10 stars and 2 thumbs up for Olivia!! I visited the store twice in a week and was fortunate to receive fantastic customer service from Olivia. After another associate pushed myself and another customer off to Olivia, she still provided service with a smile. I sure hope Olivia is well compensated for doing her job and others.

World Market is a fun place to shop. Some things, especially heavy items tend to be less expensive here than on Amazon. We recently bought an oriental style rug from world market via online, and the discounts were so steep that I worry about them going under. This is one of our favorite places to shop in person.

Everyone was kind and helpful... Theres a sale on throw pillows and rugs until 2/18 and I think I will enjoy their rewards program. There are also fun novelty items and the soaps, lotions, etc smell great! I look forward to returning on another visit soon.

I wanted to use my $10.00 coupon towards fruit cake for the holidays. First of a there was a limited selection of cakes. Second, the cake was excluded from coupon use. So not only did I settle for cake that wasnt my favorite, but I also did not get discount either.

They have a cool selection of random things, and some snacks and candy from all over the world. There is also home decor and furniture. It is probably a good place for a gift, if you are into those sorts of things. I saw some craft beer and wine there as well.

Cost Plus is fully stocked with Christmas items from various places around the world. They have candies, chocolates, drinks, pastries from Europe and Asia. Fun things to browse and shop for gifts.

Usually a store is a place you go to buy a specific thing. This place isnt like that. I cant think of a single thing that I would go there to buy, but once inside I dont think anybody could leave without finding something that they just had to have. It is at browsers Delight. The only downside is at the cash register where the clerks seem to take forever before theyre ready to accept your money.

I love it. I love everything in it. I want everything in it. Just too pricey for most of the items I would love to have like large home decor items and canvas prints. I did all my Easter shopping here because of the unique and unusual finds.

I love this place. Theres always an awesome variety of little items to decorate your home with. Make sure to watch for sales and sign up for the World Explorer rewards program, though, because some prices are definitely high so its better to catch them during sales.

I love the items there and selection, but I was frustrated by the staff. I ran out to the store to get one item after I get the kids down, and I got there with five minutes to go before closing. The problem was watching the manager close the sliding doors as I was getting out of my car. I really needed the item, so I had to become that guy and bang on the glass. After ignoring me or mouthing the word closed, she finally came over to talk to me. I told her I had rushed there to make it before nine and it was still before nine, but she told me they were closing the registers. I told her I needed one thing and I knew right where it was, so she told me I would need to have it in two minutes. I ran through the store, got it, payed for it, and was done by 9:00, leaving before the other customers had all left. She offered no apologies or explanations and still seemed put out by it.Im frustrated that I was treated poorly because I put her out by wanting to shop there. I get that people want to go home as early as possible, but business hours are business hours. I shouldnt have to tap on the window if youre open, and I shouldnt still be treated rudely when I make an effort to get through your store quickly. I just think about how I would have been handled if I tried to close my store early when I worked sales...Anyway, nice selection, but staff doesnt seem to like my money.

I love this place its kinda pricy but it has a wonderful variety of unusual products. Gift from there have an automatic I was really thoughtful quality. The staff is great too, especially the little grey eyed boy, hes so sweet and always makes me feel welcomed and glad I shopped there.

I love that we got this store in Katy. I loved going to the one in Houston. There is such a variety of items that you cant find anywhere else. Definitely a place to check out if youve never been before.

Cost Plus World Market is a very interesting store that has a lot of wonderful things and I found my hello kitty journals and a very wonderful blue fish bag too.

Shopped here on this past Sunday aka Memorial Day weekend and the staff was awesome!!! They went above and beyond to locate my dining chairs and secure my sofa purchase that was reflecting as being on the truck! I will be back to shop here again and kudos to the staff!

Patio table came with a crack through it. Accompanying bench came with very notable scratches. After calling in to get a replacement table, I called back to confirm the following day. They had no record of the previous conversation so I had or go through the entire process again to set up another replacement order. Delivery day rolls around, we are given a 1-5pm window. 5pm rolls around so I call in to check on the status. They pushed it to 7:30pm. 8:30pm rolls around so I have to call in again. They push it back again by another hour (or so theyre claiming). Damaged furniture? Fine, it happens. Dont follow that up with continuous terrible service. Shop elsewhere and save yourself the headache.I know they use a third party delivery service, but theyre still responsible for the services that they choose and are charging us for.

They have a good variety of furniture and decor items. They also have food options there that are difficult to find anywhere else. If youre looking for an international for and cant find it anywhere else, you might try here

The store its self is awesome. They have such cool items. From furniture, home decore, awesome coffee mugs, some food items from around the world and snacks. Even toys and other nick nacks. I do have to agree with others that the staff is not so helpful nor welcoming. Came in on Sept 10 late afternoon and one older white lady short hair just stared with an ugly look and didnt bother to ask if we needed help or anything. Another older white lady checked us out at the register and barely spoke any words to us, again not welcoming. She ask if we were members and we said no it was our first time to visit but we would of loved to know about the members Option but didnt even bother to offer nor explain it to us.

I love shopping here for items not easily available elsewhere.

Always a decent selection. Sometimes you cant find seasonal stuff 1 week after you bought it so buy it when you see it.
