Looked for a place where I can work and grab a coffee. This location was very cleans and had plenty of seating inside and outside. The tables by the walls have connections for you to lug in your computer charger. The baristas were very friendly and quickly got my order ready.

Very nice coffee shop! We had three different drinks and they were much better than the usual quick and predictable Starbucks. Coffee is definitely of higher quality, but the staff is just as nice and attentive. Loved the coffee, loved the chocolate croissant, and loved the trip. Definitely worth checking out a second time.

I have been a customer of the Katy Mills location since they first opened. I go every single day. Jay, Reagan and the rest of the Minuti team are fabulous! They great me by name, know my order and are very quick. Plus, their coffee is delicious! I’ve never had a bad experience. Give it a try…you won’t be disappointe!

My boyfriend and I have been coming to Minuti for about a year now. We love the coffee, the staff is always nice, it’s clean and a great place to hang out for awhile. We love taking our dog to get a puppy latte! Our only complaint is that it closes too early, especially on weekdays. We would love if this Minuti stayed open until 9 or 10 pm.

7-6-21 was my first visit to Minuti coffee on Ft. Bend Co. Rd. Katy. First I was greeted by the staff upon entering the shop. I informed them this was my 1st visit. I was helped in making my decision. I ordered pastry, which was warmed in an oven. They offered to put my sugar and cream onto my coffee for me. I informed them I needed to do that myself. Everyone there was so helpful and delightful. I will be visiting again.

This location has an amazing staff and has the ideal atmosphere. It is not only my spot personally, but we use their coffee in our work place because the quality of the coffee is tremendous. Highly recommend that anyone looking for something different and fresh give this location a look.

Came to this place for two reasons: 1- good reviews, 2- times of operations. However, I got disappointed with the quality of the coffee latte I got and later tea. The coffee came warm ( not hot), although I requested extra hot during the order. There was no nice decoration of latte as you usually see in good coffee places and the taste was so bad. It was as if I was drinking a watery coffee. The only reason I gave this place a 3 star is for its time of operation. It allowed me to have a 3 hour blocked time to do work on a late Saturday night. However, I won’t be coming back here, unless the Kona coffee or other nice coffee places are closed and I have no other choice.

The Moka ICE-O is a contender for the crown of mocha coffee blended drinks out there.I’d like to start out by giving the team kudos for the friendly customer service and additional praise for the nice and clean dining room.The dining room is themed with deep dark wood furniture, floors, and wall siding. Which makes for a mature vibe. The warm earthy tone is complemented with red accents on the two lounge chairs and long booth seating.The team brings the order to your table, unlike other franchises out there, which although a small detail, enhances the experience.The presentation of the drink was exactly as what you would see in an advertising. It was quite picturesque.The whip cream was fresh. Can’t express enough the disgust when you get sour whip cream.The chocolate drizzle was generously applied. Indeed. Instead of drizzle it was more like a soak. I’m sure my fellow chocolate enthusiast would appreciate that.For the actual Moka ICE-O blend, it had a good balance of chocolate and coffee. I’m not a coffee drinker, but I would say the blend seemed to have a mild coffee taste. I’ve had many versions of “Mocha Frappés” from different businesses over the years, and some definitely had a heavier coffee flavor, but this one from Minuti was lite. If you like a muted coffee flavor in your blended drinks then you may like their version.A few other positives.Plenty of outlets available along the walls. Think I noticed a pair of outlets at every table next to the wall.Lighting is not intense. It’s soft and combined with the natural light that floods the front from the large windows makes for a well lit space.Background music isn’t too loud.All in all, a good experience.I would definitely give them a second visit and a Local Guides genuine recommendation.If you read this far.Hope you enjoy your experience like I did.🙂Cheers

Coffee has improved vastly over the years and there are more coffee shops today, I believe, than at any point in history. The independent coffee shops are often the most fun and memorable, but there are some particularly good chain coffee shops and one of my faves is Minuti Coffee.This Minuti Coffee location is in Katy, Texas on Katy Fort Bend Road, a short walk from Katy Mills Mall, Typhoon Texas, and other local attractions. The interior is small and cozy, like a coffee shop should be, with seating for about 30 to 40 people. They have round tables, a long table with bar stools, and a few comfy chairs as well as outdoor seating, plus a drive through.Coffee is the name of the game at Minuti Coffee and coffee lovers will find all of their favorite coffee drinks here, including hot coffee, cold brew, espresso, lattes, etc. There are several other options, too, like the cold ICE-O drinks, which happen to be my favorite of all. They come in such delectable flavors as caramel, white chocolate, caramel hazelnut, strawberry cream, and others. If you’re not in the mood for coffee, they also serve Italian sodas, fruit drinks, tea, hot chocolate, and other drinks. And for food, you can select among snacks such as pastries, muffins, and scones. You can even get breakfast and lunch sandwiches and if you’re feeling like a chilly dessert, they serve Italian gelato.I have been to other Minuti Coffee locations and with each visit, I have come away feeling satisfied. This location in Katy is just as good as others if not better. I love the coffee infused drinks, but I love the ICE-O beverages best. They are sweet and quite remarkable. On those days when I’m in the mood for coffee, they have a really tasty Vietnamese coffee that I recommend, too.This Minuti Coffee location offers courteous service and the inside is clean and cozy. You can hang out with your laptop and study, read a magazine or book, chat with a friend, or just enjoy your drink and do nothing. It would be nice if there were more seating options, but that could change when the pandemic is over. Other than this small concern, Minuti Coffee on Fort Bend Road is a very cool place for coffee and small talk and I’m happy to finally have a location so close to my house.

