Terrible management experience brought a 2018 4 runner trd pro there took a hour to get my oil changed and they had a issue putting my factory skid plate on and just stuck to random bolts in place of the two factory bolts they couldnt get to work and didnt tighten up correctly and they now refuse to service my vehicle because it took to long and isnt worth doing it the management told me. My vehicle has never been off road or abused has 28000 miles on it so shouldnt be any issues on changing my oil to refuse service

As a former service manager for Tires Plus, I know how auto service should be done and my expectations are high. And this place met or exceeded them all. The service was fast, professional, and very thorough. They showed me everything - my oil level, air filter (which they said was clean and good to go, so no unnecessary upselling going on), etc. After my abysmal service at a Jiffy Lube at my last oil change, this was a breath of fresh air and a welcome experience. The store manager was the person I spoke with here - I believe his name was Zane, and I couldnt have asked for or done a better job myself. GREAT job guys! Ill be back.

Sent my truck here to have it looked at It sat there for 2 weeks and they never touched it. When I asked why they told me they were too busy. I sent a friend up there 3 days in a row and they told me they were just standing around not doing nothing all 3 times .

I sent my 17-year old daughter by herself to Express Lube yesterday for her first oil change. Not only was the team at Express Lube kind and courteous to her, they didn’t try to sell her anything she didn’t need. In fact, they provided her with an Atlanta Braves discount that she didn’t ask for in the price.I simply will not go anywhere else. I’ve never had a bad experience and if there was ever a time they could have sold someone on a service they didn’t need it was yesterday and they took care of her.Thank you!

With cars over 100K miles, I was looking for someplace that is reliable and trustworthy for basic fluid services. I called in advance to get a quote for pricing on an oil change and differential fluid. I was helped by a very nice person who was confident with her quotes. When I arrived today, they started working on my car with no discussion of pricing. When finished I was told the price was $40 more than I was quoted. When I explained this, I was told by the assistant manager that the person who quoted me the day before was loaned to them from another store where prices are cheaper. He also said I should have been told their prices before they started but the person who pulled me in was new and forgot to do it. When I asked how any of that was my fault, he said it wasnt but that I would need to pay the higher price. Its so important to have trust in those who work on your car. This store is not trustworthy. If you call for a quote, you will need to have them email it to you and even then they may not follow through.

They do a good job, but my problem is with the price me and my husband have been there 3 times with the exact same car exact same amount of Oil needed the price changed every time I asked yesterday why and showed all 3 receipts and the guy just said sorry We have paid $75 $62 and yesterday it was $95 with no explanation

Wow! They are so nice! My car was leaking oil and they found the leak and fixed it in a flash! We were there for less than 7 minutes! We will definitely be returning for all our car needs! :)

Highly recommend! Excellent customer service! Friendly staff. Checked all my fluids, hoses and AC filters and told me what was good and what might need looking at and didn’t try to push or sell items for my car that I didn’t need. Hardly no wait time either, surprisingly on a Saturday so close to their closing time. Really glad I found them. Will definitely be back!

Went to them to get a quote for getting a CV axle replaced and they said that they could replace it for roughly $900. That seemed a little high based on some research I had done. I went to another auto repair shop nearby and they replaced the axle for $330. I refrain from a one star review because Im sure they still do oil changes and the like just fine. I do suggest potential customers to definitely check pricing with other places first before going here when getting bigger repairs. Maybe they do not always try to scam customers and maybe it had to do with who was on duty at the time. I do know that I dont trust them and I would advise you to give trust very sparingly.

The oil change was fast and great! But in the process of doing the change, they broke my splash guard and front splitter. The splitter is hanging off one side of the car and many of the screws needed to secure it are gone, and the guard is cracked!

Amazing! Wish I knew the name of the guy that helped me, but I was having a coolant leak from my truck. Didnt know where from, so I brought it in for these guys to take a look. They instantly found the leaky hose, re-clamped it (it was loose), topped my fluids, ALL AT NO CHARGE! Super happy with this place and def would recommend them! Great professionalism and friendliness all around!

I went there for the Atlanta oil change deal with the game. I told the representative that came out to my car I had my own filter. He said OK we can work with that. After the oil change the guy cashing me out said due to me using my own filter they could add the discount. I said he didnt tell me that. So much for being upfront and honest. Sad. I hope the next game is a 15 or more runs. I have multiple cars. I could have changed my own oil for an undisclosed truth, after the fact.

This was my first time going here and I can say - for sure, I will be coming here for everything. The customer service was excellent, they were transparent down to showing me the dipstick before and after the oil change. I was made aware of all the recommended services with NO PRESSURE to get them done!! They have extremely transparent and upfront pricing which I value when Im getting my car serviced.Bonus points for having Ladies Day on Tuesdays, $5 off the oil change!

Took 2/3 of my cars there to get an oil change and emissions. No issues with the first two. Let them know I would be right back with our 3rd car for emissions. Same guy politely told me they just let the guy who does emissions go for the day. Asked why they didn’t tell me that when I was just there. Shrugged shoulders and said there was about place down the street.Probably will never return to this location.

Great customer service. Ive been taking my vehicles here for years until they quit carrying Castro oil. Then I took my truck a couple of times to Castro down the road and finally had enough of them and took it back to express oil change and the manager told me he would keep Castro in stock for me.It really is hard to find great customer service like this from not just the manager but from all the team members and it really is a fast and friendly service. If any express oil executives are reading this, keep a keen eye on your manager here. Dont lose him.

