DO NOT TRUST THE SERVCIE DEPARTMENT, THEY LIE!!! Too many bad experiences to list, but the latest was the icing on the cake!Cliff notes... Wifes car gets a recall fix. She contacts them, schedules an appointment 2 weeks out to get said recall fixed.Day arrives, we drop the car off, then get a call 15 minutes later, they dont have the part. WHAT?! YOU DONT HAVE THE PART?! Why didnt anyone call us? They dont know. LOL!Fine, she needs an oil change anyway, so we let them do that. A couple hours later they call back, your front brakes are at 2 mm and back brakes are at 3 mm, they need to be changed. We decline because I swear I just changed her front brakes about 3 months ago, but maybe I didnt, and I just did mine. Either way, I know how to do it and I already have the brakes.Next weekend, I pull a front tire off. Guess what?! I did change her brakes a few months back, they are brand new! Now its all coming back to me, I changed her front brakes, but I didnt do her back brakes because they were less than half worn. I pull the back tires off, and they are essentially in the same condition, less than half worn! (She works from home, so she doesnt drive much.) Since this is the second time that I have pulled off her back tires, I decided to go ahead and replace them. See the pics...

Went to see about leaving my car for a recall appointment the day before. Mark Kerkoski asked what he could do for me. After explaining he got my info and took my car in. Just as my ride was getting there Mark came out and said. My car would be done in 10 minutes. It was only 5 minutes!! Totally freeing up my next day. He was very nice and very professional. Also thanks to the tech Logan Parvin for taking care of.my car right away!

Paul Gadomski is the best! He is patient and relaxed and never makes you feel like you have to buy something. Additionally, he knows the products and can make suggestions on different models you may not consider usually. I never thought I would like a Tuscon but thanks to Paul, it is what I ended up buying. He knows the details of the vehicles and what they have to offer as well as what can be a good fit for a multiple [Hyundai] car home. On top of this, he works hard and stays on top of individual needs to make sure the buyer is happy. He stayed patient with me throughout the process and was available to answer any questions I had. Paul also kept his manager (Dave) in on the process of buying which helped me feel supported by Hyundai of Kennesaw. Buying a car is stressful but luckily the superior staff at Hyundai of Kennesaw can ease some of the stress :).

I knew which vehicle I wanted, had my banking & insurance arranged and in hand with payoff details ready on my trade; this was a slam dunk kind of purchase. If you are in the market and dont want to spend all day at the dealership, DO the work up front! Huge time saver for everyone involved. The entire team was polite, distancing appropriately, super efficient with documents on their side; the process went as quickly as it could. There are a lot of features to cover in this vehicle, and the team did a great job of showing me everything before I left, then gave me their contact information to reach out if I have questions. Id definitely buy here again.

This was easily the best car buying experience I’ve had! Our salesman was John Johnston and he was great. I texted and called him several times and he never hesitated to meet my requests. We brought our own financing (which I know is not ideal for a dealership) but we were never once pushed into “let us try to get you a better rate” like every single other dealership we dealt with. We were given a fair deal on our trade-in which we greatly appreciate. We had to drive a good way to the dealership so John had the car detailed/gassed up when we got there and all paperwork was ready. The guys who did the detail did an awesome job. The guy in finance was great and made things simple. We never felt like we were being pushed into anything and there were no surprises! John was very personable and he and my husband hit it off right away. We will be back when it’s time for an upgrade! Thank you Hyundai of Kennesaw

I had an amazing experience at Hyundai of Kennesaw. I didnt feel any pressure to buy a vehicle from the dealership or to finance with Hyundai. I was dreading the idea of buying a new car and John completely changed my mind. It was such an easy process. John was great from start to finish and even after the purchase! A day after purchasing the vehicle I got a scratch on the car and I immediately emailed John to see if I could bring it by and have someone look at it. He responded within minutes and said he could have the detail guy look at it. I brought it in, John took it down to be looked at, and was back within 10 minutes. They were able to buff it out and put touch up paint on it and it looks as good as new. I have been blown away by the customer service. I will definitely be back!

