Checking to see what they had to off in advance was exactly what we needed to do. I wish I could give no stars really. I went in because I had two tires leaking air, having to put air in every 4 days. They took my car back and then came out to tell me i needed all this other work done, including new windshield wipers??? I asked if they even looked at my tires and they said it was a small leak so dont worry (its still a leak.... right?) So then I went to another mechanic, smaller locally owned shop, and they found two nails in my tires in less than ten minutes. Never coming back here again. If you are a female and younger age, DO NOT GO!

Got my tire patched because I already had a new set on thr way and they took care of me and my STI rather quickly! Will go back once I need my new tires mounted, whenever they get here lol nothing like supply chain issues 😅

This is the second time Ive received absolutely outstanding service from this location. Both times the car I was in had gotten a brand new set of Mavis tires within a month of having a road debris incident causing damage in the sidewall and both times a warranty wasnt purchased with the new set of tires. Im disabled and on an extremely tight fixed income and these guys were absolutely amazing at getting me back on the road at a price I could manage. Im definitely going to using them in the future for all my tire and alignment needs. But Ill definitely be purchasing the warranty because Ive definitely been shown how vital they are especially when its tires. You never know what or when something unexpected will leave you stranded but thankfully these guys were willing and able to work with me and were happy to help.

Great service. I was able to drop my car off with a puncture on one of the tires (with no appointment), and it was ready for me to take home a couple of hours later all nice and fixed. Not the first time I’ve had this happen, and Mavis has been there to help out. Keep up the great service guys!

I was looking for a place for an oil change and I have been to Mavis once for a tire repair and didnt realize they did oil changes! I had a great experince both times. The staff is friendly, the place is really clean, and they made me feel at home while I waited. I even got free installation of my windshield wipers! Looks like this will be my new home for maintenance on my vehicles ☺ Thank you Mavis!

This is the best place to bring your car. Anytime we have a concern with our 04 Toyota Sequioa we bring it right in and they are always happy to help. I’m so glad that we have started coming here. I was assisted my James (I think so sorry) I dropped my car off for a tire repair and headlight replacement, I was unable to pick it up the same day and he called to let me know that it was no problem and that it would be ready for me when I was available to pick it up. The next day I walked in to a pleasant surprise of my service being taken care of as a courtesy! What a great place, kind and considerate!

Kirby and the rest of the staff were great! My alignment was off and I dropped my car off this morning with no appointment. They immediately assessed my car and determined that 1 tire needed to be replaced due to wear from the alignment being off. And another tire was actually the wrong size! Even though the tire that was the wrong size was from a different Mavis location, Kirby replaced that tire at no cost to compensate for the mistake (not his mistake but someone else’s). This was my first time at the Cherokee St (Kennesaw) location. They were very efficient and had the work completed in no time. I will definitely be bringing my car back here in the future!

Had a leak in tire went to this mavis. They helped us diagnose that there was a nail in the tire. Were able to repair tire for us. Very helpful.

Kirby was amazing!! I was suffering with a low tire light and knew which tire it was but he checked the air in every tire and then tightened my valve stems. I have a discount tire credit card but it will prob stay paid off and Ill be back because of his customer service.

I found a bolt in a tire and brought my truck here to have it fixed. I had previously bought my tires from this shop a couple years ago. It was a Sunday and the guys were slammed but they assured me they could patch it up so I left my truck with them. At closing time they said the patch wouldn’t hold (I was anticipating this) and I would need to replace the tire. These two guys stayed late to replace two of my tires for me. I was very impressed with their dedication to customer satisfaction. This is where I’ll be buying my tires as long as these guys are here.

Went in for oil change for high mileage vehicle. My first time at this location. I was prompted for new windshield wipers which I accepted after haggling over price. I ended up with the cheapest wipers I’ve ever had. Streaking and don’t fit my vehicle properly. Staff pointed out that I needed new struts on rear and led me to believe warranty wouldn’t cover the cost. They were “selling “ me the whole time. I contacted CarMax and they covered it. Shame on you Mavis. I miss NTB. They were ALWAYS fair to me.

I made an appointment online to replace one of my shocks. My appointment was at 10am. I dropped the car of early at 8am. I never heard from the shop on an update on the car, so I called at 2pm. The gentleman that I spoke with seemed annoyed that I was calling for an update, as the part had just arrived at the shop. I called again at 5:30pm, because again - I had not heard from the shop on an update on the car. The gentleman that I spoke with claimed that they had just finished and was about to call me.While the front desk man was nice, he was VERY distracted when I checked in the car and picked up the car. He was either on the phone with a customer or on his computer (or both) while also dealing with me. When I picked up the car, nothing was explained about the services that were done on the car.The waiting room for the shop seemed old and dirty. We used to use this location when it was a Kauffman Tire and had wonderful experiences. Price-wise it seemed fine, but the potential savings are not worth the poor service.

