Great customer service. We purchased a living room set and the quality is good for the price we paid. Delivery was quick but the man stayed longer to give us useful tips in setting up our furniture. We recommend this place. We are definitely buying from here again.
Great price on a new couch for the kids renovated room in our house. Very inexpensive and the kids are loving it. Staff was very helpful, was odd that we couldnt order and pay online but not a huge deal.
Excellent all around experience! Mr. John is top notch in sales and customer service. Our first encounter was via the chat help to confirm item availability. Mr. John assisted me throughout the online sales and delivery process. He even called me after delivery to assure I was happy with the service and furniture. I love the new bed I got!! They didn’t have the one I wanted In stock but they immediately reached out to me and gave me so many details on what is closest to the one I wanted. I want to start off saying that the customer service was good but the quality of furniture here is just unacceptable. My family and I recently purchased a couch from Furniture Queen, and when the couch arrived the first thing we noticed was the lack of quality . Fast forward 3 months the entire wooden frame and base is completely BROKEN!!! Every time we sit on our couch the seat sags to the floor and makes this horrible screeching noise!!! I cannot believe we’ve only have had this couch for several months and its already broken !! The worst quality of furniture my family and I have ever seen !!
Love my furniture & customer service was great! Giving 4 stars because I feel like they nickle & dime you. I had to pay an $80 delivery fee & for them to assemble it, it would’ve been an additional $15 + tax.That should be included in the delivery fee. It could actually turn customers away from purchasing here.

I have bought from them in the past and had a great experience then and the furniture was good quality also. I needed some new furniture and quickly but because of covid everywhere was saying there was gonna be a delay of months! I was going through a lot and was extremely stressed but when I talked to Sylvia and told her my situation she worked MAGIC!! She was so sweet, funny and understanding and also was able to help me find the perfect pieces that I could get immediately! Days later the furniture arrived and the guys who set it up were great and so helpful! Needless to say I will continue to give them my business and suggest you give them a try!

The ladies were nice and thanks to the thorough review of the order we were able to see that there was a small mistake on the address and the issues was resolved immediately. The sofa came as expected and seems to be good quality so I’m happy with the overall experience and would definitely recommend.

Beautiful Darcy Recliner and Love seat. This brand is hard to get. We first went through Ashleys but their sale prices kept fluctuating. They couldnt honor a set price. Furniture Queen is amazing. We actually drove 3 hours to pick up our furniture. Their customer service is soo sweet.

Love furniture queen I have been a customer since they used to be a small location. They have the beat prices in town and good qualities brands like Ashley furniture. Everyone there is so friendly there’s no where else I rather go.
It was a very pleasant experience shopping at Furniture Queen. Everyone was very kind and helpful! I was able to get in and out with what I needed.
I came inside today and there were 3 staff all sitting at their desk. I waited a few moments then proceeded to say hello as I walked in. No one greeted me or asked if I needed any help whatsoever. I walked around the entirety of the store and the staff sat around talking still no one asked if I needed assistance. I was interested in purchasing a couch and bed set that I saw online. The delivery date was a little bit far for me but given if I was provided proper service I would’ve taken the offer. I had to literally yell across the store asking for help and even then they made me walk to them! I needed help in the area I was in at the store. The did another couple of color the exact same way and they left as well due to lack of service. Do not come here because you will not be treated like royalty like website says..

Ordered a Sectional and a 3 piece coffee table set, it was delivered timely and everything was well packaged. I assembled the items and needless to say am very satisfied.

Love this place! We got our dining table from here and we just got a sectional and it’s really good quality for the price. The dining table we’ve had for a few months now and it hasn’t given us any issues and the sectional we just received and it’s amazing so far! Their prices can’t be beat! I research a lot when we’re buying any furniture and they have the best prices hands down!
Never buy from this place. I haven’t even had my bed Frame for a year. I’m 7 months pregnant & my husband & I are sleeping & the bed breaks in half in the middle of the night. Here I am at 2 am writing this review. Not only was this really dangerous for my unborn child, but who makes a bed frame hold with staples???? Now I have one more thing to worry about. Buying a new bed frame while I have less than 2 months for my baby to arrive. Definitely not getting it from here

Absolutely great experience! We had been put through the ringer at Ashley furniture, waited two and a half months to get a couch delivered, when delivery day finally comes, they said they couldn’t get it up the stairs. So, after getting our refund we checked out Furniture Queen and I can confidently say that we won’t be buying furniture from anywhere else! The staff was so helpful and friendly, the prices were AWESOME, and our couch was delivered in two weeks! Do yourself a favor and check out Furniture Queen!

They charged me 3 times. !!! I still have not received my table and chairs. They said there was a glitch on the system. They said it was their fault the 1 St time. They charged me twice for the 2 nd time. I had ordered online fory table and chairs and made my card go way over the limit,,,, so till they correct it,,, I cannot buy anything else on my card.

