Best car service I’ve ever received! The manager walked me out to my car and showed me exactly what needed to be fixed. As a woman it’s important to feel like you’re not being taken advantage of when getting car service. They fixed damage from a “repair” that a previous business had done on my car. I will definitely be coming here for all my car maintenance in the future.

Rick and Fred went above and beyond tonight and stayed late to make sure our family could safely continue home from our Fall Break trip. We can’t say enough good things about their accommodating kindness and quick service! Thank you!!!

Had an appointment set up for 2 weeks And I was supposed to get a leveling kit installed on my truck that I scheduled through their website. When I went in for my appointment, they said they couldn’t do it that day because I was supposed to call a few days before to make sure THEY had someone there to do it. Why do I, the customer, have to call you to make sure that someone is there and why even have the option to book online if you’re not going to follow through with it? I do not recommend this shop and will never go back.

Great job patching my run-flat tire on my SUV late Saturday afternoon so I could continue my drive home to Ohio. I’m sorry I did not get the service technician”s name who did the work but he was a lifesaver!!

I have been to this location once, and I will never be back. I make sure to let my friends and family to never go to this location. I have a feeling that they are trying to scam young women since they are close to a college campus. I went to go get a basic oil change done, and spent over 2 hours at this location. I was the only customer at the store. When I went to go pay for the oil change it was over $80 for this service. This was my first time getting an oil change done so I thought it was normal until I talked to my dad about it. I have friends that have similar experiences as well at this location. Unless you want to be scammed do not go to this location.

Good and timely service and very helpful. I recently took my Ford Taurus here for an inspection and brake job. I ran into problems due to an installation at a previous shop and I had to leave my car at the shop overnight. They paid for a lyft ride and installed the parts to fix the problem for free. I don’t usually take my car into a shop but when I have to I’ll come here.

Asst manager Aaron provided excellent customer and went above and beyond to assist me when my battery died. I really appreciate him and his team for taking care of my truck needs.

I went into store on George Busbee Pkwy in Kennessw Ga this morning at 8 am. Both my headlights were out and Chris, Store Manager, determined it was the bulbs. He had them replaced and I was on my way in about 30 minutes. This was my first experience with this location. I highly recommend this location!!! Very efficient, profesdional and personable.

I made my online order and two days later I came to this location to get my tires installed, but when I asked PB employee about my order I immediately figure out that he has no clue about my order. When he had checked in system, he found my order, but he didnt have tires I ordered. I was so disappointed that he never made effort to prepare tires for my appointment. He tried to sell me other brand tires, but if I wanted those, I would order those. I left really disappointed and straight to Mavis Tires and got my tires immediately. I am old customer of Pep Boys on other two Kennesaw locations, but first time at this location. Definitely will never return there. Problem could be that this location is really poor and never bother to prepare online orders or that there is no any connection between online orders and your actual locations. If is my second guess here, then what is point of making online orders? If it is my first guess, then you need to point to employees at this location that checking online orders would be really good for your business. Pep Boys, will you fix this?

This is definitely the place to go when you are in need of any questionable maintenance on your car. Whomever is reading this, I know for a fact that you are skeptical on brining your prize possession to random mechanic shop. Im here to tell you that Pep Boys are perhaps the opposite of what a stereotypical car shop is all about. They are professional to the bone. From the first day I contacted them, they quickly understood what the issue was regarding my car. I came in a month ago with a damaged radiator and walked out that afternoon with a brand new one. Ever since then there has been no problems whatsoever. If there was, the manager gave me his work number along with his personal number because non-car experts like me may have some car questions down the road. Great experience overall!!

I had wheel studs break and was really in a bind since I’m not from the state. Nate and the group made me feel welcomed and helped me majorly. I’m not sure the name of the two gentlemen I just dealt with but I’m so thankful for them. I had a small issue I was dealing with and I spent the last three hours trying to get help elsewhere. The manager told me to pull in because he knew it was a quick fix. I told him I was trying to get back on the road to do Uber tonight ASAP and he said let’s go. It took them less than 15 minutes and they didn’t even charge me. I didn’t have money to pay a big fee but I at least had some tip money. I booked my vehicle diagnostic for next week and I’m not going anywhere else unless it is out of their spectrum of work. Thank you so much for your service and kindness!! I needed emergency assistance and showed up in the morning without an appointment to replace two tires and a wheel. I was helped by Nick and Sam and they did an amazing job. The service was fast and efficient. The associates were very helpful and courteous. I will return in the future.

I went there yesterday to have all four of my tires changed. Not only did they give me my fourth tire free( promotion they had going on) they gave me 30$ off my alignment and 10% off new windshield wipers! I am very pleased with this Pep-Boys. While I was waiting the hour and a half we carried on a pleasant conversation about movies. I would highly recommend coming here!! I’ve never had a bad experience at PepBoys but this one really went above and beyond to guarantee my satisfaction. After I checked out, with the gentleman behind the counter came out and helped me put my windshield wipers on. He totally didn’t have to do that. My car drives great and he made sure I had all my papers stapled for my records. Definitely coming back here!!

I came in for a flat tire. The staff was very nice and attentive, helped me out right away. The leak was small so it took awhile to find but they went above and beyond to make sure they found where the flat came from! They fixed me up and sent me on my way! Great guys, thanks!

Over four hours to do front brakes. Prepare to stay all day if you come here. Every customers car needs Way more than what they came in for. Wont come here again..

