Ive been to my fair share of Starbucks stores, and I have to say this one might have the most fun and friendly staff. I walked in on a Wednesday morning and was greeted by several staff members. They even came by to ask if I needed anything else while they were wiping down some tables. A great place to start your day!

Ordered the strawberry açaí refresher with extra strawberries and this is what I got. Very disappointed. I didn’t even get half a strawberry just seeds and like 2 tiny pieces. Wait time was 20 minutes. If I had known this is what extra scoop of strawberries is I would’ve never waited

This is one of the best Starbucks out there. Its always clean (when Ive been at least). Staff is always friendly. You will always find a spot to park although the parking lot is usually littered with garbage for some reason. Overall a great place to go for coffee, tea, or whatever floats your boat.

Starbucks is a very wonderful restaurant where you can get coffee and tea too.

Very nice drive through service, the employee made small talk while I had to wait for the 4 frappucinos to be made.

Waited in line stuck and couldn’t move for 40 minutes and was late to work. The length of the line would have taken 10-15 minutes top at any other location

Currently in this Starbucks drive thru line……sllllllllllllowwwwwww 20 mins and counting. Go to the westgreen or either 2 of the fry road locations instead. So much faster👍🏻

So I just got home. And honestly this isn’t the first time this has happened with me.I feel like I’m drinking diluted milk I ordered a upside down caramel macchiato same thing that I always order from every Starbucks and this place never seems to be able to deliver it properly.These coffees are already very expensive so for them to not come out properly at each store is disappointing I’ve had so many problems with the store In particularly. Just make sure that the employees are putting the proper amount of coffee to milk depending on sizes. When I get a large, I shouldn’t only get the amount of coffee that would go in a small and then fill the rest with milk.

Good location, accurate and consistent but SUPER SLOW weekend drive thru during peak hours. WOW slowest drive Ive been to anywhere in TX, IL or CA LOL

This piticular Starbucks somehow always makes my drink to where 1/3 of it is foam with out straining it off. Every other near me does not have this issue.

Ive been to plenty of Starbucks before and this one is by far the best one as soon as I pull in the drive way they are so polite and in a positive mood,and when i get my drink the first sip is amazing I compared drinks from other Starbucks and this is the freshest one.

The baristas at this starbucks are the sweetest ever. Whenever I stop they always wish me a good day and tell me they like my makeup. My drinks are always made to perfection, even if I made adjustments to a menu item. Theyre the kindest people. I would definitely recommend to everyone!! ☕🍵

I ordered the crumble carmel frappichino. I was disappointed. It had the consistency of a shake. Not enough for ice crystals. It just isnt the same. The service was great and fast too.

This morning i walk into Starbucks to pick up a mobile order and another (hispanic?) man and i are standing there for the past 5 minutes or so waiting to be helped, i see that theyre busy so im patiently waiting... what really bothers me is the fact that a white girl walks in and the barista right away asks her first what name her order is under and tells her hes working on it and gives her her drink and COMPLETELY OVERLOOKS THE TWO OF US WHO HAS BEEN STANDING THERE WAITING TO BE HELPED.

Horrible service!!! Ordered thru the app and thought like other Starbucks. I could walk to the door and they would hand me my drink. But no!!! They said go through the drive thru. Cars are wrapped around the building double!!! Iced coffee from across the street. Use local small businesses where service matters. You could put a notation in the app the drive- thru is only open. $4 gone because of no way to refund. Lesson learned.

Just ordered an Americano for my wife. I am not a coffee drinker. I stood there and watched the barista fill the cup with coffee from the urn and then pour in some milk. Thought that was different. So I asked if he used cream and he said he did.Dont trust this store. They dont give you what you order.

My friend and I come here often before work. We usually don’t have any issues. The lady working at drive through this morning has messed up our order before. Unfortunately this has happened just about every time we’ve come. We are regulars and We work at the mall so this location is convenient but we as just gonna start going somewhere else.

Ridiculous!! Those young workers were running around in circles and making partial drink orders so 5 different people had only part of their order while waiting for the rest of it! No organization what so ever...I was in there for 30 MINUTES for 2 mochas!

