I have been trying to rectify a situation where the delivery team damaged my wall and baseboard delivering furniture this summer. I have called and emailed upwards of 7 times to no avail. I received a call that someone would follow up with me and it took months before getting a response. The delivery team finally came back out, took photos of the damage, and then I was told someone would schedule with me in two weeks for repairs and that did not happen...this was in June at this point and the pieces were delivered in May. I called the store and left another message with management and my call was returned and that was literally about 4 months ago. This was a new home so we had the repairs done ourselves and were told wed be reimbursed. I sent the receipt to management at the main office and no response. I followed up again in September...still no response. Tried via phone in October and left a voicemail...nothing. This was our first shopping experience at Bel and the last. I am also sending a certified letter to corporate. An experience like this with no follow up or follow through is just unacceptable. Steer clear of giving them your business.

At first i was happy especially with price but I’ve only had my furniture for a WEEK and it’s already broken !! So this saying it’s made cheap which is why it’s so cheap ! It’s Saturday they can’t have no one bring a new one til Wednesday and I’m pregnant!! Horrible how they handle and resolve things

Customer service girl is weird and mono tone they clearly don’t have any type of education/degree/training. And the people who bring the couches out don’t speak English they just point at you and the item and the paper. No communication. Also they sold us a couch with no legs and we have to pay the cost to go get them. The customer is the only one that suffers from their negligence. This company needs to close. Horrible service from every department.

Worst customer service department ever!!!!I bought this bedroom set in February and bed only lasted 2 weeks before breaking. I immediately called their customer service department and spoke to the “manager” Margarita. She had the worst attitude I could not even express my frustration because she would automatically cut me off. I have been trying to get a bed frame repaired for months now and have been in continuing contact with Margarita because the whole office refuses to let me speak to anyone else about this matter .A service technician named Oscar has come to try and fix the bed frame 3 times and has not yet been able to fix it. I have now wasted several days off from work trying to resolve this issue and yet again today the issue has still not been resolved. I am a single mom who cannot afford to keep taking days off and I am tired of sleeping on a mattress on the floor with my daughter only because of the terrible customer service I have received. At this point I am demanding a full refund I need the money to purchase a bed elsewhere. I am beyond tired of dealing with this furniture store and hope this issue gets resolved ASAP..

This is the worst furniture store. I bought a patio set, you know, one that is meant to be outside, ON A PATIO. Well the glass tops are black and began to peel within a year. We had it covered and all. The manufacturer said it was not a defect. Bel said they could do nothing for me. This place is a joke and Margarita does not know what customer service is. Shes follows a script and then says sorry Im just doing my job. Customer service goes beyond that. Finding solutions to issues like these is what customer service is about, not antagonizing customers with a hard stop and talking in circles not really answering any questions. She could not tell me what was covered. What a total sham. She is not worth what they are paying her. I am not sure how a corporate office will allow this type of behavior. The worst in all of this is that this post likes all the rest will fall in deaf ears. Very sad. I will never be back to Bel and will tell everyone I know to avoid them like covid-19!

My experience as a Bel Furniture customer has been horrific. Traumatizing. Embarrassing. For 3 months, I communicated with Margarita, supervisor of customer service, in order to receive my repaired furniture. I’ve been without my sofa since June 8th. Within these 3 months (almost 4 on October 8th), no courtesy calls were made. Deliveries scheduled were cancelled same day. Phone calls were not returned. And nothing. Nothing was offered to compensate me for all of the inconveniences.Finally, after no calls were received on September 9th or 10th, to confirm delivery of my sofa, I had enough. I went to the corporate office and demanded a refund. Margarita, along with others in customer service, told me that I would not be able to get my refund and that I would need to go to the store. After refusing to leave the property, staff called the cops on me. Once the cops got there, Margarita THEN scheduled to have my furniture picked up on September 24th and told me my refund would be processed as early as Monday, September 27th. Once she sent an email in writing stating the dates and time to retrieve my furniture, I left.Today is the 27th. I called customer service to change my banking information, only to be told that I would have to change my information with Progressive leasing. I then called Progressive leasing and they told me that Bel Furniture would have to issue the refund. I called Bel Furniture back, before closing and left a message since I kept being forwarded to voicemail.After my experience, not only am I seeking a refund, I’m also seeking a free living room set. I’ve referred so many people to Bel Furniture. People who actually bought living room sets, rugs and mirrors. THIS IS NOT FAIR!SOMEONE besides Margarita NEEDS to contact me. My home has been incomplete since June. This whole situation has been a strain on my mental and emotional health. For whatever reason, I still have faith that SOMEONE in the company cares. Please make this right.

