This place is amazing. Quality furniture, tons of options, great prices and very friendly.Last week I visited with my Mom (Gladys), looking for some artwork and they really made our experience easy, educational and extremely helpful. The Manager Lady listened to our likes, dislikes, details about the house and concerns and helped us pick out the perfect wall art, lighting and vases for our Dinning area that we LOVE!!!I must also mention that the store did deliver all our item timely and the delivery staff are also very professional. I will strongly recommend to do business with this people.

Glamorous, luxurious furniture and products . Amazing costumer service .the owner is always available to help and provide info, dimensions, prices and suggestions ( even late at night, early in the morning or Sundays )I received my ordered even before than expected and I have to say the delivery service was the most professional, attentive . Things were packed perfectly to the T providing protection to your purchases which by the way looked even better in person . I will buy again from this site and recommended with no reservations . So my daughter is moving into her first place and as a parent I was so happy and ready to help her decorate. She wanted a gold and white table dining set which is so hard to find, until I came across this place on Instagram, We live in Florida so I wasn’t sure if they ship to Florida so when I called I asked about the table set that I saw on IG and if they ship to Florida he said yes, so he first told me to let him check to make sure it was still available because he didn’t have it in the store, he called us back and said it was still available, so now we order it, he waived the shipping fee which saved us a lot of money, he said it would take a couple of weeks which was fine because her apartment wasn’t finished. He stayed in contact with us to keep us updated. Fast forward the table was delivered but something was missing and at first I called the delivery company, they had no clue what I was talking about, so I called Luxe and explained that something was missing after speaking to him, he explained to me that I didn’t order those particular pieces which I assumed came with the table. He wanted to know what he could do to resolve the situation. I explained to him that I would have to send the table back because we didn’t have any more money left to buy the extra pieces and I told him it was my daughter first apartment which she had saved money to buy the majority of her furniture and it was unfortunate of the misunderstanding when we purchased the table. That’s when he did the unthinkable and told me that he would send out the missing pieces for free and I pay for shipping. I was speechless and greatful because that showed me that he wants to make his customers happy and put his customers first. My daughter was overwhelmed with joy because she’s getting exactly what she wanted and the problem was resolved with so much professionalism. We are already saving money to order some more items from them lol. This is one company that we continue to do business with. Great company with elegant furniture. I wish I could give them a higher rating, from my experience with them they deserve a ten. Once I get the other pieces I will post a picture of the beautiful piece of furniture that we ordered.

Luxe Lifestyles NYC owners are a class act. I recently purchased a piece of artwork from them to go over my bed. The day I went to their store, they did not have anything in the store to go with the decor of my bedroom, but just from the description of my color scheme Sharie Reid helped me pick out the perfect piece of artwork. The artwork was ordered and arrived within the time frame they said it would. After a long day of taking their child back to college, they came to my home and hung my artwork. It goes very well with my decor. I will be a repeat customer!!!!!

PLEASE PLEASE do not do any business with this company.This was the worst shopping experience I’ve had in my life. They look so nice when trying to sell you things, but when it comes to customer service and fixing issues they caused, all of a sudden they become so rude and show no respect to their customers.I purchased a descent Caracole dining table with six chairs which cost me ten thousand dollars. The delivery was so unprofessional and poor. The guy who was unpacking the chairs was sweating a lot and made a huge stain on the chair and when I noticed and asked him about the stain, he just got a paper towel and tried to fix it. Unfortunately the stain remained on the chair and when I contacted them, they said I’m lying and the delivery guy said I’m making this up and I never asked him about the stain during delivery.They easily ruined my $700 caracole chair without taking responsibility, accused me that I’m lying, and put me under extensive emotional distress. I’m filing a consumer complaint against this company.THIS IS NOT THE WAY YOU SHOULD TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS GUYS! LOSING CUSTOMERS IS MORE COSTLY THAN A $700 CHAIR. HOPE YOU LEARN THAT LESSON.

The pieces are absolutely exquisite and the owner, Sharie, works hard to customize the experience of each client and meet their needs.This is no ikea or discount basement.... the furniture is the epitome of luxury and class. I always feel good purchasing knowing that I will be getting my money’s worth, and will be treated like gold. The custom made pillows are the bomb, too.... Sharie’s willingness to work with my budget and what I’m looking for keeps me coming back.

If I could rate them higher I would. You can buy your furniture from anywhere...but the quality, professionalism, promptness of delivery is beyond reproach here. I plan to use them for all my home and office furniture needs going forward!

