Cobb County Toyota is the best Toyota dealer in metro Atlanta. Their ENTIRE staff is truly amazing! Literally every employee I came in contact with was great. I’ve had my eye on a specific car and it was waiting on me at Cobb County Toyota like it was destiny. Dwight Joiner was my sales rep, he listened to what I wanted and DELIVERED! I didn’t get any dealer fees or try to sell me on extra stuff. Very knowledgeable, professional and patient. Outstanding customer service.

If you are buying a new Toyota in metro Atlanta, you should buy it from Cobb County Toyota. I worked with 4 Toyota dealers when buying a Camry. I called Dwight Joiner and told him the deals that I reached at other dealerships. He told me to come in and he would beat those deals. I went there and he lived up to his word and beat the other deals as soon as I walked in. Dwight was great. Three other things that I appreciated. 1. There is no dealer/admin fee added on the closing statement (this was $600 to $800 at other dealers. The other dealers added it on after you agreed to a price. 2. There were not any dealer options added on. Every car on the lot at the other dealers, had things like nitrogen filled tires $199, extra clear coat protection $299, etc. etc. At one dealer these added up to $1,800 and I did not want any of those options but they had them on every car. 3. The financing/completing the sale step was quick and painless. They made you aware of options like extended warranty and prepaid maintenance plans but they did not tell me that I was making a mistake when I declined them. The also did not to sell me after sale options like tire/wheel protection, ding repair, etc. Overall great buying experience and would highly recommend Dwight and Cobb County Toyota.

Great customer relationship and most friendly service ever.I came in for my car service, first my service rep was very nice and friendly. Sadly I had to wait a long time since there was a lot of customers. I went to the show room just to see what is in there. I met Daniel Gonzalez who was very attentive, he showed me the RAV4 and the Tacoma, I like them both but I was not even intending to buy a car a the moment, just shopping around. However Daniel without pushing sales, just by asking the right questions and building a relationship,› I was so close to leave this place with a brad new car. Most likely I will be back in no time for my new car.I highly recommend coming to this place and if you are looking to buy a car please make an appointment with Daniel.

I made a service appointment on the website several days in advance for an oil change and tire rotation, for Saturday morning at 9:30am. Upon arriving and confirming my appointment and required service, I was asked if I will be dropping off the car and said that I will wait for the car as I indicated when making the appointment. I was told the wait is 3 to 4 hours. I inquired how that could be since I made an appointment, and I was then told oil change is first come-first serve. This was not revealed in the appointment process - I just went through it again. I spoke to Todd the Service Department Manager, and then to Joel Treiger the General Manager, and they both stood by this false story that I clicked to agree to first come, first served when scheduling the appointment. I have purchased multiple vehicles here in the past and spent a lot of money with the service department and I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN! Todd and Joel if you read this - I hope next time you make a dinner reservation and arrive and are told it is first come, first serve and you have to wait 3 to 4 hours for a table that you are satisfied with that level of service. You should be - that is how you treat your customers! Also - shared with Todd and Joel the text message from them confirming my appointment which reads exactly: Hi, Thank you for scheduling a service appointment at Cobb County Toyota on Sat 09/25/2021 at 9:30am. To add this to your calendar, click the link. Nothing about first come, first serve. They were not interested in reading the text message of course.

I test drove multiple vehicles with Bryce. I left my Ray bans in the Honda Civic I test drove and Bryce got them and left them at reception. A day later they went missing. I talked to Logan David the Sales Manager and let him know that the Ray Bans had significant value to me. That the my best friend who gave them to me has since passed away. He basically said he didn’t care and defended his staff saying “well I know my staff didn’t steal them. The General Manager as well as Logan were super disrespectful to the point where I started to get angry and I am a very calm person. The General Manager confirmed the only person allowed behind the reception desk is the receptionist, which can only mean that one of the receptionists has them. The level of disrespect I experienced is not something someone in leadership should treat a customer. The day before today I told Bryce I was interested in a new Camry hybrid they have but based on the morals of the dealership it has shown. I will never buy from this dealership. I don’t know how someone promotes the two people I spoke to. DO NOT GO HERE.