Steve car is a blessing he deserves 5stars and should be promoted, everyone else is incompetent!!! Starting with Margarita she needs to be fired ASAP!. Sarah is just as worst I’m not sure either of them should ever be in a corporate office again. You guys really need some management training or learn communication skills. This was by far the most horrific purchase I’ve ever made.

The customer service is terrible, they talk to you very badly or they cant even take your call as soon as I bought my bedroom set 2 months ago and everything arrived defective and now they cant change it or see it. I do not recommend it at all, never buy your furniture here.The furniture they sell here does not work, they arrive defective and then they do not want to fix anything, the pieces fall off you can see here in the photos and I only bought it two months ago

Margarita called me from corporate offices today due to missing parts in my delivery.She was so rude, I couldnt believe she held a corporate position. My experience with bell furniture had been pleasurable until. I had to deal with her. I couldnt believe she held a corporate position. She definitely need to be demoted or retrained in customer service because dealing with her you are guaranteed to lose plenty of customers.

I bought my couch from here. I’ll never pay original price. This place has variety of furnitures. Some has a bit wear and tear but unnoticeable. You can ask for further discounts from display price. Delivery is very fast either same day or next day delivery.

Christina greeted me and my husband when we walk through the door and showed interest in helping us. She has great customer service, was very knowledgeable about the items. My husband and I came there to purchase mattress not only did we purchase matches but we also bought a patio furniture set due to her expertise and knowledge in what we wanted and the quality of the item. Shes a great associate and I definitely look forward to her helping us again in the future.

I give this store zero stars but that is not an optionMy husband and I ordered bedroom furniture in November 2020 we finally got it jan 12 2021 in one week our bed collapsed my husband had to fix it so we would have to a place to sleep i sent pics to the store and nobody called me nor the manager and when i called the so called corporate number in Katy the woman told me that there was people ahead of me getting there furniture fixed before their year end warranty was up. I said and my furniture is one week old and she said i have you down for Feb 12 2021 and reminded me that they would not replace anything. So as of right now nobody has showed to fix the bed or to give an estimate. its Feb 12. When i said i wanted the bed replaced she said very rudely i told you no on that. So i guess i will be calling them again or just hire a lawyer

Poor customer service. Ordered a full sz bed frame and had to pick it up from the warehouse. The rep wrote queen sz instead of what I ordered. Didnt realize I had the wrong sz until I got home and assembled it. Was told had to unassemble, bring back to Katy Mills warehouse to get right sz. I cant be mad, though at nobody but myself. Thanks Bel Furniture for the lesson. Never shopping there again.

This place is horrible bought a bedroom set and a sectional not even I month they both broke and they’re saying it wasn’t there fault so they won’t fix it. The first week of getting the bed it broke they came and patched it up then the headboard fell broke. The furniture isn’t good quality it’s very cheap material I’m about to file a lawsuit if they don’t come fix the furniture or give me a refund.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️.

I ordered a chaise and headboard from here. The headboard came damaged and the chaise did not come on the day it was set to arrive. I called the warehouse to find out what happened but they didnt know. The next day they stated they would deliver the chaise between 12 and 3. However, they called me at 2pm saying they were 15 minutes away. 15 minutes went by and no one showed up. At 3pm I called to find out where they were and they told me 7 minutes away. 7 minutes went by and they were not here. I called the office back at 4pm and Melissa stated she had spoken with the driver and he said they were 20 minutes away and if they didnt show up to call her back. Well, they didnt show up so I called back however Melissa was unreachable and no one answered the phone in the delivery or customer service department. Melissa told me the delivery fee was waived due to the inconvenience. That was a lie! The drivers showed up 2 hours later. They attempted to assemble my furniture outside in front of my door on the ground. Just nasty! I called the office last Monday to find out why they did not come to replace the headboard but no managers were available. I spoke to Melissa, Vanessa, Margarita and left a message for Sara in which she ignored and never called back. Margarita stated she gave Sara the message Thursday. The have already been paid for the items which is probably why they do not care about satisfying the customers. It is a scam to masquerade damaged furniture as brand new. I asked to speak with Sid the owner about this issue but Troy the district manager asked if he could help. Two days went by and he stopped answering the emails. These people are disgusting and the owner is a fraud!

