I was really shocked to see this dealership allow customers into the area without a mask. It is clearly posted on windows and doors that wearing a mask was mandatory. Not only did they allow this woman into the dealership, she was allowed to shop and handle vehicles without wearing a mask. Dont take my temperature at the door and make me wear a mask in order to have my car serviced but let others in freely. Just unacceptable in a pandemic

Jesus should be cloned. Not only is he personable, but he’s knowledgeable about my Jetta. One day I came in with my Jeep with a window issue, and Jesus helped me order the part I needed, and installed it once the part came in!

Went to see a used Jeep they have and everybody was nice as you will expect. Curtis who is a manager was willing to negotiate the price after a test drive, when I came back I was talking to a different manager who speak spanish and I told him that there is another Jeep in a different location with a lower price and few other upgrades and he basically told me to go buy that car. I think that is rude and he shouldnt be in a manager position.

Went in to test drive a car. The place was busy (to be expected). We had a quick question, and then we were going to leave. A salesman was walking by, and the receptionist tried to stop him for a second .He didnt have time to stop for a minute to answer a simple question. Didnt care. Was completely rude. Dont have any desire to go there again.

This Dealership offered me an job opportunity as a sales consultant at the midway point of this month. Now at the end of the month after 2-3 weeks straight of trying to contact the sales manager Brady Koerner and/or anyone else in the dealership that could let me know what was going on. I finally talked to the receptionist and basically forced her to hand the phone to a manager. I finally got ahold of Steve the General Manager of the dealership who proceeded to inform me that something had popped up on my background check. Fair enough not everyone’s perfect and you have your rules about who you may hire. However at no point did your sales manager try and let me know it wasn’t going to work, he ignored me for weeks on his personal line through call/ txt and voicemail. I left a message with another manager who also never contacted me or made sure that Brady did. I also left a message with the receptionist who specifically told me she gave Brady the message to call me and my number. Which he did not because I guess Brady is just above simple decency. Maybe you shouldn’t hire a 24 year old to run your sales floor?Anyways I will never bring my Passat here to be serviced and all of my family who owns Volkswagen definitely won’t. I have never in my life dealt with such a lack of professionalism. I do not recommend any customer buys or services their car here either if that’s how they are willing to treat a potential employee imagine how they’ll treat their customers once they have your money. Pathetic excuse for management, and a blatantly rude tactic of leaving me out to dry has led me to believe this may be the worst dealership I’ve ever encountered and a week ago it was the only place I wanted to work. I was ecstatic they had reached out.Also if you’re about to ride up and buy a car they put resistall (paint protection) type products on the cars and nitrogen in the tires so they can tell you they’ve added value but in reality just expect it to be a couple hundred dollars more than what’s advertised online and you’re not gonna be happier than if you had gone to Volkswagen of Marietta or somewhere else.

It was not a pleasant experience dealing with the service department. The parts department was fine.