I was a Starbucks customer for 18 years and when they shutdown for Covid, I had to find another coffee shoppe. The whole crew at Minuti has absolutely been incredible! The staff works hard to create a warm and enviting environment. Its never crowded and the coffee is amazing! Minuti has become my new favorite!

I needed somewhere to have coffee and study for prolonged periods of time that was spacious and not cramped. Im so glad I tried this place! Good coffee and comfortable space to study/work with plenty of outlets. If you get hungry there is also food, and (gelato? I think). The staff is also very nice. The only recommendation I have is to bring a hoodie or jacket. Its a little chilly!

Was asked to leave if we werent going to buy anything while we were sitting reading a book.. Our group of three had already purchased coffee from here today, and was just waiting for one of our party to finish up.Terrible customer service experience!!!!In response to the franchise owners comment below. As EXPLAINED to you, we had already purchased bevarages from your establishment and were there waiting on a member of our party to get to a stopping point with their work. My drink cup still had ice in it out in my truck. *Also, just to clarify, we did not ask for a refill or anything like your Olive Garden Analogy, but your employ did explain people were not welcome to even ask for waters (which we didnt, but wanted anyone reading this review to know!)Your justification of terrible customer service has just added to my resolve to share the experience everywhere I can!Also, your store hade 4 other people in it at the time, 3 guys at one table and a girl at another. . There was no hustling, bustling line so no valuable space was taken up. We were not impeding your business, but I can promise I will never give you another dime!Its a shame too, your coffee is great, too bad the same cant be said for your customer service, or business acumen.

I use to come here all the time last summer when I worked across the street at typhoon . Its better than Starbucks because its fresher, tastes real and it costs the same

I’ve mostly tried the frapuccinos and they’re always the best, great taste. Staff is friendly and the manager on duty is very friendly. i love that they have milk substitutes and a variety of choices for every taste. Always love to go, the vibe is very relaxing :)

Absolutely loved the Caramel Shakerato iced coffee holy cow. Its a perfect mix of coffee and caramel but be warned you will get that coffee flavor its not all sugar and cream. Its coffee awesomeness.

Best Dirty Chai in the business! I always get a an underflavored, watery mess from other cafes, but Minuti never fails. Theyre also so reasonably priced compared to other chain coffee cafes! Glad that after my college campus closed up shop, this one had opened just 5 minutes from my job 😄

Service is incredible! It was my first time and they introduced each item carefully and explained what it was. I had the dirty chai latte with soy milk (a healthier option) and it tasted creamy and not too sweet! I will definitely be back!

One of the best coffee spots in Katy. It is really good for studying and being able to focus at the same time. Such a nice atmosphere and not too much people here all at one time. Very clean as the employees take care to clean every inch of the store. Overall, I will be coming back here for the rest of the summer!

Great place for coffee and muffins

First time there. Only customers there. Arrived 20 minutes before they closed. Had a creme drink that was half gelato and half frappicino. Tasted great. My guest and I sat outside and was told we had to leave because the open access patio was closed. Service and friendliness left alot to be desired.

This place has good coffee. The pistachio muffin is very good. Also, the service is fast.

So...I have been waiting for this location to open up and then the whole COVID thing happened and opening got pushed back. My son and I are huge coffee and tea connoisseurs and have been a more than a little disappointed with Starbucks burnt roast coffess. However, being the only decent coffee on my way to work, I had been dealing with them for years. NOW MINUTI!! The owner(Junaid) is super nice and acknowleged me while I looked at the menu. Tyren was at the front counter and working as the barista and Rhea was in the drive through. Everyone said hi while they were busy doing orders etc. I had a question about a couple of things and the owner answered my questions and even gave me a small sample of a coffee to try. I ordered a caramel macciato for someone at work and giganti cafe latte for me. They were both fantastic!! the coffee was made with their Oro blend which isnt super strong as Rosso but stronger than their Americano. You can buy them as have them ground as well just FYI. Super clean facility, comfortable sitting areas inside and out. Most places are corporate trained and everyone at most new places SEEM super friendly then a month or two later they fall off. I dont suspect this with this location. Everyone was genuinely concerned in helping me. I bought a reloadable gift card as well where you can get a free coffee every 5 loads or so. SUPER PLEASED with EVERYTHING! I WILL BE BACK multiple times! Will update after I have tried all shifts and all employees.

This had to be the weakest coffee I have ever had. This is nothing that I would have expected from “Italian” coffee establishment.