This is the worst furniture store ever I was told by multiple people not to deal with them but gave them the benefit of the doubt. I bought some furniture that they said they had which end up turning into 3 weeks no call or furniture delivered when I call to check on it for the 3rd time they tell me they dont have it after saying they had and taking my money. Now I want a refund and they say they have to get a approval from coparate and that takes 3 to 5 days and gone be a fee. Do not purchase anything from this place!!!

Worst !!customer service, sent my couches for repair, beaumont bells manager told me it will take about 14days its been over 3months without my couches, everytime i call they dont know when they will be ready, no one knows, the katy location guy who does repairs is not there most of the time, they always say we will ask him tomorrow and give u a call tomorrow, and theynever call back i have to call them, i have called over 20 times to ask for my couches and its always the same answer we dont know when, they cant even tell u a date when your repair its going to be ready,And now i see im not the only one who has this problem so dont waste ur time

I ordered a chest from Bel Furniture Webster on August 30, 2020 and was told that it would be delivered with my king bedroom set purchased from Bel Furniture Sugarland on August 28, 2020. Delivery was scheduled weeks later for September 22, 2020. I receive 2 phone calls a few days prior to delivery to confirm delivery of all items purchased. The day of delivery, the delivery guy told me he did not have my chest. He called a woman named Margarita at the Corporate office and she was rude, unhelpful and did not offer any help or resolution. Be mindful when purchasing from Bel Furniture!The Manager, Rick, at Bel Furniture Webster called to apologize for the error that he made because he finalized my purchase but failed to link it to my other order. Rick offered to deliver my chest in 4 days and stated that was the best resolution he could offer. After waiting almost a month, I’m told I need to wait a few days longer because of an error made by the manager of the store!I’m very unsatisfied and upset to say the least!

This place is horrible. I do not recommend. Never delivered our couch. When we set up our bed, screws were missing. I drove 40 minutes to get the screws they never gave me. They took over an hour to give me 6 screws. Very rude and unprofessional.

One of the worst quality product ever. Bought a couch and within a month or so it ripped. It took 2 weeks for someone to come and check and another 2 for them to pick it up for repair. After a month and a half they were finally done, after calling them numerous times. Their delivery took almost 3 weeks and again within 2 weeks after receiving the repaired couch (repairing was poorly done, I could see the bad quality of the stitch) it ripped again. They can’t do anything until the tech comes and looks at it, which is going to take 2 weeks. DONT SHOP HERE

I will never purchase anything from this place ever again.. My husband and I purchased a sectional and within five months one of the pieces broke and we had to Bring back so they could send off to be fixed,in which it took eight weeks. Keep in mind we have a year warranty. Now the main section of where we sit is completely broken and they’re telling me they have to send off to be fixed. I live in Beaumont Texas and the assistant manager Tiffany is very unprofessional when it comes to customer service. Now we have Christmas coming up are we supposed to sit on the floor and wait for our furniture for another eight weeks is my question.? And by Tiffany I was told well that is our company policy. I have been waiting for someone other than assistant manager to handle my case no one has contacted me. And for the record the seat is caved in so it cannot be sat on. If I was able I definitely will show you people the furniture they sell to us. Broken after 5 1/2 months and now close to a year another part breaks in which is the main seating area. Very very very unsatisfied customer that will never recommend this place.