Absolutely amazing service! I went in needing all 4 tires and a brake job and the guys there are absolutely amazing. They were efficient and so kind. They also recommended I do a coolant flush and actually brought me back there and showed me why I needed it. I definitely recommend coming here for all your tire and car needs. I will never go anywhere else. Also, James is a great manager and him and his team when above and beyond to make sure I was going to leave with my car being very safe to drive.

James has some of the best customer service I have had. In ten minutes he had my flat tire plugged and a new one on order. When the new tire arrived he gave me the best price and replaced the broken air pressure sensor. Shawn made sure I had new wipers for my long road trip and gave me a great discount on both! The manager, James, gave me more than awesome service today on my car. Upon leaving for work this morning, I was greeted by a flat tire that was supposedly repaired at another shop yesterday. Upon arrival at this Mavis location, James presented in such a way that I knew my issue was going to be handled professionally and efficiently - unlike so many other auto repair places where the people at the front desk are asleep at the wheel and just kind of going through the motions of being at work. I was concerned with how late I would be to work and he helped me choose a tire based on my needs and said it would be done in 45 minutes and it was. That right there was the icing on the cake!! Thanks James for your excellent service. Hopefully you will stay at this Wade Green location for quite some time!

Customer Service here is awful. Ordered four new tires for my car. Front desk tells me it will be there by 11am that day. I had dropped the car off at 9 am. I call the shop around 2pm bc they never call or update you on whats going on. He says the shipment isnt here. I call back at 5pm and the guy clearly seemed annoyed and said he would call me before they close to update me. No one called. I get a call mid day the next day alerting me the date was wrong for the ordered tires and that they will be 4 days late. I picked up my car and went elsewhere. Really bad customer service and no one gives you any updates as to whats going on with your car. Not a bid deal leaving my car, I just wished I would have known the length of time It would be there.

I arrived at this Mavis Discount tire location in Kennesaw, Ga on Cherokee Street / Wadegreen Road . Berry at the front counter was very professional and attentive to my questions about my vehicle problems . They do a great job hear, i will bringing my vehicle hear for future repairs definitely.

I would leave a zero star review if it were possible. I got my oil changed with Mavis back in April before I drove my car 8 hours to Florida. On the drive there, my car starts beeping and making very bad noises. The beeping and sounds get worse so I finally find an auto place to pull over to. Come to find out, the mechanic at Mavis forgot to put the cap back on after the oil change causing all the oil to spill out of my car as I was driving to Florida. My engine is most likely damaged as a result of this and I will not be returning to Mavis. I tried to reach out to their customer service with no luck. I would not recommend going to Mavis Tires.

Dropped my car off to the location in Kennesaw on Cherokee St to have my tires balanced. They said it would take 1hr 30 min. I came back 4 hours later and they hadnt even touched my car all while several cars that wasnt there were being worked on. Other customers were visibly frustrated with the wait time also. Never again will I waste my time with this company.

I just left Mavis Tire on the corner of Barrett and Dallas Highway.This is my third visit there, as I was needing front tires and an alignment for one service.They are incredibly short staffed, and charged me for an alignment that WASN’T performed. They also charged $19.99 for a tread warranty that I was completely unaware of.Thankfully, I had taken the car to my mechanic, he informed me that the alignment had not been done.Shameful practice!Do not trust them. I will not be returning.

I want to brag on this manager. James is so kind and always willing to help whenever I come up there for my car needs. I have brought mine, my moms and my sisters cars up here solely because of James. He is such a hard worker. I have never in my life seen as manager of a company actually get down and dirty with his employees. Every time I’m there he’s in the shop working on someone’s car or helping one or his employees with the car they’re working on. He is so kind and doesn’t take advantage of people. He tells you what’s wrong with your car in a language most people would actually understand. I would so happy to work for James because of his work ethics and his kind heart. I can see why all the guys in the shop always look happy to work there and have a smile on their face.

Took my car to replace rotors and pads. They decided that they wanted to change my wipers and do a brake fluid flush with asking, or letting me know they did it. Just so that they can get extra commission. This is not how youre supposed to do business. Will never take my vehicle to any Mavis again.

I stopped into see about a tire rotation, and the associate apologized and explained there would be at least an hour wait. I appreciated him letting me know this up front.Then I asked about recycling a tire. He said he would be happy to handle that and the tire was accepted for recycling.I’ll be back to do the rotation and appreciate the associate’s handling of the situation(This occurred around 10:30 am on Wednesday May 26th)