After Havoline in Austell failed to reinstall my skid plate properly it was nearly torn off when it dragged on the ground. The Express Oil Manager personally went underneath to check it out and offered to re attach it at no charge. He had me back on the road in no time. The staff here were friendly and helpful. These guys are great and know there vehicles. My truck takes an extra two quarts from standard trucks and they knew to add the two. My previous oil change came from a different shop and they didn’t add the oil and almost destroyed everything. They move quick and have a good system. Oil change comes with wiper fluid top off.

He got a charger box, walked with me to my car, and got me charged and back on the road in no time.Though I did not purchase a service from them this time, Im coming up on my 48k factory maintenance check for my Subaru, and I will come back to this location for my tires replacement .... as I strongly feel my dealer will likely suggest I need new tires.

Fast and friendly service. Naim did my oil change in record time and was thorough. He even took the time to show me some things about my car that I didn’t know. Talk about great customer service. They did my oil change in about 15 minutes during the lunch hour and I have never had such a pleasant experience getting a service anywhere as I did here. They were very thorough, explained everything they were doing as well as my different options, offered a complimentary windshield wash, a $7 discount for new customer oil change, topped off all my fluids, and did a multi-point inspection to make sure everything was working properly. Ive always had my oil changes done at the dealership, but this is my new go-to place! Inexpensive and very pleasant, and they dont try to up-sell you like most places do.

I wanted to write a review for this EOC location for their dependability,the level of service that is provided here and never trying to hard sell me on a unnecessary service. The person who deserves the majority of the credit is mr. Naim Ephraim. He was able to help me more so than the other technicians by setting up a Google pay For me since I had forgotten my card. He is very thorough and its easy to tell that he truly enjoys this line of work. Management should look for a future opportunity for him to grow within the company. His talents with how he can speak to all different types of people naturally and effortlessly, cant be taught. Mr Ephraim has a bright future. Thanks for all the help

Always and Forever a Customer! Ever since I got my first car in 2015, and was a high school Senior looking for cheap places to go, I stumbled upon this company and fell in love. I didnt know much about cars but they were very knowledgeable and explained what I was getting and how it affects my car. Ive gone to other places when they have coupons or special offers but the other places always try to rip me off. One time I went to Goodyear to get a special discount on an oil change. They said I needed new brake pads and a brake fluid flush. All together they totaled $433.23. I went to Express for a second opinion and they said I didnt need the brake pads at all because I had just purchased them the beginning of this year and they looked fine. They did say I needed the brake Fluid flushed but quoted me only $50 instead of $100 the other Mechanic tried to get me to pay. They always do honest work and let you know if and when you need things done.

This place consistently does a great job. I’ve used them for everything from oil changes and tire rotations, to new tires and brakes, to completely re-doing most parts of an engine on a 20-year-old vehicle. Everyone there is very professional, but I have to give extra kudos to Jill and Zane, since they’ve been my main contacts. Definitely a great place to go for a wide range of vehicle needs.

Ive been using this particular Express Oil for more 6 years and I have NEVER experienced a better service provider in any industry. My profession is Customer Experience consultant, and these folks do it RIGHT! The manager and the entire staff are absolutely awesome. They make recommendations as to what services I need but never attempt to sell me anything, they explain everything they do to my vehicles, and they have always proven to be honest, informed, and helpful.

I despise getting oil changes and I always dread going. I decided to try out this place after a friend recommended them. I am SO happy that I did. The service is excellent - the assistant manager (CJ, I think his name was) was awesome. Everyone was very nice and professional. They did not try to sell me on anything. They simply explained their findings. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I will absolutely use this place again in the future.

Always go to this team, even after moving outside the area...its worth the drive to have such a competent team working on my vehicle. Theyve spoiled me with their excellent quality service so much that Ive grown frustrated when trying out other closer places that I soon discover cant even come close to the quality of service offered by this EOC location. I have so much appreciation for this team and a peace of mind knowing that they always get the job done right.

I stopped by and Mike was very nice and helpful. I had recently changed my serpentine belt and it was squeaking because it was loose. I knew it was a quick fix and Mike was happy to assist me for no charge since it took 5 minutes. First time here and will be back in the future.

I worry about having service done on my car and getting the price because Im a woman however I always felt respected as a customer here. The employees explained the prices and only did extra services after specifically asking me and confirming the cost. I had a part wear down and the guy had me get out of my car to show me the part and explain what exactly the purpose was without pushing me to have it done that moment. Theyll do checks on bulbs and advise but never push for extras. Quickest oil change, all while you sit in your car. Staff has always been very friendly while you wait. Discounts for Braves wins, and fluids topped off.

I dont always give positive reviews or 5 stars but Express Oil deserves it. Morgan did a great job took great care of me and Lola (Lolas the Nissan) changed her oil and air filter he even remebered me when I called around 2pm I told him I was coming in after 5pm and when he saw the Nissan he addressed me by name really cool and it was ladies day offering $5 off. I will be back defenatly recommend

I highly recommend this place for an oil change. They do not try to upsell you its simply get your oil changed. They are helpful in recommending different options and dont force the high option. You stay in your car while they change the oil. So your in and out pretty quic . Very reasonable.