Representative took it upon herself to cancel my order and when I informed them I have an infant child and needed my delivery on the date that I paid for I was bounced around and ultimately given the ultimatum of having my furniture delivered a week later or refund. Worst customer service ever!!! My wife and I had spent over $10,000 to furnish our new home and they refused to sell us a extra night stand....Went in a couple weeks ago to purchase more furniture and the sales lady was very unprofessional...She was trying to convince to have it delivered and pay the fee instead of picking it up cause she didn’t want to crowd the warehouse which was very tacky in my opinion...I ordered a TV stand online and drove all the way from Humble, Tx to pick it up and it wasn’t ready for pick up...They said they were going to ship it to the Humble store and it has now been 3 weeks and it still has not been shipped...I called the distribution center and the lady claimed there was no record on the account of it being shipped...The furniture is nice and cheap but the customer service these people provide is horrible!!!!

I have had only good experiences with Bel Furniture until NOW. Bel Furniture headquarters have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased a bed Mid April, to my surprise the bed was defective. I called headquarters to inform them of the bed, the rude customer service agent had no empathy or respect for the issue. She scheduled a supervisor to inspect the bed on June 8. June 8 comes along and no one showed up, I had to call to figure out why no one showed to the appointment. The rude customer service agent didnt schedule the appointment and another agent had to reschedule for June 15. Upon inspection, the supervisor deemed the bed defective due to manufacturer reason. The supervisor stated he will replace the base board within two weeks. Two weeks passed and no call again, so I had to contact them again. The customer service agent informed me that the bed is no longer available and had to find a replacement bed. What I dont understand is why I wasnt contacted if they know they no longer had the bed. The rude agent also stated I had to pay a delivery fee on the replacement bed. Upon looking for a replacement bed, to my disappointment none that I was interested in. All I wanted was my bed repaired. I have reached out to the distinct manger, still waiting for a answer to this issue or at least a resolution.

Great place for inexpensive well made furniture. Their annual tent sale is fabulous. You can get fabulous bargains, often times up to 75% off of original price. Bring a truck! Otherwise you are at their mercy for delivery cost. Sales people are friendly and easy to deal with. No hard selling or in your face sales techniques. Which I appreciate.

As you can see on the video and the picture, I purchased this table at Bel Furniture on 11/21/2017. Just 4 days after the purchase, the table shattered into small pieces like a tomb hit the home. Hopefully, no one was home. I took the pictures to the office to report what happened. The lady at office told me to owner of the store is not here to assist me but she provided me an email to send the photos which I did. However, Its been 5 days I have not received a reply. Now I am concerned I lost the money because It looks like they are not gonna anything about it. I think to file a complaint to the consumer service protection about the incident. At least, they should have provided the contact of the table manufacturer to reach to but they dont. Please I advise to not purchase any glass furniture at all or at that store. They will explode and you are not going to get the money back.

I bought a couch from Bel about a year and 5 months ago. I also bought a 5 year warranty. Now my couch is broken. How within a year and a half I do not know. But Bel refuses to fix the couch even though it is under warranty. They will not fix the couch because they dont cover normal wear and tear. Well they should say that when you are selling the warranty to customers. Then I call the Corp office and of course the individual has an attitude. Please dont buy from Bel it is a waste of time and money! Dishonoring Warranty! False advertising!

The worst customer service. They have people waiting in an hour and a half to pick up their items, only come to find out that they go by first come first serve polcy. Meaning you will not be able to pick up your furniture if they run out of the item. The employees are completely unorganized and rude, they do not have a productive method to get people from the pick up center to the actual pick up location (which is also a mess) This place needs a ticketing system because its complete chaos over there.

WARNING! I had a terrible experience with Bel Furniture. The management at the Clarewood location is extremely unprofessional, the salesman lied to me in order to make a sale and the store manager will not honor it, the delivery crew drove off - left the furniture without my signature even after I asked them to take it back, the manager hung up the phone in my face, the company cares nothing about the satisfaction of their customers. The store manager would not give up the “hard to reach” district manager when asked in person after constant back and forth. If you do have an issue it is hard to reach anyone in corporate or upper management to assist you. AVOID THIS FURNITURE STORE!