My family has purchased three new vehicles here in the last ten years. Sales is great and the service folks do a great job when you can get it. I was turned away from service this morning for not having an appointment. I’m tired of this back and forth of not needing an appointment, then needing an appointment, then not needing an appointment, and back to needing an appointment. Pick a method and stick with it. I’m tired of having my time wasted. I cannot discern a difference in needing or not needing an appointment. I won’t do business with someone who keeps wasting my time.

Knowing the situation with new and used car shortages I was shocked at the low inventory on the car lots. I found one dealership that was actually opened on Sunday, found the car that I liked and lucked out dealing with a sales person that was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The dealership is Hyundai of Kennesaw and Toni Shepherd was the sales person. You can tell a professional operation as soon as you walk thru the door. I definitely would recommend this dealership and ask for Toni Shepherd if you want to have a pleasant experience with a car purchase.

My service advisor, Malik, was very professional. He listened to my concerns and made sure the services were completed in a timely manner. While the waiting room is nice, it was also nice to be able to complete my transaction in the open air service area.

Very unhappy today. Made an appointment weeks ago for a recall repair. My appointed was for 11:45. When I got there the very polite attendant told me the repair takes about and hour and a half to 2 hours, which I was willing to wait for. At 1:15 my car had still not been taken to the service area. Why make an appointment if they cannot take your car at that time. I had to leave with my service undone. Had I waited, who knew when it would be taken to the service area and then I would have to wait the 1 1/2 to 2 hours for the repair. Poor service and I have no choice but to make a new appointment so I am not driving a potentially unsafe vehicle. I notice on previous reviews the owner only responds to positive reviews.

I’m not sure if it is still offered but the free oil changes for the life of you car is not a good option. I have never been in and out for an oil change in less than 90 minutes. You better plan on spending half your day because they go in slow motion and overbook out the rear. To book an oil change it’s simply not even worth the hassle. Just spend $30 and not waste half a day sitting in the crowded lobby.

Brought my car in for a vapor leak according to the cars computer. They never found a vapor leak ended up costing me $1,000. They did help me pass emissions though. The tech left a black grease stain on my seat which is unacceptable.7 months later I brought my car back for an AC recharge. Cost me $200 in parts and labor. Apparently it costs less than $100 at other shops. Also misdiagnosed a messy oil change earlier that day as a engine oil leak.

As a single mom I was dreading the car shopping experience but everyone I came into contact with was very friendly and helpful. Worst experience Ive had with the service department. I dont know what happened but their service department used to be excellent. I wont go 8into details but it was absolutely absurd. When I tried to explain the the situation to a manager about what happened he couldnt have cared less. Then they lost my key and I had to wait for them to find it. After all the drama I still need my car fixed. What happened Hyundai? Your brand used to mean quality.

There are several Hyundai dealerships in the area and I would recommend you take your vehicle elsewhere for service. Took my vehicle in for its free maintenance this weekend - I bought my new vehicle here less than a year ago and it came with 3-years of free maintenance. After authorizing some additional work over the phone, I received a bill for that as well as the free maintenance. Before I had a chance to dispute it, they already charged my card. They claimed that I took the car in too late. I really wasnt aware of that, but a different Hyundai dealership in the area had no problem doing my first maintenance for free taking it in at the same interval. This dealership claims the other dealership cheated the system and they shouldnt have done it. Also, this could have been avoided had the dealership informed me ahead of time that they couldnt do the free maintenance due to timing. One would think they could have anticipated this issue and just given me a heads up ahead of time - then I just would have gone back to the other dealership.One final note, I would avoid both maintenance and sales - while the Sales experience wasnt that much more painful than other dealers, they did add a junk fee for etching the VIN in the glass - I didnt notice until I was in financing and I was rather beat down at that point to do anything - just left a bad taste in my mouth.

