Very happy with the service! Clean facility, efficient and attentive service. We’ve now referred a couple of other people here. The only downside is the individual at the desk was not wearing a mask! That wasn’t good. Please put on a mask for your safety and ours. It shows your customers you care! The person working in the car did have a mask on (thank you!).

These guys did an amazing job installing a high end clutch kit on my Subaru. The car felt great when I got it back and they were very detailed, fixing other issues I wasnt aware of. I would highly recommend Sam and his crew for any repair or maintenance!

Oh my GOSH. This is the best automotive shop I have ever been to! As a woman I’m intimidated and worried I’m going to get screwed over because they know I don’t know tons about cars, but they were SO helpful, walked me through every step and were SO kind. I’d go back in a heartbeat even though it is an hour drive from where I live. They’re AMAZING here!

My Chevy Silverado began to lose oil and even spray it all over the underside and out the back of the truck. I figured it was the main rear seal and I was pleased when Sam confirmed this and also didn’t try to upsell me anything Or recommend any service that I didn’t need. The amount that he quoted me was more than fair and was exactly what I ended up paying. Also, the truck was ready a couple hours before he promised. I can’t say enough nice things about the guys at J.A.P.S. Keep it up!

These guys are awesome! I have a Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4 that no other shop in the Atlanta area would even consider working on. But not Japanese Automotive! They took it in, kept it inside, resolved the problem, washed it (no extra charge), and now its back on the road! The car was sitting in the garage for over a year because no one had the experience of working on such a rare automobile. But get this; they considered it an honor! Wow! What an awesome experience! I recommend this business above all others in the area. Call and talk to Sam. They are the best!

I had my 13 Subaru XV Crosstrek short block replaced here. Sam and the guys there did a fantastic job, the engine looks and runs great, and they even detailed the engine compartment and cleaned the car! Saved me a ton of money compared the the dealer, and I got more work done for less money. Cannot recommend highly enough, I am more than happy with the work and the results.

You guys.. i am not the type of person to leave a review but let me tell y’all!! they are the best in the business!!! i drive a 2013 kia optima hybrid and before i went to them it stopped in the middle of the road as i was driving and a hybrid charging system alert appeared on my dashboard. i started calling people left and right and nobody could help me because they said the car was better off sold for parts and to buy a new car. My mom actually found this company and sent us to Mr. Sam and he helped us out and gave us hope that my car could be fixed!!! the car i was using to get there (because my kia wasn’t turning on, we had to tow it there) got flat and he took it to get fixed so i could go on about my day! i got my kia after 1 day only and it is working 100% perfectly fine and is even running smoothly!!! I RECOMMEND THEM 100%!

Sam did a great job on my RAV4. Gave me a quick, honest and knowledgeable assessment on a couple issues I was having, and also got me set up with all new tires really quickly. Excellent communication as well! Would definitely go back!

My mom found them on google. I have a 2013 Kia Soul that’s stereo hasn’t worked for the last 2 years. In the past 6 months, my battery would die constantly I couldn’t even turn it off without having to jump it again. Paul was super helpful and honest. He was able to figure out the problem, and although they couldn’t replace my stereo they replaced my battery and unplugged my stereo so the problem wouldn’t continue. It has been so long since I had felt comfortable and not cheated by an auto shop. Would recommend and will be back myself I’m sure!

They were honest and recommended the least expensive solution to our problem. Great quality work and it was completely on time. I have found my new shop for all my cars.

I brought in my daughters car for a reoccurring problem that I had tried to fix. They explained the possible issues, found the problem and fixed it along with another problem I didn’t even mention!I also ask them to check if an oil change was needed and check the brakes. They did and said both were fine and nothing was needed. They could have easily just changed the oil or brakes and charged me.Overall the cost of the repair was $450 less than the dealer!They are very through and trustworthy.

Great, honest repair shop!

I was charged over 700 dollars to fix the problem that caused my check engine lite to come on . Drove the car for 1 hour and light popped back on . These guys don’t have a clue, they just want your money, will never go back!!
