Crazy efficient. I went in for an emissions test on a weekday around lunch/early afternoon, and within maybe 10 minutes, I was out the door. I had originally gone somewhere else, but that places system was down for some reason, so I came here instead and was delighted. Emissions was a flat $15 (I paid cash, but cards are accepted too), and I was able to sit comfortably in the little office area while I waited. The man running the place was polite and efficient, and he even put some air in one of my tires that looked a little slack. He also parked my car right outside the door so I could hop in and be on my way. I dont have any experience here with actual car repairs and maintenance, but my emissions testing experience was top tier.

My car broke down at KSU Campus last week. I called AAA and they recommended this place. I called and set up appointment for them to check it out. They were very professional and courteous. Got my car repaired at promised time and quoted price. Very impressed with the service. I will definitely recommend this place.

We have been having our familys cars serviced here for years. We probably have paid enough to put the owners kids through college. We get our car in quickly, get the issues dealt with mostly costing much less than we anticipated. Jason is honest with us and sometimes doesnt charge much at all. Love having this business right down the street and will keep coming. We have been having cars fixed here for 10 years or more. Plus our grown kids cars.

Went here to get my emissions done. Very pleased... So pleased I went back the same day for our other car. Was $15. Went on a Saturday at about 9 am and later at 2pm. No wait to get tested. In and out in about 10 mins. The person I spoke with was very professional, courteous, and efficient. Would recommend.

Sent my daughter here to get brakes checked on her Kia Optima. They got her car repaired same day. I was very impressed with their honesty and the price was almost half than what she was quoted by the dealer.

Its hard to find a good mechanic shop in kennesaw that isn’t overpriced. I brought my S500 here after i read the reviews, and they gave me a quote they gave me was very reasonable . They performed the repair within the original quoted price and within promised time. They showed me what the problem was and assured me it was fixed. I plan on getting some upgrades done soon, so definitely bringing it back here.

Im not from this area, my car broke down right before the holidays in Kennesaw and I have to say this is by far the best mechanic I have ever been too. They were a true life saver is a seriously tight jam. The manager was very friendly, and super helpful! The repair cost was very reasonable. I have been going here for many years and this place is the best. I recently went to get an oil change at a different location and they pushed me to get brakes, tires, coolant flush, air filters and shocks. I decided to take here to get that done. When I came here, they told me they didnt see any reason why half those things needed to be done. I absolutely love their honesty and ability to help. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

I like this shop for oil change but Ive got very disturbed my feeling today.At the payment, ( I was showing my VISA debit gift card for payment)The first payment screen got timed-out because I was slow to act to it without explain to press green bottom-OK to proceed a payment.for the second time screen, I hand my card to rep guy to proceed the payment, then;Rep: is this Check?me: ... I just didnt understand, i guess you cant trust the glowing reviews you see online sometimes. I did my research. I have an issue with my Mercedes 320 passing emissions so i sought to get someone to take a look at the vehicle and advise me on what could be done to correct the situation. I drove a pretty good distance to this place because i got the impression from the reviews and information from the business that i could probably get assistance.When i arrived i entered the lobby and a gentleman from behind the counter ask if he could help. I explained that my car did not pass emissions and i wanted to know if his business could look at my car and everything went down hill from there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!He immediately began this non ending flow of non confident statements about what he could not do!! talking over any questions i had and rambling on like he clear was afraid or didnt care for my businessThe next appointment i have is next MondayMy repair schedule is overloadedWith your car, i dont knowI might be able to take a look and i may notIs your engine light onMercedes vehicles are trickyI am not sure of what i can doWhen did it fail inspectionI have never witnessed such evasive awkward lack of confidence in offering to help a customer. Speaking straight through people dealing with deeper car issues is a great way to discredit; I was asked to trust; the problems persisted; the trust was broken. Will not return. Im sure theyre fine for your basic issues but if you have a diagnostic issue, go somewhere with more respect and listening ears.