For the last 14 years I have been driving a PT Cruiser. We desperately needed a new car. We went in and spoke with Davien. He was beyond amazing. Helpful, answered all our questions, got us taken care of quickly. Taylor in the finance department got us a great deal and done with all the paper work faster than I ever imagined. From the time we walked into the dealership until we walked out keys in hand took only two hours! They were amazing. We will be going back and buying any future cars from Hyundai of Kennesaw from now on. They made what can be a very stressful time as easy as binge watching Netflix. Thank you so much! I have always been a fan of only Toyota and Hondas until I purchased a Hyundai Palisade. I love love love my car and the warrantys that come with it. The staff in the service department are on the ball and go the extra mile to take care of their customers and their vehicles. While they are human and can make errors, such as saying my car would be ready by a certain time and it wasnt, they were able to compensate me by providing me a rental at no charge until it was ready. That is putting the customer first. They have earned my trust and business.

This place has an incredibly BAD interpretation of time. I was told it would be between 90 minutes to 2 hours to have my vehicle complete for an oil change. Ive now been sitting here for 3 hours. They have no clue how long anything will take. Just a warning to anyone else coming here if you made an appointment, that appointment time does not matter and they do not care. I could have taken my car anywhere else and had been down by now. Dont be fool by appointment times or wait times dont know.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!Last week, my family and I drove an hour to come to this dealership. Our Salesman Paul Gaines was not pleasant. He had a very condescending demeanor. Theres a chip shortage and cars are not being mass produced. This is bad for the consumer because car salesman can choose who they want to sell too. This is what happened to my family, we were prejudged the moment we stepped in the dealership. Paul Gaines should not be in this industry, he lacks customer service skills. Despite, the horrible customer service rendered from Paul, we came back the second day because the manager said, they will have more cars available. We came back the second day and got BILLY because Paul wasnt there. It went from bad to worse. Billy, was very nonchalant and he could care less and he rushed us through the process. He told my husband to do a credit application and will call us in the morning. He never called us and just left us wondering what happened. Terrible customer service!! We decided to go to Gwinett Place Honda and the customer service was superb!!. Wed purchased three cars that day. Thank you, Paul and Billy for terrible service, or we wouldve never found Honda. Avoid this dealership at all cost!!

Scheduled a recall repair for today (6/26/21) at 10am. Called yesterday (Friday) to add on an oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor named Brian Walker had confirmed the recall repair previously and we of course received several automated appointment reminders. When I called yesterday to add services, I spoke with someone named Brian but not sure if they are the same person. I clearly confirmed all services with him and we were all set for today. My wife brings the car in and surprisingly the part for the recall isnt available. The person working the service desk was less than helpful and jokingly stated that part hasnt been available for a few weeks.. This pisses me off to no end. They had multiple opportunities to not waste our time. I bought the car from this dealership and the sales side was good. This is the second time Ive come in for service. Wasnt impressed the first time, but not enough to leave a review. This time though, I have to share how much the service department at Hyundai of Kennesaw was garbage. I wish I could waste their time like they wasted ours. A simple phone call before the appointment would have made everything ok. Or how about telling me the part isnt available when I call the day before.

Husband and I were looking to eventually buy a minivan. We drove by this dealer and happened to spot a used Honda Odyssey in their lot and decided to stop and take a look. The car was in amazing condition and we ended up deciding to buy. It was our first time buying from a dealership and it was an excellent experience! We worked with Billy and he was great! Would not recommend Hyundai to anyone. I’ve done multiple oil consumption tests. They do nothing to resolve the problem. They change the test & say let’s do another test. Car has to be taken in every 1k miles. I personally don’t have time for that. Let’s talk more about service. The staff has a horrible turnover. I bought my car at Hyundai of Kennesaw and got oil changed for life. For 6 years I have NEVER had to make an appt for an oil change. The last time I went, I was turned away, told they didn’t have time & to schedule an appt. I went online mult times trying to figure out how to schedule my free oil change. Never saw the option so used the online chat feature. Was told I couldn’t schedule an appt that way either but someone would call me back. Never received that call. I called today. After several attempts receptionist made to get me through to the service dept, she finally was able to get me “the manager”. Earliest appt I could get to have my oil changed while I wait was a month out. They tend to blow a lot of smoke to make you think they care but once you’ve got their car, forget getting any issues resolved and don’t waste your money on the lifetime oil changes, go somewhere else with better service.