I took my truck for an oil change, the service advisor told me it was due a 30000 mile check up. Part of this service is a tire rotation so I agreed to do it. My 2 hourwait turned into closer to 4 hours. I was bored so I was walking the lot and noticed my truck up on a lift. The tech was taking the lug nuts off so i stood there a while pretending to play on my phone so he wouldnt feel like I was just staring at him. He waited about 3 min then put my lug nuts back on without rotatingthe tires. About 45 seconds after that someone came and closed the bay door. When I told the service advisor he went to the shop and returned with the guy that closed the door who swore he helped that guy rotate my tires. Itold him I had been standing there watching and clearly saw that is not what took place. I said I would not be coming back because how would I be able to trust them going forward, his response was if you feel that way maybe you shouldnt. I definitely will not!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I took my car here for a factory recall. Upon arriving, Bob checked us in and told us our car would be ready soon. No other information was given. Upon prompting, Bob tells us it will take them about three hours to fix. Does not offer a loaner car or anything. With more questioning he tells us there is a driver who will take us to one location within a 10mile radius. The driver takes us to costco. Fast-forward 3hours later and Ive gotten no updates. I call and ask for a status and get an I dont know. I ask for him to find out. Bob says he will and 30mins later he still has not. I call back and find out he and his team are all in break. And will not be back for another hour! He went on a lunch break without calling or updating his clients. We were stuck at Costco for a total of 5hours!! Im not mad that it took so long, Im upset at the poor customer service skills Bob and his team at the Cobb County Dealership lack. No apology. No updates. No sort of rental car or discussion regarding how long the fix will take. I even had to call multiple times to get a driver to come pick us up from Costco. I would never go back to this dealership!! I wish I could rate this place a zero stars. As a whole there was no sense of customer service or empathy from management down to sales. After being pressured by my salesman Tony, and sales manager Steve Clark to complete a credit application to “verify my identity” I should’ve left. I was even told by Steve that I could take my business elsewhere if I didn’t want to complete the application. I never completed a credit authorization, but continued forward with ordering a car that would need to be factory ordered. I was told it would take eight weeks to take delivery. I’m assuming because I never allowed Steve to view my credit, resulted in FIVE weeks being wasted just for Tony to advise that they didn’t win a “bidding war.” My salesman then tried to explain that they were still the #1 Toyota dealer in Georgia and offered another vehicle. I kindly declined and purchased elsewhere the following day.

My 2016 Tundra 1794 brakes were almost worn out - they squeaked (I hate squeaky brakes) so I took it in to Cobb County Toyota for a brake job. It cost me over $400 to have both front & back brakes replaced. I’ve done business with Cobb County Toyota for years having been extremely satisfied with their work. My former Service Advisor, David Roth was extremely trustworthy. I could trust him to treat me right & keep my truck in tip top shape.I took my Tundra in for the brake job on July 27, 2020. After a few days of driving my Tundra I noticed that I still had squeaky brakes. I thought the new brakes needed to “brake” in some & then they would quit squeaking. Due to Covid & relocating I was unable to take my Toyota back in until 3-28-21. When I took my Tundra in for service I requested they take a look at my brakes in addition to my other service needs. I wanted them to fix my brakes so they would not squeak - the reply I received was that they could not replicate the problem. My brakes continued to squeak so I accepted their diagnosis until I had enough of my squeaky brakes. I took my Tundra back in & left it over night for them to drive first thing in the morning - when the squeaking was most evident. The technician admitted my brakes squeaked but said everything was installed properly & there was nothing they could do. I thought - If my brakes are installed properly then why do my brakes still squeak.I spoke with Mr. Claybrooks, Service Manager, & much to my surprise he told me that Toyota quality may not be as good as what it used to be & to be patient they would probably quit squeaking in due time. He would probably deny he ever said this but believe me those words came directly out of his mouth! I was dumbfounded! After owning Toyota’s my entire life & spending $400 on a brake job to repair squeaky brakes - you’ve got to be kidding me - they STILL SQUEAK! Has Toyota stopped producing quality products? Mr. Claybrooks did say something about Weaver brakes squeaking too (I think he was saying Weaver is a superb quality brake & they have issues too).Being REALLY upset on another day with what Mr. Claybrooks told me I stopped by Cobb County Toyota & spoke with General Manager Mr. Trigger who basically talked down to me & blew me off. I was definitely NOT treated as a valued long term customer who had several Toyota’s & a Lexus serviced at Cobb County Toyota for years. I told Mr. Claybrooks & Mr. Trigger I would never set foot back in their dealership. They demeaned me as a customer. Mr. Trigger said he was surprised that I would sever our relationship over squeaky brakes. I think he forgot I am the customer & was the person who paid $400 & am the one who still had the problem.I, for the life of me can’t understand why neither Mr. Claybrooks nor Mr. Trigger didn’t offer to repair my defective brakes. It would have been so easy.Being fed up with my squeaky brakes on September 2, 2021 I took my Tundra to another Toyota dealership & requested they analyze my brakes & see if they could be repaired & low & behold they fixed them. I no longer have squeaky brakes. The repair invoice indicated that the tech resurfaced front & rear rotors& liberated shims for $260. I now wonder if Cobb County Toyota ever turned my rotors as I was billed. Please be warned should you take your vehicle to Cobb County Toyota for repair. What could have been rectified ended up costing them a customer for life.