I ordered a bed that was supposed to be delivered on Saturday. I made special notes in the delivery comments and they will not accommodate the notes you request I was not staying at home between the hours of 5-9 I told them I will not be at home and I knew the time I will be at home. I called the store to see when will they deliver it she told me a few more days and very rude. PLEASE READ. I would not recommend them to deliver a stick. On yesterday i experience with ding dong stupid Bel Furniture. My furniture was damaged before delivery, so refused to accept it. The deliver drivers refused to call the office to let them know and did not offer a resolution (sorry for the the issue we will have it replaced, or nothing) I was told to call corporate myself. Even worse when i stated that this is crazy meaning the situation, the driver helper aggressively approached me in my home and yelled you calling me crazy. To end this fiasco the they attempted to leave without a resolution, so I did stand by the driver door and said no you need to report this non delivery and get a resolution. The driver then spoke to his helper in spanish and he started walking off then the driver walked to the passenger side, jumped in the truck and drove off like a bat out of hell, stopped and picked up the the other guy and burned off. I called their corporate office today and it was a complete JOKE. Desiree and the Manager Sarah were as careless as the drivers. I know its a lot and really compacted to get my point across, but BEL Furniture hire anybody to deliver for them be careful, dont allow you wife to be alone with their drivers. Very disrespectful.

THIS IS ACTUALLY A -5!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I purchased two bed bunks and also buy a warranty back on December 2016. The bed got broken and I put in a request before the warranty expired. I was told by Sarah to email pictures of the broken beds for them to see if they can repair and if not it will be replaced. Sent an email with the pictures along with my information. However, I have not received a reply with the next plan of action. I follow up with another email asking about the status of my request at no avail. I finally gave them a call and spoke to Samantha and explained the above. At my surprise, she told me that my warranty expired and they will not do anything!!! I was shocked and provided her with the date I sent my request which was before the warranty expired!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She then suggested to send a technician to attempt repair and I would have to first pay $59 for transportation...if the technician cannot repair then they will not do anything because my warranty already expired. HOW NONSENSE THAT SOUNDS when I provided pictures and told them on the phone that the beds are not repairable!!!!!!!!!!! MY REQUEST WAS SUBMITTED BEFORE THE WARRANTY EXPIRED!!!!! WHY I AM GETTING PENALIZED IF I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY ACTION OR REPLY FROM BEL FURNITURE!!!!!!???? Appears that they let the warranty expired in purpose to throw that in my face!!!!!!! Im highly disappointed and shocked of their careless service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My girls are sleeping on the floor due to the broken frame and support!!!! I have never ever wrote a review and let go some things BUT THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You get what you pay for. Low cost, low quality. Had to return dining room chairs because of mismatched holes and poor QC making them impossible to assemble. They exchanged them for new oned right out of another box. Hope I have better luck with these..

I would of gave them 0 stars !!! I ordered 4000 dollars worth of stuff my couch broke after . My couches broke after 2 mnth. I had called right when I got them .I told them they were going to break. They picked them up for repair. At this time the pick up guy rammed the broken sofas into my new entertainment center. I called back quickly showed them the damage emailed pictures of what they did. They were going to send someone else to look at it. My husband was able to fix the damages so I told them not to worry about it. They told me my couches would be finished in 10-14 business days. I called after time passed. Then they tell me it was going to take another 10 days. I asked for my money or a replace set Because that was crazy. So for 3 days I was told I would get a call from the manager. I called again and got to speak to Sarah the online manger. Who told me the couches werent even broken,So why is it taking so long for them to get them back to me. She was really rude told me I could not get a replacement or a refund because I didnt report it when it happened . I did they just ignored it. She was rude and mean . She told me there was none else I could talk to she was the highest in rank. I was in tears after I got off the phone with her. So in other 10 days I will get back the couches that werent even broken . How would she feel sitting on the floor for 21 days. I will never shop online again at Bell . I hope the corporate office or the boss of Sarah the online manger reads my review and make changes so no one feels as bad as I did after spending all that moneyApril 23- After reading my review I got a post from the owner asking me to contact customer service to work out the problem. So I did and this happened they told me nothing was wrong with the couches normal wear and tearmind you I only had the couches a little over 2 mnths. So they were going to re stuff them and add extra support and I would be done Friday 7 days and delivered Monday .Still 7-10 days tell me how my problem was resolved. I waited 23 days to get the couches back that they said wasnt even broken. On top of all this I contacted the president of the company by email to express my concern and let him know how I was treated as of now still havent herd back. I will keep my post updated and post again Friday to see if the not broken couches get fixed.and get back to me. This review is solely based on the lack of communication for a repair. Our sofa was most likely already damaged when we got it however no one sat on that side of the sofa. We had a repair guy come out and said they would have to replace the reclining mechanism and he would have to see if they had the part or if it would have to be ordered and someone would call me and let me know. A week went by and heard nothing from BEL. I called and tried to speak with someone about it and left a message with someone and was told they’d call me back that day... still nothing! TWO WEEKS went by before we heard anything and we were told they had to come get the sofa and repair it in their warehouse. I was told they would be there to come get it today and go figure they won’t be able to. Excuse after excuse, poor communication and lack of customer service and now we will be without our sofa for god knows how long. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Will definitely not be buying anymore furniture from BEL at all which is sad because our sales lady was absolutely amazing and so we’re the delivery guys.

