Extremely satisfied customer here! We just had our two items delivered and assembled today and WOW - we are blown away by the beautiful furniture and the incredible service from the store to the assembly. Sean was extremely helpful and even gave us a deal that made our jaws drop. Unlike other furniture stores with sleezy and pushy salespeople, Sean genuinely cared about what we *wanted* and only recommended items that were actually relevant and within our desired criteria. He even shared his cell number so he could personally give us updates and coordinate the delivery (and free assembly) of our new furniture. He was responsive all throughout the process and literally met our every request. He even coordinated with our drivers the night before delivery to confirm our furniture arrived EXACTLY when we needed it to. My wife and I purchased a beautiful leather couch and added a bedframe days later, which Sean also coordinated to arrive on the same day (and time) we needed. We are SUPER impressed by MidInMod and especially grateful for Sean for helping us. If youre looking for affordable mid-century modern furniture without sacrificing much on quality/design, please check this location out. We saved nearly a thousand dollars on furniture VERY similar to what we wanted from West Elm. This place was amazing. We walked in and were impressed by the beautiful selection. The sales associate asked if we needed anything but mostly let us peruse around. We never felt pressured to buy anything or hounded by the associates. We had a couple of questions which we asked the gentleman who helped us. We ended up purchasing this sectional sofa for our living room and can’t wait to get it home!

So glad I came to this place. The sales guy Giovanni was really friendly, and helped me find what I really wanted. I visited three stores before coming here. They have quite rich collection of good quality furniture. I definitely recommend :)

I came here a few months back looking for a dining set and it was my first time here. The quality of furniture seem good but customer service was not! I was the only one in the store and the sales lady didn’t bother greeting me or ask if I needed any help. I was in the store for at least 15min and she was on her computer and going around checking up on things. It wasn’t until I ask her a question about a table that she spoke to me. I ended up not buying anything that day. Had she greeted me or ask if I needed help I might have bought some furniture. I ended up buying from a competitor store.

I went here to purchase a set of furniture for my living room. But in two minutes I found out this store is not the place to spend my money.1- no salesperson on the floor. Only men were behind the desk, and he was on the phone all the time and didnt care at all that a customer is in the store and tries to help them.2- the design of the store to me it looked like a pawnshop. No design at all. They just put all the furniture and sofas back to back.I think I can buy something better with the right advice from good salespeople in some other stores.

Im extremely happy with my Leather Sofa purchase. It is as they advertise, top grain genuine leather sofa. Delivery process was amazing from the start. Delivery guys assembled the sofa and put into room of my choice. Thank you Midinmod.

Great real wood replicas of classic mid century modern designed pieces

I have visited this location many times and Giovanni is a blast. I have bought here on three different occasions. One time I was just a little bit short on my account and couldn’t afford to get it delivered. Giovanni put my couch in his truck and brought it to my house for free when he got off from work that day. I am a MidinMod fan.

Ive been shopping for my new apartment and I loved the customer service here, at other furniture stores people would bother me too much and push things on me before I had a chance to look at everything and here they offered help but gave me the space I needed to make my decisions. Love the environment they answered all my questions and explained how I could finance if I needed to. I cant wait to purchase my furniture!

Poor customer service. I was the only person in the store, but the salesman couldn’t seem less interested in helping me. I had to make a comment about his lack of enthusiasm in order to get some attention. Apparently I was interrupting his time on the computer.Please find better sales people.

After searching all over Houston for a more modern look I came across midinmod furniture store, upon walking in I was greeted and staff had a lot of knowledge on the quality of their products.I purchased a dining table with chairs and was able to pick up same day at there warehouse location, I called ahead of pick up and they were able to assemble with no extra charge! Will be coming back soon.Excellent customer service!

Found a great chair at a good price!

This is a review I write 3 months after purchase. I needed a big solid wood dining table that could seat 8 chairs but something elegant and stylish. I was in love with their 96 Denver dining table. I matched them with Juliet Dining chairs. I think this table is going to look even better as it gets older with the natural wear, scratches and dents and stuff down the road. With that price, we feel like this was our best find among all the furniture we bought for our house. I wish I found you earlier guys.

Cute store but strange policies. I bought a sofa and love seat from them before. This time I purchased 2 dining chairs. Small $250 purchase. I planned on purchasing 14 more for my project if these worked. They charged my card, but before I could leave with the furniture, they made me sign a document about buying display pieces. Ok, no problem. I signed. Then they wanted a copy of my drivers license. This was quite invasive and unnecessary. I would have still given it to them just to be done with the process, but I didnt have my wallet with me (Im dependant on mobile pay and often dont bring my wallet with me to places). They couldnt make any exceptions. So I tried to cancel my order. Salesperson tried to convince me to drive home and come back with my ID. They dont have a concept of how they lost a customer. I have no intention of coming back. The manager said he cannot give me a receipt for my refund, but he will process it when he has time. Im still waiting on my refund.

It is far beyond the Katy traditional furniture showrooms especially leather line is not common for whole Texas. It is blessing to have such cool designs for every budgets. I bought a Broxton leather sofa, and its matching lounge chair for my office. I waited for sometime until i write a review to see if the furniture deformed or changed color etc. Its been 6 months, and although they are used very regularly, they are almost like the day I bought them. Good stuff, thank you guys.

This place has a lot of potential furniture that has its own style. Very unique. Pleasant people to work with.

I drive by MidinMod everyday since its on the way to work. Just recently a purple color velvet sofa caught my eye in their display and drew me in. I am not an impulsive buyer but I had been thinking of changing my sofa and i was really taken by that color, not something you can find in every furniture shop. I pulled the trigger immediately. Now its the center piece in my living room. I will certainly come back for their Indonesian end tables.

I am a huge fan of Mid-Century modern furniture and I dont think there is any other store that stocks this many midmod style furniture. I really love their velvet Fordham line, and velvet lounge chairs. For that quality, it sure is a bargain. The staff is very friendly. I used their new Snap Financing option that offers financing to nearly everyone. Great find.