We have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership in the last 4 years. We have used this dealership for all the service for those new cars. Yesterday, my 20 YO daughter brought her car in because it was making a strange noise. After a few hours the technician came out and told her it needed some repairs that were somewhat costly. She asked a couple questions and then the technician said give me a second. Thirty minutes later he came back and didn’t give her any written estimate or summary. She researched the cost of the repair online and found that Toyota was about 25% higher than another mechanic that we trust. The technician returned, she told him she was going to take it somewhere else. He was visibly angry. He complained that he had to put the car back together and would need to work late. She said he was pretty rude to her. He didn’t give her a summary of the recommended service even after she paid for the diagnostics. He basically wrote her off when she declined over priced service. I have always felt like the service center employees at this dealership didn’t like Thier job or didn’t like interacting with customers. But they have always completed the service effectively. I will no longer bringing my vehicle in for service at this dealership. I wouldn’t recommend this service center for work in the future. There are too many other reputable service locations in the area who value my and my friends business.

Not sure what to think about their ability to diagnose a cars problems. My Prius would not go into drive so I had it towed to Cobb County Toyota. I took it there because I wanted people who know these cars to tell me what the problem was. Well after the car was delivered I get a call from Bob, the service representative telling me that the car needs a new transmission and it will cost $6000.00. He also stated the car is not drivable. I asked him are you sure and he tells me he is positive.Well you can imagine what I felt like after hearing this news, so I jumped on the internet searching for a better solution. I came across a guy with a similar problem and he stated all you have to do to get the car running again is disconnect the battery for two minutes and it will reset the codes and you can drive the car. I asked Bob to do this procedure for me and I would come pick up the car. He said he would but insisted that it was a waste of time. The car has a bad transmission and is not drivable. Well I get to the shop and Bob tells me he did what I asked and the car will not run. I said ok and paid him for the diagnosis. I tell him I will get the car towed away on Monday. But before I left I went to the car and did the procedure myself. Well guess what? It worked! I drove the car home with no problems.I guess the point Im trying to make here is dont believe everything they tell you at the dealership. It could end up costing you $6000.00!

Took two and a half hours for an oil change. I texted the guy and got no response. While I waited I saw a dude pay for his service in cash and the guy in the service bay made a whole deal about counting it and then taking it up to the money counter to have a machine count it and then had a second individual count it again. So I walked out to see my service advisor to see what the hold up was since 2.5 hours is excessive for an oil change. Turns out my car had been done for a while and he just neglected to message me or return my text. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Then they showed me my cars evaluation. They rated my tires at 80%. They are brand new with maybe a thousand miles on them. After getting home I saw my glove box was a mess because they checked my cabin air filter and just jammed everything back in place haphazardly. Perhaps this was a singular poor experience, but it was not a good first impression. Might be better to drive further to a different dealership next time.