Bought some furniture 3 weeks ago but when i first brought it home there was a problem. Called the cust rep dept to let them know One rude lady told me i had only 1 day to voice complaints.I ask my wife if she was told that (cause shes the one that bought it i just picked up) she said no. Well 3 weeks later i looked at my receipt and it says 72 hrs so why was i misinformed. Nothing i can do about it now needless to say i wont be buying anything ever again

Went to the tent to see what deals they had. No one was there when we arrived, but two guys came out after about 5 mins of looking around. We found a dresser we wanted but they would not sell it without being in a set. Saw another one that had damage but they would not discount for the damage. For the tactics I could have just gone to a traditional store.

Stay away from bel f! The furniture is horrible it is the worst cheapest quality. Dont get fooled by the looks. The stitches and staples came off within the first few months. Also the bottom of the recliner came off as well. This place sucks when I spoke to customer service they told me they cant do nothing but to send someone out here for the 6th time but this time I will be charged. Its total bs! Dont waste your time or money.

Pretty bad customer service and lack of information shared at purchase. This distribution center is now located further out in Katy. Ridiculous drive from their Webster store and the staff were rude. The pickup wait time was long for a busy weekend during their July 4th sale. Then, no hospitality in their waiting room besides a TV on the wall. No water, no coffee and no vending machines while you wait. My expectations on the furniture are not high.

This business has a terrible delivery option. They dont offer a 3-4hr. window like other legitimate furniture stores. I cancelled all plans on a Saturday (including renewing my passport) to expect my delivery. All I got was a call that the driver had an emergency and would not make it. I was not offered a solution; simply a problem. I was expected to cancel everything on Sunday to wait again. That is the most unacceptable option. I dont understand why theres no back up plan or a scheduled delivery for those whose furniture you failed to deliver. Now, I have been waiting for a refund close to 2 months. When I call to inquire about it, noone answers and I have to leave a message. The lack of responsibility, competence and customer service is beyond miserable. Avoid this business at all costs!!!

Horrible customer service. I ordered an item off line and had to call to get a pickup date and location. I was givin the wrong address twice along with being hung up on. Once at the warehouse it took 45 minutes to locate my items ... Definitely wont be spending any more money with Bel Furniture.

I Bought some bunk beds in 2016 unfurtunally one of the side rails broke, I have been calling for more than 6 months to order the damage part or have it made as usual they keep telling me they will every time I call they keep asking for the measurements which i give it to them hoping they will do it because thats what I have always been told as always I call 1 week later just to make sure its ready and till this day I keep waiting for it, Ive called so many times trying to find out whats going on and no one seems to help me. Ive talked to different people in store and thats counting managers which one of them was horribly rude his name was NICK, I have also called corporate and it seems I have been waisting my saliva because they say they will write notes on my file or whatever and they never do every time I call they always tell me that they dont have history of me placing any orderIve even emailed TROY which is one of the DISTRIC MANAGERS and i have not recieved a call or email back from him instead i got a called from another manager named EDWARD and the only thing that he tells me is to go in-store to take the damage piece and have it paid hoping they will order it or make itHOW COME THEIR JUST TELLING ME THIS AFTER BEING BACK AND FORTH WITH MORE THAN 10 DIFFERENT REPS every rep that Ive talked to I have asked them if I had to paid it before ordering it or if I could order it and just pay it before picking it up and they said yes that that was okey they never told me that It had to be paid off prior to ordering it or having it made its either they need to have more communication as a business or just get things together so they can be on the same page.I would never recommend this store to anyoneWorst experience ever

