The doctor listened to me needs and then did a thorough exam and gave me several contact options to try out.

I have been coming here since 2009 and have always had good service. However, Tony has taken this store to the next level. He’s always been very helpful and knowledgeable, and is extremely friendly and easy to talk to. He will always make sure you get the best deal. I highly recommend this establishment.

All I can say is WOW.I came in for justan adjustment to my Glasses. Tabatha treated me professionally and made me feel so special. What a refreshing experience. Im definitely buying my glasses here from now on.

My sales associate, Danielle, was fabulous and charismatic! She made the checkout process easy and fun. At my eye appointment—my prescreening was done by a girl with dark hair in a grey cardigan (forgive me, I didn’t get her name!) who was attentive and patient, and Dr. Cortes was very sweet as well. You have great staff and I’ll return for any needs regarding my glasses!

I assisted this evening by Janelle Troupe in the LensCrafters Town Center Mall location.As I was leaving the store, I learned that Janelle is a Store Market Manager, which makes total sense as Janelle has an excellent understanding of the array of eyeglasses in her store. I was also impressed by the professional service Janelle provided, as she went to great lengths to ensure I identified a variety of frame options to address my needs.Janelle has a very engaging disposition and made the process of selecting a new pair of sunglasses as painless as possible. I am a longtime eyeglass wearer, thus over the years I have purchased eyeglasses from many retail locations. I would undoubtedly rank Janelle as one of the best individuals I have ever purchased eyewear from. I really liked the doctor here. She was nice, insightful, and thorough during the examination. I think the optometry side of lens crafters is amazing and has excellent customer service. The only reason I’m giving them four stars is because of the shipping of my contacts. It took an entire month for USPS to receive the order, and it’ll take another week for it to deliver. I understand the supply chain has been out of whack since the pandemic started, but it is a bit ridiculous that I order my contacts in May and they’re just now getting to the shipping provider.

Lenscrafters sales associate who assisted me was awesome. She did a fantastic job and I really enjoyed the process and our conversation as we went through the process. Simple and surprisingly quick. We even shared a few laughs mostly at my expense and I enjoy things like that. I plan on coming back sometime in the near future to get prescription sunglasses and no doubt I know where to go. If Im lucky to get the same associate again again, awesome but Im betting money shes a reflection of all Lencrafters associates and regardless who I get it will be a great experience.

Called ahead to make sure they had the frames I was looking for. When I arrived, the representative knew what I was looking for and was very attentive. We were in and out super fast with quality service. Would definitely recommend.

I bought a pair of sunglasses and a pair of Blue Light lenses for when I am on the computer. The sales associate who helped me was named Tabatha and she was super helpful in finding the exact brands and glasses that fit my needs. It was a great experience and I will definitely make the drive down again when I need new glasses!!

I went in for an eye exam, which was quick and easy, but also needed my glasses adjusted. The Doc (who was wonderful) sent me over to Tony. Even though I didn’t buy them at the store, Tony graciously adjusted them for my face and now, no more slipping down my nose!

I closed my trunk lid on frame and broke rim line. LensCrafters repaired super quick and free. That deserves a perfect 10 in my book! Thanks Cumberland mall LensCrafters. Excellent customer service.

I have insurance that should pay for my eye exam first of all. I was told over the phone I needed to bring $30.00 for a copay. I was fine with that however upon arriving for my exam the girls in the office were rude and obsessed with MASKING my face. CDC says if you have the vaccine you do not need a mask. Im okay with wearing a mask but they were just rude. Second was when I finished my exam (which the Dr. was very professional) and I was back with the girls out front I was greeted with a $130.00 office visit charge. I only had $100.00 with me. I tried to pay with a check and was told they dont accept checks. It takes 2 weeks to schedule an appointment for the contact fitting even though Im about to hand over $1400.00 more $$s. Thank you for the horrible experience.

I had a good experience from the moment in reception to the physician doing my exam to the salesperson who helped me choose the appropriate frames. The cost is higher than with an internet company but the hands on experience and the ability to ask questions is priceless. My thanks to Dr. Chuck and to my saleswoman, Janelle.

