I rarely write reviews but after less than a week of my purchase, the buttons on my royal sectional have popped which now causes wrinkles. DO NOT SHOP HERE! I don’t have kids or pets and take good care of my purchases especially when it’s almost $1,000!! I’m just baffled at the quality of what was sold to me but maybe that could be the reason why the items on the website are discounted. If you’re looking for TRUE/REAL quality furniture, DO NOT SHOP HERE! If you decide to shop here, don’t invest a lot of money, you might regret it and the owners will not care or help find a solution. I suggest you pay an additional elsewhere to get proper quality. I had high hopes but must say that I am extremely disappointed. Personally, niceness when making a purchase might help in my decision BUT honesty in the quality of what I’ll really be receiving is always appreciated and that just wasn’t the case here unfortunately. This actually should be less than a star for the quality and materials used - YES, it’s that bad!!

We contacted them, they were prompt to answer all our questions, we ordered at 4 they were in my house by 6:00. They delivered and installed the same day.