I’m NOT one to review but this is just too much for me to bear!!!! I order a sectional motion recliner seats (6 pieces as one) and for a moment I can’t wait to open the boxes. I pick em up and lo and behold! I got 2 right sided end piece recliners, no left side.I call about t and some incompetent chic tells me that if I need the left end piece I’ll need to return and I grill her back about how it’s my fault that I got the wrong 6th piece?...and why should I take the burden of returning it when the fault is theirs? Shouldn’t they have “courtesy customer service?”Then after awhile, they promise to have it delivered at my house for 10/10/17 and I even called off work. So all this time from 10/01/17, I’m sitting waiting and today 10/10/17 I call to confirm delivery and they tell me it’s set for 10/11/17! I’m just extrmely pissed oft bcoz I called in work today and now I have to wait for another delivery which the lady said won’t be until 10/20/17!!! She was unapologetic and unsympathetic and completely unprofessional just like the ones from before. Now I have to sit longer waiting while my living room just looks off!!!!To make matters worse, the furniture pieces easily come loose and if you happen to sit on the right end piece recliner and lean over to the right...be sure to find yourself tilting over or even perhaps falling out the chair! If they need to be moved/scooted over, the whole pieces come apart!I like the rich leather feel, comfort and reclining part of the furniture but over all I’m disappointed in the poor quality of furniture assembling and the below average; barely-there; lack of communication; and poor documentation; annoying customer service that bel furniture has offered.Bel furniture, you just lost me because I’ll never do business with you!The furniture gets 1.5stars, you get half (.5) star!!!!One helluva pissed off customer!!!!

BEL Furniture delivered me damaged merchandise. I set up an appointment to get undamaged merchandise sent to my house. The day before this appointment they called to confirm. They told me I would be given a time window on the day of ( which means you have to keep your whole day free). The next day I hadnt heard from them so I called. They told me they had called me twice to cancel. They then essentially called me a liar, and continually said that they had called me this morning to cancel..which even if they had was unprofessional ( canceling a delivery on the day of). I spoke to the Sugar Land manager, Danny. He told me he would find out why the delivery was canceled and to email him a detailed report. So I emailed him. He never responded. I called the next day and spoke to another manager named, Shadow she scheduled a delivery for yesterday ( 1 week from this convo). She assured me that the delivery would arrive that day and undamaged. The day came and the delivery men called at 8am and said that they would be there in 30 mins( so much for a heads up?). They arrived and interrogated me about the damage on the item. I told them it was all in the email. They responded by saying they never read it. Upon answering all their questions and showing them the merchandise. They said, oh well the one in the truck is broken too. I asked them why they would bring broken merchandise to a delivery and they got defensive. They started saying the drawers where child locked which is why they only opened from weird angles. I told them I knew that was a lie and they handed me a phone with customer service on the line. The lady was rude and essentially told me that she needed to let the drivers leave and they couldnt help me today. I tried calling customer service again and was told they would call me today ( which they never did). Shadow called me and expressed how sorry she was and offered me $100 compensation for the nearly $3,000 dollar set we bought. I told her that was an insulting offer, because after everything we had been through that $100 didnt even cover delivery costs. She proceeded to call me ungrateful and told me to calm down because I had no reason to be this upset. I told her she was acting unprofessional and she told me I think everything is unprofessional. She told me she had other customers to focus on. So being upset, I told her that I would tell all my friends and any customer I can not to shop there because no customer should have to go through this type of trouble. She then told me she was going to call the cops on me. So i told she was welcome to do that and hung up.
