The ordering process was straightforward and quick. The price was the lowest online as well. The bike rack arrived well boxed and in good condition in a timely fashion. This is my second purchase from Mini of Kennesaw and I will definitely order from them in the future.

I ordered a tail light finisher for my 2009 Mini clubman. The part wart was listed as being “midnight black”, and was significantly more expensive than all other primed parts listed online. I spent the extra money so I wouldn’t need to have a body shop paint the part for me. When it arrived, it was in gray primer. I immediately emailed the company to see how to proceed with getting the item I paid for. More than a week later, I still had no response. I called the company and was put on hold for an extended period of time. When I finally did speak to someone they were extremely rude, and again put me on hold. Only to tell me later, sorry they only sell them in primer now (although it was clearly listed as midnight black). When I inquired about returning it, I wanted to ensure I would not need to pay for shipping or a restocking fee, because the part was not as listed, the response was “you’ll need to talk to my manager about that”. When I asked when I could do that, she responded “I don’t know he’s on lunch”. Terrible overall experience, would recommend them to no one. If I could have given them zero stars I would have. I have never left a review on any items purchased from any dealer, never mind a negative one, but I thought you all should know what you are dealing with.

The price and shipping combined for$50 for a door key cover in plastic the size of a quarter.But the customer care and delivery couldnt be any better. Kennesaw was the only one offering the part.So Im grateful for their service and help.I will definitely be doing business with them again.

Good pricing and quick shipping. One suggestion for improvement: provide a tracking code. Its great to get updates on when the item shipped, but that doesnt tell me when it is expected to arrive. Thanks!

After working with my local MINI dealer for 7 years I became fed up with their parts and accessories pricing structure. My local dealer regularly charges 200%+ over MSRP for parts. MINI of Kennesaw was a revelation of both rational pricing and AMAZING customer service. To say I would recommend MINI of Kennesaw is a gross understatement.. They are the best, bar none.

The website lets you place an order with shipping, and then days later, you get an apology that says they dont ship hoods. After finally getting one sent to the dealership, I drove 3.5 hours to pick it up. It was not even in a box!!! Fortunately, it had 2 foam pieces that protected two of the points, overall I am not ridiculously happy with the whole experience.

Get OEM mini parts new and less expensive than what people are selling used stuff for . This company keeps you updated on your order step by step. Very impressed especially since we do 90% of our sales online as well. Highly recommend

They looked up the part first to make sure it would fit my car with the VIN number...most dealerships do not even take the time to do that (or at least the ones I had to call). I now have all the parts I need to fix the issue and there were even diagrams on their catalog so you could see the parts. It was great. Great response by email too for any questions.

Fast, efficient and they take the worry out regarding the status of your item purchased with updates via email. I like that they have a field that lets you match the correct part to the year, make and or model of your car. So you dont wind up buying the part that doesnt fit. Easy to find parts required and price was right. But had to contact 2x. Glitch held up payment at their end (PayPal noted payment almost immediately) and to find out why shipment label had been produced but not received by USPS. Will buy from again but only if not in a hurry.

Had to order some replacement parts for my 2013 Mini, found this web site to be cheaper than going to my local Mini dealership. Web page was easy to navigate, the only problem I had was handled quickly when I called and spoke to parts department.

It was rather easy to order the transmission parts I needed for my Mini using the diagrams and part numbers provided by Mini of Kennesaw and the total price I paid for the parts was about 15 percent less than what I was quoted by another onlineparts dealer (Minimania). However, my order wasnt shipped until 7 days after I submitted it to them and I didnt receive it until 6 days later. So, if you dont mind waiting almost 2 weeks for your parts, I recommend Mini of Kennesaw for their easy ordering experience and low prices. But if you want to get your parts quickly go somewhere else.

One star for packaging, parts were loose in box, four new spark plugs, loose in bottom of box, no packaging material. Spark plug box broken open. Other orders have been shipped well, not this one.

I called at 615 at night to try and get a new window regulator for my 2003 Mini Cooper and was talking with a representative who couldn’t understand what I needed so then put me on a twenty minute hold. So then I hung up and called back with no answer and at this point it is a little after they closed so I called another department to see if I could get a manager but apparently he had already gone home not even ten minuets after close. So I then called in the morning and immediately got put on hold for five minuets then the lady asked what part I needed. Then I got put on another ten minuet hold all to get told a part I can get for 30$ on Amazon they were going to charge me 312$. Moral of the story the parts department has a horrible customer service and is drastically overpriced I would never recommend them for anything.

Ordered a light switch from the website, andeceived notification that it will take 7-20 days to get the part because it has to come from Germany. Why not just have it on your site, an estimated shipping time, instead of surprising customers after by saying you dont have it in stock. Most companies either have it in stock or put when its going to be available.

Dealership sold a bad extended warranty with a used car. They made claims that all service, parts, and labor would be covered if we went for the higher price package. After speaking with the warranty company directly, none of their claims were accurate. False advertising of the warranty. Dont believe them about any scheduled maintenance contracts.