The salesman and managers here are extremely prompt and courteous at this location. I was able to get a test drive in no time. I took a step further to purchase the vehicle, and although we werent able to reach an agreement, the process was easy-going and no pressure. My advice is to definitely try and do business here. We waited around for over 30 minutes, in the mean time, he went past us on his golf cart several times and never came back. We left and went to AutoNation Ford and purchased a car there.

DO NOT PURCHASE OIL CHANGE SERVICE UPFRONT.PAY AS YOU GO.If you purchase the service upfront, you will be the least cared for once you show up for oil change.You will notice that, the criteria for oil change as we have known it, will change from 3000 miles or 3 months (whichever comes first) to 5000 miles or 5-6 months.However, this criteria does not apply to all the people that I know, getting the same oil change in the same dealer...Save your time and money.Change your oil at any other place for $30~$50 in 10~15 minutes, and save yourselves 2~4 hours every three months, and having to insist on following Hyundais recommended oil change, instead of this dealers service.Good Cars - HORRIBLE SERVICE

Had a decent purchase experience in the dealership. Unpleasant post-purchase experience. Don’t expect any customer service after signing your name.Lies from the salesman about the status of my second key… I was originally given two keys for my 2019 model I purchased. The issue, one of the keys I was given is not for my car. Not only do they not seem to care that I have someone else’s key, but after reaching the sales director I was given the same run around; “I’ll have your salesman reach you.”In the end I’m told I have to procure the key myself, despite being given two keys and being told from the beginning that there are two. The worst part is this key is on global back order, so I have to pay $250 out of pocket for a pre-ordered key…Love my new Veloster N, but I hate that I let these guys have my 40th Maxima. Hopefully whoever buys it gets my Tom Ford shades in it, since they never called me back about that either 😂Edit: 1 Star. I was given a response message to contact GSM — Unresponsive. Salesman? Unresponsive. Nearly a month has passed and they have completely ghosted me as a customer.As a salesman, myself, I would stay away from this place.

Absolutely TERRIBLE!!! I came in back in April due to a brake issue and was told I needed front brakes which they replaced and said I was all good. Here it is September and Im at Ed Voyles Hyundai who are telling me I need back brakes and that theyre so worn its damaging my rotors. I called Hyundai of Kennesaw to inquire as to why they didnt check both back and front brakes to ensure they were both replaced as oppose to screwing up my back rotors for months unknown to me and the gentlemen I spoke with was just like duhhhhhhh Im new here so I cant say. Absolute disgrace, I will never step foot at this dealership to even get a bottle of water.

My experience at Hyundai Kennesaw was not great. My wife and I went in to purchase two vehicles. The two salesmen who we worked with were very rude. The first day as Potential client the service was very slow and we had to talked to the sales manager about his attitude. We were treated like another number, the sales people we dealt with had no empathy for our Situation. The second salesman was very brief and rushed us out really fast all though it was near the the end of the night we drove for a half hour to get to the dealership. (They told us to come in). It would have been nice if the salesman would have told us we could continue tomorrow. My wife was trying to see If we could negotiate but they were not willing to listen. Unfortunately as African American clients I do not feel like the gave us the proper treatment.

To get right to the point; staff was friendly, polite, professional; service, as in keeping their word - bad. I was told I would have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment, so I did. I was told your car would be ready by the end of the day - lie. I was told I would be called before they do anything - lie ( they didnt work on my car, period, they just parked it and when I showed up later that day because I did not hear anything from anyone all day, they freshly said, oh, well look at it tomorrow... ) If youre not sure if youre going to do something, dont make someone hold their breath on you. I understand their overbooked or w/e, but they need to fix this; hire more techs, expand the site so that service can be done. This was very unprofessional on their part. Again, staff was friendly, nice, polite, professional, but they really need to work on keeping their word because it can easily break any business. Ill be calling the Canton site to see if they feel like keeping their word, if not, back to Kennesaw to have them feed me more maybes...