Part of the buying a new car versus a used one is to have the new car experience with warranty, service and loaners for the first years and not having to run around to get stuff fixed yourself. Basically to get treated better and dont waste your time, energy and nerves with a used car. After having bought a new Highlander there in December and made a deal to have all weather floormats, trailer hitch added and scratch on the vehicle buffed out, had to wait for weeks on hitch receiver, which was then installed the wrong way causing rattling, just to be told that is normal for a trailer hitch. The hitch was touching the exhaust, had to get it corrected myself. The service advisor (Eric C) who seemed to be on edge, gave me blatant excuses and shut me down, promising a call back, which never happened. The scratch, which was on there from the get go and I was told to be repaired, I had to beg to get buffed out by their body shop as the service advisor forgot our conversation about it. Another trip on my own time, despite them having the car for days while I was driving a loaner. Weather mats were switched out to regular mats, had also to ask for it to be corrected and felt like I am asking for favors instead of what we agreed on. Toyota sits on a high horse with their vehicle reliability reputation and the dealer knows that. Cobb County Toyota gives you the bare minimum treatment and respect. Not what you expect dropping that much money on a new car. You get better service by businesses selling you a burger than Cobb County Toyota after spending $45k for a new vehicle. The car still has more road noise than a new vehicle should have, but not feeling it, dealing with that place, especially the service department, to have it looked at. The loaners I received, had trash in them and the woman handing them to me told me when pointed it out to her I am not touching that. Have bought several new vehicles from other places and never experienced such attitude. Will avoid using them going forward and not recommend them to anyone.

My family was in the market for a new car. We had been planning, doing our due diligence for about a year and were at the point where we could start the in person visits to look at the options available. The plan was to start out in the furthest Toyota dealership and work our way into the metro Atlanta area. Visiting Cobb County Toyota first was the right move from the start. We were greeted by Jonah Amlett right upon arrival. After letting Mr. Jonah know the purpose of our visit, he immediately showed us what they had available. As we were walking with Jonah, we noticed the inventory availability in the specific vehicle we were looking at was bigger than dealerships closer to us. Once we proceeded to sit down and discuss options, we felt that we were given straight forward talk, options and solutions on what we wanted and were looking for. Going thru the financing department was also a pleasure and Jason was great to work with. We ended up taking our desired vehicle home that same day and the process of buying it has been one of the easiest, fastest and most pleasurable processes we have had. We will definitely be sending people your way!

Ok, where can I start. We just bought a 2018 Camry from Mr. Claude Henry and had the best experience ever. He has literally showed us everything we need to know about the car. We spent more time going over the different function on the vehicle than what we did with the paper work. My daughter is the hardest person to please and he show her ever combinations available for the car. Claude has the patients of a saint. We just came off a bad car experience with a Nissan Rogue from Nissan Town Center and there customer service. We should have never left the Toyota family. Nissan vehicles are not dependable like we were lead to believe. We love our Toyota and will never change again

I stopped by Cobb County Toyota with a very specific car in mind. I was in a near fatal accident a few months back and wanted a car that made me feel safe. I had just left a nearby dealership where they werent able to give me what I needed. I met Saad while walking into the dealership and he was absolutely amazing. We were on our way to lunch and wanted to give him a quick rundown of exactly what I was looking for. He took notes and when we got back an hour later he had a list of cars to show me that fit my needs. I ended up getting a trade in that was the exact car, color, price, and mileage that I wanted. Saad was so helpful. I contacted him a few days later about needing to get my tires rotated as they seemed a little off and I was going on a long trip that weekend and he immediately got me an appointment and walked us through the process. I would 100% recommend this location to anyone and will probably go back for future cars.

Kudos to Manny Alcantara and the team at Cobb County Toyota. My 19yo daughter went in to have the older Scion I bought her inspected...turned out it was more expensive to fix than what the car was worth. So, Manny took her out to look at cars in the price ranges she could afford...and got her into a very nice 2013 Kia Optima with very low miles and a ton of upgrades. Her car is now nicer than mine, even though mine is newer! He had such patience walking her through the trade in and sale. I couldnt be there to assist her at all because I live in Illinois, so I had to put my trust in him and faith in her.I spoke with Manny after the sale over some insurance stuff (she pays for the car, I pay for insurance for now)...and he was SO gracious to tell me I had done a wonderful job with my daughter too. That felt really good to hear, too. Not only was I proud of my daughter for buying her first car, I was then proud of myself for raising her to take care of herself and Manny saw that right off the bat.Manny became a part of her personal history when he helped her buy her first car, all on her own.Thank you, Manny, and thank you Cobb County Toyota for taking such good care of my kid. Big hugs to all of you who worked with her.

