This was my second appointment with Flyin Wrench. This time I brought my son vehicle (2006 BMW 325i)here for professional repairs. Oil leaks were located and repaired.My previous mechanic patched the problem and the oil leaks returned.I brought my vehicle (2001 BMW 740il) here first for repairs. I was impressed with their work that I decided to make Flyin Wrench my new mechanic. Kudos to Matt and the whole team at Flyin Wrench.I recently had my 2001 BMW 740il serviced here at Flyin Wrench . I read the reviews before I decided to get my vehicle serviced here. I have a mechanic but he always fix one item and then another item mysteriously needed repair. So, I decided to find a new mechanic. After researching several mechanics via. internet. I contacted Flyin Wrench, Matt. via. internet to schedule an appointment. Check engine light on. Failed emission test. I was quoted a price, a bit higher than my previous mechanic, I needed and wanted the work done, so I agreed to the price. The same day my vehicle was being serviced. I received a called from the Flyin Wrench, saying, I did not need all the parts that I was quoted. Therefore the total would be reduced. After I received my vehicle it passed emission test. And no problems since my serviced. I can say without reservations. I have found my new mechanic.

I typically turn the wrenches on my own cars especially my BMW. On some occasions, I dont have the tools, time or tech to get a job done at my place. The was the case on my last issue. My son had worked with FW in the past and recommended them. My son even more so wants to fix his own BMW, so I knew that his recommendation of FW was because he trusts them to do the right thing and not run up a bill. That was my exact experience with FW. They diagnosed the problem, gave me options and advice to avoid the issue in the future and scoured their sources to get me a deal on parts. I was very impressed at the level of detail they went through on every step of the job to get it done right. I DO NOT go to dealers for out of warranty work, and do not trust most mechanics to treat my vehicle and me as a customer should be treated. Flyin Wrench is the new exception to my rule.

Replaced head for the 95 M3. Job went exactly as described .Very happy with explanation of and implementation of repairs. Final bill was as quoted.

I had changed the battery on my 2007 BMW 328i and learned that I needed to have it programmed. I called multiple mechanic shops to see how much they would charge to program the new battery. One priced me at $50, another at $90, and one even said that they would have to change the new battery to an OEM battery because they its not compatible, which would be a $500+ job. I knew that this was mechanic nonsense, so I finally get in contact with Chris from Flyin Wrench, and he just says, bring it here Ill do it for free. I went to the shop, he programmed my new battery in 5 minutes, and that was it! By far the greatest customer service Ive received in any mechanic shop. I even told Chris that I would like to tip him, but he kindly rejected and just asked for my business in the future. Dont hesitate to take your European cars here, I can tell that they will treat you, and your vehicle, right!

I have now have been using the service for a few years now. They are upfront about everything that needs to be done and educate you on why it needs to be done. They have always been on time, I am very happy with my service.

Finally found a reliable bmw shop. Very good service. Pricing was great after all it’s a bmw. They beat all local pricing. I was informed of all possibilities that could happen with my repair so there was no blindsided price at check out. Matt was very helpful and did a thorough job at explaining my 335xi to me. The mechanic works very quickly and had my car ready in no time. I will definitely recommend my fellow BMW friends to come here!!! I will definitely be back to do my repairs!

Matt and his crew have been restoring my 1976 BMW 2002. He has kept me in the loop, sent me updates and text me pictures of how the car is coming along. He has been upfront and honest. A classy cool sporty customizing joint for sporty cars- BMW

I went in for a oil change, called ahead of time and when I arrived, the office was very non-chanlant. Then on top of that, the wrong filter was ordered, so I couldnt get my oil change done. Wasted time & gas. Travelled 30 miles for that, dont think Ill be going back.