Reading these other reviews has me confused. The last time I was here, they forgot to replace one of the filters that THEY suggested and then convinced me I had to have. They just didn’t do it after I approved it. Today, when I arrived for my oil change APPOINTMENT, there were 10 cars in front of me. They didn’t get to me until 20 minutes after my scheduled time. I have been here two hours. For an OIL CHANGE. Friendly, yes, but I think I’d rather have rude people and a quality, completed job on my car than just a nice guy at the desk. It’s a shame that you can’t get both.

If you can avoid going to this Hyundai, please save your time and your money. The only reason I gave a 1 star review was because 0 stars was not available.I will first start with my ABS kit that had a recall in my 2019 Tucson. I made an appointment as soon as I knew to have the kit replaced. My husband took my car to have it fixed and when he arrived at the 9:00 AM appointment, I received a voicemail from someone the morning of at 8:59 AM letting me know that they did not have the part to fix my car. Incredibly poor customer service to not call in advance, but also not counting and keeping track of what parts and/or kits you have available for future appointments.My second encounter was needing my tires to be fixed because I thought I had a nail or leak since my sensor in my car kept coming on, even after putting air in it for a few days. I called Hyundai of Kennesaw because they are close to me and I wanted to give them 1 more try to maybe prove me wrong. NOPE. I called, they told me they could check out my tires for me. I arrived and they told me it wouldn’t take long to fix so I sat in the waiting area. After 1 hour and 20 minutes a man came up to me and asked if I needed anything since they were about to close. I said I would like to know what was happening since no one has come to let me know anything about my tire and what is wrong with them. He left for a minute and then came back and said “oh your car is good to go. He is just finishing up paperwork.” Walked out and left the dealership and was on my way. Got in my car the next morning and my PSi was 14, when it is supposed to hover around 36. Now, if my tire was fixed then it should not drop to 14 overnight, which tells me that no one even looked at my tire and I waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes for them to what? Put air in them and then keep me waiting? Ridiculous.Here’s the real kicker. I took my car to Hyundai of Canton since I made sure my car would never be back at Hyundai of Kennesaw. Within 10-15 minutes I was told that there was an industrial staple in my back tire and that’s why it was losing air so quickly and that I need a new tire. Problem solved.I don’t think Hyundai of Kennesaw looked at my car and it seems like they forgot my car was there. Especially when you can clearly see the staple in my tire. I will never go back to this dealership. Doesn’t matter what the issue or problem is with my car. I will drive the extra 30 minutes for better customer service.

Today was just a stop by type visit to see the Sonata and get an idea of looks and price. I didnt want any help and with just one person checking to see if I wanted any and me declining, I was able to quietly and casually look around. As one who hates high pressure sales, this was a nice break. Sometimes less is more. Ill be back later with my wife to check out more details and then may want to talk to someone.

Went to 8 dealerships before this one. The only way I can describe all of those horrible experiences is getting stuck on a roller coaster upside down in a hail storm while your holding all your bodily functions in. This place was totally different from those. It was like hitting every green light with no traffic on the way to you favorite vacation spot. Edgar Narvaez is easy going as well as a sharp dresser hell make you feel at ease while he helps you pick out your car. The number one thing I can say is the drive out price is transparent with georgia sales tax and the document fee. I cant say enough good things about my experience here. Hyundai of kennesaw will take care of you with a no pressure easy going friendly staff.

Dont think Ill buy another Hyandai- especially not a hybrid. My daughter and I both owned Sonata hybrids that had system failures and we were held hostage by Hyundai of Kennesaw for $4000 and $6000 repairs. Fortunately mine was eventually covered by the ridiculously over-priced extended warranty that I had purchased- even though that was a contentious process. My daughter just had to dump her car because it wasnt worth $6000 to repair.

