and making sure they fit correctly. And a week from then, I received a call to make sure I was happy with my experience. This has been a wonderful experience. I apologize for not reviewing sooner or remembering names. I’m glad that they are now handling my eye care. Thank you!

I would think twice before coming here! First, it took over 2 weeks to get my new prescription glasses. And when I received them Dr. Patel put my old prescription in my right eye! A mistake that should have been avoided! I had to turn the glasses back in which took an additional 2 weeks without them which I needed to see! All I got from them was a pitiful apology. I spent a lot of money on these prescriptions for a careless mistake. Don’t bother calling me to check on how I’m doing with my glasses. I want nothing to do with you guys.

Went here after going to another eye doctor first and not finding any glasses that I love. Came to Classic Vision Care for a specific brand of frames. From the start, the staff was very friendly and helpful in finding a pair of glasses that I love (this is pretty important to me since I will be wearing them all the time). A much different experience than the previous office I visited. I have already sent my husband there and will definitely recommend to friends!

Initially, I chose this place because it was the closest place to work and I had to burn my vision plan. I was expecting nothing more than a quick in and out but boy was I mistaken. I spent a good 1.5 hrs during my visit. Not because of wait times, but because of how friendly the staff and owners were.From the beginning, the staff were very friendly and seemed to be genuinely interested in getting to know me. During a visit elsewhere, Id expect there to be a lot of silences, twiddling of thumbs, and trying to find something interesting on the walls. Here, I had great conversations with each and every one of the staff members. Dr. Becker was a very kind gentleman who spoke to me about hiking and rafting while he checked my eyes. He made the experience fun and is not afraid to impart some knowledge if you are willing to listen. He also has a cool tool that lets you see clearly without contacts or glasses. One of those paddles you cover your eyes with but with a bunch of pinholes. He said it worked by cutting out the peripheral light and allowing your eye to focus clearly, but I called it magic. Ask him about this if you get to meet him!While my eyes were dilating, I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Patel and her husband. We spoke for 30 minutes about the practice, life and just getting to know each other. It was surprising for the owners to be so open and put down what they were doing to speak to some random person. This went a long way in my books.Needless to say, I came in not expecting anything but was pleasantly blown out of the water. Its been a long time since Ive encountered such great people and a business that has such a strong focus on their clients. Had I not chosen to extend my stay socializing, I would have been out in 30 minutes or so. Classic Vision Care has very capable optometrists and staff who are caring, efficient, and want to make your visit memorable. Names are easily forgotten but a memorable experience persists.

Faith and the team took great care of me. Amidst all the technical details, we caught up on how my eyes were doing, what impact LASIK had on my vision, and what I could do to sustain good eyesight while challenged by diabetes. Dr. Becker is always engaging, simplifying the technical jargon so even an engineer can understand!

I highly recommend this place! Everyone is incredibly kind and understanding. I called because I was experiencing very blurred vision and even some blindness which was incredibly scary. I called asking if they could see me same day and the sweet girl Casey said they were completely booked but once hearing about what was going on and her being as concerned for my well being as I was she spoke with the doctor and they were able to work me in. Dr. Becker came in immediately and was super kind and walked me through everything. He dilated my eye that I was having the problem in and after a number of different tests he said that he didn’t feel it was anything wrong with my eyes and that I probably needed to see my general doctor. It was so nice to have someone care about my well being and not just selling me something. I will definitely return to them for all my further visual needs. Thank you again to the whole team and I sincerely appreciate everything.

I took my small child here and first I have to say that the doctor didn’t seem to have much experience with children, then the price of the glasses came up to cost more than my own. I won’t ever go back.This was a few months ago, we’ve moved on so no need to try to reach out to discuss. But I have to be honest and tell you that my experience here was very disappointing.

Definitely recommend this highly trained group of professionals. Friendly and knowledgeable, they went above and beyond to work me into their schedule. I loved the selections they have to choose from and the office itself is beautiful and comfortable.

Examination was very comprehensive. Professional service and hospitality provided by staff technicians and Dr. Patel was first rate. I was somewhat surprised by the cost of the prescription eyeglasses, however. They are progressive lenses and Im sure the frames are among the latest designer selections but I expected my total cost to be less than $600 given that I had vision insurance benefits which offset about $300 of the total cost.

Dr. Mittal and her staff is very supportive and friendly. They have a good knowledge and gives you best suggestion. My daughter just loves to visit the place. Two thumbs up for the team.

They wanted to charge my wife $500 (after insurance) for glasses alone after an eye exam. Took her measurements and will NOT share all of the information they gathered on the prescription. The measurement in particular is the PD, which they did take when she was looking at frames. She walked in the next business day and they quoted her $25 for the number. Being steamed about it, I called asking for a quote for an eye exam and asked about this measurement. The lady on the phone quoted me $35! This place seems like a RIP-OFF to me. Buyer beware!UPDATE 4/5/19 (11 Months Later):My wife just got a call this morning, didnt answer, that an appointment was made (without any sort of communication from us in any way). I am not sure if we signed anything that says to allow further appointments or not, but we would not like to visit this place in the future. I am not sure if there would have been a No Show bill sent to us, but I wouldnt be surprised. NOT COOL!

Horrible experience. They tried to charge me for my appointment before they even ran my insurance which would have told them that I didnt need to pay anything. They also try to trick you into a $40 procedure to take pictures of your eyes that is completely medically unnecessary. Glasses quality is cheap and wildly overpriced. Im sad to see the lack of integrity.

An amazing experience as usual. I have been a patient of Dr Patel’s fo a few years. I always get great service and excellent care. I highly recommend this office.

The staff are very welcoming and accommodating, even after I came back a few times for nitpicky adjustments. They have a great selection of frames, and they helped me pick some out that ended up looking great (I was alone in the store, and couldnt see what they looked like while wearing them). Dr. Patel noticed some anomalies during my exam and sent me on to a specialist, and may have helped to preserve my eyesight for a few more years than if it had gone unnoticed. Thanks CVC!

After reading through the reviews, I went. I sat in the office for 30 minutes waiting on the ophthalmologist only for him to look past me and help a client who arrived two minutes prior to his arrival. Im disappointed and frustrated about my time that was waisted with no apologies or emapathy given. I was also surprised about the lack of customer service. Perhaps I dont fit the perceived mold of their clientbase. I walked out without spending my money in a place where my time and money is not valued.

Everyone was great and very helpful. Dr Patel is very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job explaining everything.

I just returned from my first appointment at Classic Vision Care and I recommend this facility wholeheartedly! Dr. Becker was very knowledgeable and a great educator! He is not allowed to retire until I do!! As a private practice provider I seek other independent private practice practitioners and Ive won the lotto with Classic Vision Care.

Dr Swalla was very knowledgeable of my situation and explained things in a way that was understandable. She made sure I understood what I needed to do and how to get past the problem.
