Came in to get my damaged iPhone repaired. Rami was very nice and walked me through the whole process. He told me the repair would take 1 hour but he finished in 45 minutes. Very professional and quick to help. Price was fair. I’ll definitely come back here if I need anymore repairs (but hopefully not).

Dropped off my MacBook to get my screen repaired on a Monday. i was promised for it to be done by Friday. I waited until Sunday, then called them and Rami apologized for not communicating then told me it would take until the following Friday to fix. The poor customer service and lack of communication was very unprofessional, but i let it go. The laptop was fixed on the following Friday, 2 weeks later, and i was told that my batteries were swollen and needed to be replaced. So i paid for the screen repair then let them keep the laptop until the batteries were fixed. When i went to pick up my laptop after the second repair was done, i tried to turn on my laptop before paying for the service, and noticed that my laptop was NOT turning on. Rami claimed that my laptop was allegedly working the day before, but i DO NOT believe him. I believe that they knew my laptop was broken and tried to get me to pay for it, and take it home. He tried to convince me that this was a common problem and everything was fine, just a simple glitch due to the screen repair. I told him that this was unacceptable and i was NOT going to pay for a broken laptop, and He then offered to keep the laptop and try to repair the problem so i let him. A week later i get a call saying that because my batteries were swollen, it caused damage that would cost $95 to repair. Before i paid for ANOTHER repair, i asked for documentation from the tech place that my laptop was sent to and someone to talk to from said place to verify that what he was saying was true, and Rami REFUSED to disclose such information. He then told me, “I’m not going to put up with this, so i will take my batteries out of your laptop and you can just take it.” Once i finally got my laptop, there were NO batteries in it like Rami promised me over the phone. He then said, “i don’t make the rules, this is not my shop, it’s my uncles. He threw out your batteries.” I asked for the uncles name and to speak with him and he said, “he will give you a call, please leave and do not come back.” Of course, he never called. A HORRIBLE experience with TERRIBLE customer service by this establishment. I’m left with $330 down the drain on top of a broken laptop with no batteries. My laptop was in better shape before i left it with these people. Save your money and take your technology to a place that knows what they are doing. Very disappointed and upset. I took my laptop to “quick fix”, which is down the street from this pathetic place and the tech guy said no matter how swollen the batteries are, there’s no way that could’ve messed up the hardware. DO NOT COME HERE OR TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR TECHNOLOGY!

Called in with a problem on a dropped tablet. They looked up my model over the phone. They said it would take time to get the right part on my older model..but i wasnt in a rush. When the first part didnt do the trick they called and explained in detail what it would take to fix it. When the work was done i was notified and it works perfect. They were very eager and courteous.

I added a photo showing that I was on the phone with him right before I left the review and his lie of a response.This place is an absolute mess! I prepaid them ($100) to repair a charging port on an iPad. They said they would call in (2) days when the part arrived. I called today and they acted like they were confused about the situation. I asked for a refund of the ($100) and they refused. They want to charge a $50 restocking fee. The owner yelled at me on the phone and said I was lying about everything. Obviously, I am greatly disturbed by this and will have the bank reverse the charges.

I went to CELL +ER to get my Kindle Fire HD Kids 8 screen replaced before a long trip away. There were some issues getting it repaired well, but Sean did not stop trying. After many attempts to repair, he was quick to replace the item when the repairs didnt work. I know that sometimes we want things done a certain way, but they just dont always work out that way. But I admire a man who runs a business with honor to stand behind his word to fix what was broken. I would most definitely go there again.

