By far the best Cricket Ive been to because of the man working there named Shah. He was very helpful and got my daughter a good phone within my budget. Quick, easy, and non judgmental when it came to my needs and budget! It is so hard to find great customer care like this so I appreciate it so much!

I highly recommend coming to this location to purchase a phone or accessories. They have friendly customer service and they always have a great deal on new devices! I always pay my phone bill in person and they are always on point and even offer you solutions if you have any questions or concerns. Ive been coming here for a while now and since Im a local in the Katy area, I wouldnt want to go anywhere else! I trust them with my information and I have no doubts about switching carriers anytime soon. I love my new phone and I upgrade every year around January.

I was having a problem with my phone I could not resolved. They fixed it in a snap and showed me how to fix it if it happened again. Boy did they make my life easier and removed a big irritation.

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! SOLD ME A USED PHONE BECAUSE IT ALREADY HAVE SOMEONE ELSES NUMBERS AND PICTURE IN THERE, WHEN I WENT TO TELL THEM AND EXCHANGE IT THE NEXT DAY THEY SAID IT COULDNT BE USED CUZ THEY ONLY SELL NEW ONES THEY REFUSSED TO DO ANYTHING,NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN
