Look elsewhere if trying to find a home for your BMW servicing needs.I took my car in for a missing/hesitation on acceleration and sometimes a minor clunk on deceleration. which didnt throw a code. The service tech called and said that I needed an oil change, new spark plugs and coils. I told them absolutely NOT, all of those services including a walnut blasting was done on my car within the last two weeks...All that means to me is that this facility were just willing to throw/change parts on my car all at my expense. This is just another part changing facility. They didnt even have forms to fill out if youre willing to use the after-hours key drop service. The included image is how i had to provide my info.Update:Took my car into Super Wheels Automotive Inc. in Smyrna where they did a transfer case service and adaptations reset. All is well now with my car.Iave found a home for my cars servicing needs now, with some critical thinkers and not some high price part changers.
Always a great experience. The workmanship is of high quality, its the reason I have remained a loyal customer since the start of this business.
1st time customer. Great service at a fraction of the dealer cost. I will be returning for sure!
I bought my car used and took it in when the engine light came on. I met Chris and he confirmed the problem, he informed me what the issue was and fixed in a timely manner, at a reasonable price. You guys have my business from now on, thx again James
Chris is very knowledgeable and professional. Appreciated!
After a total of 3 visits (oil changes on my f82 328i and e93 m3, and some decent under the hood work on the m3) I think I can safely say Tyler and his team have earned my long term business! Their pricing is the real no-brainer here. You get BMW techs at a fraction of the labor plus they are quicker than the dealerships. They charge better prices for the same oem parts. They simply do the job and save you money. No complaints, great job team and thank you for taking care of my cars!!
Good service all around! Better than the dealer.
I’ve been driving BMW for years and always took it to the dealership for service. Wanted to try the local place near me. So I Went in for a repair on a headlight and get an oil change, was given a quote around $3500 and was told I had to pay for the parts and service upfront before they service my car. I thought that was a bit strange because historically you always pay for your service after it has been completed. I took my car to BMW in Roswell, and not only did I receive a loaner vehicle, the cost was $300 less. I tried to give my business to the locals but I guess he thought I couldn’t afford to pay, or whatever draw back he had, he lost a potential customer. I’ve been in sales for over 20 years and it’s not all about cost or pricing, it’s about the service you provide with your professionalism and transparency.
I have been using Bimmer’s for about 3 years now. They are top-notch service and customer care. I have been very pleased with the quality and pricing of their work. Trust is the most important factor for me when deciding who to use; Bimmer’s has earned my trust. Great shop!
Always great service. They always have as fast of a turnaround as humanly possible!
Had an issue with the rear end making a noise and they apparently couldn’t figure it out( I fixed it myself). Then I had a coolant leak and stated for them to replace my expansion tank, return hose and to figure out why the pump wouldn’t shut off. So a diagnostic was done but when I asked what the noise was coming from they couldn’t give me an answer. They wanted me to pay to fix stuff first then they would be able to tell me. Very sketchy place, all they do is try to sell you parts and service and not actually help. If you know about cars like myself steer clear.
I came here because my back bumper was falling off on one side and less than ten minutes after I talked to someone my bumper was secured back on and ready to go. The repair was minor and they charged me nothing! I will be coming back here for any and all services to my car in the future. Everyone there was kind and the waiting area was comfortable, there was even coffee. I am still shocked at how quickly my car was fixed and I am so relieved to not have to worry about the bumper flapping in the wind on the interstate anymore. I highly recommend Bimmers Service Center to anyone that needs car help!!
Very quick and professional service and the new service advisor is incredible with giving prompt updates on your vehicle and letting you know exactly what is wrong with your car. Would take my car there again
1st time an never again, seems like there mechanics are under experienced had my car in for minor repairs and the mechanic blew a fuse on my battery than they continued to make excuses for why my car left with new issues than when I brought it in, had to pay more money to have a new battery installed and still couldn’t leave with my car after having it for hours had to leave my car over night they didn’t offer to pay for my travel or my gas after several test drives I would definitely not recommend there kennasaw location !! Worse 1st experience ever!!
I have taken my M5 here on several occasions and impressed with their communication and professional service. Highly recommend as an alternative to the dealer.
Very nice lobby. Good customer service. Waiting my results
Great service! I highly recommend them. We live in Gwinnett and purposely drive to them in Alpharetta to avoid the horrendous service @ Gwinnett Place BMW. The provide accurate diagnosis on our 2008 BMW 550I @ reasonable prices considerably lower than the dealer.
Creighton and his team always do an amazing job!!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!
I have been coming here for years to have basic maintenance done on my car. Recently I tried to book an appointment for an oil change and was told that they would not be able to make an appointment for an oil change unless a more expensive service was needed as well and could not make an oil change appointment for the foreseeable future. Nevertheless, I have found a new shop for my service needs.
I brought my car in for a standard tire repair and 2 new tires on a Monday, the servicing place has not updated me about the status of my car unless I CALL. When I call, I keep getting additional days as to when my car will be ready. Initial day was supposed to be Wednesday now it is now scheduled for Friday supposedly. For two tires I am highly dissatisfied with this car service.
I highly recommend these guys they have great point of contact speed, genuine customer care, fast turn times, competing pricing and they saved me over $400 from a competing price. Creighton and his team went the extra mile And did a couple honeydews for me! They inspected my car and told me what to expect for some future tuneups and answered all my questions. Both Creighton and Mike touched base with me and I had my car back in 24 hours. If you own a BMW do yourself a favor and call these guys. Bird
My daughter had to go to Baltimore for a COVID-19 ICU nursing assignment. When she brought her E60 over I noticed vibrations in the front end. She had to leave on a Friday and Bimmers was able to quickly get the suspension repaired between 1 and 5 PM. Driving up with her now and the car is driving very smooth. Bimmers did a great job quickly.
Always 5 star service. For best results, make a reservation. They have taken me in for sudden emergencies as well. Reasonable prices, nice waiting area, clean restroom, nice people who explain the options and repairs. Car has never run better than it has since I started using Bimmers.
My car would not start & I was getting an ignition malfunction reading. Had to call tow company - who actually was able to get it started & I drove it to Bimmers. Bimmers charged $109 for diagnostics & said it would be credited to any repair. Said it was due to batteries needed in key fobs - I paid them for the diagnostics & replacement of the batteries. The next day the VERY SAME thing happened. This time I incurred a $55 tow bill. Back to Bimmers & they then told me I needed a new starter at a cost of almost $800. They would not credit me the $109 diagnostics which they claimed their system told them it was the key fob batteries. As a customer, that does not matter. Their system misdiagnosed the issue. Their technicians did not sufficiently investigate the issue - even though I told them exactly what the tow truck driver had done to get it started the first day. Result - after some haggling, the manager agreed to credit me $90 on the price of the starter, but I then had to leave the car overnight & they could not provide me with transportation home. I incurred a $25 Uber ride charge, 2 days away from work, plus a third morning when I had to arrange to go back and pick up the car. Besides all the inconvenience, a credit for the diagnostics should have never been in question.
I must say that I was impressed with the staff and waiting area. As a family with multiple vehicles service and price is important. Their prices are great, staff was easy to work with, they took the time to look over my car and provide an estimate. Even though I was not able to perform all the repairs at that time I was treated with respect and advised on priorities and what service could wait. Since then I wont go anywhere else. All their technicians are factory trained, use factory BMW parts and warranty their work.
Knowledgeable staff, quick turn around times and at a price that doesnt stab your piggy bank. Looks shady on the outside but its amazing inside. Very professional. Dont listen to the guy that gave it 1 star over a 2k quote. Take care of your vehicle and you wont run into that issue.
Creighton is incredibly knowledgeable. I recently purchased a e92 335i with a severe cold start misfire. Took it in for PPI and diagnosis on misfire. After almost a week the car is running great and makes boost super smoothly! However, they are pricey, but youre paying for Creighton and the entire teams years of knowledge on BMW and Minis.
Just had my second good experience here. Both were repairs on an e46 BMW. The repair today completely exceeded my expectations. I had no appointment and they took the car in, diagnosed the problem, got the parts, and got the repair done same day. They really got me out of a bind. None of the other shops I have dealt with would have turned this repair around this fast with no appointment.
When I called and made an appointment they were very helpful and great customer service. Once I got there, they took care of me. Did not have to wait long and very friendly.I got a list of things my BMW needs and they were not pushy on getting these things done. I went for an oil change and brake flush. Price is reasonable. While I was waiting another gentleman stopped by with no appointment and he was having an issue with his BMW and they took care of him. I thought that was really nice.I had a couple of questions and they were very knowledable the gentleman that was working on my car went above and beyond. I will definitely continue taking my car there.
Get your quotes in writing! Quoted $175 for a brake flush which is more than the BMW dealer. When I picked up my car it was $240! They claim they made a mistake on the micro filter. I made the mistake of trusting them. Will not go back.
I took my mini cooper in for an oil change and they where extremely professional. The price was very reasonable, they told me I had a light out and they also changed it as well. What I liked the best was how they treated my daughter and myself, customer service is very important to me. I will definitely be returning here!
There simply are not enough nice things I can say about everyone at Bimmers Service Center. I was involved in an automotive accident, and, upon hearing about what happened, Tyler and Creighton both reached out to me to say they would like to help get my car back to running order. To know that there are people who genuinely care about you and your car is more than someone could ask of any service center. The staff at Bimmers have kept my best interest at heart throughout the process, and its been a blessing to have them on my side. Simply put, they arent just my mechanics at this point; they are my friends and family. If you live in the Atlanta area, please stop in to Bimmers to have your car taken care of. The service there is excellent, and you wont find anyone better. Youll be treated with outstanding customer care and respect from the first phone call or visit, and your car will be in expert hands the whole time. Thanks guys!
I have been taking my 2005 330 to Bimmers for years (since my warranty ran out). They are fair and educated. They dont make me get things done I dont want they allow me to be part of the decision process about what to fix and when. They work with the customer and almost 100,000 miles later she still runs great! I would highly recommend this place to anyone with a BMW or Mini!
My first impressions of the shop were great. They have a wonderful waiting area, large flat screen T.V., modern leather furniture, and complementary refreshments. The advising staff is extremely knowledgeable and were willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with the services I received. They took me back to the shop and while my vehicle was being worked on the technician showed me all of the issues he had found and gave me a brief synapses of what it would take to repair my car. I was extremely satisfied with the work they performed, and the pricing was phenomenal I highly recommend them for all of your BMWs needs you wont be disappointed.
Went in for a simple oil change. When i came back to get my car I was greeted with a $2000.00 quote for future work. For a massive oil leak. Funny thing is that my garage gave me no notice of an oil leak, you think someone would notice a massive leak on the floor of their garage. Got a second opinion and was told the leak is coming from where the oil filter attached to the engine block. What a rip off. Go in for a simple oil change and get a $2000.00 oil leak. No thanks, never going back. Would recommend to anyone.
I have recently started going there for the past few years after feeling like the BMW dealership was too pricy. Creighton spends time showing me and helping me know what I have going on.
These guys are awesome! Ive been going to them for over six years for both of the BMWs Ive had. Their prices are unbeatable and they treat you a hundred times better than the dealership. Plus theyre very fast at getting everything done and the experience is always on a more personal level. They are also really good about letting you know what new maintenance will need to be done in the upcoming months and how long you should wait before it becomes a problem. I trust them more than anyone with my car and theyre the only place I will take I ever take it to. Highly recommend to anyone in the Atlanta area no matter where you are, its worth the drive!
My first review on a company but this place deserves it. I’ve used Bimmer since moving to GA, however, I had an issue before work and was able to bring it in with no appointment. They quickly diagnosed the problem and were able to get car ready before the day ended. Always great pricing and done right!!!!
I can not say enough good things about Tyler and his team. I had my husband take my BMW 550M to them for a check engine light, they got him right in without an appointment and got a diagnostic right away. They were 1000% honest which is hard to find these days. Even worked extra hard for me to get some issues with warranty company straightened out. In less than 48 hours my car is back on the road driving like brand new!! He kept us updated every step of the way, you can tell this place really genuinely cares about customer service. I will not trust anyone else with my car after this experience! You guys have a customer for life!! I will also be referring my customers to you guys!! Thanks Again for everything!!
Recently purchased a BMW M car and was slightly worried about the service on the car. The guys over at Bimmer Service eased those worries quickly! They are quite reasonable, provide excellent and quick service, and have always kept my car in tip top shape. They have performed everything to basic maintenance (oil change was $45 less than the dealer!) to adding custom modifications to my car. They were always very up front with the pricing and time it would take.A+ - thanks guys!
Great customer service.
Very pleased with Bimmers. Quality work at a reasonable price. Creighton and Brian are excellent, highly recommend. Can you find a cheaper shop? Yes. Can you find better quality? No.
Had a very positive experience at Bimmers. Staff is very knowledgeable as most were Master techs from the dealership. Dropped off my car and they called back within the day as promised with a diagnosis. They use mostly dealership parts so cost was similar but their rates are much more reasonable making it a deal for the service you get. Overall a good spot for expert BMW service at reasonable prices, would definetly recommend giving them a try if you are in the market.
My drive is over an hour to get here, but so worth it. These guys are very thorough in their work, and very polite. Not to mention the price.Go ahead and shop around, but you wont be disappointed when you cant find anyone better.
Ran into this shop randomly. This is the kind of shop everyone should bring their bmw to. They are honest about what your car needs and doesnt need, and they are fast with better pricing. I wish i had been bringing my cars here the whole time Ive been in Georgia.
I am buying an m4 from out of town and needed to find a trusted, independent BMW shop check the car out before making the trek to GA. tyler and his team did a thorough PPI and took away any concern I had about buying an expensive, high performance car without putting eyes on it myself. thanks again for the quick turn-around, frank analysis, and fair pricing - you can trust these guys!
This place is ridiculous! They will only program your transmission if you purchase from them, which is 3 times the cost of any other repair facility! What a joke! Just so you know, you are the only dealership that does not! Would give 0 stars if it was an option!
Great! I brought my 2001 E38 in to some local shops to get estimates for repairs and all of them quoted me $4000~ for simple repairs. Keep in mind the car cost me less than that. Not convinced by their, estimates I decided to drive down from Cartersville to Bimmers where my family has been taking their cars since they opened. The mechanics were honest and help with my limited budget to prioritize the repairs. Bimmers were able to get me in and out within a couple days and willing to look at anything that concerned me for no extra charge. The mechanics were knowledgeable and quality. I was able to get almost 5x as many things replaced and repair for half the cost of the other local shops. Highly recommend coming here for honestly and good pricing. Rachelle and Tyler are who you need to talk to.
Better than Global BMW. Global told me that they had to re-image my cars software and couldnt guantee that it would be finished in three days. Bimmers replaced one part and the car was ready the same day.
Great service.. Wish the prices were a bit lower. Mechs are thoroughly efficient.
I have used these guys before and never had any problems. I had taken my car to the dealer for what sounded like transmission slipping. They said the only thing that could be done was replace the transmission. This car had about 50,000 miles. I took it here and they fixed it for a few hundred dollars and have never had a problem again. It seems that the reviews from a year and more back were all great but that something must have been changed with recent customers. I need to get new brakes and thought I would take it in here but not with these reviews.
If you have an off-warranty BMW, take it here. These guys truly know BMWs. I had it in for a fairly routine repair and got it back with tons of helpful advice on what to look for next. They do good work and I have no complaints at all.
Great work and fair pricing. I have saved thousands with Bimmers over dealer service pricing on my 2007 750Li. They work with many warranty plans as well.
They were helpful and informative. Got me situated with my estimate pretty quickly.
I have an 08 335i and my water pump went out at 96 thousand miles or around there. Bimmer service center intrigued me because they offer warranty on their repairs. So $1000 later I got a new water pump and everything was great until 7-8 months later my car starts overheating again and I noticed water was coming from under the car, turns out my water pump went out again!! Wierd. Just got a new water pump installed about 7 months ago!!! Took it back to them and I get a call a couple hours later saying that my water pump failed because I have an oil leak!! What?? Did I hear that right?? They wanted to blame the faulty water pump on a oil leak and that they werent gonna honor the warranty it was going to be yet again another $1000 to fix! And to top it off they waned to replace my radiator and every single hose coming to a grand total of almost $3000!!!! I called back and they said they werent gonna help me. Never again will I return they lost my business for good. They are lucky I didnt get my lawyer involved.
Great people and great service. If you want personal attention for your BMW and yourself then give them a call.
After market brakes, oil changes front drive shaft Excellent service
DO NOT GO HUGE RIP OFF. Absolutely horrible service they are a HUGE rip off. They are trying to squeeze me for everything I have when i brought them my car for and INSURANCE job. Someone hit me and I took my car there to get repaired. And they not only ripped off my insurance company but now there telling me I have to pay extra for storage space as I wait fot the remainder of my check from my insurance company. All because the car is done.
Great customer service! The technical was great on explaining what needed to be done and the pricing compare to the dealers was much more affordable.
Had 2 pre purchase inspections done. Pricong was excellent, as some independent shops charge $200+ for a full inspection. They were honest, upfront and their work was top notch. I will definitely use them as a preferred BMW service shop
Took our car in with a sound coming from the engine as well as several oil leaks. After an over $4,000 repair, the sound wasnt gone. After looking at the car again, the guy told us we needed a new engine. When we told the owner that we would have never made an over $4,000 repair to an engine that needs replacing, he said all he was willing to do is split the labor. So... we paid him just short of $3,800 and still need a new engine. I really, really regret taking my car there.
Sketchy repair shop! I have rewritten my original review and demoted it to 2 stars. This place will never touch my car again. After a very good initial experience things unraveled miserably. My rep (Tony) put the final nail in the coffin with a couldnt care less attitude and failure to follow up on a mess after I paid $2,500 for work.I took my car to them and had at length conversations on my cars situation. I advised them that coolant was being used, car had run hot, and I believed it needed a head gasket. They agreed it needed a head gasket, gave me a price and I agreed to proceed. I told them that since the motor was going to be torn down that far, to let me know if anything such as hoses, clips, etc looked like they needed to be replaced. They came up with many such items, and told me the oil filter housing was leaking oil. I agreed to have all items repaired. I picked up the car about 10 days later.Only 2 days after having my car back my alternator light comes on, and I lose power steering. I pull into a driveway and my car is spewing steam. I open the hood to find the main serpentine belt shredded and wrapped around the fan blade. The radiator hose had blown off of the thermostat housing (the hose is new and undamaged, it was simply not secured). The thermostat housing and hoses were removed as part of their work to replace thermostat. The belts and hoses had been previously replaced, had only about 15,000 miles on them and were in great shape. And its worth noting that despite being all over my car, and making numerous add-on work suggestions, they never said a word about the belts - and every mechanic quickly spots bad belts. This fiasco happened on a Saturday. I called the shop and spoke to Tony. He had no real interest in addressing this, was totally indifferent to the situation, and started making excuses about the car is old and has a lot of miles on it. The parts in question are new, and he knows that, so his argument is ridiculous. Rather than wait 3 days to pay for towing and fight with them I replaced the belt, secured the hose and bought BMW coolant. While doing this work I checked the 3 other clamps on my radiator hoses - NONE of them were tight! I tightened them and my car was done in just over an hour - and at my expense. After 9 days hes never called back to check on this situation.I find it EXTREMELY odd that belts this new would fail. I personally did the cooling system overhaul and know how well I tightened the hose clamps. There is NO EXCUSE for a hose to blow off. Also, they told me my oil pan is leaking and needs a gasket at a cost of $550 - my car is tight and not dripping anything! I will say that (so far) the head gasket work seems to have been done satisfactorily, although they really beat up my firewall when pulling/replacing the head.Ive worked on cars for over 30 years and do most of the work on my car. I also know what kind of games dealerships and repair shops play with people. The difference in this case is that I know what Im talking about and can see whats going on.Bottom line, I dont trust this shop or appreciate the attitude. They will NEVER work on my car again. I strongly advise people to not use this shop - there are many other quality BMW shops in the area from which to choose.
Amazing BMW certified spot! All services are way cheaper and faster than at the dealership! Been taking my cars here for a while! Rockstars!!
I have been bringing my 2006 BMW M Roadster here ever since the Warrantee terminated.Bimmers Service Center leaves me with a sense that I am dealing with a professional organization with a clean well organized facility, manned by a friendly and competent staff.Their prices are more then competitive with the Dealerships in the area and I highly recommend them to handle all you service and repair needs for your BMW or Mini. The BMW certified mechanic who exclusively works on my car is Craton. He is just the best.I trust him completely with all my cars requirements, Service and Repairs.
Bimmers offers exceptional service at an affordable price. I drove my car to their shop, to have their technicians evaluate a Service Engine Soon light that appeared on my dashboard, just days before I was to get my emissions tested. The diagnostic equipment identified 8 error codes, which of course, had me concerned. The service tech quickly and accurately diagnosed a bad Oxygen sensor. They offered me two options (BMW or Aftermarket) for the part, and informed me of the difference in cost and warranty between the two. This single part was replaced, the codes were clear, the dash light was out, and I passed the emissions test. It was refreshing to experience great quality car care, high quality customer service, all at a reasonable hourly rate. The shop is clean, the waiting area is more than comfortable, and their communication and professionalism is as good as it gets. If you have a BMW that needs either parts and/or service, and live in Marietta, Kennesaw, and/or Acworth, take it to Bimmers in Kennesaw... theyve been great not just this visit, but every time I need professional help maintaining my BMW.
Very friendly and honest team, although some wait on an appointment quickly done
Great service and prices.
Decent service. I thought I already rated this place, but what the hell. Check your pricing every time.
Great customer service and my oil change was relatively fast.
Starving performance shop. saw me as a younger guy with a bmw and tried to tell me things that needed to be replaced that were easily fixable. Ex: sway bar mount was broken, they told me my whole sway bar needed to be replaced. LOL. They showed my I had a cracked subframe and they said THE ONLY solution was to buy a whole new subframe from Germany, and they said there were absolutely no solutions around it. So i went online found out this was a common issue and an easy repair. find someone who can weld and buy a hundred dollar subframe reinforcement kit, done. But lucky for me working at a dealership I knew they would immediately up-sell. I went along playing dumb with all this and they even offered to buy my car from me at the end of it. Want a good BMW maintenance/ repair place? See Matt at Flyin Wrench down the street.
If you have a BMW or a MINI this is the place to go for service. Tim, Raquel and the crew will take good care of you and your Ultimate Driving Machine.
This is the only place I take my BMWs to be repaired! Great staff, very knowledgeable and very helpful in every situation!!
These guys are professional, Raquel is the BOSS....good work!
Came here for a simple oil change twice, both times I left with estimates for exorbitant repairs that were determined to be unwarranted according to both Global Imports BMW and my independent mechanic. The first time I brought in my 2008 BMW 335i, the Kennesaw location told me the bushings were shot and needed to be replaced. The car as it happened was still be under warranty so I took it into Global Imports and they said the bushings were fine and in no need of repair. I chalked it up to a simple mistake and decided not to use their services again. The car was in need of another oil change and my regular mechanic was booked, so I decided to Give Bimmers (this time the Alpharetta location, another chance. I took it in and received a diagnosis of an oil filter housing leak. with an estimate for 2000 dollars $1800 of which was labor.(the parts totaled up to a whopping 186$) Baffled at how I could have missed oil on the garage floor or the smell of oil I called My regular mechanic and scheduled a diagnostic that Wednesday. I come to find out the car was oil leak free. Thank You Bimmers for perpetuating the stereo type that mechanics are not to be trusted.. If you go here be aware their attractive fascia hides some dishonest folks!
They are experienced, friendly and not over priced!
Great Customer Service
This place will fix your BMW and Mini Coopers ills.
Great job on Hellcat.

If you remember the friendly, positive, knowledgeable, and comfortable images of the 1950s and 1960s in a small town, Bimmers Service Center is like this and more. Bimmers Service Center is your neighborhood professional mechanic and your neighborhood garage.
