Pretty good donuts! I love to warm up donuts and they were even better warmed. Customer service is what I expect from a donut shop, decent but rushed. So overall get your donuts and enjoy.

Donuts were good. Couldnt go inside and look first but they are like the pictures a little too sweet for me but the apple filled was rocking.

Their donuts are like golden rings from heaven...or maybe they spiked the glaze with CBD oil. I tried leaving, but couldnt remember where I parked my car.

Not as great of kolaches as other Shipleys Ive been to. Totally different recipe by the taste and feel of it. Disappointing considering the value in chain restaurants is doing it the same every time no matter where you are.

I went through the drive-thru cashier forgot to give me my change call back 3 days no respond went back and was given Donuts for $14

When I went on a Saturday it was empty. Woulda liked a warm donut but it was still nice and fluffy after being made that morning. Employee was nice. Might try the drive thru next time.Good prices and yummy coffee n donuts!

Shipleys is my number one favorite donut shop, its so good after eating there once I literally dont like anyone elses donuts. I always order a pink sprinkle donut with a jalapeno kolache and a coffee.

Customer service needs work. Doughnuts are never filled consistently. Masks should be worn over the mouth And the Nose. Terrible drive thru set up

Why are the donuts so small at this location?!?!

The sign said HOT DONUTS! We went through the drive thru and ordered a dozen donuts. To my dismay they were COLD! I immediately went back and questioned them that if your sign says HOT DONUTS, then why give me cold donuts! The employee told me I would have to wait for the HOT Donuts! I waited and received them not piping HOT but instead Warm! Ill stick to the Ella location near Oak Forest!

Went through the drive-through asked for a dozen donuts and two kolache’s the lady at the register with the same gloves she was helping out for different cars grabs to kolache‘s and put them in a bag, I tell her to give me different kolache‘s because she never changed her gloves, she gave me an attitude close the window and started telling somebody else something, She changed her gloves and gave me two new kolache’s, we are going through a pandemic and she wants to be handling different peoples cards and cash and then touch food, that is disgusting never again will I be shopping here.

The drive-thru was fast. A hot coffee and a donuts in the morning aint bad. Employees were friendly and sweet. Loved their costumer service.

Ordered half dozen of blueberry cake donuts. Barely any blueberries in them. Also ordered chocolate covered donuts with nuts. Barley any nuts on top of them. Very disappointed in how stingy they are with there ways of making donuts. I have been to alot of Shipleys. And this is not there standards. Will not be returning.

I was really excited to have this Shipleys open up in my neighborhood. But sadly it has become the house of The Overpriced Donut.ALMOST $8.00 a dozen!! A cinnamon twist is now $1.79??? Yet another small business owner in Katy who thinks that because they are in Katy, everyone wants to pay high dollar for their goods. I truly hope they rethink their prices but thankfully we have another doughnut shop on Hwy 90 that truly has great donuts at reasonable prices.

Today makes the 2nd time I’ve gone through the drive thru and ordered jalapeño sausage and cheese kolaches and when I got home I found no jalapeños in them. I made a phone call to the store and the lady asked me to come all the way back up there. I told her I would not be coming back up there and I asked if she could comp me for the mistake the next time I came through and she didn’t understand what I was asking for. It irks me that people in these positions are screaming for 15.00 per hour wages and can’t even get the right product out the window. I was fabricating and welding oil field equipment for 15.00 per hour at one time. These jobs are not meant to raise a family on, I’m sorry! I will no longer do business with this store.

I went back in and they said that’s only the glaze donuts that are hot.So out of the 21 different kinds of donuts the only ones they think people want hot are just glazed? Fine indicate that so customers don’t waste their time !The sign outside does not indicate various kinds of hottness in any way fashion or form...misleading!BTW I got chocolate iced-, yuk because they were cold and stale & sent it back !they didn’t even offer to make it right.Just ‘oh sorry bout that’ !This particular location is a Rip OffF this place

Drive thru employee has a terrible attitude! I visited on 2/5/16 and this visit was the final straw. I dont need to start off my day with rude and negative encounters. I used to have Shipleys every morning before school, it was a slight tradition and it was my fav5favo time of the day, but I just went there today after not being in years and the experience was anything but what I remembered, service was subpar and she tried to double charge us for multiple items, because of this Ill probably be having to find a new donut place.

Find another location. Great donut chain with local history. Poor service, constant overcharging and order completion failure. Go to one of the established locations. 34th and ella is worth the drive.

I have been eating shipleys for 40 years and i have to say Im so disappointed in this particular places donuts . They put less filling in them than they have on a frosted one . I went in and showed them pictures of the dry disappointing donuts and gave them a chance to explain why they have less than a quarter sized gallop of filling not them and the lady at the counter said I have it on number 13 and that should be enough even when confronted with the photos I took . I then purchased another dozen ... mind you I drive a 18 wheeler and reside in California now and drove out of my way must find parking for a 70 ft oversized load truck and trailer to go there I open up 3 of the donuts in front of her and display the meager filling and she still claims this is how shipleys everywhere present their product. Im now forced to contact Corporate and show them what a sad state shipleys has become to save a couple cents perhaps less to make more profit on a already very profitable product . Customer satisfaction at this shipleys means nothing. I suggest you also either go to another shipleys or please take pictures of theyre supposed filled donuts and report them to cooperate as i am . Ill be posting reviews and very negative one on all social media on this katy shipleys . Thanks for your customer care counter lady . We will see what cooperate has to say about your filled donuts

Their donuts are delicious, but the employees constantly try to overcharge me for their benfits. They never give out receipts even though its asked politely. When I went today I bought half a dozen and half a dozen of kolaches, and they charged me for a dozen donuts, and dozen kolaches even though i couldve taken the 6 extra donuts and kolaches. I didnt, for they have constantly charged me like this before. So I asked for my money back which they told me I couldnt get it and offered more donuts. Me and my family eat at this shipleys every saturday and they sometimes charge me with things I didnt even buy but today it was a too much. So I advice you if you do consider eating at this shipley donut please ask for a receipt so they dont mess around with your money like they have done to me.
