I took my phone to this place because of a cracked screen to replace the screen. Other than the crack the phone was working perfectly well. 1 week after replacement the LCD screen stopped working and I got a black screen, A second phone repair technician let me know that the initial repair was not done correctly, When I came back to bring this to the attention of the gentleman at I repair, he tried to tell me that my phone was deficient, when it clearly is not. I paid $100 dollars for a poor job done.... no accountability, no proffesionalsim, or admission of a wrong being done. now Im out $100 and no phone. Do not come here!!!! 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Highly recommend! My Samsung Galaxy S8 completely died on me one day and would not turn on or respond to my charger. I Repair I Fix was able to diagnose my issue on the spot when I dropped in and then fixed it within a matter of 3-4 days. They are very reasonably priced too and saved me the cost of a new phone. Its been a month now and my phone is still working. Specifically, the man who worked on my phone was named Abu.

Im re-reviewing because that day I got in my car, the top speaker on my s10 didnt work anymore. Im a lazy person and didnt even want to spend that much money on a screen but it was convenient. How it messed with my phone speaker, I dont even know. Shouldnt have been a problem in the first place. itd be different if all of the audio played out of one speaker, but its designed with two so theres a L and R speaker. Sad.

Ricky and I had a long tumultuous road to getting my Samsung galaxy s7 fixed😄. However, he was very patient with me and kind too. He was able to correctly identify the problem, find a solution and take care of any resulting problems. Would definitely recommend dealing with him directly. Beware! Learn from my troubles and do not under any circumstances have your phone repaired at i Repair i Fix! They installed new glass and LCD for my phone and, while they were the most expensive place of the 4 I called, they happened to be the only one with the screen in stock. I should have waited 2 days for a reputable shop to receive their new shipment. After 6 days, the screen began to fade to black and the touch screen became unresponsive by the seventh day. Upon showing the technician, he told me it was not their problem and I would have to pay full price for another new screen. He refused to give any contact information for someone I could escalate a complaint to, only saying that his bosss name was just Ricky, and no last name as far as he knew. I had the phone repaired again at another shop, who showed me photos of sloppy adhesive work. I am disputing the initial charges, so hopefully I will only have lost my time and a lot of frustration as a result of doing business with these guys. Never again.