Purchased my new 2003 Toyota Tacoma from this dealership over 218k miles ago. Since that time Ive taken this vehicle back many times for both oil/filter changes as well as for any major repairs. Always have been satisfied with their work.Im willing to pay the recognized, reasonable premium to have Toyota assurance of a job done right. However, recently when looking to have front Struts replaced that reasonable premium seems to have passed a threshold. The price for my Tacoma strut rebuild & associated labor from this dealership have now surpassed twice as much as independent shops are charging for total Strut assembly replacement. Having the dealership perform a total strut assembly replacement would require the customer donate his arm and leg. Seems to be standard charge from other Toyota Dealerships as well. I checked. In this case I couldnt justify putting a $100 saddle on my $50 horse and had to go independent. Would imagine Im not alone.

Its a shame i really liked my service advisor, the waiting area was clean and comfortable. Thats where the good stops because i cant trust a service department that leaves a handful of lugs loose on my wheels. Missing 2 lugs on 1 wheel and a few other lugs needed to be tightened on the other 3. I was hoping this would change my outlook on service departments but it just confirmed that no one will take care of your car like you will. The dealership did apologize and offered to replace the lugs but being aftermarket they dont carry those. They did give me dealership credit for the replacement lugs but i have no intention of returning or buying another vehicle from them.

The best of all is they werent lying when they dont add on dealer fees. Other dealerships were pressuring and would add on other fees while Cobb County was straight up and honest. Kent never pressured us into anything. I would buy another car from them if I had the money! Remember to ask for Kent! The most honest dealership Ive ever been to in the Atlanta area. Long story short...Didnt see the color combo Highlander on the web at CCT as the 2019 model year inventory is selling out. I went to Marietta Toyota as they had the combination i wanted online, called 30 minutes before I went down there and their was no such vehicle and got the whole bait a switch BS session. They lied big time. I told Marietta Toyota I would never go back there again. Decided to call Benji on the way home to see if he could help. I recently bought a new vehicle from Cobb Toyota with the help of Greg Munroe. Prior to my appointment, I discussed with Greg the horrible experience I had at another dealership in which the vehicle that I had started the paperwork and 3.5 hours into the process for was not held, taken for a test drive by a “brother dealership”, and became unavailable. Greg made sure that he had the vehicle in sight and could laid hands on it prior to confirming our appointment time. He was also very trustworthy and efficient. Cobb Toyota in general provides a good experience in that they did not charge unnecessary dealership fees. Overall, I would highly recommend Greg as a salesman and Cobb Toyota to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle.

This was my first car-buying experience and it was an exceptionally positive experience. My sales consultant was Greg Monroe, and he was the real MVP! I felt like he genuinely cared about my well-being and was doing everything in his power to help answer any and all questions I had, in addition to getting me the best deal possible. I didnt walk into the dealership planning to buy a vehicle, yet I didnt feel pressured to buy a new car just because. Greg explained all of the features and benefits of the Toyota Rav4 to me, he took me out for a test drive, and ultimately I was offered a deal on the car that I couldnt refuse. I also worked with the sales manager, Rob Smith who just popped in the last second before I signed the paperwork with an additional coupon to save me even more money. It was a refreshing change of pace to work with a car dealership staff that seemed to genuinely care about me as a consumer and what was in my best interest, as opposed to the typical slimy car salesman persona that hassles or pressures you into buying a car. I cant say enough great things about the entire team at Cobb County Toyota. Everyone was super helpful, incredibly friendly and made my first car-buying experience one for the books, which is how it should be. The staff was incredible, and I can’t say enough AMAZING things about Greg Monroe! Seriously if you are shopping for a Toyota, go find Greg! He took the time to explain everything to me about the vehicle and after the final paperwork was signed he walked me through all of the features of my new car and even helped me program my phone to sync with my new vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. These are the type of people you want to work with when buying a new car.