By far the worst experience I’ve had getting new glasses.They took longer than estimated which was fine given the circumstances but the finished product they turned in was unacceptable.When I arrived at the store to get them fixed I waited 30 minutes just to get someone to look at them. Once they looked at them and tried to “fix” them it took over an hour. It was a complete waste of my time and to be honest they should be embarrassed by how they are running their business at this particular location. I usually never have any issues getting glasses and I was more than patient but dealing with the staff after placing my order and their customer service or lack there of was not even worth the star I HAVE to give on Google.Anyways, I will never be coming back to this location and I urge you to please take your money elsewhere. You will be extremely disappointed with the final product they turn in to you.I will leave some pictures below...*this is straight out of the box which wasn’t even the right brand to go with the glasses but whatever*

Scammers.. Do not get your eyes check here… I went to get my eye exam done and they had me take out my old contacts and put them back in to do a eye fitting. $80. Then charged me for contacts that I never received and will not give me my refund. Not sure what kind of eye exams place this is. Then I asked for a corporate number and they give me the name of a HR lady isn’t that Human Resources.. Don’t Go HERE..

This will be my eye care provider for years to come. Polite helpful and generally just all around great service.

My glasses were terribly bad out of adjustment and needed some attention. LensCrafters was so nice and accommodating to me and happily adjusted my glasses. Briana did her best to make sure I was satisfied and that everything was to my liking. Not a lot of businesses would do this for a customer whos realistically not spending money on an exam, contacts or glasses today.However, I definitely will be thinking about them when I need to purchase new glasses. Customer service was great. I recommend this location.

Initial visit to select frames and order lenses was fine. More brief than in years past but I will attribute that to Covid social distancing. However, I went to pick up my new glasses about 30 mins before closing time. I had my contacts in and couldnt try them to see if they were correctly made. She suggested I take them home and bring them back if need be. I asked if she could just give me a contact case to remove my contacts. She said the cases were in the doctors office area and they were closed. I also had brought my old glasses to have them tightened and the sales lady broke them while tightening them. She said I could pick out a new frame and I told her I they no longer had the color I had. She checked and was able to order a replacement frame. While ordering the frame she turned to the drawer behind her and suddenly gave me a contact case so I could try on the new glasses I came to pick up. Huh? She told me the reordered frames would be back in about 2 weeks and that was it. I asked for some type of paperwork showing I left my old glasses with her/Lenscrafters she said she did not have anything. I said I would have no proof I left my glasses there. So I told her to give me a copy of the order she printed out. I dont know if she was in a hurry to close up or what but this was not a good experience.

I visited this location yesterday. The gentleman that was working the counter (I didnt see any other associates in the entire store) was rude, argumentative, and incredibly unhelpful. 1 star worthy, if that. Customer Service was non-existent.However, dealing Briana today (who was excellent,) was encouraging. The guy could learn a thing or five from her.

Never again. Lenscrafters will rip you off. Ive been getting my glasses from the 8yrs and 8yrs too long.I wanted my prescription put in lenses. The cost was 385.00 with insurance. I went to Pearl Vision and was priced 65.00. Lens Crafters associates get paid with upgrades sold. Ive paid 600.00 every 2yrs no more.

Under staffed, resulting in longer wait than necessary. Once I was serviced however the technician was efficient and competent. Was told my glasses would be ready in 2 weeks, but its more like 3 plus. I think next time Ill use that Americas Best Contacts & Eyeglasses place. They couldnt be any worse.

I’ve always been to smaller eye clinics and was very wary walking in to a big box like LensCrafters but I couldn’t have been more delighted. Shoutout to Dr. Corbett and the front desk staff, from checking in to walking out everything was comfortable and friendly. I honestly forgot I was in the mall. They had my contacts in that day so no need to come back until my next box! Highly recommend this place next time you’re looking (lol) for a good eye doctor!

I had paid for my prescription a month ago, I talk to the manager 3 times a week and got nothing but lies. I was told so many times that my glasses were shipped out. This was only supposed to take 10 -12 days. The last time I talked to the manager my glasses were supposed to be there today and when I called the store is temporary closed down. What a great store! Everything is so put together and everyone is so kind and caring!!

I found the store and the doctor to be fine however the doctor staff was completely unprofessional and had no common courtesy. After ordering contact lenses two weeks ago and been told they would be in in a week they still had not called me so I contacted them. They advised me they were on back order, yet nobody ever bothered to call and tell me this. So when my husband went to pick up what was in it they refuse to give him the box of contacts that were in. When I called to ask about this they advised me that he did not ask for the box which is a complete and total lie. Needless to say I have canceled my order and will find my contacts somewhere else along with finding a new doctor.

I walked in to pick out glasses and the young lady short kinda athletic shape was very sweet, she greeted me soon as I walked in the door. she helped me get an understanding on the different choices of lenses, I didn’t know that I could put prescription lenses in my sunglasses until she informed me. Very professional!