My daughter was traveling home from school on thanksgiving and noticed a noise coming from my engine right before leaving. Im not sure about the manager’s nane, but he came outside, checked under the hood and diagnosed it as low power steering fluid. He poured some in and it was good as new. I just stopped by for my yearly emissions check. It went smoothly & quickly, maybe 10 minutes if that. I always dread my emissions check since I have a summer birthday & usually you have to sit outside in the heat while waiting for your car. This place had indoor seating & it was only $15, compared to most that are $20. I highly recommend them for your emission checks.

Ive been going to this place for years and it is the most honest straight forward no nonsense mechanic Ive ever experienced. They know me by name and have been able to work on my 2003 Honda Odyssey, 2010 Prius, and 2015 Prius with no issues.I have 250k miles in the Honda and 210k on my 2010 Prius. This has to do with the amazing preventative maintenance they do. Great family run business. I recommend them to both my friends and family, so why not here to everyone?

Never in my life have I left a car at a auto shop & not received a call about it as soon as the shop opened until I gave these people a try. Called at 10 they said they would call me back at noon. called at 1 they said they would call back at 2. called back at 3 they said they would call back by 4. 12+ hours and they havent even looked at my car yet so I called to get my car towed to a different shop & now they wont even answer the phone

Got emissions checked on an ancient (20+ years old) car. Took less than ten minutes to get in and out of there. Inexpensive as well. The worker there was really cool. And trustworthy.

I got screwed by these guys after spending 15k over 7 years on various company and personal vehicles. Take me to court or **** off is literally what I was told by the owner. They did a transmission on my Tahoe and didnt check or properly fit to the rear main seal and now it leaks everywhere. They want 1400 to redo their mistake.If that is how you want to be treated then go here! You would expect after a certain point to feel confident but instead they will kick you to the curb not caring for future business.Past jobs doneReplaced engine on a ranger 35002 transmissionMany smaller jobs on 4 different vehicles.I wish I could give zero stars.

I came in to get my battery connection fixed after a chain car repair shop couldnt fix it twice! I went in and the technician fixed it immediately and didnt even charge me!! Amazing service, 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Was double the price Kauffman and the Dealership would charge me for like four things to be done and their price was only for one thing. Three days before my car was looked at, almost $100 just to diagnose the car and they said they had tied a part of my car up so it wouldnt make noise, but I personally have been under my car and nothing was done.

I had previously spent $1,200 to fix an electrical problem at another shop- when the problem reoccured I took it to kennesaw auto tech they diagnosed the problem, fixed it and got me on my way on the same day! Kennesaw auto tech is hands down the best auto shop in town. I used to take my car to firestone for regular oil changes since I have their tires and every time they would tell me a list of things my car “needed”. After being fed up with their antics I took my car to kennesaw auto tech for an oil change and I’ll never go back to firestone.My car is older and has had some issues over the past few years. I have taken my car to KAT for strange noises etc. and they have always given me an honest answer and many times it is “sometimes cars do this when they are old, you will need ____ replaced in about a year or two but it’s no concern now”. They are always honest, affordable, efficient, and they do quality work. If you want to go to a shop that actually has integrity go to kennesaw auto tech!

Actually I dont want to give any star to this place but I have to hit 1 just for writing a review. My car was broke down in the middle of the road on Jiles and Cherokee st. in the morning. It was just right across Autotech so I decided to leave my car and asked for help if they can jump battery so I can get my car out of blocking traffic. I was a little disappointed with the answer of a staff there. He said we did not do outside service and suggested me to tow my car to his shop that means I have to wait another 30 minutes or so for someone to tow my car to his shop. It was redicurous and such a cold hearted staff. Then I walked back to my car and called revolution auto service. The owner sent out a tech in 10 minutes to jump battery and get my car out of traffic. Autotech could never lose me as a customer because I will never be a customer of yours.