My Sonata had a check engine light come on. This wasnt the closest, but was the only dealership that would see me same day. Matt was my advisor and told me everything I needed to know about cost and next steps. They looked at not only the one problem, but also for other issues I may not have spotted. After the inspection, Matt took care of finding out what was under warranty and made it very easy on my side. The turn around was quite quickly as well, only taking just over a day. I will certainly bring my car back in the next time it needs something!

First visit. Matt was awesome in the service department. They are highly busy so like Cobb County Toyota best to make an appt and let them know if waiting or not. I waited. Waiting room nice, clean, open, Covid friendly, and nice drinks or snacks. Lots of steps though if you want walk in the building but they do have an elevator too. The lot for the service department is too tight. The way the corner lot was architected was necessary for the three story height. However, it does not take long for the service dept to have so many cars in the queue that it looks so busy that they would be good take the next lot down or nearby to give better service volume oppty. I even witnessed an upset customer scenario. The issue was clear they felt not enough communication was given to them. The service manager on hand took ownership with that customer and they were smiling when they left. I then heard him talking to the general manager and their conversation was nice about the customer and they both agreed taking care of customer was most important. The facility is so open its easy for voices to carry around the air. You dont have to try to listen. Its that open. However again it is important to know the problem customer was long gone and they were talking respectfully about their issue and them and their plan to resolve the issue. Thats a good thing. I take my truck to Cobb County Toyota for maintenance having bought it there 22 years ago. Its nice to see good customer service between two different companies in the local area. I close liking Matt in service asked if I had any questions and made sure I knew how to contact him if needed after the service. This is important to me as the service was for my wifes car and it was our first service there. Our car had 15k on it and we had bought the car a few months back from CarMax. Therefore, give Kennesaw Hyundai a chance to service your Hyundai but it is imperative to schedule your appointment. The service square footage is simply too small for the volume they are receiving. That is the only bottleneck I see in this facility. Pricing and service quality good and I got my car back clean. Great job.

Check-in was back logged upon arrival.check-in personnel were doing a great job, just over booked or drive-in created a back log.arrived at 10 was not pulled in maintenance bay till 11.toke 2 hours and 45 minutes to complete and return car.

Bought my car here over a year ago...great experience until today...very disappointed with this location today! Before my bumper to bumper warranty was up(which is the last time I had the car in for service) I had them look at my sunroof that was not closing properly and wasnt flush to the car contouring of the top, after they looked at it, it still looked like it wasnt shut all the way but I was assured it was closed and fine. Today I brought it in to get my oil changed and inquired about the same issue...I havent opened the sunroof due to winter months and of course NOW my warranty is up since my last time I had the car here to be looked at. Im using it again with the same issues, yet I was told before, that its fine. Rain water was dripping in and it still doesnt look right or tightly closed and flushed to the contouring of the car top. I was informed that it would be $120 dollars to have them look at it...I really feel manipulated by their warranty policies and lack of customer service. My sunroof is pictured in the first two pictures and another car waiting for service that is the same make and model. My sunroof is raised not the same as the car in front of mine waiting for service also. Slowly losing faith in this location. I bought the unlimited oil change package when I purchased the car mainly for the customer service I thought I would be getting...My opinion, the customer service has a warranty also and today I would rate my experience as a 1 star. Im getting my oil change but will have my own mechanic look at it...not worth the $120 when they already told me once it was fine, and its clearly not.

I took it here for service and they did an exceptional job all-around; The communication was excellent and they let me know each and every little thing they were doing and advised the pricing. Stay away. Shady pricing practices. I spent 5 hours negotiating a price and at the very last minute Im told sorry I forgot there is $5,000 mark up on all my Palisades. 2 emailed quotes meant nothing at all. People dont know how to run a business.