Somewhat of a long wait in drive thru (10 minutes) but my wife indicated her quad late was great. My dark roast was tasty as well. Very polite people in drive thru

Basically forgot about me. There was a lady with her daughter in front of me and they left. Some online order came in and went then I asked did you forget about me? The batista that took my order said noooo...Im working on it now. Pfff....then its an iced Americano with a thin layer of ice that melted away while I was stirring it when I got in the car. Not good

It’s been poor customer at the Katy location due to lack of associates helping out. I go there Monday through Friday before work and lately I have been cutting back because it seems their priority is more for the online orders and not drive through orders. I set in line today 11/18 for literally 25 minutes and I only had 2 cars in front of me that caused me to be late for work. Unacceptable!!!!!!! I’ll never go to that location again and maybe not any other after the experience I had today

Everytime I go there, nothing is fresh. Just today ( September 3, 2020) they gave me spoiled milk in the caramel macchiato and a rotten strawberry in the strawberry açaí..

Starbucks always makes the best lattes and coffee they train their baristas very well

The stuff they were doing was neat to see, however, my caramel frappachino was not made right. It was missing the caramel in the mix on the bottom of the cup. Gave it a stronger flavor than I like.

Always so friendly! I have never had a bad experience. Even if I accidentally forget to say something and make a last minute change they are very accommodating. Also I love how late this Starbucks is open a lot of them close early making it hard for night owls like me !

WORST starbucks ever whenever I pulled up to order my drink the workers kept laughing while I was ordering and they kept asking me to repeat my order and I have no problem with that but it got annoying whenever they kept laughing instead of paying attention to my order and the worst part is that when I got my drinks they were wrong and they gave me such attitude whenever I expressed that it was wrong overall worst customer service ever .

We gave them our card, didnt expect anything but when they asked her name, I felt I had to give my baby her name in its best for her as she was the one we were celebrating/ mourning but here for......Today has been full of heartbreak. Please pray for our family!This past 6 months my 14 yr old bestfriend, Cheyanne began to slowly show her age. Shes always been pretty spry for an old lady as I would say.Here over the last couple months she had good and some not good days but here over this last weekend I was very concerned.She started falling more than here or there, she was losing her balance and legs alot along with other things. She was randomly shaking and was seeking comfort. I could see it in her eyes, she was tired and she was actively coming to me wanting comfort.We spent the weekend seeing quicker progression and it was scary, we had to have a family talk last night. I wasnt sure she would make it through the night. Once we all agreed that we felt her time was coming any moment, we continued to surround her with love. Kailyn slept in the livingroom with her and we talked about all of her memorable moments- silly, happy, funny and we never really had any sad.I adopted Cheyanne when she was 1 and Kailyn was 1, shes been with us through everything! Shes been there for tough, sad, scary & the happiest of times. She was my bestfriend.This morning we loaded her into my car (she always got front seat to herself) and took her for donut holes! She loved that for a treat. I accidentally drove passed the entrance and decided to get her a puppyccino at starbucks 1st. I ordered my drink then hers and they asked is your pup with you?, I said yes she is . They then asked whats her name?You guys, I was trying to keep it together knowing this was her last ride and we were taking her for her favorites! But when I answered I heard my voice cracking and I couldnt help but say her name is Cheyanne and today is her last day here I wasnt making crying noises but the tears just started falling as they are right now typing this. The lady told me she was so sorry and had recently gone through this too, she knew it was hard.I got to the window and they handed me a bag for her, it was a fluffy, fresh & warm croissant. Then I got her pupiccino & my drink, they all came and talked to her, showed me sympathy and kindness and wished us a blessed day & said our order was on them.That croissant was everything to her in that moment. She loved it! She enjoyed some of the pupiccino and a couple of the donut holes we went to get afterwards bc the kids were getting those too. Her belly was full but she was still so so tired. We had the sunroof amd windows open amd she was getting all the smells!I dropped the kids off at home, Cheyanne didnt even try to get out of the car. I think she knew.I drove her to the vet in the woodlands and held her hand the whole way, talking to her. When we got there it was very quick. I snuggled and talked to her face to face, head to head, eyes to eyes with my arms wrapped around her. She crossed the rainbow bridge within 5 breaths of the shot and I held, kissed and talked to her through it all and well after.Today has been a very hard day. I miss her so much already. She was and will always be my Chey Chey Almond Eyes 🌈🥺😭

Both coffees ordered came out weak with almost no flavor of the Expresso shots used to make them. Upon informing them of this it almost was a debate to get this corrected so we just asked for a refund. I will never come back to this location