I knew exactly what I wanted and she guided me through the process quickly and efficiently. She informed me that one piece wouldn’t be available to deliver until November but upon the initial delivery it had arrived. I had the bessttt experience with furniture queen quick easily and very professional. The delivery guys was so damn fast omggg I also had them assemble my things and they were the best as well. I also made my order about 3 months ahead to make sure the couch didn’t got out of stock (and I gotta say the couch is so pretty) it’s definitely worth every coin! I got a king bed set now it doesn’t come with the Chester which I thought it did but I didn’t need it anyway! But other then that I would definitely order again !!! My sales person was on point, she listened, offered examples, and helped me to get exactly what I wanted and needed...and stayed perfectly within my budget AND even included delivery. And their delivery guys are the greatest. Super nice, on time, respectful, clean and made sure I was happy with everything prior to leaving. Couldnt ask for a better company to shop with. Im so happy I found Furniture Queen.Before I went to this furniture store, I went to 6 others, with no luck, rude sales people, rigged delivery, or terrible / limited selection and overpriced furniture.The only other store I see giving them a run for their money is Conns... and thats because they sale electronics.
My husband and I happened to drive by Furniture Queen and decided to stop in and we are so glad we did! We were looking for a large dining room table and we found the perfect one, for the perfect price and it’s absolutely beautiful! We were told it would be a week until it arrived at the store (we chose to pick it up ourselves) and it was actually there within 2 days! This is my second time purchasing from furniture Queen and it will not be my last. My first purchase was a bed and this time I purchased a recliner for myself. The recliner is so comfortable!. It took a while for me to get the the recliner but Im so glad I waited. And I want to thank everyone at Furniture Queen. In my opinion everyone seems to be nice and caring. And because were in a pandemic I did not even have to set foot in the store for my recliner. They took care of me by phone and online and after purchasing I just pulled up to the back of the store and received my furniture. Furniture Queen you guys are King!

I love my Dinning Room Set, but sadly I will never shop here again, the lady who “helped” me I believe her name was Jennifer, she was so rude & I can tell she judged me and my boyfriend, I was asking a lot of questions bc I wanted to look at all my options, she was dismissive and not a welcoming person at all, I caught her wispering to another employee about me, but once I choose my table and handed her the 700$ she knew she had judge a book by its cover, I can honestly say I’ve NEVER been treated worse by a Sales Rep in my life .... they’d be better without her there, I’m actually trying to reach out to corporate as well about this ..

I purchased a full size bed for my guest room and the delivery men had excellent customer service and had the bed up in what seemed less than 30 minutes. From the purchase of the bed in store to set up they all did amazing and had amazing customer service I will definitely be stopping in again for more furniture.

The the furniture itself is well priced and very affordable. Quality of items are also acceptable. The problem with my experience with this business was the lack of communication and miss direction. Ordered a sofa set back in early September, they claimed it wouldnt be ready till first week of October, We purchased and waited and the week of delivery we were told it was running late. Again we waited only to have to call in ourselves to get told a piece is still missing but we can pick up the rest, they assured us it was on the truck are ready to be delivered. One week later and no item plus they said its not even scheduled and no date of ETA is available. It is understandable for covid 19 to have an impact on deliveries but it truly feels we were lied to about our missing piece being on the truck to get us to pick up the first portion of the order because they dont take returns. Please be sure you are committed to the purchase before buying overall the experience has been frustrating and disappointing, my living room now has a gaping hole in the center of our family room. It is a shame to have good items at low prices with poor communication and lack of trustworthiness, sprinkled on top with a overall apathetic attitude to get what your paying for. If you are shopping here please make sure your complete item is in stock and Be alert and wary of term its on the truck and make sure your whole item is available for pick up. Sales staff is hit or miss. It will be easy to identify who cares and who doesnt.

Decent furniture, terrible service. Upon entering, not spoken on word to even though the gentleman was sitting at the first desk (Yes with a customer, but still takes just a split second to say welcome). I approached after finding a sectional of my interest, still helping another customer, so I asked was anyone else working, apparently they were still in the restroom (since I first entered? I had already looked around the entire store, spent maybe 15-20 minutes). I sat for literally a second and decided Im leaving, I wont spend my money where customers are not appreciated. The man seemed happy helping his Trump supporting customers, maybe my kind isnt welcome so Ill take my money where it is. :-)Sincerely, now an essential worker determined by Trump, Houstonian Teacher.
Karlene really made my experience fun and easy especially with everything that’s going on in the world. Every time I walked in I was greeted and free to roam without feeling pressured to get something. The prices are reasonable compared to other places with the same great quality. I finally made my decision on my third visit (because I like to really think about big purchases lol) I committed to an oversized recliner that I gifted to my aunt (she loves it). Shipping was pushed due to the pandemic but did not take a long time at all, pick up was easy. The entire place is well kept I wish I would have known about this gem sooner. I would definitely recommend and will be back.