Looking for a new car, pulled in, asked about a specific car (C-HR) and the salesman showed me a 2018 filthy C-HR. When I asked if they only had used cars (thinking I had pulled into the wrong lot or section), he said No but the 2018 was the same as the 2021. I pointed out that the car he was showing me was FILTHY, he seemed puzzled that that was a problem. It was extremely off putting to then have to go all the way at the back of the lot to look at new cars. Ive bought several cars here in the past but I guess they are doing more Used Car business and maybe focusing on that now. Ill find another Toyota dealership if I go with this car.

So I needed to buy a car this weekend. Last night (Friday) I found a car off car gurus that was located on this lot. I was very hesitant to go to a dealership because my last experience at a dealership was awful. I spoke to Blake and he seemed nice and was very comforting as I had a lot of anxiety going into this as I had been unemployed for several months due to Covid. I guess he could hear my nerves and anxiousness in my voice because he was very reassuring. This morning he even called to confirm and tell me not to rush. Came in and he immediately shows me the car I was looking at. We go for a test drive and he goes over all of the warranties because my last car buying experience was such a nightmare. My friend who was with me felt a little rushed but being from an Italian NY family myself I knew he was just being efficient and trying to make sure that we didn’t have to spend our entire day there while still making sure any questions I had were answered. Once I signed all of the prelim paperwork Blake took the car to get detailed and we were only waiting about 10 minutes before the financial department was ready for us. The gentleman who helped me with my financing was also amazing and went above and beyond to make sure I got a good deal despite my complex and Covid affected income information. When we had signed on the dotted line and stepped out of his office, there was Blake waiting for us, making sure we had a good experience in financing, and that we were well taken care of. He walked us to my new car, double checked everything and congratulated me. All in all it was a GREAT and efficient experience. We were only there maybe 2 hours total. The only problem was they didn’t tighten the bolts enough on the temp plate and I lost one somewhere on the way home.. but that was an easy 2.99 fix lol.

I wont be purchasing from Toyota....and to anyone purchasing a car. Remember...your spending thousands and commission is what theyre on the hunt for. The LEAST they can do is be NICE and courteous. First of all I hate the process of buying a vehicle but that changed when I went to Cobb Toyota. I was told to ask for Internet Rob when I got there. He immediately came out and greeted us and let us know he was busy with another customer. I had phoned him earlier so he knew what I was interested in and had some suggestions of cars for me to test drive. Tony took us on several test drives and if he was aggravated at the number of cars I wanted to drive, he never showed it even when they were 3 deep. He patiently went back and forth for one set of keys after another and answered all the questions we threw at him. I purchased my first Toyota in April 2018 and love it. I since have moved to San Francisco and because of the great service I have received at Cobb County Toyota took my business to SF Toyota where I also received great, trustworthy service.Since my purchase in 2018 I have only taken my car for routine maintenance to Toyota, however every time I take my car to Cobb County Toyota my car has gone into the shop driving great and left needing an alignment. Each time this has been because my car drives straight and smooth and upon exiting the service shop consistently the steering wheel is over 30 degrees off and front end will shake. I politely return to the shop and point this out and, of course, the only fix is a $100 alignment.Needless to say, I’m disappointed, feeling abused, and my trust is broken. I just wish that the amount of care I put into my work would be reflected in the care Cobb County Toyota would put into theirs.I thought I found a great service provider for my car. Oh well.

Two reviews in one:1. SERVICE DEPARTMENT: A-Plus. My service adviser was phenomenal and helped me save a ton on some work I was getting done. He found exactly what I needed and helped me save. Bravo work!2. SALESMAN: F-MINUS. I dont know your name but because of your action I will NEVER purchase a car from this dealership. I was killing time while my vehicle was being worked on and I was looking at the cars in the lot. This salesman approaches me and pitches his, we pay the best dollar for any car and I mentioned my car might not bring much cash and he said, why is that? and as I was telling him about my car, he nonchalantly yelled at his coworker across the parking lot and asked where he was going for lunch and if he could bring him some food. He continued to discuss lunch with this guy and just walked away from me as if I didnt even exist. Though I was not looking to purchase a vehicle that day, you just lost a potential buyer. Extremely rude.