I want the randomly at Towns Center Mall I didnt even get my glasses from there but I needed them fix BAD and they took care of me. It took a little while because they were busy (it was on a Saturday early afternoon) but from the moment I walked in I was greeted and offered assistance by almost everyone that worked there. BUYER BEWARE!!! Associate applied too much heat when repairing and severely damaged my lens to the point I am unable to wear my glasses anymore. Contacted “customer service” numerous times and received no reply or resolution. Also, eye doctor here is awful. Visited for contact exam and they intentionally gave me the wrong prescription to avoid ordering my correct prescription. Please do not visit here. They are unprofessional, rude and scam artists.

Visited the Kennesaw location on yesterday. Staff was very friendly and were able to answer my questions.

This place offers terrible customer service from the front desk. I would be embarrassed to a doctor practicing there with those people representing me. I had to wait an hour past my appointment time to get my prescription on my first visit and when I checked out the front desk wasn’t rude but very terse. Every time I called back after that to try and make an appointment my experience got worse and worse. I delayed getting back in for my follow up because I was very busy and couldn’t risk getting taken back an hour late again, not to mention I dreaded having to speak to the front desk. The last time I called the girl at the front desk cut me off several times and put me on hold twice while I was in the middle of a sentence. Her attitude was so terrible that I can’t even find the words to express my distaste; it was like I had offended her by trying to make an appointment. If I ever heard one of my employees talking like that to a customer they would be fired instantly.I understand that I didnt get back in time for my follow up and now I need a new prescription (which is just as well because I will be taking my business elsewhere) but that isnt what bothers me, it is the terrible service. If you don’t enjoy your job enough to where you can at least pretend to be polite to people then find a new job.As a side note the female doctor I saw was fantastic. If you can get past the crass, unprofessional, college students at the front desk the actual appointment (when you finally get taken back) is quick and pleasant.

The man that helped me was good but my glasses were not ready in the 14 days that they promised. I received an email stating that there was a delay and had to contact the store to find out what the issue was. I was then put on hold for 10 minutes before being told that the frame was sent to the wrong place and that it would be another 2 weeks before my glasses would be ready. DIsappointing!

Harold was helpful but the glasses when ready were terrible. The manager made adjustments to the frames and ruined the frames. The lenses had terrible swirlies in them. They ordered one new lens. When installed something was terribly wrong. We took them back for both new lens and they seem better but the frames are loose after having been bent by the manager. The hinges are tight but pulled loose from main frame. We will never go back to any Lens Crafters.

A couple of years ago this was a great place to go for glasses, fast forward to 2018 and it has gone down hill. What made Lenscrafters stand out amongst its competitors was the ability to get your glasses in a hour, not anymore! They no longer offer this service. I was told my glasses would be ready in 2 weeks and I ended up waiting 3 weeks for my new glasses, this is so inconvenient. Even the selection of glasses is dull, and the overall atmosphere has changed. I’m currently searching for another business to take care of my eye care needs.

They try to push the most expensive lenses, refuse to allow you to purchase plastic lenses after asking for them multiple times. Walked out on buying 4 pairs of glasses because plastic lenses are not an option they offer anymore for $40 even though on previous occasions this is what i have purchased with all my frames from this exact location. Minimum price for lenses are now $200 not including the frame ( they try to charge you $400+ for one set of glasses). Go else where and buy what you want not what your forced to.Wont be coming back to buy glasses again from lenscrafters. I have already purchased 4 new pairs of glasses exactly as i wanted them with the lenses i want from a competitor.You can tell from all the fake 5 star reviews saying the exact same thing over and over from people that have only ever reviewed 1 place that this place is not doing good lmaooIgnoring your customers while speaking face to face while smiling and continuing to push your overpriced glasses. Good luck and keep adding the fake reviews they wont actually help when people walk in and have to deal with your reps.

Before I went I called specifically to make sure I would just have the contact lens exam, and not the fitting because i was told the fitting would cost money. I was told that would be fine. I get to the appointment and tell them again in person I only want the lens exam and not the fitting, again they say its fine. So tell me why after it all, I get a bill for a contact fitting?! Truly unethical. Ill just stick to buying my glasses and contacts online.

The eye doctor was great! But the store was horrible!!!!!I spent 40 minutes to find a pair of glasses that I like for my new glasses- I asked the girl to hold and I walked to my exam - when I finally finished the exam and walked back with my prescription NOBODY knew where the glasses the I chose was. I haven’t a time to find it - the girl look at me and said - SOMEBODY PROBABLY PUT IT BACK JUST TRY TO FIND IT -So I will find another place to get my glasses- HORRiBLE PLACE!!!!!!!