Very disappointed. I called for service on my 2020 Sonata. Problems with the driver seat, tire pressure sensor, rear backup warning system and routine maintenance. I figured this would not be a quick fix so I asked about loaner vehicles. I was told they would check the car and assuming they needed to keep the car overnight I would be given a loaner vehicle. I scheduled a 7am appointment so they could do the inspection and get me on my way.I showed up at 7am and was then told it would take a few hours before they could even determine what was wrong with the car. I asked for a loaner so I could go and they could do their work. Then I was told I would need to talk to Brian (the service manager).I waited a while and then heard someone tell another customer that the service techs didn’t come in until 8:30 or so. I asked to talk to Brian. I was first told he would not be in until 8:30. Then I was told he would not be in at all today.I told them that it seemed ridiculous to schedule an appointment at 7am knowing that nothing would be started for several hours. More so if they know I need a car for the day.Then I was told they could talk to the person in charge of scheduling the loaner cars. Of course she would not be in until 9amI fully understand that the dealership needs to check the car before they can give me a car for the day. But don’t schedule appointments at 7am and make it seem like you can get me on my way quickly if you know there is at least 1.5 hours before anyone can even start doing work!More importantly have someone on site that can make decisions when you open! I now have to do this again and make new arrangements. So instead of wasting one day. Now I will be wasting two.

Okay, when I say top of the line customer service, I mean it. Not only did they offer me more than anticipated for my trade, they also came off the MSRP far more than expected in order to make a deal with me. At no time did I feel pressured or uncomfortable by any member of the staff. Edgar was an EXCELLENT sales person and Jason is a saint of a GM. The service center is lacking on the customer service. I felt invisible! I was waiting for almost 15 minutes before someone actually acknowledged me in the car at the service center. I told the guy that eventually came to car how long I was waiting, and he said “well, I’m here now. How may I help?” No acknowledgment of me being frustrated. Then I went inside and NO ONE said anything to me. Not even a simple greeting. I had to approach one of the men at the counter to be helped. The worse part is that there was a man who did not have any customers. He just chose to ignore me. I have been here for an hour… 30 minutes of which was wasted time due to me being invisible to the employees.

If you can find some where Id advise not to go here..I inquired about a vehicle that was listed on there website...Sara Kim called me repeatedly every single day for nearly 2 weeks..I repeated told her I didnt have transportation and would get there as soon as I could, I literally had to tell her to stop calling and I would call them when I was ready....so I advise if you inquire about a vehicle on there website be sure not to include your phone number they will harrass you literally. I finally get to the dealer via Uber to test drive the vehicle...only to find out the vehicle wasnt ready to drive off the lot.... I was desperate so I purchased the vehicle with the intention of picking it up the next day only to get a call the next day saying it still wasnt ready. Josh the sales person added things to my contract that I did not ask for...I only asked for a extended warranty and he added some kind theft warranty that I didnt ask for, which if the vehicle is stolen the insurance company covers that now they refuse to take it off. I advise to read very carefully before you sigh...I will not do business here again...

Made a service appointment to repair recall on my new Tucson, my husband went to the appointment to discover they did not have the part. No one called to cancel the appointment, it is a 45 minute trip to the dealership. The lack of consideration for my time is disappointing.

This has got to be the most unorganized service department ever! Where do I begin? Make an appointment for something as a simple oil change and you better plan on 2.5 hours wait time. It does not matter if you have an appointment, your time will not be honored. Show up and wait until they can get to you. Then theres the careless mistakes that just keep coming. I looked back recently at my service records...it seems they have on several occasions just picked a random name out of the system to match my service with. I have service records for my car in 3 different names and VINS....NOT COOL!!!!! Add this to the fact that their sales team is equally incompetent and there you have it!

I dropped off my car for service after total engine failure while driving on the highway. The dealership has made no proactive attempts to contact me. I have called and texted repeatedly with no response or leave a message. It is now 12 business days later and I do not even know what is wrong with my car. Not even the service department manager will return calls! I highly recommend you avoid this dealership – both purchasing and servicing cars.

Paid for 2 new keys. They only had 1 in stock. Wouldnt mail me the one I paid for. Poor business practice. Will not drive 45 mails to pick up 1 key. Not necessary to say. I wont buy my next vehicle from them. Sadly, a dollar postage lost them 20,000 in sales
