Absolutely phenomenal service! I dropped my car off and they even gave me a ride to the rental car place. My son was super excited to ride in the courtesy shuttle, the man who drove us there kept my son entertained and engaged in conversation (which is hard since he has autism!). So I really appreciated that. My car was ready in one day, they communicated with me throughout the process, were very transparent about what my car needed and did an overall amazing job. I would definitely go to them again!

I have been using Kennesaw Auto for the past four years, and twelve years before that when I last lived in Georgia. They are always polite, explain everything to me in terms I can understand, and advise me if there is something extra I should consider doing- and why. I trust them to keep me and my daughters- or our respective vehicles- in safe working condition.

I started using this group of mechanics when they were on Dallas Acworth HWY near my sons house. Super friendly and honest. They fixed the issue. Couple years I go but there for a different issue and found out they were bought out by another company and they found not fix my issue. I asked where the other people moved to and they told me Kennesaw. I search out to find them and discussed the issue. He was not 100% sure what the issue was . He could fix what he thought it was but then it could turn out to be something else. Long story short I had the car about 3 more years and never had the work done. I went to him with several issues and lights on. I make the comments that I had been thinking about trading cars. I left my car and he called me a couple hours later and told me the one of the problem was and it would cost over a thousand dollars and said he could do it but that I would never get that money back. And if he was me he would trade . That is what I did. The very next day I took it to check it over. He did my first oil change and tire rotation. He or the other 2 who work there will be my cars doctor. Honesty is the best policy.

Such a great experience dealing with them. Exceptional customer service and they seemed to go the extra mile. I was having warranty work done on my Ford and was fed up with using the dealership. These guys made it so easy. They have earned all of my future business.

Front driver side bearing was bad. Found out later on the Axle was also bad, but they only charged me for the axle. Great guys.

They found an issue with our A/C. It was still under warranty with dealer. Gave us documentation and told us to go back to dealer. He could have charged us $1700. That is why I always take my cars to them when I cant do the work myself. Honest workers.

Needed new brakes on my 5 year old car. “Cory”‘I think his name is told me the back brakes were only half worn out so no need to replace them now. Good job.

Corey and Tim do a great job here. Im sure the rest of the team is good too but havent met them. We have a late-model vehicle that has runs well but is prone to check engine sensitivity. Instead of resetting the repeat codeand sending me on my way, they tested extensively until finding the root cause...and then covered under warranty! These guys are amazing! They are more than fair in pricing and they DO NOT take advantage of women by finding nonexistent problems and then charging unheard of prices. If your vehicle doesnt really need a certain repair or service, they will tell you. They are very honest and friendly. I have much respect for this business and have been telling others about them.

Amazing service. My wife felt comfortable and not pressured for any extras when she took the car over to get an oil change. I found the prices better than what Carmax was charging for repairs and the service was way better. This was a crazy electronic issue with lights flashing, the truck not registering being in park and the radio not turning off even with the key out. They found the wiring problem within 24 hours for a very reasonable price. This was my first visit here but with 5 cars, will no doubt not be the last. Many thanks guys!

I had a guy at the front desk and he was really a nice guy he explained everything and made it seem like I needed everything I had to do so yeah I think these guys are alright.

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. I moved to the area 7 years ago and was worried about finding a good and honest mechanic. These guys are always courteous, take their time to explain the issue in detail until I understand what needs to be done. They ask a fair price for parts & labor and they do an excellent job every time. I only wish I could choose higher than 5 stars!

I havent been a customer long but Corey has been awesome to work with. While working on my tires he found a component that had been replaced with a rubber stem instead of an aluminium one, which was apparently the default on the other 3 tires. He made it clear to me that there was no difference, and I would never know but he could replace it while the tires were off and quoted me the price. I said sure. A couple hours later, he calls me and says after beginning to replace this rubber stem he saw the original aluminum one could still be salvaged which saved me the cost of the new part. I honestly had no idea what he was talking about so Im not sure if my recollection of it makes sense, either way some great folks here and my brief time as their customer has been nothing but stellar.

Some of the best service I have ever received. As a female I am used to garages trying to take advantage of me thinking I know nothing about cars, but not here. The finished the work MUCH faster than I anticipated and the price was far more than fair. They were also super conscientious about proper social distancing. He never talks down to me or treats me differently because I am a women (which happens a lot in this industry). Kennesaw Auto Center has done a bunch of work for me on my old Land Cruiser and they always do a great job.They have rebuilt all of my brakes, all of the cooling system fixed my suspension and most recently changed a leaky gas tank for me.

Very nice place with very nice customer service. Ive been there twice now, once for a repair, and once for an oil change, and they take good care of their customers.

An excellent place for car service. They answered all my questions and did not try and sell me unneeded services . My safety was their prime concern. All transactions were done over the phone and an outdoor drop box and key station was used for key pass over. I will be using them in the future to service my one car and two trucks.

I recently traveled to Georgia from another state. In preparation for my travel, I had the oil changed in my car. A couple of days after arriving in Georgia, I noticed that there was a leak coming from my engine. I called Kennesaw Auto Center to see if they had time to work me today n and diagnose my problem. Although they were booked for the day, they worked me in and had me fixed within 2 hours. The oil drain plug and gasket were damaged (presumably from the oil change the previous week). They replaced the drain plug and refilled my oil. Cost me less than normal oil change. Bill was very polite and professional. I highly recommend Kennesaw Auto Center for your care care needs.

The team here at Kennesaw Auto Center is great! This review is long overdue. They are extremely knowledgable and professional. The waiting room has comfortable chairs and coffee which I happily partake in and is kept clean. They even gave me a lift home when my vehicle was going to be there overnight. I always feel they give me an honest diagnosis of my issues which is something not so common nowadays. They value their customers and treat you like family. They also support first responders and military! Ill happily be their customer as long as I live here.

My 2008 Jeep Wrangler was towed to this shop after breaking down on the side of the highway. It was after hours so I had to leave it and wait until I heard back from them. They got back to me right away the next day and explain to me what they found to be wrong fixed it and double checked to make sure I wouldn’t be stranded again. They even went so far as to check the fluids and tire pressure even though that wasn’t any part of my issue. They made sure to mention that my engine light was on and reassured me that I would still be able to get the Jeep back home 5hrs away with out it causing problems. I’d highly recommend this company they definitely go above and beyond for the customers and they don’t over charge either.

I need a new motor for my window and they told me it’s 60 bucks just to take off the door panel, so when they had to do that they saw I needed a motor and told me it would be another 530 bucks. Which absolutely makes no sense because I just found a shop that will get the part and do the repair for less and 200. This place sucks.