Have these guys to fix my ipad screen and laptop screen. They fixed the ipad screen with a big bubble in the middle of the screen. Returned it for a fix. They keep telling me that battery is swallen so that it is pushing up and makes a bubble on the screen. They could not correct it and they gave it to me without even installing screws back on.They also told me that they changed the laptop screen which was originally touch screen. They told me that they fix the screen but it is no longer touch screen :) and damaged the entire casing of the screen.These guys are joke. You better take your goods to somewhere who knows what they are doing.Even 1 star is too much for them

The charging port just had dust and dirt in it - so there was no need to replace it :) Now I get to leave with a 100% healthy battery, with no extra cost for the charging port! Be aware of risks you take when having repairs. I took my iPhone11 Pro to CELL-ER for a screen repair. Everything was functioning as it should when I took the phone in. I just wanted a fully intact screen. They were upfront with me that they were not an authorized Apple dealer so the replacement screen would be a third-party replacement, but everything would work fine. I noticed immediately when I started to use the phone that Face ID could no longer be enabled. When I tried to call them, I had no audio. The next day CELL-ER was able to restore audio for phone calls but the Face ID could still not be enabled, so it was suggested by their repairman that I take it to an authorized Apple repair location, which I did. It appeared that the cable to Face ID was broken when CELL-ER replaced the screen. The only way to have a fully functioning phone at that point was to replace it, which I then did immediately, relinquishing the damaged device. The only compensation offered by CELL-ER was a $30 credit towards future repairs,which is a fraction of what I’ve spent. The reasoning they gave me for not offering additional compensation was because I no longer had the device which THEY damaged in the process of screen replacement. So, now I am out the funds I spent at CELL- ER *AND* a replacement charge, along with the inconvenience of dealing with this for the past three days. No worries CELL-ER, you won’t be having to make good on that $30 credit. I’m not willing to completely risk my electronic devices to your services again.

Did an excellent job with screen repair. Very fast and friendly service! Every other place I have been to demand your password and over 1 hr to repair screen. Cell ER did not require any of this and repaired my cracked screen in about 20 min. They were also very kind to me when I damaged my screen about 2 weeks after repair, even thou the damage was my fault they worked with me to give me a discount. Pulled up as he was locking the door...he immediately welcomed me in, assessed the problem and replaced my screen in 15 minutes while I waited. Costs was 30% less expensive than anywhere else I checked.He was responsive and attentive to my needs- what more could a customer with limited time and opportunities to stop and have this type of issue resolved. I was told to come back if I experienced any problems and told me his days and hours in case I need to return.Extremely impressed- especially in this day and age of dwindling customer service. I took my Galaxy Note 8 for screen replacement. They fix it and my phone is now like new. After providing some symptoms, they offered the best solution, ie, no just the glass but the LCD too. Service was fast. Definitely I would recommend this place.

Beware if this establishment. My husband took my Apple Watch for a cracked screen repair and 2 days later the entire face of my watch fell off! $182 down the drain because they said there was nothing they could do without me paying for more out of my own pocket to fix. Cracked my iPhone 11 screen this morning after only having my phone a few weeks. It was the first time I’d ever cracked a screen and I was pretty skeptical on taking it somewhere other than Apple. The store was clean and the guy helping me assured me that it would be like new when he finished. He even offered me a discount on the work and it was a great deal compared to what friends and husband thought based on previous experiences. I gave him my husbands number and planned on going the day without a phone. It must have been 10 minutes later and he called, honestly I thought it was going to be that the condition was worse than he thought and he was actually calling to say he was done!! It was a pleasant experience, well priced and faster than I could have imagined. If you find yourself in a bind like this, you’ve found the place to go!

It was expertly repaired in half the time & cost, compared to Best Buy, Micro & other competitors. They even recommend that I go to them prior to make sure I was getting the best deal accordingly. My smartphone back cover popped out due to the swollen battery. So I ordered parts online and planed to replace it by myself, but none of the included screwdrivers fit, so I looked for help nearby, and google review sent me there. Surprisingly, the guy asked me to bring it in and promised NOT charge for labor! You know, my original intention was to just borrow proper screwdriver, and finally I got my cellphone fixed as if nothing happened! I should say it took quite than expected time to pry the old battery out. I am sure this wont be free at any other similar repair store. Definitely recommend and will use again in case other repair need arises.
