I worked with Wes today and I had a great experience with him. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. We had a lot to do in the store and he always made sure if things were good ok or if I needed help while I got my account reinstated and the purchase of a new phone. I will definitely go back. I really hope Verizon keeps him around and helps him advance in the company.
My dads iPhone was stolen and thankfully we got it recovered. I went in to this Verizon store to get a SIM card so we could get his phone working again. Unfortunately, I had to be assisted by Wesley Brooks who consistently tried to play me for a fool throughout the transaction. First, he tried to charge me $20 for the SIM card. (Ive worked in the telecom industry for 7 years and have managed AT&T wireless stores throughout the Houston area, so I know that there are no charge for these). He continued on with a list of his BS reasons of why I was being charged until I informed him that I intended on buying a case for the iPhone. Magically, the SIM card was now free. I picked out a case and was supposed to receive a 25% accessory discount with my work discount which is automatically applied on my Verizon account. He said that the case was $30, but he was going to give me $5 off because of the discount on my account. The actual price of the case was $24.99 plus tax in which I paid. He tried to fool me into thinking I got the discount. Lastly, he said I was all set to go and there might be a delay in my dads phone service working, but when I got home, both my dads phone and my phone service werent working because he activated the SIM card on the wrong phone number on my account. I will never be returning to this Verizon location and would not recommend anyone I know going there as well. Horrible service and Wesley most definitely doesnt not care about the needs of his customers.

I to the Katy Verizon store on Tuesday, to check out the new iPhones and possibly purchase one. Franklin was sweet and amazing! He told me he would hold the phone I wanted, and to come back on Black Friday, so I would be able to trade in my old phone for credit towards the new one. He also checked my account, and found that if I switched plans, I could save $10/month. So I went back today (Black Friday), and once again, he was totally awesome and very knowledgeable. He helped me transfer all of my info and pics over to the new phone, and answered all of my questions! He was very patient with me, and showed me different things to do on my phone. I will definitely tell everyone about the positive experience I had. Franklin needs a raise, y’all! He’s awesome 😎

Initially I thought it was a good experience. My sales guy Wes was helpful and friendly. As was the manager on duty that day. But that changed when I tried to return the extra charger that I didnt need. First I tried to return it to the store closest to my home, only to be told that they were a franchise store and Id have to go back to where I had bought it. Okay so thats what I did only to find out that I had bought from a franchise store as well. They would not refund it either because they didnt do returns on accessories. It was unopened and I never even needed from the beginning. I told them I thought I needed it because my old charger probably wouldnt fit the new one. They knew it was the same as my old one when they sold it to me. They were programming my new phone from the old one. So I called Verizon customer service and they gave me a refund. Thank you Trevor and thank you Verizon. No thanks to the franchise stores. Yall have something to learn about customer service. Its more than a smile and nice talk.Id like to thank Franklin for reaching out to me about this. He went above and beyond to help. I will be going back to their location when I need Verizon again. I would also recommend them to others.
I purchased a new phone (My phone was old with no iOS upgrades for years) and the salesman had some challenges with upgrading the iOS and transferring my data from my old phone to my new phone.This was not his fault at all.He stayed 45 minutes after the store had closed to ensure that all my data transferred and that my new phone worked properly.AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

This location is open until 6pm on Sundays. I pulled up at 5:28 and the door was open, but the inside gate was locked. I said, Hello three times and a tall kid walked from the back and waived male off..UNBELIEVABLE!!! I just walked off
I hate a place with sales people who spend all of their time trying to upsell you instead of taking care of your problems. I went in with a straightforward technical problem and the very first thing the salesman did, before even looking at my phone, was to tell me that I needed to get a new one. I rejected that idea and the next words out of his mouth were, How about getting a plan with more data per month? I dont use half of the data per month as it is. I kept trying to get him to give me a straight answer about my technical problem and he kept trying to sell me something. It took him almost 10 minutes to admit that he couldnt answer my problem.
I visited to replace my S8, upgrading to the S20+. Wes was a pleasure to work with. No pressure and he was able to answer all my questions.

Great customer service and very fast. I went there to ask about an issue with my IPhone 6 due to a speaker problem. Two staff members greeted me and I waited for a few minutes when one was available they immidiatly asked what they could help me with! After describing what was wrong with the phone he did not tell me I had to buy a new phone or try to sell anything to me! He referred me to a Apple Store close by that does repairs. After going to both stores I found out the because my warranty was up I needed a new phone which I gladly am goin back to buy from the Verizon store next to charming Charlies.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! These people are rude, inept and completely unprofessional. Especially Chris. If you want excellent, knowledgeable, professional service, go to the Verizon CORPORATE store at Katy Frwy and Pin Oak near the HEB.

Had a Samsung Galaxy S3 that would not recognize any charger put into it - this, on a Friday afternoon - and Im going out of town the next day. I bought my phone here (way better experience than at a corporate store) and they said bring it by, theyll take a look at it, and give me a loaner if necessary. My phone is insured, but on a holiday weekend, no way FedEx would have me a phone before Tuesday of next week. They tried a Samsung charger, and it worked, sorta. Luis explained the jack is probably on its way out - the cord might work, but might not. He checked my account and found I was eligible for the Edge upgrade...long story short, I have a new phone, did not get ripped off, and am heading out of town a happy customer with a new phone.

Terrible place to go and the worse customer service possible. I was there Sunday and I got 2 phones, an Apple iPhone 4 and a Samsung Gusto 2. The Gusto 2 phone is defective and after calling Verizon I was told that for 14 days I could get another phone they said it would be easier to go to the store. The phone I bought has to be ordered so it could be a week and the store wont give refund or exchange for another brand or type of phone so I have to continue to use a defective phone, this after being with Verizon before they even became Verizon (was Houston Cellular). They can sell Verizon phones but they dont have to back them. The store is always empty for a reason, because they do bad business!!!! and dont try to get hold of the manager, hes never there and they wont give out his phone number...