I had my girlfriend drop my car off for an oil change around 3:00PM. They said they would call me when the car was done, and that they wouldn’t be able to get to it until about 6:00PM, which is fine because I live up the street so it does not take me long to get there. 6:45 rolls around and they still have not called me and I know they close at 7. I wait a few minutes and call up there to see if the car was done, they said it had been done, but obviously I was not contacted. They also proceeded to tell me their systems closes down early and I would not be able to get MY car from them until Monday. I have a job and that was super inconvenient! I got to the facility at around 6:58 only to find them locking the doors early and cutting off the lights, probably from hearing me so furious on the phone and telling them I would be there to get the car and I am not leaving without it. I knock on the window and wait outside for a few minutes, nobody answers. I finally resort to calling the police since they were clearly avoiding me and attempting to keep my car over the weekend. The police show up after a few minutes and they finally show their faces and unlock the doors to let the police in. At that point I knew I was getting the car back, initially I was quoted 42$ over the phone for the oil change, just for documentation purposes I got synthetic blend oil for a 2012 Chevy Sonic, 4 Cylinder LT model. When the police got there they jacked the price up to 57$, Cash only because the system was down, which I paid and could not get a receipt for. Overall TERRIBLE experience, would not recommend to anybody under any circumstances. You should see the reviews on Yelp about this place. THEY HAVE ONE STAR. They are also tarnishing you guy’s brand as a company and should not be allowed to continue operation at all.I am sure you guys record the phone calls, and I am sure you guys have cameras in all of your facilities so please just watch and listen to those for proof. Check the time stamps as well because I am sure they will lie to cover their own asses. They all should be fired. I don’t remember their names but I am sure they have a schedule that tells you who was there on September 15th from 3-7PM.

I was working with one of the managers named Nate todayI bought their champion agm battery 25% off for $150 however what they installed was the cheapest battery they carried in store and still charged me for the AGM batterySomething told me to check to make sure I got what I paid for and sure enough I didntI went back to the store before they closed today and the manager Nate was supposedly going to be ordering the proper battery and it will be there in the morningIf they right their dirty deed I will update my comment but until then HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE SHADY PEOPLE

Came in not knowing why my tire was going flat. They quickly looked at it and determined it needed a plug and fixed it at no charge.

Extremely wonderful customer service . Drove in without calling on a flat and not only did they fix my tire in under 30 mins on the spot from the time in the door until the time out the door,but they left me smiling and feeling great after a horrible start to the day. I am definitely going to be a return customer and will be telling everyone!!

I picked up a piece of metal in one tire. They put the spare and ordered a new tire at a store close to my home. Super service.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Especially if dealing with TJ, the store manager. I brought my car in today at 12:30pm, after calling first, to get it fixed the same day. I was told from someone else there was an issue with the clutch in my compressor, which is why the AC was no longer working. I brought it in to get fixed and mentioned this to TJ, and understood a diagnostic would have to be done first, but then asked if the cost for the diagnosis would be included in the cost for repair, thinking that they could fix the clutch, especially since TJ never mentioned anything about not being able to fix the clutch. After 4 hours of not hearing anything and the day coming to an end, I called and was finally told I would have to get the entire compressor replaced, because they dont replace or repair the clutch and would have to replace the entire compressor, which was nearly $900. My main issue, aside from waiting so long to hear back that even if I was willing to get the compressor replaced, it couldnt get done that day, nor would it give me enough time for an alternative, is that TJ never told me that they didnt or couldnt just fix the clutch. Its one thing if I never mentioned it, but I did (and it turns out thats what was wrong with it) and that proper expectation couldve been set both on what could or couldnt get done, especially if the goal was to get it fixed that day. When I mentioned this to TJ, he acted like he couldnt get it. Had he told me that a) they dont just fix the clutch or b) that if it was the compressor, it couldnt get done that day, I wouldve had the option to go somewhere else or not get the diagnostic done at all. So basically, Im out of my money without the car getting fix nor the amount paid being applied to the cost of getting it fixed, which is why I asked that before I dropped off the car. Rather than accepting the feedback, TJ had an attitude and insinuated that my real issue was being able to afford the diagnostic, which I dont know how he came to that conclusion other than by judging me off my looks since he doesnt have access to my account. Ive had worked done there before and didnt have an issue. Bottomline, better communication and setting proper expectations couldve done a long way...Its not about paying for the diagnostic, its about double paying when I couldve just paid to get it fixed.

Same-day appointments are pure bait-and-switch at this place. On my first two visits here, I made an appointment in advance and arrived on-time for said appointments, only to be told that oooh, sorry, the people ahead of you are taking longer than expected, let me book you in for another day instead.Fine. I just had some bad luck, right? I instead went to other area garages who really do have same-day service, didnt think much of it. Then my elderly mom needed help, so I booked an appointment here for her as well. She goes through the busy traffic that scares her so much, she makes it to the place, wheezes on in to wait for her appointment, and guess what happened?oooh, sorry, the people ahead of you are taking longer than expected, let me book you in for another day insteadThese vultures advertise same-day service just to get their proverbial foot in the door, and then they try to keep their books filled by scheduling you in for an actual appointment during a genuine opening later in the week once they have you hooked. They have no consideration for your time or hardship, and they are proof positive that you should just forget that your friendly neighborhood mechanic ever existed once they get bought out by a corporation -- the business you knew and loved will never be back again.

No respect for appointment times; i arrived early and stayed late and was reassured that the mechanic should be here any minute now for 30 minutes. I have been disappointed both times I have come here; the first time I got service done here, the mechanic had left black scuff marks all along interior on my drivers side. Customer service isnt a priority and will not be back.