Visited this repair shop twice and was not happy either times. As a student at KSU I would recommend all other students and people who lack knowledge in auto services to take your business elsewhere. Upon visiting this shop I simply wanted a service member to confirm that I had low transmission fluid after my suv was sitting for half a year. The gentleman explained to me they were very backed up and wouldnt get around to it until midway thru the next week. No problem at all...understandable, but when asked to just check the transmission dip stick he told me he was too busy. I asked If he could please just take a simple look before I got on the road to go home for break. He said No were to busy. I asked if he had 30 seconds to step out the door pull the stick and check, he said no were busy til next week, this was on a Thursday afternoon. He seemed as if he didnt want to help me obviously. Speaking as a business student, You make money and accumulate business off of the way you treat people. You should never turn down honest business, simple as that. Safe too say I will NEVER be back to your shop Ever again, I will drive an hour to get my auto needs met by people who will take 30 seconds out of their day to help me out. Pathetic fellas... How have I not already reviewed this place? Ive been coming here for years. They dont pressure you with upsales, they have cheap service, and that apparently keeps them busy enough to not need to sell me stuff I dont need.Especially good place for oil changes, check engine lights, brakes, and emissions.Hrmm, this reads like a paid review, but I swear, these guys are just that good.

I highly recommend Kennesaw Auto Tech. I do not know all the names there, but the people I have encountered have always been knowledgable. Like Jason, whether we call or speak with him in person regarding our cars, he is always courteous, professional, knowledgable, and I believe has a focus of whats in the best interest of his customers. Maybe thats why Kennesaw Auto Tech is always doing so much business.

Paid around $100 just for a diagnostic on my misfiring issue. Dude said the spark plug wires were crossed and that they fixed it. I look under the hood and one of the wires is not even connected to the spark plug causing the engine to misfire again...

Over on the weekend driving to florida my daughters car decided to overheat. Found this place online and had the vehicle towed there. Talked to jason on the phone and he was able to had the vehicle up and running in couple of hours. He understood my problem, helped me and repair cost was very reasonable. My daughter safely made to Florida and is on her way back home now. Thanks to the crew at kennesaw auto tech. 5 STARS all the way.

These guys do great work. Ive had a transmission replacement for an 01 Crown Victoria LX done here and it ran better than new. They keep my Roadmaster Wagon on the road. Never had any issues or problem. I feel like all the people posting negative reviews are probably just butthurt about dealing with non-white employees who dont treat them like royalty. Look, its a mechanic shop, not a luxury hotel. This place is a fantastic value for the quality of labor they do. These people posting negative reviews are entitled jackasses.

The people that work here/own the place are a god given waste of space and air on this earth. I have never been so angry over an oil change in my life. I have had minor issues with them before, such as quoting me one price on the phone, and when I go to pay the price is all of the sudden WAY more expensive. The last time I went there (which will be the last time I EVER go there) the punk at the front desk was not only rude, but infront of other customers, told me that I was lying about the information we had spoke about on the phone. Why would I lie about the fact that you told me that I needed to have my car there by 5:30 for an oil change because it takes you guys 30 minutes and you close at 6? When i arrive at 530, and ask for an oil change and you tell me that you stop taking them in at 5 because they take an hour, YES I am going to tell you what you told me, and YES I am going to be pissed off when you refuse to help me even though I left work EARLY to make sure I had it to you on time. BTW, if It really takes you an hour to do an OIL CHANGE.............you should probably find a new job because I took it else where and was done in less than 15 minutes...........GO TO HELL KENNESAW AUTO TECH and ALL of your employees as well!

This has been my worse experience with a auto shop ever. My wife took her car there to get checked out for the roaring sound it was making while driving and the tech said that she needed to have a new clutch and kit. After paying a thousand dollar to have that done, which I thought was over priced she tried taking it out of town and broke down in Macon Ga. on her way to Jacksonville Fl. After using this shops towing company that they used they didnt feel it was their responibility to tow the car back to Kennesaw to their shop. After having it in their shop for another week they said that they didnt find and problem with the car but we are not able to even drive it out of the lot when we came to pick it up. After asking to speak to the manger I spoke him on the phone and he called us liars and refused to fix the car unless we now agreed to replace the transmision and slammed the phone in my ear. I can see his parents spent a lot of time training him. Unless you want to have your time and money wasted please dont take your car to these incompetent people.

Stay away they will rip u off..go in for a so called free diagnostics end up $80 to get my car from these guys..only needed spark plugs replaced and they come back saying they found 5 problems with the car at a cost close to $700..requested them just to replace spark plugs..they then wanted $98 on top of the $80 JUST FOR THAT...STAY AWAY!!