What an amazing store! The manager helped me one on one with selecting furniture and measuring. I desperately needed new furniture for my apartment. I wanted something high end and classy, but good prices. Other stores just cant compare to the quality, helpfulness, and prices of the furniture! Please Don’t order anything from Sharie. Just purchased our first home in Dec 2019. Went in on Dec 18 placed and order of a living room set, dining table and chairs. I was promised to receive my dining table one part to my couch and chairs within 2 weeks. I never received a call that my order wasn’t coming as promised on time or nothing I had to call her. She stated because of the Hoilday it was delayed. So I waited till after the Holiday and still no table, chairs, couch nothing! I had to call her to hear that my table was not in and that she ordered the wrong one that she will reorder and I’ll get in a few weeks. That next day I recvd my dining chairs, one piece to my living room set a month after ordering. Reached out to Sharie again in Mid January to see if the other piece of my couch was going to be delivered as promised to find out no it wasn’t and that she had no idea when it would be. I then had to opt to take the model sofa in store because she did not know when I would get it and I need my furniture. As far as the dining table it’s 2 months later almost 3 still no dining table after several back n forth it was promised by the 1st week feb then it went to end of Feb. Now she saying mid March. So now that I’m upset and done with the games on furniture I spent over 10k on I can’t get my 1500 back for the table.Please I tell do not order anything fromHer unless you willing to wait over 3months for your items and also receive bad customer service froma horrible owner.Almost everything she have you can find for half the price at the same or better quality! Please be mindful of this company!If I could attach text messages of how the owner Sharie talks to customers I would but if you want to see I will send to youY’all please don’t believe this LADY IS A LIAR trying to make herself sound good ! If she don’t have it in store u will be wasting your time they don’t have the funds to keep a lot in stock they lie to the financial company saying they deliver your furniture when they actually get paid first from the financial company then order your stuff didn’t committing fraud the financial company don’t want to pay until it’s delivered so they are telling them it’s been delivered when in actuality it’s not. Even if I don’t get my money back I will make sure SNAP Financial Corporate office is aware of what they doing taking payments and not providing products till months later!

This place is Phenomenal. The selection and quality is beyond what I was expecting. The owners are super nice and accommodating which is beyond what I would except from a furniture store. They make sure that they hand deliver your item and even assemble it. They went over my warranty and even followed up with me days later to see how I was enjoying there product. Literally the WORST service I’ve ever encountered . You’re better off spending your money somewhere far away from her foolery . This lady shouldn’t even own a business with the way she handles things . Screaming and cussing over the phone .. ridiculous. All because I wanted to finance some furniture but later decided to no longer finance (MIND you I canceled before my first payment even started) even the SNAP finance people I talked to agreed that it wasn’t my fault especially since I didn’t have the product . Not my fault she took it upon herself to buy it THEN after all that she had the nerve to ask me for a restocking fee.. HA .. no ma’am . The only reason why I’m giving 1 star is because her husband was more rational about the situation and actually helped me cancel without screaming over the phone. Other reviews seem kind of fake and the way she replies to her criticism is unprofessional as well . SmhReplying to her response : You’re not getting a dime from me . You and your restocking fee can kick rocks

It is with regret that I post my experience. Sharie & her husband were very helpful is assisting me in selecting my product. Product ordered, paid for on Tuesday 18-Dec-18. Product promised to be delivered and set up the next day, Wednesday 19-Dec-18. Sharie called me Wednesday & told me the delivery truck broke down & she could not tell me when the product would be delivered. Sharie offered to refund my delivery fee since the product was not delivered on time. Sharie tried her best to accommodate me before Christmas, which was my deadline, but was unsuccessful.My product was not delivered until 28-Dec-18. The metal bedframe that I ordered from her did not fit the headboard as she said it would. She adamantly denied that she told me it would fit. When the delivery person sent the measurements and a picture of the frame and headboard to her via text to show her the pieces did not fit, she told him to stop assembling & leave my residence because he was not supposed to assemble it. She adamantly denied that she told me that her husband would personally assemble the pieces for me. In addition, over the phone, she became extremely angry and irate. She was yelling directly at me, at the top of her voice saying a multitude of things that were not true and then she hung the phone up in my face.0n Friday 4-Jan-19, I received a TEXT from Sharie saying, I wanna apologize to you. I dont even know how and why she go to that point. Very disappointing experience.

After a bad experience at a previous furniture place I came across Luxe Lifestyles NYC on my searches on a Friday evening and visited the store on Saturday afternoon. I didn’t expect to see furniture that was our style GLAM! We were excited! Sharie was so helpful through our furniture shopping that we even learned about all these furniture places we didn’t even know existed. Sharie and her husband even went out of there way to deliver some pieces we purchased from her store that same night...now that’s great customer service! Her husband “ bob the builder” is also great! We walked out happy and with new furniture! We will definitely be returning customers! Y’all ROCK!!!

I contacted this store a month ago called many times and got vm after vm. Finally I get a call back a week ago from some lady. So tried to order some furniture and the prices were super high so I thought ok this should be good. A few days later I drive to the location and the store was closed and when I looked through the glass window the store was bare and cheap looking there was hardly any furniture. Dont let this company fool you there stuff looks flimsey and cheap and from the looks of it there never open and there website doesnt even work. Not sure about these reviews as they seem fake but your better off going to Noel Luxury Living in Houston on SW freeway. Save yourself the headache and money there not worth a penny.
